The only app that tells me exactly how hard to workout to lose fat. I love that I can import from the fitness app for my fitness+ workouts. Love the new leaderboards! Can you add ability to create my own group?
Finally a simple to use fat burn zone app I tried so many zone apps are most are way too complicated for me to use. This app is simple, easy to use and lets me see exactly when I’m in the far burn zone and when I leave it. Thank you for creating such an awesome app.

The app is double counting, pulling in data from peleton app, etc. cannot figure out how to change settings. Lots of advice on the app about how to burn fat but not a lot of information about how to use the app.
