Vision benefits show not available when I tap the button. Find Provider for medical and dental return a “something went wrong” error, and vision forwards me to my browser instead of searching in-app.
I have two accounts registered and only my expired account shows up on the app. The website provides a choice but not on the app. I appreciate that they are trying to provide access to past claims information, but the app needs to work.
First off, you can never find a provider. I did a simple search, general doctor, 50 miles anywhere in my state. NO PROVIDERS FOUND. I need a neurosurgeon, no providers found! Honestly, what’s the point of this app when you have to call every time to get assistance?
This app cannot recognize user login. All claims do not load if you ever do get on. Half the time it is down and force closes with minimal functions. It makes insurance somehow more frustrating than it already is
It is 2024 but this app struggles to perform basic functions
The provider search by city/state crashes the app reliably. Claims details don’t seem to show. Login seems to require 2FA constantly, which is a hassle. It’s been several years and it hasn’t seemed to improve much. For the high rates being charged to NLB customers, I would expect this app to work better than it does.
This App is really really bad!!!! Fixing is required urgently.
Suddenly I started getting pop up note on a one time password sent to me. Now I get a note my device is not connected to the internet and to try again, while the device is in fact connected and all other apps are working well. This App is really the worst app I have seen from any provider and especially from a medical insurance provider where the app accessibility is very important. It also seems like no one is looking at these reviews and no one is trying to fix it. Very bad app.
The app allows me to login and see my ID but if I try and see my claims it gives me "no claims" error even though I have claims, I also keep getting a parsing issue or no internet issue even though I have a perfect connection that other apps have no issue working on. If they fix the network issues and claim info section the app would be worth it, at the moment all it does is show my ID when it decides to connect
The Worst App Ever. Don't Bother Wasting Your Time
If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Unfortunately this is my company's new insurance medical provider. Come open enrollment I am will strongly voice my objection to Nippon. Easy enough to register. 48 hours later still waiting for confirmation email. Contacted customer support and IT to no avail. Nor am I the only employee experiencing registration issues. Customer support claims they can't look up my account despite my providing them with the ID # THEY issued. Useless app and worse customer support.
When I try to enter the user name and password I get a pop-up that a one time password was sent to my email. I still haven’t received an email and it has been a full week since I tried. I can access my information going through my computer but sometimes I need to check my account while I am out!!!
Have not once been able to use - crashes the moment I open it. Automatically updated today to the current version and now I can log in, accept terms - and then it tells me I have no internet connection (when I clearly do and am connected) and logs me out over and over.
I used to be able to login, but now it’s been months that I can’t and have tried everything the support reps asked yet, still cannot login. Not sure why they even have this app if they ask you use the web portal...
I am directed to download this app because I am on a phone instead of using the webpage. I don't remember my login so I asked for a reset and it said that user not found. I tried making a new one and it said that user already exists... So which is it? User not found or already exists?
User interface needs to be improved. No Touch ID feature enabled have to enter user if and password every time. No easy way to reset the password. Had to remember the member id. Not an user friendly app.
Don't waste your time!!! Tried to register several times over the last 3 hours. If the user can't complete a simple task this app should be scrapped. Less than 1 star if possible.
As I try to log in to application, it shows that the phone is not connected to Internet, even though I am connected and using other applications on my iPhone. Strange.
The registration/new user option is awful. It does not complete the registration process. If I could rate LESS than one star, believe me, I would rate ZERO.
Whoever developed this should be ashamed at creating such a dysfunctional app and the company must be clueless as it should not even be in the App Store, it’s HURTING your reputation!
