Oh, the ease of being able to view everything I need in one place! I can view the schedule at each location. Now that I book my classes all at once, it’s helpful to use the browse by date feature. And if i forget which classes I’m signed up for, I can even view them in the app! My favorite part is the ability to book a private through the app and my most favorite part of the NYP app is viewing My Attendance - all the classes I’ve attended which makes me proud.
I purchased a class package and the app won’t even let me use it and book. When I pick a class and go to book to prompts me to purchase more packages! I can see my class package but it’s like frozen and can’t be used. Very annoyed and I haven’t even taken a class!!
The application was so easy to use! But then I got logged out and couldn’t log into the application, while the website still works. The error message says “unknown error occurred”.
