Even though I just started using this app I’m already loving it! I had my doubts at first (due to seeing some not so amazing reviews) but I told myself what the heck, might as well try it! I love that we are able to make personal workouts! It makes it so much easier, this is my first day using it and I’m already loving it!!! It’s so amazing! The workouts aren’t to hard and don’t take to long. I’m 24.6 lbs overweight. I’m not very proud of it which is why I downloaded 4 apps and I’m trying to get back to living a better life! I can’t wait to start seeing some results, I’ve been scrolling through the reviews and seeing amazing things! I would definitely recommend trying out this app! I normally hate working out, but listening to my music, drinking water, and using this workout plan makes it so much fun! Thank you so much Developers! This app is amazing!!! Im so glad we have an option to use this app for free! It makes it so much easier (as I am still a teenager and I am unable to pay for this) Again I love this app so much! I was 20 pounds overweight
So I was 20 pounds overweight and I was using a different app of theirs that for some reason was making me gain weight which was mostly muscle. But I wanted some thing that would help me lose the extra weight. I love this app I like that you don’t have to purchase it to use it yes you probably get more out of it if you purchase but I don’t. I like that allows you to make your own work out for I have A really bad knee and I’m not able to do jumping jacks and what not more if it requires me to be standing. I am extremely pleased with the results that I’ve gotten out of this. I have been using it for two weeks now and I have lost 6 pounds. So I am no longer 20 pounds overweight I am now 14 pounds and I am extremely happy with the way I am looking. I have tried all sorts of apps and I have had three kids so it’s a struggle to lose that weight. Good luck to all try this app you won’t regret it.

if u want to know the truth ,you weigh yourself on the scale day by day and you see a difference but you always gain it back even if you have an Apple, I have been doing these workouts for 28 days now so I have 2 days left but I end up being the same weight I was when I started I was like “ it will take a couple of days until I see the results because of all the happy reviews and how it makes me feel” but I was wrong , I have been sticking 2 three meals a day and I have been eating healthy but if there is some secret trick I need to know pls tell me because I’m not loosing anything and I’m losing my self confidence , overall this app is great , I really feel like I have to get through all the days before I can judge the app, this app has helped me loose my sugar cravings and much more , on like day 7 I lost 5 pounds, ofc I gained it back because you always do after you eat but I mean overall this app is great and I recommend.

I have been using this app for about 5 days, yesterday was my “rest” day. This app does give rest days. I didn’t trust it because I thought that it would be one of those scam apps. The first day I had trouble because I was not used to things like this. I weighed 215.2 pounds when I started, now I’m at a solid 214.0. Only on the fifth day. It is not a lot but it will be soon! Keep in mind that I did not diet. I still ate everything I wanted, but I paid close attention to portion sizes. I drunk a bottle of water before dinner each day so I wouldn’t stuff myself. And I ate 1-2 snacks each day, one 3 hours after lunch or 3 hours after dinner. It may seem hard, trust me. I crave bread and sweets. But stay motivated. We can do this together!!!

Favorite workout app- best one I have come across!
I love this app, been using it on and off for 3 years! I strongly suggest people to not only track their weight, but their measurements too! You will see results! I do cardio workouts along with this almost everyday to boost my results and it really does work if you stick with it! The only thing that I would suggest for the creator is to make the rest days changeable. Give 5-6 rest day selections per plan and the user can pick which days they want to use them or allow users to switch the order of the days around on the app. Still love this app though! It has worked wonders!

It’s a very good app for postpartum belly reduction… I have been using this app from 2020… I lost almost 20lbs and inches after my first delivery… I started again after my second delivery and already lost 10lbs and few inches… I am just using the free version which has basic, intermediate and advanced.. with the free version itself i am super happy and if anyone wants to lose more weight and inches then you can purchase and start doing this…I am writing the review first time in my life to help beginners who thinks whether this is the good app or not… undoubtedly anyone can start using this app without any basic knowledge of exercise like me…

Before I used this app I was doing this 5 minute workout and yes it worked and I have lost 4 pounds but I wanted something that I knew was actually going to help me so I got this app. And I love this app and I love how it gives you breaks and you can skip them to if you don’t need them. I also like the workouts because they are easy but are hard at the same time, it doesn’t push you to much but it definitely pushes you in a good way if that makes sense. I really recommend this app, especially during quarantine I have one more month left of quarantine and that gives me a month to exercise and get in shape until I go back to school.

Cheaper than a Gym
It starts off at basic exercise for a few minutes, and it’s all based on your weight, goals, body frame, you start at your own pace. Unbeatable price! They’re workouts that really work and have always worked for me, but it gives me a push to open the app and get started. I have a hard time motivating myself to workout, but knowing it’s not going to take me a half hour or more really gives me the motivation to just do for a few minutes. With time and consistency, the workout time increases. It’s helped me to develop a routine and to set time aside to workout.

Updates on Day 2 / Day 15 and Day 30 and love it
I tried a few apps and love this one. Day 2 - My program starts with 15min and 24 exercises, progressing to 25 min - warm up, workout and stretching incorporated. Breaks allow time to recover and if I need to get water, I can simply add seconds to the break between exercises. Day 15 - Exercises are getting progressively more difficult and I did not miss a day (its only 15-20 min a day after all). I eat as usual, lost 1kg (weight loss was not my goal) BUT LOST 4cm in waist. I can literally see the difference... Day 30 - it’s hard but I am stuck now :) I lost and 2kg, and got my waist back!!! In a month my chest reduced for 5cm, waist for 4cm, “love handles” reduced for 4cm and hips 2cm. I know I will never have a flat belly (especially after having twins) but I am more than happy with what I achieved so far. I feel fit and energetic. As for results etc, it was/will be totally up to me to stick with it. This is actually a program I would not mind paying monthly subscription.

Pretty good!
I’m 14 years old and underweight which causes my lower stomach to look odd since the other parts of my body very tiny and show bone. So what I’ve been doing is trying to get abs to store this fat in the same place but just make it build more muscle. And I’ve been using this for a week and a half and it’s helped me so freaking much. But part of it is because I’ve drank water the way I’m supposed to to and I’ve eaten healthy foods. But keep in mind I only consume about 300 to 600 calories a day. (Average calorie intake in America is over 2,500) so yes also I must add that I’m SEVERELY underweight. But my stomach looks much flatter now that I’ve this app even my lower stomach !!

AWESOME APP
I started working out and even the advanced is really easy. I was fat and now I almost have a six pack and I am only on the 6th day! It really works and for a free app it’s very helpful. Unlike another app I’ve used and there were many in app purchases! You don’t have to give any information on yourself like your email so your anonymous. Another plus it gives you rest days which are very good to say the least. No joke this app works! Oh btw there are no ads so you don’t have to be in the middle of your workout and get an ad for an app or website! Sincerely, Anonymous

Great app...seeing results after only a few days use!
A flight attendant told me about this app recently (maybe due to the fact that my belly was obscuring whether my belt was buckled, ha)...but I have to say, it really works. I had back surgery a few years ago, and have to be careful with how I do core workouts, but this app pushes you just hard enough without pushing you too hard. It’s not easy, but I’m already vaguely seeing my abs for the first time in years after just few days of use. It’s not easy, but definitely worth it.

This is a really awesome app at first I had doubts, but when I started to look into it, the workouts were so good and working well but I don’t really like that. Some of the workouts cost a bit of money to use but overall this is a great app to use. I was a littleOverweight and I was using a different app. It was all about muscle really it wasn’t about getting in shape for losing weight but when I saw this app, I thought it was gonna be like the same thing but now it’s a wonderful app I’ve lost almost 15 pounds using this app. download this app you will not regret it

Great abdomen workout app
I’m very impressed with the app so far. The workout is easy to follow and verbal instructions are given to ensure your technique is appropriate. The workout gradually gets harder as you progress which keeps the burning feeling that you’re actually working your muscles. The app gives me motivation to complete the full workout so I will get credit for the completion in the calendar. I just finished the first 30 days and I feel that I’ve trimmed an inch or so off of my waist.

This app is so cool!
I have been on this for about a week and a half. I have already lost 6 pounds and I feel stronger like the advanced workouts are easier. I hope this is helpful. I have been trying so hard since I was 13 to lose weight I am 15 going to be 16 next month. I finally found something that helped. I would recommend it
As someone who has always been more on the athletic side of the body spectrum, I think it’s a decent workout plan. The workouts are not too hard but they challenge you just enough. I would not use this by itself but rather an add on to a fitness lifestyle. However, if you are just starting to work out, I think this is a great option :) I’ve been using this for two weeks and I am already starting to see small changes in my build.

Amazing app
So I’m 10 with the weight 117 people tend to make fun and I don’t think I’m really overweight but I’m about a little bit overweight but I decided let’s get some exercise because my pool in our neighborhood just opened. So far this app has helped a lot! And I like the little skip button to where if you can’t do a certain exercise you can skip it! But this is very helpful highly recommend!!

Awesome App!!
I absolutely loved this app! I have never really felt motivated to work out before! I just worked out because I knew I had to! With this app I wake up every morning and I actually WANT to work out!! I use the beginner daily workout and it’s challenging, but not so challenging that i feel like I can’t do it, like other workouts leave me feeling!! I did not buy premium, but it still has 30 days worth of core exercises for free that you can redo as many times as you wish!! Love this app and definitely recommend it!

No Measurable Difference
I have two days left to complete the workout and there is no measurable or visible difference in the size of my stomach. So, unless, in two days my stomach is going to become magically smaller, this app hasn’t done what it claims to do. After a month, I would have expected some progress. I’m very disappointed as I liked the app and the work-outs and was looking forward to decreasing my belly fat. I walk 30 mins every day and this seemed like the perfect addition to getting into the shape I want for summer. The tape measure doesn’t lie or the mirror. 🙁

This app is soo good, most apps for workouts cost money to actually put your game face on. This app is not a player, it has a coach voice guide, music, customizable workouts, specific timing and rest. It has different levels for different individuals using this app! One thing is that to get the whole amazing experience you have to pay, but I’m not gonna lie it’s actually worth buying! Comfortable and easy way to lose belly fat
I’m on day 10 of this training and I have already lost 7 cm on my waist. I love that it also has a morning and sleepy time stretch routine. These stretches have helped me get rid of my lower back pain. It is broken into less than 15 minutes exercises which is ideal for moms. Try it, you won’t regret it.

Gives you exercises to do, warm ups, cool downs and stretches, while keeping you structured on times, and keep you motivated by tracking your days, weight, waist line etc. such a great app for at home workouts, slowing improving to gain the muscle tone wanted. 10/10 recommend for all levels of fitness.

I chose this exercise app. Because its free. It has all features that other paying apps. Have such as alarms, sync. To apple health. , different levels to fit your body type and goals. I tell any friend, family or stranger for that matter about this app. When I started last year I weighted in around 214lbs. I’m under 190lbs and I expect to continue to losing weight, tone and build muscles. Others saw the weight drop before I did. The other day I stuck my arm down the side of my jeans. Wow. Thank you!

Easy to use
I love this app because it’s easy to use. I started off with the beginner module for abs and worked my way up to advance. It starts with only 10 minutesA day and then works its way up to about 20 minutes a day. I made the habit to do it every morning and feel much better both mentally and physically.

Workouts are great - ads are trash
Workouts are A+ Seriously I don’t mind ads on a free app, but after each workout the ad will play, the app will stall and if I use my own music on Apple Music, it’ll auto pause my music, then disconnect my phone from Bluetooth speaker. If this isn’t fixed, I’ll likely delete after 30 days and find an app that doesn’t use garbage ads.

Great app but
I want to rate this app higher because it’s super good but the reason why I’m not doing 5 is because of the subscription. I did the 7 day free trial but wasn’t able to be on a app for the last few days of the trial (personal reasons) and I was never emailed or notified that it was close to the end of my free trial like other apps do. I applied and was accepted for a refund but haven’t heard back or received it yet. Tried emailing them about it and haven’t gotten an email back. Kind of bummed out not going to lie.

So I make my own workouts on here bc I finished all the plans. but I started last summer and I was super self conscious I always wore really baggy hoodies and sweaters now I can wear a tank top and bikini top I love it I look so good!!! but I really like this because you don’t have to pay for literally EVERYTHING in fact there no in app purchases which I love AND no adds!!!

Solid app
I’ve been working with this app for about 2 weeks and I’ve noticed a difference—I’ve lost fat in my stomach area and I’ve only been working with Beginner. It’s helping me lose weight and I’m looking forward to finishing these next 2 weeks so I can move on to intermediate and work myself even harder

It’s very organized and you can set reminders and it starts you off at a level where your comfortable and it has very good settings, if you don’t want to do exercise on Fridays you can turn the day off it’s very good app and it help me stay fit I would highly recommended it!!!

It works it is hard in the beginning but worthy at the end I'm 13 and love it but you also have to watch what you eat some of it is good but some not if you get use to it you will never understand why you were the way you were before when I started this I weighed 147.8 pounds and now I weigh 113.3

I’ve tried a lot of apps and this is by far the best. For those saying you have to pay to use it, that’s not true. There’s an option to pay for “premium”, but you can do the basics without upgrading.

Great app for all ages
I got out of shape during the lockdown. Was looking for an app that would work for me (over 60). A friend recommended this app. I LOVE IT!!! It’s customizable to your age, weight, general health and fitness goals. I’m in better shape now since starting it a little over a week ago. Highly recommend this!!

It’s free so that’s good it still gives you the exercises you need, and I’m doing good with this app so far, I really like it and it does help with any part of the body your looking to help improve, im trying to do core workouts, and it’s working for my waist!!

I’ve seen tremendous changes in my body only on the first day. But if you close out of the app you have to do everything again. That’s my only issue though.

Perfect for people trying to start working out
Now I know you can’t spot reduce but a lot of these exercises help target core strength which is vital to eventually working on belly fat and overall feeling in shape. It provides animations of the workout but if you’re having trouble envisioning it on the human body they provide real life example videos as well. I just started out (10 days in) and I’m pairing it with yoga and already feel stronger and less winded when I run. Would not recommend as a stand-alone workout to lose weight but rather a supplement.
