Instead of calling or logging on our website this is the easy way to set up your next blood donation appointment.I actually scheduled my donation in October using this app. Once logged in all your credentials are loaded and you can see your very first donation up until your last donation and it’s easily noticeable when your next blood donation eligibility is due. You can also see your donor card Number and how many gallons you’ve donated. My only suggestion is may be to design a donor card similar to what we have instead of the plain one, maybe have a dark mode option, and on the login screen the logo is a little too large maybe shrink it.
This app is new but I am using it and it is clean and simple to use. My login was easy and had all my credentials there once signed in. Was also able to schedule my next donation in a couple of weeks.
There is no help option, no way to edit any profile details except the user name. Accounts should be automatically linked without having to give donor Id, but regardless there’s no ability to add it once you have an account.
Entered all the requested information but nothing happened after I hit the submit button. Changed password, no luck. Re-entered all the information and tried again , to no avail. Total waste of time.
