Love it!

I bought mine at a pawn shop for $20 and love it! Been keeping an eye out for a watch like this for some time. I just so happen to see it and something told me buy it and so glad I did. I have only 1 issue so far and that is the fact there are NO covers or protectors to protect the watch face. I work outside all day long and even though it’s a cheap watch I’d like to keep it in good condition and not scratch it up or ruin the screen by cracking it or something. Other than that it does everything I need and want it to do! I know exactly where I am going if this one does break. I’ll be more than happy to pay for a brand new one with instructions in an unopened box. :) …. (Hoping screen protectors will be made by then)

4-stars, love the app just needs a few updates!

I just recently got this app as I just got the watch. I have my health app on my iPhone that’s installed, then I have my own steps app. They both sync together & both show the same amount of data. This app however; I love the fact it logs your sleep; your deep sleep, your light sleep, etc. Well, for the past 2 days I’ve had it, I noticed it doesn’t sync with those apps, my steps are way off than what I have on those apps, and my steps seem a bit excessive, lol. I’d like to believe it but I just don’t see it possible, in the time frame. I’ve noticed that the weather is completely off, I go and add my location and it says it’s sunny and bright, it’s actually dark, gloomy, and pouring out right now? And number 3- I wish you made it possible for people to go back into the app and correct the sleep. Last night I was completely awake, just watching tv and I was sitting up not even laying down and my watch showed me being in a light sleep for two hours?! What the heck!? I went to try and correct the data but their isn’t a option for that. Please fix these issues and make the app way more efficient for the user, as in make the data more reliable & let us go in and fix/update something that is wrong! Then y’all will definitely deserve 5stars! Until then, I give you 3.5-4 stars! Thanks!

It’s really good (kinda) but problems

For me I just got my watch from Walmart and then I really don’t know what app is this but when I signed up in my old phone it worked but there’s one problem since I got the iPhone 13 I can’t login to google and due to the fact that I like this watch and it works but it’s really off the screen that’s says “log in with google” I clicked it and nothing happens please fix the login button and add sign up and I have another problem this app dose not have watch face wallpaper that you can download and this app dose not have App Store or game store and the software is really good on the watch and I loved it and another problem is the calling when ever some spam calls me when I’m doing work and being busy and leave my phone in my bag and it dose not pops up the scam number and update this proses on the watch and please make a new iTech fusion watch and I love your business app and I really enjoy this app but… please fixed the problems and fixed the Watch problems (not calling it bad by the way) and make more watch updates😁

Great overall app… but there a huge issue

I overall like the app. The system works pretty well, but there are a few things that I wish were a thing or feture. One of them being that it should measure heart rate, body temperature, and blood oxygen levels at all times. The other thing being more customizable options like more than three alarms, more customizable watch faces, and I want to actually be able to get the notifications from my phone. Oh. And a timer rather than just a stopwatch. That may just be cause I have a phone from 2017, and because I’m an IOS user. Now to the main issue. Every time I try and add something to the calories list, when I swipe back it keeps kicking me out of the app and then I can’t get back in. I have to delete it and redownload it again and then go through the setup process AGAIN. It NEEDS to be fixed. Thanks

Having a little trouble…

I set my new watch up last night through the App and everything seems to be working pretty good besides I’m not receiving my notifications on my watch from my phone. My husband got the same watch and he set his up over the weekend and his watch is showing him his phone calls and text messages etc but for some reason mine isn’t. I went into my settings and turned all the alerts off and then back on to see if that helped but it’s not sending any alerts to my watch. Like I said before everything else on the App is working properly except this issue and it’s the main reason why I got the watch so it’s a little disappointing!! Wanted to add I’ve also tried disconnecting the watch from the app and then reconnecting it as well and that didn’t fix the issue either. Please help me so I don’t have to return this watch!! Thank you!

Great tool for motivation

I would give this 5 stars because this is a fantastic tool to stay motivated to exercise or to just start moving but there is one drawback. In my case it’s a great way to try to move more than I did the day before. I use it for step count and I like to walk more each day which is hard for me with problems with my feet. The one drawback is that there are days that it doesn’t keep record of how many steps I take. Yesterday I got well over 10k and 6k steps in the day before (which is AMAZING for me) and it didn’t save it to the app. The watch is charged and within 5 feet of my phone so there should be no issues with communication. Just glitches I guess. I love my Gladiator 2 watch and the app. Nothing works 100% all the time. I would still highly recommend both watch and app.

I love it

I got the iTech fusion 2, which is definitely better than the first gen. Since I. Had the original which I had lost years ago, they had some upgrades in features and what you can do with it. This watch doesn’t have all the bells and whistles you would get with a let’s say $200 or $300 ish watch but it has many of the features they got and does pretty much all I need in a smart watch. The sticker on the watch at Walmart makes it look like the display is bezeless but I guess I’m not too upset about the deceptive advertising since it was about $40. If you want a decent smart watch without breaking the bank this is a good one. The app works well too!

Good watches, meh software

The app is okay. Some notifications don't get sent through unless they're texts, calls, or the other options. If you select "others" for notifications you still won't get them other than the specific applications listed. That being said, there NEEDS to be more customization in the watch faces. The custom one only allows digital time. It would be sooo easy to add a basic set of watch hands as an options. Then people could make their own faces as backgrounds and just add the watch hands instead of digital time. The Gladiator 2 would be perfect for this one specifically with it's true round display. Was really hoping to be able to make my own 'diver' style face but I can't add analog watch hands to my background. It's a very easy option to add so I hope they do in the future

Give this watch a chance!

I have a couple different styles of the iTech/iTouch Watches and this one is maybe the best one. When you factor in the price point and features vs the Air 3 against the other name brand watches I don’t think you need to look farther. Yes it does take awhile to get work with the app and then a few minor tweaks to make this watch a truly great product. This watch is still better than most smartwatches. Customer Service is top notch as well for a very young company. Give them a chance!

Pretty nice watch for the money

First off, I selected the Gladiator 2 as I like the look of it more so than the Fusion2. It has two push buttons on the right side, the upper of which turns the screen on or off. This seems pretty pointless to me as to turn it on you can touch the screen or flip your wrist, and it will go off after a few seconds of no input. The watch will not reconnect to my phone if at some time it becomes disconnected, say by moving too far from my phone. I have the latest iOS and firmware. The daily sleep graph only shows blue and orange bars of varying lengths, with no indication of what time the sleep events occurred. It would be much more informative to be able to see this in the graph. Also wish I could set an alarm time right from the watch.

Getting disappointed

I like that this tracks my steps. It is difficult to get the heart rate part to work correctly. As of yesterday I can no longer log into the app. It keeps giving an error. I even tried deleting and uploading again. I also tried signing up with a new log in. My daughter was having the same issues. There were recent “bug issue” updates. Seems like there are more bugs. We bought these watches for the convenience of having an easy to use app and cost. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money we don’t have on something that encourages me to keep moving.

Only one problem

The problem is with the pedometer I’m just sitting here reading and the step counter is going up and then I was counting my steps and I counted 6 steps but the pedometer read 15 steps I tried updating it but it was up to date but I haven’t had any problems overall the product is very good quality for being 40 dollars I would recommend this for people of all ages it’s easy to work and has a very long battery life. overall a great app and very good watch

Improvement suggestion

I’m loving this app, but I do have one suggestion to bring it from 4 to 5 star quality. I would like to be able to customize the coffee goal tab by either renaming it or having the option to remove it. Personally, I’m more of a tea person. I know others who would appreciate a way to monitor their soda intake. It’s a great app, and doing a great job of helping me be mindful of what my habits are and how I could improve. It’s very easy to add/record things. I just wish I could personalize that one space to my preferences.

I wanted to apologize I was not thinking but I figured it out and it is on my location and it has been a really good device and I am very happy with it when I first got it figured out and all I had to do was to shut off the Bluetooth and reset my phone and it is now working and it is doing it’s job for now

My watch won’t connect to the app because it’s not new and probably a bug. But I just got a great idea, what if you put an app on the watch so we can change the time and date on it. This would be great because that’s the only reason why I’m trying to get it connected is that my watch wont stay on the right time or date unless it’s connected to the app (which I can’t do). Really this would improve the watch’s quality in doing things on its own and I think everyone that’s reading this and is a owner of a watch I think 3 (the square one without a spiny thing on the side) would appreciate also having this ability/feature. Poor quality product and app.

I purchased the ITech Activa 3 a few weeks ago. Within 2 days of use the app suddenly failed move onto the next calendar day and continued to add my steps onto the met goal of 10,000 steps of the prior day. It also failed to monitor my sleep hours, my work outs. The following day it failed to open on my IPhone so I could not monitor my progress. Although I emailed customer support and got instructions to unpair the watch, add the app again and restart, within 48 hours I had the same identical problems. The app and watch still have too many kinks to have it out to sell to the public.

Love the watch, hate the app!

The watch works well for what I need it too. I didn’t want an expensive smartwatch because I don’t need bells and whistles. I simply need to track the basics. This watch does exactly that. However, the app is awful. I don’t understand the information it’s given and majority of the time it doesn’t even record my data. The WHOLE purpose of this watch is to track my data. I didn’t buy it to tell time. The sleep data only tells me when I slept/woke and which was light or deep sleep. Which is fine but it doesn’t tell me if I get up in the middle of the night. I don’t know about this watch. I’ve had cheaper watches with way better apps.

Not reliable

Started off great. Big learning curve to over come. If I had rated it earlier, I would have rated this app high, now it is worthless to me. It will only show what I input. No longer shows data from watch. This is the second time this happened. Each time I lose all past information. It took me forever to figure out how to get the watch & app communicating even though it showed they are paired. Must not be IOS compatible. My guess, If I could afford to stick with all Apple products, I would have the info I was expecting to have. Not with this app🥲

Great lil fitness watch

I had the Apple iWatch for 2.5 years until it broke and didn’t want to pay $1,000 for a new one so I decided to give the iTech a try. To my shock it does 90% of everything the Apple Watch does and I love it. It was also only $40 bucks!! Every once in a while it gets a tad glitchy and I have to restart and reset it but for the price you can’t complain!! 10/10 would recommend for the price point!! Have had it for 6 months so far and love it!

I like it

I really like it but there is one little setting I would like to change. I don’t like when me watch comes on without me touching it. Because it comes on randomly even when I am not checking it, and when it’s on it doesn’t count my steps. Also, the customizing the watch thing is great but when I upload it to my watch it’s all funky and weird. So everything is great but it would make it even better if it had those qualities

Good but…

Ok so the watch is nice. Looks good, feels good, and the display is nice, but when I click on the screen it pops up the time and then glitches and starts going through the weather then the messages then the settings. When I click the shut off button for the screen it turns the watch screen back on by itself. I have the gestures turned off. Might be a buggy update. Would rate higher but I’m having that annoying issue so I can’t give a 5 star review if it’s not working correctly.

It is what it is

You get what you pay for.. The watch itself was all scratched up within a week.. the band is faded and ready to tear. The app persistently freezes when I open it and I have to force quit it regularly. I cannot leave it open because even with background app updates turned off it still drains my phone battery in a few hours (you cannot choose how often it syncs so it defaults to real time syncing, it will kill a phone battery in less than day )) The 10 day battery life is only if you don't use it. I get about 5 days if I don't wear it when I sleep. The device resets to zero every night so if you forget to sync you lose all your steps.. Basially it just needs to tide me over until Black Friday and maybe I can get a Fitbit that is better and of higher quality than this.

Very good watch

I bought this for me at a Walmart because i did not want to spend $300 on a Apple Watch so I bought this and it works great. The only things bad about this is the screen is a little small and it tracks your steps when you are in a car so I have to power it off when am in a car. Over all 4 stars just make the screen bigger to fit the watch and make it know when am driving or riding in a vehicle.

i like it but have a suggestion!

hi, i bought my watch several months ago and overall i love it BUT i would love to have way more watch face options! having only three has been really boring for me :( if there is a way we could customize it that would be awesome, but i would at least like to have several more options. maybe seasonal ones or holiday ones as well. anyway thank you for your time! :)

Its almost perfect.

I love this app however the one feature I miss is being able to pair the app with my Apple’s health app, where it would allow me to pair it up with all the health data that’s stored on there and also add to it. Also I don’t like the limitations it has for the sleep schdeule I tried setting to to when I sleep which is usually 2am-11am. But it tells me it can’t because its after 8am. I work night shifts at work so I’m not ever waking up then.

Almost

Love the watch and still getting used to new app, but had the watch for over a year and things basically bullet proof. Working in a shop it’s been bashed and scraped and still not a scratch on it. Only thing I’d change is allow Snapchat notifications to show on the watch, allow users to change icon colors in the swipe down menu as sometimes in dark environments the blue is a bit harsh, and maybe add emoji support

I’m impressed but this product I got it yesterday and I love it only problem I have is keeping to connected to my iPhone I don’t know why it won’t stay connected, but when I open the app it connects again but I have to like go back into the app or make sure that my Bluetooth is connecting to it. Other than that I don’t have a problem with that I am obsessed with it and it was a good buy

I love my iTech Gladiator 2 Smart Watch its the best watch for your budget and the iTech Wearables App is Perfect we just need one thing… Updates all the functions work fine except some accuracy with Weather and steps might be a little off must be a little bit of bugs but overall thats it! I love It!

Really good watch

I was expecting for the watch to be bad and slow and not able to do anything but see the time. But I surprised when I saw all the different things you could do on it. This is a good watch if you are not trying to spend that much on an Apple Watch or if your just trying to monitor your health.

Watch doesn’t connect to the app

I’ve had my watch for maybe over 4 years and I just found it the other day going through my things. I keep trying to look up on google what kind of watch it is because it says iTech but it just won’t connect to the app so I can’t change the date or time or anything on it. All of the things I’ve seen keep calling it an iFitness watch but you can’t connect any type of watch to the iFitness app. I’ve tried everything and I don’t know what to do anymore. I was really excited about finding the watch too.

Not allowing me to create account

iPhone 12 Mini, I’ve had watch for over a few months, used the older app and never had to create account, now with the new app it says “login in” but there is no where to select a create account. What am I suppose to do? Not user friendly.

Taking Calls and Responding to Messages

Hi, I love the watch very much the only thing I want upgraded is just to answer calls and messages from my phone. I can never use my phone at work so I thought in buying this watch I could use my phone like a watch. Works good but with some flaws like

When I bought my watch said it was waterProof I know it kind of works in the water but you can’t use it like a start sliding through the parts that you have when you buy it and the other issue I have is that the weather is not right like it could be 84° outside but my watch will say it’s 64°. Is that most of your problem but something that would be good to fix

ITech horrible!

Got the gladiator 2 as a gift doesn’t connect to my iPhone through this app. Only through Bluetooth and still doesn’t communicate with iPhone. Cause I can’t seem to register an email to use this ITech wearable app goes straight to ask for email and password login but can’t login cause I can’t create an email account, to login tried tech support and still haven’t got a reply so I have a nice paper weight on my desk. But what it has done is, got me frustrated enough to by an Apple Watch 7 series to get my first time smartwatch experience.

Poor app

Bugs need to be worked out. I tried to input my food intake and the app crashed. Then the app started crashing every time I open. Doesn’t sync to apple health. So If I don’t have the app I’ll lose my data for my watch. App needs improvement. The old fusion app works better than this new app.

I got this watch for my birthday and so far, I love it! I had got the app and read the reviews and they just arent true! I would love for this watch to be with me at all times. In conclusion I would recommend getting this watch.

Can’t add own recipes

The only complaint I have with this app is that you can’t add your own recipes when logging your calories. It’s difficult to log your calories when you can’t find what you’re looking for. It would be much easier to add your own food and recipes or even if you could just add a set amount of calories.

App needs bug fix

I purchased the Gladiator 2 watch a few days ago. So far I am happy with the functionality of the watch itself. However, since I’ve downloaded the iTech wearables app, I have not been able to use the watch face setting functionality. When I open it, nothing appears. I would like to customize my watch face as I am not happy with 3 basic options I have. I would give this more stars if the problem was fixed.

Simple Gadget

The watch itself performs as expected for the most part. However my data will vanish for an entire day at a time without warning and with no way to recover. I have been using it for a week and have had 2 days reset completely. The data collected will not port into other apps or health tracking systems, so I would only recommend as a stand alone tool.

Watch is stunning but app is buggy

I love the look of my watch and all its basic functions. But unfortunately the app is super buggy and it’s frustrating. Every time I go to change my watch faces the app crashes. I’ve tried redownloading multiple times and it still does the same thing. I really just want to personalize my watch but I can’t even get the app to let me :(

New watch

So I had lost my Apple watch at the bottom of the lake this past summer .. yesterday I came home to this lovely watch my ol man had gotten for me and I love it already same idea just not Apple or price tag of Apple I must say I’m impressed with the quality of this watch and I love love love the color of the band truest unique !!!

Itech wearables

Omg one of the best purchases I’ve made. I saved hundreds of dollars compared to other watches comparable well with my iPhone and I absolutely love it. Definitely will recommend and I will be buying for my kids. Can’t wait to see what the new update brings. Must have!!!!

Last update

Since the last update some of my functions aren’t working or don’t get transferred to the app on my phone (yes, Bluetooth is on and results show on my phone but not in my app)…the new graphs are harder to read as I liked the dots and the lines showing results instead of spikes for each.

Won’t connect to the new app

I have had my watch for about a year and it always connected to the old app just fine. The app was trash and would always freeze but it at least connected. This new app looks great and seems quick but no matter what I do, my watch won’t connect so I can’t even enjoy the new app. I’ve tried forgetting the device via Bluetooth, disconnecting, restarting the watch and no luck. Very disappointed because I can’t even use the old app.

The sign up won’t work

When I downloaded the app for the first time I tried signing up for it and asked for me to read the terms of service but every time it comes up blank and I can’t just say I read without actually reading it so It doesn’t work and I think I need the developers of the app to update the sign up issue with a bug fix that causes the terms of service to come up blank every single time

It’s pretty good!

I love the app, the goals, and camera. It just I wish they would make more watch faces it only lets me pick out of three. And they also should make a alarm go off when your searching for your step watch, because vibrating does at all help me find it. It a good app besides that though!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰❤️😁😁😁

Love but it’s missing some useful stuff

I love the watch and the app. Easy set up, easy to use. However the watch has a workout and sports mode but no category to set goals for it. Also I’m finding the calories feature is off and there is no way to manually put in your calorie intake.

This app is AWSOME I got my ITech Fusion 2S exclusively at Walmart and it’s been a awesome piece of tech right on your wrist!!! One thing I would change would be that the developers would add a Timer function so I can set a timer for 30 minutes. Not a stopwatch. Not an alarm. A Timer. PLEASE add this. This watch is FABULOUS and that’s the ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars. Have a good day! Cheers.

Used to like my watch

Ever since switching over to the new app, from the fusion app that’s no longer available, my watch does what it wants no matter how I program it to work in the app. A few examples include motion gesture, automatic weather updates (or lack thereof) and text, and phone call notifications that fail to come across.
