The whole point of this app is to download videos and to make that work you have to pay, and I am not going to pay. All I am saying if you want to have a app to do something and advertise it, don’t make people pay to use it one. It’s just lame.
First of all this app doesn’t have any features. it’s literally pointless. I downloaded this to remove a watermark off a tiktok I PERSONALLY made and wanted to post on instagram. Doesn’t work. No video was saved. Theres only like 3 options within the app- paste link, bookmark profile, and add to playlist. I couldn’t even paste a link without it continually pulling up the tutorial of how to copy and paste the link off tik tok…. you just hit copy. and hit paste. I dont need a tutorial. This feels like a beta app (which it is) made in a highschool class as a project. To top all of this off, it’s NOT free. None of it. It’s either 4.99 a WEEK or a one time $29 purchase. That’s like $260 for a whole year. Immediately canceling my free trial. where is that subscription money going?? clearly not into improving the app
This app costs money! Your probably like why? It’s free on here? No it’s a scam! You download it and think everything’s fine and then you try and paste in your link and it leads you to a screen payment, 1 week and 1 year subscription. It’s making you pay to use the app! And if you do pay, it’ll crash, be glitchy, or just not work in general. Horrible app, Horrible creators, the only reason it has a 3.8 is bc some ppl are putting 4/5 star so everyone can see their comment but I’m not. They don’t deserve 3.8 stars they deserve 0
OK, I bought this on the recommendation of someone I trust. I have tried multiple times with multiple videos to download them as instructed, and I keep getting told my video is not public, and all of my videos are public. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and never gotten an answer in over a week. I did not do the trial, and I am regretting that now so I paid $30 and it is a waste of my money. Customer service is not responding to help. I would not recommend this app
Felt tricked into paying for this app because the app was not giving me the option to move away from the paywall. Turns out, as I navigated the app that it’s glitchy and I can’t navigate anywhere. I get stuck in one screen without the option to move away, so I have to close and reopen whenever I want to change pages. It also doesn’t let me download the videos without the watermark! The whole reason I bought it.
SnapTik did something to corrupt the free version I had on my phone so I deleted it and then realized that I can no longer upload it from the App Store. I Purchased this new SnapTik and it is absolute garbage and doesn't work whatsoever. It's glitchy confusing and I've never been able to figure it out so I just deleted it before my free trial ended. Save your time, money and Sanity and look for something else. It's not the same thing as it used to be.
Downloaded this app, and immediately was excited to get working. Paid the FULL SUBSCRIPTION and have yet to convert a video because it says I have to make my videos public (which they are) and it won’t convert the video. I’ve requested a refund, so we’ll see how that goes. I’ve also reached out to customer service of this app and to no surprise, no response. Don’t fall for this scam. Not worth the money. Just don’t do it!!
I think this app is broken because even though my video is public it keeps telling me it isn’t. Don’t waste your money. Thankfully I heeded previous reviewers and signed up for the free trial. Pro tip: you can cancel the subscription immediately and you will still get the three days free. Not that those days will help you since the thing doesn’t work, but at least you won’t forget and be out $5 when it renews.
If I could give this app zero stars I would. I was recommended this app by a friend and ended up purchasing the lifetime membership. This app does not work AT ALL. I have tried multiple different ways and with different phones to get this app to work. Nothing. I always receive a “failed upload” error message. I have reached out to customer service on three different occasions with no response. Do not waste your time or money on this app.

Hey there. I paid $30 and no matter what I do it says I need to make my videos public. They are all already public. I’ve tried new videos as well as old videos. My goal is to remove the TikTok watermark so that I can repurpose the videos. But I can’t even open them in this app. Waiting to hear back from Support. Hopefully there’s a fix otherwise I would like my $30 back.
I keep getting this error when I click Get Video after pasting TikTok link. I've tried several different ones and I get the same error. I also tried turning apps on and off and turning on and off. All software is up-to-date. What now?
I tried the free trial and never got to use it because of an error message saying my video is not public— it is. I’ve tried several public videos. Mine and others— all the same error. I forgot about the issue when I went to purchase for a week, agin, attempting to use the service. I would like my money back because this service is incapable of being used. Unfortunately, the app never worked for me. When I tried to download a video, it told me the video wasn’t public - which of course it was. I tried everything, but couldn’t find a setting that fixed the problem. I sent a help request and but got no answer. Finally I requested a refund for the $20 I had spent on it. I will definitely take the trial period to try out an app before I purchase next time!
When I go to add my link to download the video, it constantly gives me an error saying my videos aren’t public (which is not true). I’ve emailed number our times asking for help with no response. Website is millions of times better then app. App forces a subscription onto u, when site is free. Also the app wont even save to camera roll, it just puts it in the apps bookmark section, i can bookmark videos in tiktok itself, the only reason anyone uses this is because they believe it will save to camera roll
Beware! This app is a scam!!! It does not do anything that it promises and it only asks for money!!!! You are unable to honestly download anything it just saves videos onto the app and it makes you spend a ridiculous amount of money to do so. What’s worse it does not have any settings whatsoever so you cannot stop the payment or change the settings in the app.
It does not work at all. It keeps saying failed to get video. It works fine on my laptop but not on my phone. Then after it says failed the app freezes and won’t let me recopy and try again. I have to close it out and reopen it. Just for it to keep saying it’s failing. Highly highly disappointed and do not recommend.
Unhappy with this App so far. Even paid for theLifetime subscription thinking it might help but no such luck. Every time I copy & paste video from TikTok get the error “Failed to get video” I usually read reviews prior but this was highly recommended so I downloaded & paid. Hope all the bad reviews get some attention soon and they get the issue corrected.

My page is public and so are my videos and it kept giving me an error message that it couldn’t get the video because it was private but it’s not private never been private and I tried a few different videos on my profile and none worked so I had to delete app! Ugh on to the next I suppose
I got this app to remove watermarks on my TikTok’s so I can post them as reels to instagram. I was stuck on one page for several minutes. Then once video as finally uploaded it does remove the watermark nicely….but doesn’t let me download that video. When I go to watch the watermark free video in app, it just leads me to the link on TikTok (WITH watermark). Waste of time and money
This app doesn’t work at all. I would always get an error message that the link failed to download after it was copied over from Tiktok to This app -I can see other reviewers had the same issue. I even tried deleting the app and re-downloading it again to see if that would fix the problem…NOPE!
I spent $30 to literally be able to do nothing with this app. I wrote to customer service and heard nothing back. Its advertised that you can download the video onto your phone with no water mark but you cant. It just takes you back and forth between this app and Tik Tok. Waste of time and money.
I purchased the life time subscription and as soon as I try to use the app it doesn’t work . I reset my phone , updated my phone and reinstalled and uninstalled the app and it keeps saying the video has to be public when it is . The app charges a $30 lifetime subscription however none of the features even work and apparently haven’t for some time. It is extremely buggy and on top of that you won’t be given a refund. Don’t waste your time with this!
Every time I try to use this app, it tells me that it can’t work because my video is not public. All of my videos are public and I have checked a dozen times. It’s set to “everyone” I’ve restarted the app, my phone, etc. It continues to give me the same message, so basically the app is pointless
As someone who is just trying to download videos, I believe it should not take money to do so. Once you put the link in it automatically brings you to a pay screen to where you have to pay in order to get it. Do not recommend.
This does not remove the watermark at all. It just downloads it and goes through a loop like if it’s going to be removed but it never removes it. You keep downloading the same video with the same watermark. I bought it and immediately asked for refund. I am pending a response but I’ll be reaching out to apple too.

I’ll update if someone addresses this issue but what looks simple won’t work! I copy the link, open the app and a link appears and it fails to save. And the paste window doesn’t allow me to paste. I should have read the other reviews first. Just wasted $20.

ok so the reviews in the beginning seem promising. it says it works great. i go to try it. first they give you subscription list to pay for saving. and then i tried one tiktok; said failed to save. okay whatever next one. same thing happens again. and i go to try again for the third time but this time it just pops up the subscription list. you can’t avoid it. it pops up whenever you want to save. so unless you want to pay 29$ to save. i strongly suggest not to download this app.
I just paid $30 to not be able to download any videos because they are saying my privacy settings are not correct for them to save the video but my privacy settings are for everyone and have no restrictions
