Apparently, this person don’t know what he’s doing because I’ve never had a problem with this. I’ve always got to do what I wanted to do. I can reach doctor. I can set up appointment so I can get my records. Anything I need I can get it through the portal.
This is the most useless and incompetent company I've ever been forced to deal with in my life. I don't even have other options to go to, they've monopolized the entire region. This app has never worked in the month I've been screwing around with it. Appointments aren't even an option if you do manage to log in. You will always get an error message. Their garbage website doesn't work either. I hope this company goes out of business.
Can’t get by the log in page. Doesn’t recognize security question, user name or password. Tried resetting, but not working. Mission Hospital and Cerner obviously don’t keep an eye on this app. Another reviewer had the same difficulty a year ago and nothing was done to fix the app. Mission should stop encouraging people to sign up for their godawful patient portal that still does not work. What a joke.
