So like most others, I too can log on, but the second I try and access anything on the applet, it shuts down. I don’t know if this is an unexpected crash or not, as I can’t seem to pull a report on the shutdown. But it would be nice if it was fixed sometime. Ever. Or is this some satirical take on the US healthcare system as whole?
Cannot do anything on this app, try to navigate through and familiarize myself with it and it just crashes every time I press check coverage or other options, creator definitely needs to fix this issue asap if you want the app to actually assist members and/or their guardians!
Don’t waste your time downloading this app. It crashes every time you attempt to navigate anywhere after you log in. If you’re downloading for questions, I’d suggest just calling the number on your card.
I’ve never written a review for an app until now… this app is a WASTE. It doesn’t work at all, you click on a link for coverage info or if card and it immediately crashes. Just take it down at this point.
Downloaded the app to access my daughters ID card, which they said I would be able to do, but when I click on the link that is supposed to take me to the card it always says there is an error.
I forgot my login info, I clicked on the “forgot password” link, and it took me to a page with text saying “step 1, step 2, step 3, step 4, step 5”, I click on the text thinking it’s a link, nothing happens. Then, the app force closes.
This app is utterly pointless! It either just links you to their website or crashes. It serves almost no benefit at all. Used it for less than five minutes then deleted it.
As other reviews have noted, the app immediately closes upon various interactions throughout. I can not believe the company has left these issues unresolved for over 9 months!
Literally just an app with links to take you too specific pages on their website. I'm pretty sure apps that do that aren't even allowed on the app store.
The worst version of this app ever you cannot get any of your rewards information any other information at all your accounts at once. you can’t do anything it’s completely frozen
