I was looking for a singing app where there is no money involved. So I found this. I liked it for a while but then a stoped using it because I would do something on on it and it would like fade away and then I had to make it louder so you could pick up the noise again. I also had a problem with the audio, every time I had headphones in it would work perfectly fine but when I had nothing plugged in the minute I turned it on it would start screeching loudly. But otherwise I think this app is great.🎙🎙
Works but cuts out within seconds when sound is low
I purched the full app in order to (now, don't laugh) see if I could hear the fruit I just ate being broken down in my stomach, and I can, but because the gurgling sound is relatively low, the mic cuts out quickly and I have to make louder sounds to wake the mic up. A workaround is to move the phone, creating a friction sound loud enough to keep the mic active. As long as this is done before every ten seconds elapses, the mic stays on. Therefore, I'm mostly happy with this purchase. The gurgling sounds are somehow soothing to me. Womb sounds. I can also listen to my heartbeat using this app. Thanks!
Very good when you have no mic and need one for a PC Wells super well
I didn’t have a mic on my PC for a very long time and wanted to get a mic but then didn’t want to spend more money so I searched up ways to make my iPhone a mic on my PC and got this and it works so well, been using it for a whole year and no problems. The thing is I recently switched to Samsung and I tried to find to find this app on the google play store and.... nothing, I hope someday you make this for Samsung so I can use my Samsung instead and not pull out my old iPhone to use for a mic.
I can’t use my bottom mic for IPad when I use my mic
I like this app but the one issue I have is that my bottom mic doesn’t work for iPad when I use my mic. It is really frustrating to know that I can’t use my mic. I updated my iPad and it still doesn’t give me the option to use my bottom mic. Plz help. Overall, I say it is a decent app if you can remove that particular issue.
Just purchase this app because of the WiFi feature. It works great with the WiFi. However, the background noice if you’re within 30 ft of the WiFi speak in horrendous. So bad the app is rendered useless. I plugged my iPhone into the speaker but the app doesn’t work will my iPhone is plugged in. Tried using with my iPhone by itself as the speaker another fail. If the developer could get the WiFi feature to work without the background noise the app would be wonderful and well worth the $2.99 I paid for the feature. But for now it’s not worth paying extra
I don’t think this app explains itself correctly. This app turns your device into the microphone. You have to hold it in you hand and very close to your mouth. The Bluetooth options are to connect your device to a Bluetooth speaker, no other options. The app will not work with iPods or any other headset/earbuds to use for voice. With that said once connected to a Bluetooth speaker the sound is very poor with lots of feed back, reverberation, sound lag, and a tin can feel.
The concept is cool. I purchased this app so that I could amplify my voice to give speeches in small rooms via bluetooth connection. It does not work well. The app needs constant volume control, which defeats the purpose, and the bluetooth connection forces a delay between me speaking and the sound coming from the speakers—whether I was connected directly to the speakers or to am apple tv device.
This is a very cool concept that eliminates the need for a karaoke type device for voice projection purposes. I would really like to see this app developed further that would allow the user to use Airpods for input and a Bluetooth speaker as the output. From what I can tell, this is not yet possible.
Great app but when I put it to speaker once before it randomly made a REALLY loud screeching noise i have no idea why it did that, next time I turned my volume down and put it on speaker again and it’s fine now, kinda weird but still great app! Just happy I’m not a person with sensitive ears..
This gets a 10/10 it’s amazing because you can actually here you voice like a real microphone so I’m going to be using unit for maybe 45weeks because it’s amazing I’m shocked that this app is 100% lovely
I’m shopping around for an app that allows me to speak into my AirPods and have my voice be amplified through my phone speakers. It just seems so restrictive not to allow two way audio through devices. I don’t want to have to hold my phone to my face and speak through a speaker. Even bought the bluetooth connection hoping this app had thought this through.
The mic works and all, no issues I thought the sound was ok but I HAD to pay $2.99 just to try using the mic connected to my Bluetooth speaker. I was definitely not satisfied because the sound always delayed which bothered me a lot. Every time I spoke it was delayed like a second or two. This was a waste of money and it won’t even let me have a refund. Don’t purchase, not worth it.
The app functions well but I would like the team to keep updating the app since few customers have already payed for the additional features( Bluetooth). After paying I realize that it's not compatible with AirPods. Can u please suggest a fix
Showed up at a party and hosts were struggling with inoperable microphone. They asked me to help and after confirming their microphone was broken, I found megaphone app on iPhone and it worked like a champ. Thanks for creating this app!👍👍
All of the regular methods for locating aid bed leaks were either messy or low-probability of success. I used Megaphone and my phone’s headset to listen for the sound of sir escaping from a tiny pinhole. Took me less than 3 minutes, and no mess!
Generally works great, except that the microphone volume is quite low compared with similar apps. This is a problem if you are trying to sing along with the music.
Downloaded app to use over Bluetooth speaker, but it’s too quiet to be at all useful. Basically as loud as I am already speaking. I don’t know if this is an issue of incompatibility with iPhone 8, but everything else transmits from my phone through the speaker loud and clear. If there isn’t a fix, I’ll need a refund.
This is a very terrible app, do not even waste your time trying to deal with this foolishness piece of junk they try to call an app. This is the worst and I will never even look this way when looking for a microphone app again. WAYYY too many problems. And then they try to get you to pay for this stupid stuff.
When I am on the treadmill, the noise of the device is so loud that I cannot hear all the dialog on the TV. I set my iPad with Megaphone at the TV speaker and listen to the TV on my Bluetooth headphones. Works like a charm.
As soon as you try to say something, it pops up with an ad that blocks you, and there’s no way to get out of it, and it’s followed by a “remove ads for $3.99” thing, and there’s no way to get out of that either, so I press the home button to exit out, and guess what? It used my fingerprint to make the purchase. Very deceitful app, and it doesn’t even work.
I purchased the upgrade to use the bluetooth speaker function. There is a considerable delay which makes an echo rather than a clean and immediate broadcast. Useless for a classroom setting. I emailed the developers for a refund within minutes of download, and days later still have heard no reply. I do not recommend this app for bluetooth connections.
Basic operation works fine, same as many other apps. I paid for pro thinking that this will work nice over blurry speakers, but there is a noticeable latency when you want to speak from your phone and hear from Bluetooth speakers. It doesn’t feel good.
This app is the best, my computers audio jack and USB ports was broken. I used this for mic and some Bluetooth head phones for audio, This app works so good I bought the paid part.
I know how I said it was the best but now I’m just straight up lying I tried to use it but it kept on making it sound so it couldn’t stop screaming so I was trying to use a microphone because nobody could hear me but all I could hear is eeeeee yeah cup of being so annoying
There is too much lag time between speaking and the audio coming out of the speaker - there is about a second delay which makes the sound completely awkward for both the speaker and listener. I have a new iPhone XR with a fast processor so the problem is the app. How do I get my money back?
I liked the demo video, so I paid the extra $4.99 to get blue tooth connection and right after that, Ads started to appear on the app! I tried to clean download and install and restore, all to no avail, frustrating! I hope someone sees that and responds before I tell Apple the credit my account.
You have to upgrade to try out the Bluetooth. The sound is quite broken up an there is a significant delay between when you speak and when it comes out.
Was hoping the reviews were wrong but this has such a delay to the speakers it’s not worth the money. It sure why either. I have bluetooth speakers and the have zero delay. Plus the sound quality is pitchy and cuts in and out. I wish I could get my money back.
I like this app im using the free version and it works great it does the job i use this app to make my iphobe act as a microphone for my pc cuz i have no pc mic
I purchased this app to use in my classroom and am very disappointed. Unfortunately, I have not been able to connect to my Bluetooth device through this app and therefore cannot use it as I had planned. I regret making this purchase as it was a waste of $5.
The app is loud and clear but there’s a delay between me speaking and when it comes out of the speaker. It’s so distracting and annoying that it’s difficult to speak when I hear it. There’s three bucks in the trash.
After upgrading ($5) to enable Bluetooth capability, I’m finding so much delay occurs that when I hear my voice, it makes concentrating on what I’m saying quite difficult.
This app only interacts with the last bluetooth device connected to your phone. If you have a wireless speakers and airpods both cannot be used at the same time
Great app for $2.99 but there is a half second delay when using a Bluetooth speaker. This doesn’t make it viable as a microphone and I just threw $3 away.
I'm being completely serious when I say this, when I first tried to make it work, I heard a extremely loud screeching noise and the scared the crap out of me, I don't recommend if you have sensitive ears
Can’t connect a mic to phone or iPad and have it pick up in app. Have to use and hold your actual phone. Quite glitchy. Not really worth buying the pro version.
The app has mega lag when using Bluetooth speakers. Such lag makes it unusable over Bluetooth. My reason for purchasing it was to use a Bluetooth headset as a mic and a Bluetooth speaker. With the lag and the lack of Bluetooth mic support, I wasted $4.50. Not a happy customer.
It does turn your phone into a voice speaker to a Bluetooth device, which is great. However, the sound cuts in and out and there is a terrible delay. Not happy at all. It needed a way to test before it was purchased.
The app did not function as discribed. I could not use my plug in headset as the mic. Reached out to the company for troubleshooting and they. Never replied. I paid for premium and clearly that was a waste of money.
All got was those horrendous interference noises when you stand too close to something electrical with a microphone - except I wasn’t close to anything! Deleting the app. It needs work.
What should have been the simplest setup took forever only to find out the mic is delayed to the speaker. Was trying to use for karaoke. I paid for the Bluetooth option but wish I did not. Please return my money.
Very promising but was not able to ise Bluetooth devices so I pay for the in-app purchase and I am able to use a bluetooth speaker but not my AirPods, wanted to use the app as hands free voice amplifier for presentations. Wasted my money. Please add support to AirPods.
