Application version 3.1.1 is unstable and hardly usable. Cannot 3D Touch to paste, no integration with my Keychain, GUI is not all there, and it’s not worth using. I made a shortcut to the website in Safari and it works better.
Works fine. But 3D Touch on the list of links should bring up a menu to copy link, edit, see stats etc without having to click to next page. Lots of potential to make it more intuitive. Simple things, please implement.
This service and app are awesome! Best link shortener/customizer out there. The app and service are easy to use. Setting up your own custom branded short domain is easy. It has some awesome integrations like Chrome extension to easily create branded links. It integrates with Tweetbot way easy. Bottom line: EASY EASY EASY!!! AND FREE!
I really wanted to love this app and was planning to upgrade to a subscription, but it seems Rebrandly can’t get their stuff together with fixing their slow responsiveness and “sticky” experiences. Copy does NOT work anymore, no matter how many times I’ve reinstalled it. The search function disappears whenever it’s moody, and there’s no way to properly organize things so no I need to depend on memory. I was happier with the clunky giant bitly
Pressing the copy button to copy a link does not copy the link. Not unless you touch it several times, and even then it doesn’t always work. Very basic and important function, needs to be better. It’s the main reason I want the app on my phone.
I received the email regarding pricing changes last night and I am appalled. This is absolutely NOT OK. Going from $4 per month to $99 per month with less than 30 days notice is disgusting and you should be ashamed. I’ve been with Rebrandly for 2 years and this is holding people hostage. You WILL lose subscribers.
The whole team doesn’t know what they are doing, at all. They have zero tech support background. They took forever to reply Back and I kept getting bounced around with the same line used. I’m convinced they are an early stage of AI, a very cheap and low grade AI. I eventually got fed up and told them to stop contacting me.
This app is so broken! I have been using it for about 6 months now. Cant copy and past past url’s that have been made amongst other stuff. It’s not responsice when you click the features. Only can use desktop version 🤬🤬
Love the service and the website. But the app no longer works if you sign in with your Google account. On the login screen it flashes the Google option then goes to email/pw only.
I don’t know what happened. This app used to work fine. Now I can’t rebrand the length. And it gives errors until you tap around the screen. Please fix.
Sounds awesome sounds easy sounds like a dream come true! Easy to use seems free and almost effortless. Then turns out you need to buy a branded domain from them. If that was more clear and up front I wouldn't be upset. The bummer is that you can't even close your account. I've had the app for five minutes and deleted it already.
I used Bit.ly for years and loved it, until the features I needed are only in their expensive enterprise plan! That may be fine for corporations but not for startups. Several people recommended Rebrandly on Quora so I decided to check it out. They have awesome features that I can afford! These features exceed Bit.ly’s.
Very disappointed. Crashes on launch from the share menu in any browser. Tested with chrome, safari, Firefox. So badly designed that even trying to create a link from the app itself is a nightmare. Will not be renewing. Back to bit.ly for me. 😡

Rebrand.ly is very convenient and efficient If you are on safari open up their in safari app or use their app. Then without even clicking paste (because it automatically detects your link!) choose your domain.
