Constant frauds!

I have found about 80% of the people who have contacted me to be frauds -And once I contacted MM they were removed. Now it appears is someone has stolen my identity. Poorly run company! And If you try to get through to them by phone, you can’t.

Scams, scams, scams, Men be aware especially of the ones that are too easy, too good to be true!

New members be aware they come for you because you are new in the app and dont know what to expect read all instructional docs these guys know what they are talking about if they say dont be in a hurty to give phone numbers or emails, stay in this platform, if you have exchanged s few message snd the lady is insisting to go out of the app, dont!!! there is no reason some one ahoulld want to comunicatevoutside the app, yes there is a cost, this is where you came to meet, and if there is a cost so be it! Cost of meeting the girl of your dreams! anyhow be very careful, They take you outside start emailing, send you some story pretend like they are sharing their life stories and you share too, 2 days later when you told some ugly scamer your life story, you actually frel close to the scum of the earth, now he comes for you, he is traveling and while very sorry they need to borrow to pay a hotel bill or credit card over limit need help with ticket, they will givr you aome excuse to get you to pay, and youbare anxouisn to meet this beautiful mady who loves you ahe is great! I had my doubts

Yes I had doubts from Day 1! My acct was not permitted every time I tried to sign up. Error after error. That was weird, so I reached out. I got a response with a demand of personal documents to prove who I was. Being very cautious of sites wanting personal details, I decided to step back and think ab it. Well I’m glad I tried again! MM demands your information because it IS actually a very secure site and they DO make sure ppl are who they say they are. I’ve only had my account up like 3 days and I feel like things are going good. I also held back on a paid acct until I could see if I liked it. MM has excellent customer service that is the fastest I’ve seen with any social network I’ve ever used. They resolve your issue and make sure to follow up after. So far, it’s been a pretty decent experience. I’m honestly impressed with their organization. They have a large variety of ppl and manage to be attentive to all. I don’t know if I’ll find what I’m looking for but I feel their business is legitimate and they have higher standards in comparison to other dating sites.

Horrible update makes this pointless

Your recent app and site updates are totally misguided and have removed most of the value and uniqueness the site/app once had. Important and valuable differentiating factors that made it feel like it offered a higher class experience are gone. From removing the ability to favorite someone allowing time to write a meaningful response, removing message read receipts… even taken basic things away like being able to add a description to your own profile photo.. and no longer showing profile distance or the state someone is in when browsing (just city) so unless someone is in a well know city it requires more work to figure out where they are off site. There’s also no way to manage notifications now so my phone is barraged w alerts all day which is intrusive and not appropriate for an upscale clientele. I get you’re tried to modernize the UI and also implement features that would drive active users but this was a HUGE miss and step backwards that will alienate the users who actually make you’re site what it’s named. Successful people pressed for time do not need a service with less features that makes the process harder and less efficient. There are better apps out there that serve that space.

The new format is pretty bad

I have been on the app for a almost a year. I had verifications and a high score. I got logged out and somehow now I have to start all over again. I lost all my messages and all my likes. Everything changes with no notice or explanation. It shows you pics of about 5 different profiles but you can’t swipe left or right or message the person or receive messages until you prove you are worth getting ahead in some type of waiting list. Waiting list for what? I had a lot of stars in the old format. I submitted all the info and proof and nothing happened and they never replied The timer at the top of the screen never moves. I don’t understand how it works. What good is proving your net worth if you still can’t message or reply to anyone until you pay to be a member. Non- members could at least reply to paid messages in the past. I don’t understand the site anymore. I am not willing to keep investing in it since it seems worse and I don’t understand how it’s supposed to work. . Even if I become a member and message someone they probably can’t see or answer it. This makes no sense. I give up

The scammers are everywhere and the biggest of them is the app

I had my account of over 5 months paying 99$ a month. At first they shut down and then they gave me back (it took a week) I was never refunded for the error. During the 5 months I think I was approached by 1 zillion scammers. In the 5th month I decided to let my membership go. The app doesn’t give you what you asked for on the search. You input “50 years old “ they still show you 25’s! Well a guy came to chat he was 25!!! I said sorry but that’s not what I want and by the way you look UNREAL. Well the guy had some really sexual pictures on the profile and the app refused my pictures with bikini!!! Long story short the app shut down my profile because I said to a scammer he was unreal!!! Since then I wrote 1000 times because I feel offended by them shut down my profile and they simply don’t answer. Since they are on TikTok I wrote to them . They said there is nothing wrong. Well YOU GUYS ARE SCAMMERS. You have no costumer service. You don’t realize who is who on your app. And matter of fact people on the app are fake and nobody there is a millionaire. Don’t bother trying

A ton of Scammers on this app! DON’T DO IT

A lot of scammers! Using influencer pictures as their own! I decided to do a google reverse picture on one of the matched profile as he messaged me a picture that look slightly different from what he uploaded on his profile and all the pictures he updated on his profile the scammer used an Argentinean influencer instagram pictures. This app has a lot of potential security safety issues! For being so expensive $99 and doesn’t do an actual verification of authentication of the pictures uploaded! Trying to get me to invest in bitcoin and gift cards so they can pick me up on a private jet! Or have an emergency and their accounts are frozen and need money right away and will pay me back! And the conversation will turn extremely ugly if you decline to invest or help financially! It would be sad if people fall for their scams thinking they have met the one on this app! I reported all the accounts that were scammers. And it was a waste of time and money! This has to be the worst dating app created! DON’T DO IT! Save your money and time!

Amazing Experience

I’m someone who’s gotten weary and disappointed at dating apps. But this app changed my view. Compare to other dating apps, the pool in this apps are people who are serious about long-term relationship and makes their incentives clear. To help users find the preferable matches, there are more filter options than MOST the other dating Apps. U can filter by height, education, and race, etc. also since everyone there have to go through verifications and approval, the local profile is smaller but substantial HIGHER quality. The website can also filters out the bad choices for you by blocking themes, so it’s super-verified and super-efficient. 100% would recommend for anyone looking for serious relationships with great people!!

The site seems to be acnow and rearrange things literally 10 yrs

The only dating site I’ve ever been on is this one. I would say it used to be much better. When you viewed people that liked you or viewed you , you could actually see everyone. Now I don’t know what they want you to like look at it all the time you can see for the last four people you can send two messages. Well I just think they try to rip people off I’m reading stuff and I get a message from someone at Millionaire match pretending to talk to me and if I sign up it’s like $300 a month what a marketing scam. Not really into companies that try to gouge people. On the positive note if you spend enough time reading through profiles there are a lot of very quality good looking successful people on this site that aren’t looking to just hook up which is completely different than any other dating site that I know of well 90%.

Preference set for not wanting to be viewed by females, but females are still viewing my profile!

If you have a privacy feature, it's essential that it work properly. Since I'm a bronze member, I can only access my first four views, but since I don't want to erase them, I can't hide and block all of the women who are underneath those top four! I'm not getting the full use of the service that I'm paying for, and that's never a good feeling. And, since this privacy preference feature isn't working correctly (because all of the blurred females below my top four have the word "New" in the upper left-hand corner), how can I be assured that the other features I have activated are working properly, i.e. browsing profiles anonymously?

This is a weird app this man on this app offered me $200 for sex with him. When I said no he reported my profile then contacted me to tell me he blocked my profile. When I tried to report this several times the owner of the app took my profile away. Then I made a new one to again report user MJ6008 and response from Maggie with the app team was please don’t have two profiles up at the same time. They never gave me my original profile back, and the might take the other one from making this review, I’m highly upset they let this disgusting man keep his profile and they took mine. If prostitution is what you’re looking for here, just say it. I’m sorry I’m look for a real connection with spark and meaningful something that will bring me happiness not some loser with money asking to pay me for sex then report me when I say no!

Scam!

Warning to young, successful women: beware of this app! It's a total waste of time and poses a significant risk to your safety. The platform is infested with scammers, and the user quality is extremely low. My experience was a disaster from the start. Upon creating my account, I couldn't upload pictures, and the terrible customer support (CS) blocked my account, demanding my driver's license (DL) to 'verify' it. Why block a brand-new account? And why request sensitive personal information?! After reluctantly sending my DL, I was able to use the app for a brief period before they permanently blocked me without explanation. It seems they only wanted my DL! During my short time on the app, I was harassed by numerous older men and losers. I'm reporting this app to Apple to address the issue and retrieve my DL. Avoid this app at all costs!

Distance isn’t an issue

If your match is willing to fly to your location, then distance is not in an issue. I find it ironic that people are complaining about no matches being in their nearby area, I go through the same thing that’s why you have to look at different locations. Other users complaining about that are limited in their thinking.. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being on this app, although I do think it would be nice to not be shown to a certain age group of people.

Updated: Issue resolved

Update: It took a while for them to respond, however, my issue was resolved and they were very accommodating and exceeded my expectations. Just have patience! Downloaded and paid for a month on the app. Then deleted the account. In the cancellation confirmation it said that if I wanted to reactivate it, I would have to send an email. I did that…4 times. No response to date (10 days later) as my membership fee is is being wasted with every day they don’t reactivate my account.

Scam scam scam

I downloaded this app a week and a half ago. After completing my profile and doing the verification process to get verified, I was suddenly moved to the “waiting list” and have been there ever since. I’ve emailed customer service three times, but I’ve yet to get a response. After viewing other reviews, I could tell all the 5-star ratings are definitely “bot” reviews. Sprinkled into between are actual reviews from people saying that app is pointless because you can’t do anything until you make a subscription purchase - which starts at a whooping $100. 🥴 Luckily I haven’t purchased anything, because let’s be honest who’s spending freaking $100 on a dating app. That’s ridiculous. Any who, it definitely seems like scam. Deleting my account and the app itself ASAP.

Used to be a pretty good app

But it has gotten worse over the years. They add features and then take them away. They want personal documents and financial documents all the time seemly expecting someone to just hand them over to some developer, likely in another country without proper safeguards. They are now adding more and more age restrictions and/or restricting how you use it more and more. Wasn’t going to rejoin it had gotten so bad, but after turning my auto renew off, it renewed anyway. If you’re going to join, I’d join ASAP. I have a feeling it will be worse tomorrow than it is today and worse the next day than it is tomorrow. That’s been their trend.

Lots of Fake Profiles and Scammers

Please beware that there’s A LOT of scammers and fake profiles on this dating app. I’ve been in a few apps, but this one tops them all. Wow, it’s just terrible that there’s so many dishonest and shady people out there. I’m not surprise though just because a lot vulnerable people that won’t even think.... In addition, the 1st week of getting the App it seems to be the ideal dating app because of the quality of selections and the reply I’m getting, then after a couple or so days it’s when the quality of selection dropped drastically. Wow! I was patiently waited to see if it improves, but it remained terrible. I’m so disappointed and I am recommending others to beware of this dating App. My advise is to try it out for a month and judge for yourself and I guarantee, you will run into crooks. MAKE SURE YOU ASK THEM TO FACETIME OR VIDEO CHAT WITH YOU, just to make sure of their true identity. If they give you a lame excuse, you know they’re not real. Please REPORT their profile ASAP, the only way to weed out this scumbags! Don’t say I didn’t warn you, if you didn’t do your own due diligence.

Several flaws for such expensive membership!

This website advertises” no sugar daddy, sugar baby” here! But I see so many young girls, (not even members) sending message to members & soliciting them. Also a lot of men in their 50s, 60s, even 70s, looking for women age19- 35! What is that? Aren’t these sugar daddies or are they ……t? Also, why can’t we select our search criteria based on location? I’m seeing people all around the country in my search! This is a very basic feature on all other websites. Why can’t you add it to?

MillionaireMatch is the worst app ever!!!!!

The first few days I was on the app there were no problems. Then, I started receiving messages that were addressed to someone named Maria while still receiving my messages. I attempted to contact someone to get the matter sorted out. No one ever got back to me. Then, suddenly I could no longer sign on. Whenever I tried to sign on, a message flashed on advising me that either I was using a version that was too old or that my account had been blocked. I have sent several emails but have not received even one answer. If it were possible to give this app no stars I would because it does not deserve even one star.

I tried all the known rich dating apps and by far this is the best personal dating app. Few weird people. People here are looking for the same thing-a real legal relationship. Don't hook or waste time. Only respected people. The format of the application is user-friendly. Easy to read. They give you effective, authentic tips about dating. I have closed all other dating apps and use this app strictly. I recommend this one.

Expensive and Terrible

This dating app is a joke. Most people on here not professionals who have their life together. A lot of men and women looking for a successful person from every continent of the globe to mooch off of. You pay $200+ for membership to set your dating preferences (ie age, distance, etc) only to get people outside of that messaging and winking at you. Sometimes from countries you never heard of. A lot of members talk about scammers in the chatroom, when really the biggest scammer is the MM app. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Lots of other legit dating apps out there where you can meet serious people within your desired scope.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Where do I even begin. The background: I’m not a “dud”. I’m also on Match, and it’s like night and day 1. The default search area is said to “ALL” and not your local geographic area, so 95 % of the winks/likes/messages you will receive are from.... different states. 2. In the phone app you can only set search to one city at a time (!) so surrounding areas have to be searched city by city 3. If you set search to State (and try to sort by distance) the sorting function in the app does not work 4. The website and the app is not in sync as far as messages are concerned. If you delete something in one, or you write a message in one, it might not be reflected in the other. 5. I got a lot of what I consider “fake” winks. How else would upwards of 50 profiles be “unavailable” a few minutes after they winked/liked me 6. VERY small pool of local profiles. So much more, but I think you get the gist

Terrible

They never accepted my professional and modest photos. I had spent a good hour filling out my profile. Hours later, came back to see my profile deactivated for no reason. Support doesn’t respond to emails. The men on the site looked good (far away none in my city) but many women on this site too with blurry photos like on seeking. I’m actually a successful career woman who is looking for a real relationship and would have paid for this site if it were good. I’m glad I never gave them any of my money. I’m convinced a lot of these 5 star reviews on here are fake. Beware.

My account was blocked after the first log in

I created an account and I included some info about myself a long a decent picture. I didn’t include any contact info or similar. After couple of hours when I wanted to log in again to explore the app more, I was not able to login as indicated my account has been blocked. I even didn’t communicate or contacted any body on the app and I emailed the costumer service and asked them to explain why my account has been blocked but they never got back to me. This is an SCAM, It seems their purpose is to only steal the information. Even one star is a lot for this app.

Followed all guidelines to a T! Did everything they said, and what do you know. I have been on the waitlist for months now. So I just deleted everything. Even photos of myself (fully clothed) never even made it past the review process. And if you read other comments. This app is mainly used for people trying to pay for sex. So even if they don't say it upfront, thats the intention majority of the time. The app is a scam they charge hundreds of dollars. Guys, this is NOT THE ONE. Ghost Profiles

The system is plagued with ghost profiles that have not been used for years, but still there. For example, the system shows their age, but the user also mentions it in their description with years of difference indicating it’s been that long since they’ve used that profile. Also experienced a lot of fake profiles of women using another woman’s picture pretending to be them. So make sure you do a reverse image search on the pictures and stay safe out there. Good luck to everyone searching for romance, but I highly recommend staying away from this app.

Good, but there is still a lot to fix

On the one hand, my photos are almost always cropped in an unflattering way. Editing it doesn't seem to solve the problem. Another problem was that when a real gentleman was interested in me and when I was chatting in a cool place, I went back to my rich dating app but couldn't find his profile. Nowhere to look.

Not clear on what is included for free vs paid and no response to support questions

This is an extremely basic app. There are a lot of users but hard to tell if they are all real. You can’t see who has liked you because they want you to pay to do that. You also get ZERO explanation of what is free vs paid and have to stumble your way through finding that out. Unless you pay the $100+ to become premium then you can’t talk to anyone, or see who likes you. Even if someone who has paid (who has a crown symbol next to their name) says they want to chat - unless it’s a custom message then you can’t even reply. I have no issue with paying but without even being able to see who likes me to see if it’s worth it then no payment from me. It’s a shame they don’t allow some form of communication.

They won’t accept you if you’re not a white woman. Me and my Latina friends have given it a try and all were denied all drop dead gorgeous classy Latina women instantly denied. We had our friend with blonde hair blue eyes apply and she was instantly approved. Go look at their instagram you can see they don’t have any other women on their instagram besides white women. We’ve kept all the proof. And to be sure we’ve enlisted other women to see if it was a misconception and nope definitely not getting approved if you’re not of some white decent or atleast look like it.

Racist, app had banned me and colored friends

I’m a tech major and this app has so many bugs! I also got banned for no reason and it was marked as impersonation, I don’t edit my pictures, I’m just assuming they think I’m fake, but I’m a college student. Not sure if they’re question mark racist or something with a black girl on the app, but it keeps flagging then banning my accounts. This has also happened with my friends who we all signed up together in the same room and the two white girls got in no problem. Don’t waste your time.

These reviews don’t look authentic

Listen just trust your gut read the reviews and see yourself how in authentic they look they almost look like a robot it’s just my opinion and using this app they just delete you for no reason give you no answer and no way to speak up for yourself to explain any misunderstandings stay away. Update: I did a review of several of the reviews and after analyzing the “users” who gave 5 star reviews I can determine 99% positive they are inauthentic. Suspended

Today is my 18th birthday and I decided to make an account. I have been waiting impatiently to make an account, so when I made one today I was excited. However, this excitement ended when I go to log in and find out that I can’t because my account is either “blocked or the version of my app is too old”. I try logging onto my other MM app and it tells me my account is suspended, no reasoning or anything just suspended. On top of all this the selection was mediocre at best and I was very disappointed to have wasted my time.

Full of fake profiles

I never review apps. I’m reviewing this because of the horrible experience. Everyone who contacts me is fake. How do I know? Because they know nothing about the cities in which they say they live. They know nothing about their stated jobs. Oh, and then they spring it on you that they’re overseas on a military “peacekeeping mission” and to keep them in your prayers. Every. Single. One. Don’t bother with this app. You’d be better off standing on a street corner with a sign that says “Will date for Cosmos”.

Seems like a scam

I initially went to build a profile and the app asked for several identifiers including video and ID confirmation. While it seemed a bit odd, it could also be interpreted as a means of weeding out fake accounts. Unfortunately, if anything goes awry, the system will suddenly shut down your account and there is no means of verifying if you have been charged for a service that you never received. IT support is not responsive. It feels like a scam at this point.

90% fake profiles do not pay

This site is loaded with fake people I imagine it’s the company using software to make believe that there are tons of people that like you and wink at you. Most profiles have a name with four or five numbers after it and those are all fake, they only have one picture and usually after they wink at you in a day or two they are gone. Save your money and learn by my mistake this site is horrible and you will not meet a real person ever.

Not what it appears...

If you are a woman, be prepared for an onslaught of messages that never end! The UI/UX is not great at all, no clear and easy way to BLOCK users. Because men and women can both reach out to each other, the men seem to be VERY forward and creepy. As a successful business owner, I was under the impression that the quality of men on this site would be refined but that is clearly not the case. I have also noticed that there is very high turn-over on this platform as well.

Filled with more fake accounts then real, sad!

This dating site would be wonderful if they would stop the free subscriptions, it’s filled with scammers making a million fake accounts! I would rate it a 5 star if they would do pay only accounts. It would eliminate 90% of scammers. Not all no, but majority of fake accounts. The fake accounts steal photos and duplicate real people. But they are fake!! If you can’t pay for a monthly subscription you don’t belong on this site.

They stole my money

This company is deceitful. They mark a low monthly sign up fee but as soon as you agree they charge the entire year up front! So instead of $40 they charged $488! They offered no refund. Their customer service is very poor, they communicate badly and with complete lack of concern. They claim they mark their prices clearly but nowhere does it say they charge the entire year up front. Luxy is a pack of thieves. The app is NOT worth $488. It’s no better than a free site.

Misleading dating app

The site says it’s free to sign up. The site allows to “wink” and browse the member profiles for free. I waited a week to get responses to my 5 “winks”…nothing. Then, for members who contacted me their photos were purposely blurred and unable to view their profiles. I’m not investing in a dating site without some indication the members I want to meet actually check their profiles/messages once a week. Not the case with this dating app! 👎🏻Other free parts of dating apps offer more.

So, I created a profile because I thought I’d have better dating options as an attractive and successful 44yr old woman. Nope! Many of the men in their 50s and 60s are looking for the 19-34yr old woman - and 34yrs was on the high end for some. The site says it’s not for sugar babies and sugar daddies, but when a 60+yr old, high income earner caps the age of who he wants at 27, what else is it? I canceled after peeping behind this site’s curtain.

Name of app is deceitful!

Not sure why this app is called millionaire match?? I was there for a month, and didn't meet anyone remotely close to being a millionaire. No one to connect with and not just financially but intellectually. The pool of users are also small so you see the same people often. No new people each day. I canceled my subscription after a week but still had access for a month. Save your $100/ month.

Scamming a big issue

You have the ability to force everyone to get photo verification yet you make that a option not a requirement. Fake app

I signed up, uploaded photos like I was suppose to, filled out my profile, verified my photos were real then “waited” the couple days to be “approved” and got back on the few days later to be hit in the face with a “we deleted your account for creating a fake account”. I guess I was too sexy for the app. Oh well, I went onto the competitor apps and came here to write a bad review for being called a liar. I was real, hints my review.

Everything’s wrong w this app. The matches are mostly toothless, broke, dingy man looking for I guess a woman to maintain them. It is quite scary. Some of the men that are on this application from middle of the country locations that I’ve never heard of. If they’re not there, then they’re fakes and even as a member, I’m getting profiles of women, even though I have selected to see only men. Just awful! Don’t pay for this garbage app!!

Beware!

Not sure what has happened recently to this app. After so many great reviews I tried a membership. After many, many, many scammers and hacks on this site I’ve canceled my membership and am trying to get my money back. I lasted less then three weeks. Two out of every five contacts asked for my personal contact information after just one brief conversation. Two contacts had the same profile pics but lived in different cities. Twice I was contacted with “Please contact my friend. They are not on this site but liked your profile.” I was then given an email address to contact this unknown person. Two out of five simply “disappeared”. Not sure I ever was messaging a real person. Beware! Beware!

No Real Profiles?

Must of the men have only one photo and it is not a certified picture and after hearing some of their stories and where they are, I am not sure if they are real. Just here looking a honest man looking for a relationship and willing to give it a try. Giving a month and after that will leave the site.
