The home screen of the app is the only good part, hence the one star. I’m annoyed that in order to send a secure message, I have to be taken out of the app to do so. And then they ask for a recipient of the message. How am I supposed to know that? It should automatically know to send to whomever monitors the secured messaging aspect. And I can’t even enter a recipient so how am I supposed to send a message? I’m so disappointed that my work switched to this health care provider…
Just be aware once you get to the start page where you put in your user Id and password will be the only page you will see and it will keep telling you that the user id or password is incorrect. Even if you write it down and have Face ID turned on. Best to just call them and don’t down load this app. Will not work for you.
Not sure how in 2022, when literally EVERYTHING is smartphone dependent, Auxiant can have such a garbage app. We recently switched to Auxiant as the manager of our self insured plan as a large LLC. Signed up online easily, but when I use the app, it’s an endless loop of sign in, HIPAA check box, sign in, check box, goes nowhere
This is the least user friendly app I’ve used. If it weren’t critical, or required for me to use for my family’s healthcare I would have deleted it immediately.
