Absolutely Amazing
I’m young, about to go into my first year of highschool, and I’ve always had self esteem problems, but I have never gotten the motivation to workout. Most fitness apps have monthly subscriptions which made it even harder for me to want to lose weight. The fact that this app is completely free and gives free 30 day workout and meal plans really helps out. This app has finally given me the motivation to just get up and workout. I have always had horrible self esteem problems, and I’m not proud of it, but I feel that this amazing app can help better my self esteem. In about 1 week of using this app while maintaining a healthy diet, I have lost 3 pounds and I am hoping that by the end of these 30 days I will not only feel healthier on the inside, but that I will also feel happier with what’s on the outside. I defiantly would recommend this app to ANYONE who has a tough time keeping up with daily workout routines.

Amazing - but needs more rest time
This app was really great for the first two weeks or so. I could commit pretty well to the schedule, and it became just one more thing to do before bed. My core became significantly harder during that time too. But with the schedule prescribed by the app, muscle soreness just kept accumulating over time since there was never enough time to recuperate. I wanted to keep up the habit so I started doing it despite the muscle soreness, but it just kept getting worse and it was just too painful after a few days. I decided I’d pick it up again once it went away, but by the time it did go away I almost forgot about the app and had no desire to put myself in that much pain again. Maybe the app could be improved by allowing the user to set the rest dates based on when the muscle soreness is at its worst? The rest days would sometimes occur on days I felt fine, but then the soreness would start the next day, and I’d have 3 days straight of working through the soreness with it getting worse everyday. Allowing the user to control their rest days, or even just allow for more rest days, would make this app much more practical.

Ads don’t let you see progress
This is my first time leaving a review ever, but after about 2 weeks of using this I’m completely annoyed with one specific ad that doesn’t let me close after I finish a workout. There’s ads after every workout and usually after five seconds you can skip passed it and see how many calories you burned during that exercise and go on with your day. About 2 times a day an ad for Wordscapes comes on and I will sit there for up to 2 mins waiting for an x or an arrow to let me close the ad and let me see how many calories I burned but it never comes up, making me restart the app having no idea how many calories I burned. This is a really long winded way of saying I enjoy and rely on this app for exercise but to not see my cals burned and having to guess on half the workouts is extremely frustrating for someone keeping track of their progress. If the app offered a way to store workout history and how many cals/time for each workout problem would be solved. The rest of the app is amazing just very frustrating after sweating bullets excited to see how much I burned then getting no answer and having to guess

No Gym Needed
I’ve had this app for almost 2 years now and I never really had interest in using it to the best of my ability. In the beginning of January 2022 I got serious and this app definitely made my weight loss journey a whole lot easier. Love the fact that it helps you meal plans, reminds you when your eating period starts as well as when it’s over . The intermediate fasting was a huge help for myself, it gave me guidance on when I can and should not eat . When I started this journey I weighed in at 293 lbs with this app and consistency has gotten me down to 249 and still going . This app has made me become more active and have much more energy than I’ve ever had. I’m actually at a point in my life where I get up and go for runs and go to the gym. I’ve never felt better , just a huge thank you ❤️

Has changed my life for the better
I am a teen and it is EXTREMELY hard to find a program that works, makes you feel good, and is free, and this does just that! It has free workouts, and I feel so much better about my self since getting it. It has motivated me to start to lose weight. I have tried the Chloe Ting challenge, but I burn more calories with these workouts, and it is NOT AT ALL TOO MUCH to do all the workouts in one day. I have been self conscious since the third grade, and know I am over weight. I have tried SO many things to help me lose weight and enjoy it.. and this does just that! I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon! Thank you for creating such a wonderful app it has changed my life for the better!!!!!❤️❤️🍑🍑(i also have NEVER worked out before this)

App is Great I’m seeing Real results Fast!
This app is great , I have been wanting to get in shape for a while now and after having my last baby it has been hard to get back on track and stay motivated. I downloaded this app to use long enough till I. An get comfortable with going to the gym more also my oldest daughter is in home school this year so she also needed to start exercising more. I really enjoy that the has some variety even with the free version, but I wanted more I purchased the monthly membership so I can have more target areas to work with also spa I don’t get board and start procrastinating on working out ... But nothing has opened up after my purchase, I even reached out to customer service with no response So I’m real upset that I spent my money and still nothing open up? I will change my rating once this matter is resolved...

JUST DONT DO THE FREE TRIAL!
So many negative reviews from people saying that they agreed to the free trial and couldn’t figure out how to stop the subscription (through the App Store FYI!). But I totally skipped that part and there are several FREE 30 day work out plans! I thought it might be another “free” fitness app that you can use until you pay... but no! The workouts offered on the free app are short (5 mins) but the kind of workout that’s good for beginners or someone getting back into shape. You can do them 3-4 times to get a more complete workout. I absolutely love this app and have been doing the FREE workouts for about 2 weeks now.... and I never signed up for any free trial period or anything at all.... just skip that part!!

Seeing Improvements!!
I had this app a long time ago and I barely ever used it because I didn't have the motivation to get better. Now that I have the motivation, I downloaded it again. I have been using this app for only 2 days so far and I'm already seeing major improvements. I am using two different workouts, the whole body and the abs one every day and you can tell. This does result in some pain but you get a rest day every four days and the workouts are only 30 days long. This app is helping me majorly with improving my health and my body. I recommend this app to anybody who wants to be fitter that doesn't mind a little pain.

Solid 3.5-4 star
I like the easy to follow plans, and the fact that they have a suggested meal plan with a vegetarian option. Workouts have been fun, and manageable. I’m 9 days in and down 3lbs, and feel like I’m building muscle, so I’m happy with the results. And for a free to use app, this has the features I’m Looking for. My only, and biggest, issue is the meal plan. Sometimes things seem fine, sometimes, it’s just odd and I question if there’s any science or true nutrition behind the meal plan (like a cup of coffee/tea, with corn and veggies for breakfast). Serving sizes are also mostly ambiguous, unless they really want you to limit to 1 cup of coffee or 1 cookie, then it’s clear. Would recommend if this isn’t your first app, and highly recommend if you’re vegetarian and comfortable with serving sizes for yourself.

Good Even w/o Subscription
I’ve been using this app for a while and I have to say it is very useful. With other workout apps I’ve noticed you can’t do much without a subscription to them. With this one you have 4 personally designed workouts and within each one you can get tips and even customize the workouts themselves and the way the app coaches you though them without subscribing. The only thing I wish I could do was access the other workouts on the discover page, but those are just for the subscribers. They also provide a meal plan if you want to follow it (which I personally find very unrealistic because the portions seem very small). Overall, I find this app pretty useful even w/o a subscription.

Amazing
When I first started using this app I was 14 years old and I always had problems with my weight I mean I love food lol but besides the point in 1 month or 2 I lost 21 pounds and I was pushing my self and on a healthy diet with the help of my parents but recently I lost my self and stoped working out and eating healthy I’m now turning 17 and decided to get back on my grind and this app has helped me a lot to motivate my self throughout the time I stoped I tried to keep myself together and stay on the healthier side and eating small portions even tho i stoped working it out it helped but not as much so I decided to get back on her and make myself feel better and good

Great but problematic
I’ve been using this app for years, and I genuinely like the structured workouts and the beeping for counting reps is helpful without being obnoxious. It’s such a consistent part of my routine that I feel like I can’t give it a negative rating. However, I do have a big problem with some of the ways the app promotes toxic, problematic workout culture. The images of perfect tone tummies and my least favorite feature, the calorie tracker, promote the culture that creates unhealthy workout addictions and eating disorders. The calorie counter that equates calories to different foods is toxic and disgustingly related to eating disorders. Unfortunately, an app I love seems to be going in a very unhealthy direction.

Great and simple to use!
I love this app! It’s very simple and so easy to use. It makes working out very convenient. Everything is already timed and counted out for you. I love how it talks to you and tells you when to do each exercise... no more scrambling to look at a magazine or chart, trying to time yourself, and then getting off track... this app does it all for you.... all you have to do is listen and do what it says. It varies the exercises each day and increasingly gets harder as you progress. If you don’t know how to do an exercise, it has a video and guide to help you. So far, I’ve lost about 4 pounds in 3 weeks, and I feel stronger. Love this app!

This app is GREAT every workout I do I can feel the burn and I can feel it working. And when u are setting up ur profiles and u can tell then ur weight, hight, and the size and weight ur trying to get to, and they will give u workouts that will help u achieve ur goals. I have been using this app since the beginning of this month ( December ) and I have been staying on track. With this app I have been keeping my eating choices in a healthier option. Also u can eat whatever u want be ur just gonna burn all of that dead weight off anyway. But over all 10/10 I definitely recommend. 😃👍🏿

Listen, when I first got this i didn’t like it that much. But now, omg the best. 2 of my friends have this app and we always workout while calling eachother! This app is super nice, its helping me lose weight. It’s so good, I hope it will help much much more! Im sure this will help me lose weight soon. Its also gave me motivation, as some of the tasks (some) are easy. And its so nice they give you a 10-20 second break, water, or get prepared for the next task (chair, mat, etc.) overall, this app is SO GOOD! I’d recommend this app to all who want to grow stronger, lose weight, diet or other. This app is so good! :)

Hello, if your reading this! It’s the truth! I’ve switched on and off with this app... motivation problems am I right? 😅 this app is amazing! I’m pretty slim but I want to get toned abs and maybe slim my legs more. This app is pretty dang great. What I needed
I had a lot of insecurities and because of this app I have become so much more confident and I’m starting to look the way I’ve always wanted to under such a short period of time. I’m an 8th grade girl and this is the first app that it let me use because of my age. The personalized questions in the beginning were so helpful because they worked around what I put in to make a desired plan that was not to hard for me to do. Love it!
This app is totally amazing. I have really low self esteem problems from bullying from 6th grade. And I never really noticed my weight till I bullied about it and even though I wasn’t heavy. I still gained really low self esteem. And I tried for a whole year to loose weight and I didn’t succeed no matter how hard I tried. And I found this app and did everything from morning routine to abs and full body workout to nighttime routines and food plan. And I’m only in 2 weeks in and I lost more weight than I had in the whole year of trying. I will definitely recommend this to anyone!!!

Ok exercises. Glitchy in spots
I like the collection of exercises. I very much dislike the computerized voice. I also don’t like it when I have to improvise an exercise because it skips to the end too soon, in some cases immediately after it starts. I don’t find the personalized option actually personalized. The log feature is nice but inaccurate because of the glitches and stops. One thing I do like is the illustrations. These are simple and helpful. The coaching and techniques are nice as are the “why you are doing this” comments, and I wish there were just a few more of theses I do like the diet/food log and the extensive database, and it even includes Kroger and Trader Joe’s brand foods. Putting a custom meal in the record works great and tracking calories is simple. Overall I would say this is adequate for a plan but for the price I think there are better things out there. I will use it a while since I paid for it and just see if I get results. I think anything can work if you stick to it and at least this app combines diet and exercise as well as the means sync various stat trackers.

Only a few notable issues but great app
I personally decided change my life and become healthier, I tried many of these apps but this one (although the marketing is cheesy and kinda annoying) works very nicely even without money! I absolutely love the stats it gives you but in order to actually continue with these workouts YOU need to motivate your self dont be fooled, but if you know you want to change your self for the better this is where to start. Also I found thus very helpful sense I can not go to the gym due to covid. Also I love the diet option!

When I started out with this app, I was 124 pounds, and only two days later, I was 122 pounds! This app works fast! And I love it! And before you start your exercises, they ask you simple questions to figure out how to help you the best they can. And they also give you super reasonable meal plans. If you wanna lose weight, definitely download this app! Oh, and one more thing. I haven’t really been doing the meal plans, and I am still losing weight fast! So if you do the meal plans, you will lose weight even faster! Love this app!!!!

Best workout for weight loss
Love this app I needed to lose a lot of weight after two weeks of following the app I started to noticeably slim down. I love that you get everything you need in one app workouts, diet plan(with a shopping list), and a progress calendar showing you how many calories you have burned in the workouts how many days you have left etc. You can make the workout as easy or as hard as you like it’s very user friendly and It’s a great way to lose weight in a healthy way if you follow it exactly as it says you will lose weight

Loving It and a Loving Me
This app is phenomenal (and free!!!)!! I have never used a weight loss app that makes losing weight such a breeze! It’s not too fancy, simple clean design that lets you get on, get your workout done and get off. And it comes with free meal plans. (Not tailored to your personal needs, at least in the free app, but it’s a great kickstart to eating healthy and losing unwanted weight.) This app helped me lose about 13 lbs the first 30 days I used it. Lost my phone and just re-downloaded it. Ready to do another 30 days and see the results! Great start
This app is great for beginners. If you want to start working out this starts at a basic level and gradually gets you to a stronger level of fitness. I love that it also offers a free meal plan and grocery list. It covers and entire 30 days increasing and changing along with the increase in workout activity. There are ads when looking at the 30day meal plans but it’s free. And for all you get in one app, it’s the best around. Most programs that offer things like this charge you for the meal plan or a customized work out plan. Hands down the best fitness app I’ve found!

I lost 12 lbs with this app, and if it seems to easy just repeat it doing 2 or 3 as a rep. I did that the second month and it really helped. Thank you! 😄 Update: I had used this app to finally go into a workout routine since I never stuck to working out or had as much motivation for it. I did this app for 4 months and started out at weighing 163 lbs! I am now 30 or more down. Last time I checked I weighed 128. I haven’t weighed this much in YEARS, I cant even remember how long it’s been.

Super Helpful
This app is by far the best workout app I’ve used, and I’ve tried many different ones in attempts at losing weight but most of them require some sort of subscription in order to workout. However, with this app, it will give you the free workout plan based off of your experience and pace that you choose to workout at, and you can also get meal plans and know the calories you’ve burned. It’s all around an amazing app and I would highly recommend giving it a try.

It is what you make of it
I love that I can listen to music and not have to see the screen when I work out since the app talks out loud. It gives you helpful tips on how to do things right. I think the workout plan isn’t too difficult, but doing multiple reps can increase the intensity. I actually use this app to supplement my swimming routine, and it provides great resistance training. I love that it’s free too. This app is definitely helping me lose weight by introducing me to a free workout plan that I can continue to use even after the 30 day mark.

A new way to live

Great and Super Helpful App
I have only been using this app for a couple days but I really enjoy it. Being able to see the moves and have the timed out and counted down is great. I also love that there's rest time in between the moves, it helps me keep a good pace. I can't wait to see what the rest of the month of workouts looks like! Thank you for such a great app. My only wish was that it hooked up with apps like fitness pal so I could track my workout with my food and steps and things like that. One day there will be an all in one...haha

Love it.
This app is great. I’ve been using it for a week now and I love how it works. Every few days you get a break day which means you don’t have to do anything. During your workouts, it gives you a certain number of how many exercises to complete, times you, and even gives some tips for the exercises. Most apps require payment to move on but this one doesn’t. The workouts make me sweat a lot. Works really great! I totally recommend if you want to lose some pounds.

Amazing!
I used this app to get in shape for my health and vacation. I already work out so this was for me to feel more confident and it did exactly that! It has good exercises that are difficult and effective but not to difficult to were im too sore for my daily life. I also like it because they have a premium and a normal, the normal is still good and provides a good experience for those who cannot pay for premium.I 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a work out app!!!🩷🩷

It’s perfect for losing weight and it also tells you in every exercise how much calories you burn which is really rare for an app to do that and you can also keep track of your weight and u can set a goal for your weight and they also set up a diet they tell you what to eat for breakfast,lunch,snack and dinner and don’t worry if you are a vegetarian you can select vegetarian and they give you the best vegetarian diet ever! Amazing app paid the 10 a month and it works best!! I’ve lost close to 30lbs in just one month. I followed the personalized plan but felt like it wasn’t enough so I kept adding workouts within the app along with random runs I would go for also the diet in this app was too hard for me so I created my own diet and it seems to work thank you! This is really a great app life changing not going to lie. Much of my clothes that did not fit me now fit me perfect or loose! Stay committed and you will see results!!

This is really helpful! I love all the routine and for before runs, morning stretch, facial workouts, and more! and I feel the excersises are perfect about of time! also when I saw you had a diet, i was like O the meals are going to have meat probably..... One of the best I've seen
Thanks for this great app! I appreciate that you care about people's health enough to offer this for free. It covers the basics with an exercise plan that is targeted for full body strength and is short enough to fit into my day, and it includes a no-fad diet approach to their meal plan. I can compare the vegetarian and regular plans side by side and they seem to be balanced with an approach to good nutrition and individual choices of fruits and vegetables. The only thing I wish it had was the nutrition information along with the ability to scale the meal size based on your personal calorie goals.

This app is very helpful, there is a premium you get get which offers better workouts but I have just been doing the free stuff and it’s great! Even the free workouts are really good and even has a coach. I can’t guarantee a perfect body in thirty days cuz we’ll that’s just impossible. You can pick which workouts you want to do to shoot your trouble spot too. Overall I have no complaints and this app is honestly amazing.

The only workout app that I appreciate. I was never be able to continue all sorts of workout but this one is so far letting me continue for almost a month now. I started very easy then now I am at killer core advanced HIIT. The only thing I would say is that this graphic is sometimes hard to understand as the movement skips some details. But again there is movies to take a look too. Although 20seconds is not enough to look though all.

I finished the entire program and lose 24 pounds!!! It’s no the first time I use it and it always works. My personal opinion: do the exercise twice a day to can burn 600 calories ( means losing around 2 pounds per week, eating healthy). This works so good that in a couple of weeks I will definitely return to this program, it’s hard for me to find something that truly works, and in this case girl it does 💪🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Great so far!
I’ve only been using this all for a few days, but so far it’s really nice. I like how simple everything is. No super crazy workouts. They are nice and short but you still feel that burn. I always hated working out but this makes it a bit more enjoyable. Now I feel nice and energized after working out and I can see why so many love it. Good app, but lies about the calories.
It’s an overall pretty great app. Good workouts and it makes me feel like I’m doing something productive. The only thing that really bothers me is the fact that it lies about the calories. I only burn 400 calories during these workouts daily, but it tells me I burn 1,000-2,000? It transfers to my Apple Watch and it is really annoying. I want to complete my move goal, not have an app say I do when I really didn’t. I’ll still continue using the app, because it’s pretty good, but please fix the calorie measurement :)

This app is so helpful! It gives you plans for any workout you need/want with no cost! This app is free but costs money to watch any other videos but the plan itself is free! The plan also includes your progress in the app. The plans have a whole body workout, a leg workout, abs workout, etc. based on the things you answered in the survey at the beginning. I really do love this app! I really recommend it!

This app is AWESOME. I absolutely love it. To those of you who say it’s not free, yes it is, you just need to pay extra for the add ons. Something you should’ve expected. Also, to those of you saying they won’t allow you to cancel your payment and that’s why your giving it a low star rating, you should really read the descriptions of apps before you download them. It literally says it right in the description. You people drive me nuts sometimes.

Super easy to follow. Not annoying. Nice diversity of workouts. My body is sore in a good way. I’ve had professional training in the past and can say I feel similar results after minus the pep talk of one on one training. As a single mom not having time for gym etc it’s really nice to have this at home experience and much easier to get more fitness in then I normally would if I had to go somewhere for it.

Love this app
So far, I love this app and the other app I’ve used by them. I love how the workouts are free and can be used without gym equipment which is great for those trying to get fit with financial issues. I have loved ones facing health crisis right now and it is very hard on my family. This app is helping me to work on getting myself together while getting my mind off of the heartache for a bit. This is motivational and it gives you healthy meals to eat to when you don’t know!
It’s super motivational and shows you very healthy meals you can try when you don’t know what’s meals and there are levels and give you American britsh accents for workouts or English or Siri😂 and I just think it’s really great and no ads! Nothing annoying about it to me person who made this app please respond to my review thank you!!🆎S

Best workout routine
This workout app is amazing it has no fees,you can choose the days you need to relax, it also gives you a good diet plan, and even alarms you when it is time to workout. Even when you’re done with all your workouts you can always go back and do it again or there are other workouts when you finish yours so you can do those too. I’m going to see if you helps you and have a great time exercising.

DON’T BUY; Couldn’t Cancel Subscription
Zero stars if I could. I signed up for the 30 day trial, and I wasn’t following the exercise plan that was made for me so I didn’t know what day I was on. It seemed like a good app at first, and I was thinking about buying it, now I am extremely upset because it was processed without my knowledge. No where in the calendar in the app showed the start date of the free trial or the end date. There were no updates, notifications or emails from the app telling me that the end of my trial coming up, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, there is no feature within the app that shows you your subscription, free trial, or payment details.

I’m not one who works out, but I needed to get back in shape and be healthier. I love that I can look at the avatar if I’m confused on what to do but it will vocally wall me through it and count for me also. It’s quick and “easy”. I say easy because the give you good workouts but breaks in between so you can catch your breath. Don’t let it fool you though, You’re going to I feel it everywhere after just day 1. Curious to see how the rest of the month goes.
