I just made the switch to Independent health starting in 2023. I had been with blue cross for 6 years. Blue cross was bought out by high mark and things really hit rock bottom from a customer prospective. After talking with my employer about health care options I chose Independent health. What a difference! Less wait times to talk to an IH rep, great app, great member benefits. My family and I are very impressed! Keep up the good work Independent Health!
This helps. i like being able to make sense of it by quickly checking my deductible, Health Extras balance and peeking at covered benefits on my plan before seeing a doctor.
I have called and emailed numerous times in regards to a claim that was filed and I have been told for over 5 months that the check is in the mail. I have received nothing. I have not gotten any return calls and there is not a single manager or supervisor that I can talk to. I have been strung along and lied to about what is being done. I am so disappointed and exhausted trying to get something that is mine. PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE TAKE CARE OF THIS. PLEASE
Just spent 10 mins to get me card info off the app. They sent me 20 emails telling me that someone logged in. Yeah, it was me using Face ID to log in. I’m in my 20’s so I’m not an old head thinking that this new tech is terrible. Just mad that the app asked me if I liked it after the debacle of getting info. The nerve to ask, then you add free time in a waiting room you get this review.
This site is hard to navigate. It you go back you get kicked out. I was placing an order fro OTC’s and got done with one section and tried to go back to order off her stuff and got put back to the beginning.
Benefit cards are on the app now, except every time I log in and try to click something it kicks me out and resigns back in. I can’t get more than 5 seconds out of this app. This technology blows
Well I am NOT too happy with my health insurance which It Is TOO COSTLY!! I suggest u should be FAIR how to treat me with health insurance coverages!!!!!
When I try to log in I either get "can't connect to server" or just the infinitely spinning wheel. Occurs whether I have an LTE or WiFi connection and all other apps are working so definitely a problem with this app specifically.
It is very difficult on my iPad to get the gift card as the security code and actual card keep going in default. Not liking this new system that everything has to be on the iPad, phone, or laptop and how can you just group all the reward dollars together in one card? Sorry not working for me
