I had to get the app twice it won’t come up past the first screen.

No longer works!

After a long time not using the app I need it again but it does not accept my login or recognize my info for a new account. Email and password works via the website, just not the app. I suspect the problem is with my email address not fitting some misguided limitation on what is a valid email address, although it absolutely IS valid and worked just fine in the app as of February 2018.

I love everything about this app from refill reminders to the ability to set reminders to take meds.

Okay app once you're actually able to log in

I have to reset my password every time I log on which is so annoying.

RX list doesn’t show up. Have to login several times. Not syncing with dr script in my chart

This app has not updated in a long time. It's slowing my iPhone Down. Easy to use otherwise

Does not show latest scripts filled (over a month ago) so refill available data is suspect.

Doesn’t Recognize Username/PW

I’m able to sign on using the desktop website, but the mobile app does not recognize my username and password. Every time I try to sign in, it tells me I’ve entered the wrong password. Very frustrating. This app would be great if it worked.
