For being a health care provider and one of top in the country I’m surprised how poor this app is. I feel like a high ranking doctor said “my kid knows apps he could make this” I would have reached out to any of the major fitness apps and asked them to build this out. There should be know reason for me to log in and upload my activities each week or month. All my other fitness apps and third party apps sync with out me having todo a thing for any activity. That doesn’t seem that hard to accomplish. This is the only “fitness / health” app that does not sync automatically. I’m annoyed because this has cost me money and where my data was not recorded or connecting apps or devices where lost
They give us step by step instructions to link to the Health app in the Apple Watch. As I have made positive strides for the past 2 weeks and trying to enroll to get the discount, It shows I haven’t done anything and this is discouraging! Please respond to these reviews ! I would like my progress to be tracked!
Every time I log into this app, it keeps giving me error messages, and invalid password and ID it worked before but now I stop working as of last night. Those error messages are really annoying. Please fix this problem.
The EHP Healthy Choice app: - gives you access to your Cleveland Clinic EHP Healthy Choice wellness program information. - has integration with Apple Health to allow you to use Apple Health as your wellness program activity tracker. If you already have a Healthy Choice portal account, you can login with your current ID and password. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one. You must be eligible for Healthy Choice to create an account login. EHP Healthy Choice integrates with Apple Health using HealthKit. Using this integration is optional and can be enabled and disabled with the Link Apple Health switch in Settings. When enabled, the app: - collects steps and time summed by day, - allow you to view this data in the app's Activity view, - an uploads this data to Healthy Choice where it is applied to your wellness program. This app requires iOS version 12.4.8, or later, and an Internet connection.
