Useless as an app. Probably a fine program just on the internet. They make you register to join a meeting but nowhere on the app does it tell you you have to register on the website, not the app itself but they give you that option anyway so you sit there like an idiot refreshing and refreshing. The reception is horrible. They tell you meetings are available but on the app it doesn’t tell you when the meetings start so you log on and nothing happens. You can’t tell if you’re in the wrong place or early or what. Don’t even bother having this app available if it’s like this.
This app would be amazing if it worked correctly. On the Apple version it doesn’t show meeting times which is very frustrating to someone who relys on this app for social support. When you login to a meeting there is nowhere to share while using a mobile device, sometimes you can hear and sometimes you can’t, there are no instructions on how to fix the problem either. You can’t access the message board, newsfeed or private messages through the app as well. I have never written a review on an app until now because I really wish this one would work as intended too. Please fix!!!
Whenever I can’t sit in front of my computer and want to attend a meeting on my iPad or iPhone, the only way I can do that is to put in my AirPods and listen, like a podcast! That is if I’m lucky enough to hear the people who share as there seems to be a glitch with this app because the leader can hear and see them. I prefer to sit at my computer without distractions and really concentrate on the meeting. This app is a last resort.
Overall very good idea in theory but the actual execution of the app could be better. UI feels slow and clunky similar to the desktop site. Biggest issue being the inability to actually “Join Now”. There’s no feed back or loading notification that I was successful and I just sit on the meetings page waiting for something to happen, but nothing ever does and I just end up using the desktop site.
Very easy to use updated app that gets me into a meeting in minutes! Great familiar user interface makes this app an intuitive compliment to the desktop website!!! Keep updating and we’ll done!
Great idea and great concept and very helpful - but not convenient because it doesn’t FULLY work on mobile devices even though there is an app. The app is only halfway done. I love that I can use this to do my program-but it has its limitations. This really just needs a complete overhaul in order for this work correctly and continue to help those in need. Thank you.
There was a notification for an 11pm NA meeting. I couldn’t join on my iPhone at all. Nothing would click through. So I went on my MacBook Air and found that there was a meeting status of “this meeting is no longer active”. So why are there 36 people in the room?!
This app is great, but on Apple I have to log in on my browser because the app won’t let me view meetings or even post anything which makes the app pointless when you’re struggling with a burning desire. Please fix these bugs!
I keep trying to login on the app with my correct information and it keeps telling me invalid credentials. I know my information I am entering is 100% correct. I hope this issue gets fixed because I would really love to be on Dr. Weiss’s live podcasts Monday and Friday. Please fix this ASAP.
I got the app and I kept trying to log in soon after I made my account and it won’t let me log into it a friend of mine recommended me this app for AA meetings but it’s not working at the moment it won’t let me log in at all it just loads and then it stays in the same screen
Totally think this app has extreme potential but it won’t even let me sign in or create an account meeting are mandatory for me 7 days a week so was really looking forward to this app working but I could not even create an account on the app... it let me create one through safari but I can’t do physical meetings through safari so this is basically useless thanks for nothing
Doesn’t show when you’re in the box during video meetings. Incredibly frustrating because you don’t know when it’s actually your time to share. Also some people I can hear. Others there is no audio, sometimes no video.
It’d be extremely convenient and awesome if y’all could allow the meetings to minimize and still play in the corner !!! Also be able to see participants names and be able to navigate to profiles as well!! Love it tho!
Many interesting meetings. However approximately half the time there isn’t any sound. Have re-installed app so many times, bc no easy way to get tech support. Sad, bc I so want to support this app!
I love the idea, the concept is great. However the app has way too many issues. It won’t even let me create an account and I agree with the other reviews that talk about other issues like only being able to hear the chair member among others.
Classic millennial whining about minor issues have lowered the rating of this app. There’s great content and it’s free. There is nothing to complain about

Can’t understand anything anyone says. It works fine for like 3 seconds and then sounds terrible. Please fix, app has potential! If we can just fix the minor issues this app will blow up. In the good way
The website is hard to navigate and then it brings you to this app that doesn’t work. My sobriety is in jeopardy and can’t rely on this app. A novel idea if it worked.
This seems like it would be a great app, but it is glitched in too many ways to work functionality. I am using on an iPhone, but can’t post, read many posts, check messages, send an IT ticket for help, etc. Please fix it!!!!

Under the "Next Meetings" section when I tap on "View More" why are the start times not listed on each meeting?? Not a first good impression of this app! 😒🙄
I’m newly sober and my doctor told me to download this app and find meetings... I was really looking forward to it. But it won’t allow me to even create an account. I don’t get it... Super disappointing
It seems almost unethical for an app to be so so needed by people who are suffering and for that app not to work at all and to have so many glitches and problems.
App does not refresh, expired meetings remain “live now” and “live now” meetings wont open. Some meetings have ok audio / visual. Others not… Please, someone work on this APP.
I can’t sign up & make an Account. I fill in all the required fields & it keeps telling me “there is already an account with this email” Yes, it is me; the app asked me for my email. Ugghhhh ;-(
Too many glitches on the app “%20” space lines between every word posts on the i7 iOS 13 app version. Sounds pathetic to even try to get a point across including shares.
This app has so many problems for so long. My posts don’t show up and when I reply to someone there’s all kind of symbols mixed in with my words. WTH !
I am a recovering alcoholic that could really use this app to at least get some meetings in with the COVID going on and I can’t even create a login for the app I’m very disappointed!!
