It’s worth it. Invest in your health and well being.
I thought I had pulled my calf muscle 1 mile into a 22 mile backpacking trip (luckily it got better after another couple of miles) and that’s when i realized I needed to stretch more because I wasn’t getting any younger. That if i have 5 minutes or 10 minutes i can just choose a stretch routine for whatever area i want and I don’t have to think about it. They have ones for when you’re sitting at your desk too. I like the streak feature… it makes me feel accomplished seeing the number of days tick up and you get a streak freeze after a week. They explain what each stretch is, you can make your own if you want or they have plenty of premade ones. They have dynamic stretches and exercises on the app too. Definitely worth the money if you do the annual subscription. My body is feeling so much better now that I’m stretching regularly. It’s important.

Disappointing
This app had such a high rating, but in my opinion it doesn’t live up to the hype. I could have saved $40 (sale price)and used the timer on my iPhone. Granted, I’ve only been using the app for a week, it is what it is. Thankful I have knowledge on how to stretch properly. There are no descriptions whatsoever on any of the stretches - just a drawing of what the stretch looks like. I had to google one stretch I wasn’t familiar with. A static drawing with a hand on the chest tells me nothing. I would consider myself pretty knowledgeable about stretching positions, but no clue. One feature and reason I got the app in the first place was to keep me motivated to stretch daily. Since the pandemic, it’s been hard to get back into a rhythm working out. I’ve had many orthopedic surgeries and dealing with chronic pain. I was doing yoga at least four times a week before Covid and purchased a used Peloton to work out on while stuck at home. The last two years have been bogged down by grief. Instead of doing what I always do and jump back into working out full force, I thought daily stretching would be a great way to ease back. Hopefully, since I paid for this app for a year, it will keep me moving daily. The app definitely needs some upgrades and changes. Unless it greatly improves, I will not be renewing my subscription.

Helpful but needs a few more things
This app has helped me to slowly add/regain flexibility. It's probably helping me to manage pain too but that's harder to assess. I appreciate the picture guides, and the beeps are helpful as I move through the routines I know. As a busy person with young kids, the streak feature isn't so helpful for me. Life happens, and the all-or-nothing nature of streaks is that when they're broken, you return to zero. I would much rather set a goal like "stretch 25 out of 30 days". This is the biggest issue with the app for me. Streak nagging is why I quit Duolingo and I don't want this app to turn into that. Other wants: some kind of beep when the transition timer is done would be nice. Information about adjustments for stretches I can't do would be really helpful.i said I was a beginner, and some of the stuff still requires a higher degree of flexibility and fitness than I have right now. I've had to figure those out on my own. Dark mode would be a nice touch as well. And finally... pausing a routine shouldn't zero out the transition timer between stretches. Give me those seconds back!

Has the potential to be great
This app, like many of the fitness/body wellness apps, has a solid foundation of having different programs that meet different needs — targeting certain body areas, time frames, etc., but there’s no guidance. For example, when you set up the app, it asks you a variety of questions to learn about you. But it doesn’t really structure a program tailored to you, where you currently are at in your wellness journey, or your needs. You click beginner, but in all of the programs you have five seconds to transition into the next pose/stretch with no auditory or visual guidance as to how to properly do that. It’ll give you five seconds to go from a back bending pose to a lunge pose. That doesn’t make sense nor is it healthy. They have a little button you can click on to read how to properly do a pose but you’d have to stop the timer so you can read without wasting the time you’re given to do the pose. That’s not effective, and one of the reasons I wouldn’t pay for this app. For beginners, and all levels really, it’s more efficient to be guided in a visual and auditory manner. That makes it more inclusive, mindful, effective and unique.

Best UI! Needs to add a few more stretches
Of all the stretching apps out there, this one has the best UI/UX, and is therefore the only one I can see myself wanting to engage with daily. The options here are thoughtful and streamlined, and I’m finding that it’s more pleasurable to use without a lot of features clutter. There are a few more customizable features I’d like to see. I think the option to change the stretch times would be nice. I’d also like to see a bigger stretching library. Like, no squats?? Squat stretch is a classic! It should be in one of the core routines! Low bridge stretch, rear hand clasp and some other upper body stretches in general would be nice to incorporate as well. Maybe some dynamic stretches, too, which are a pretty important component of mobility. Some non-essential suggestions on my personal wishlist: I would really love to see the classic “starting stretching” sequence added here! And Kit Laughlin’s iconic daily 5 👀 although maybe that’s a little more niche (and possibly proprietary). A hip mobility/flexibility routine in general would be nice. As an incredibly lazy person who optimistically pursues an over ambitious stretching routine every 3 months and quickly gives up, I like that the routines are SHORT. 4-10 minutes is the sort of stretch I can psychologically commit to. Great app for maintaining mobility!

Loving this app
Stretching or bending isn’t something I prioritized or even did much of throughout my life. Now in my forties, after years of playing sports and still continuing to do so, my body has accumulated injuries and it’s living with pain, so I decided to listen to it and my PT and invested I. This app by purchasing the annual subscription. What I love about Bend is that it’s easy to use and has a simple interface without too many distracting features, it has detailed instructions if I need them, and has a tracking system that keeps me accountable. Also, as a New York City native, I was delighted to know that it’s made in NYC with ❤️. If you’re looking for an amazing, affordable app to bend your stiffness and pain away day by day, look no further. Movement is Freedom. I believe it, and this is only the beginning. 🙌🏼

Not quite a home run, more like a triple ⚾️
All in all a pretty decent app but I have a few suggestions. I like the assortment of stretches to choose from and explanations on how to perform each but the timer in my opinion could use a little work. High priority for me would be adding a small chime or something at the beginning of each exercise. There are 3 beeps at the end of an exercise but there’s no beep letting you know when to start the next exercise, after your ‘delay’. I hate having to continually watch the screen to know when the next exercise begins. Maybe an option to turn off the vibrations feature would be nice too. Next maybe add some color to the sweeping bar timer, like green for when you’re doing an exercise and yellow for the delay timer phase. When my phone’s a few feet away, it’s hard to see the grey sweeping bar timer. Jazz it up a little with some color LOL. Also maybe a different delay timer would be nice. Like the ability to set 15 sec between exercises and 30 sec to transition to the next group of exercises. Lastly, I wish there was a specific ‘category’ or ‘type’ for ‘BALANCE’ exercises, in the create your own routine area. Some of us older population could use some help in fine tuning our balance. Well worth the subscription I think. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Great app! Could use a few improvements...
All in all, this is a fantastic stretching app for beginners. I use this daily & it’s a very rewarding program with a well designed layout. However, there are some improvements I’d love to see in the future: 1) The ability to lengthen/shorten the amount of time you spend stretching. This one’s probably my biggest hang up. Some of the stretches are too short for my taste (they’re 30 seconds each) & I wish I was able to customize that. Adding an option to change how long you stay in a position for would be a game changer. 2) Being able to see the next movement during the countdown. If a teaser of the stretch popped up during the 3 second countdown, it would make transitioning from one position to the next smoother & more efficient. 3) Adding an option to automatically pause after each stretch. This is kind of a tag along to #2. Having the ability to pause & move to the next position would help immensely with getting a more effective stretch. Instead of wasting 5 of the 30 seconds getting into the next position, you could pause & hit go when you’re ready, using all of the time in the stretch. All in all, this really is a great app & I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an organized way to improve their flexibility.

Life-Changing!
I had ACL surgery three months ago. I was really struggling to get normal mobility back in my knee. The swelling would not decrease, even with icing and physical therapy. The constant tightness made it difficult to walk, bend and fully extend my leg. I had difficulty figuring out how to appropriately stretch. — I came across this app a little over a month ago on social media. The first day I tried it out, I did the short 5 minute stretch. I immediately felt a difference! I have been aiming for at least 20 minutes of stretching a day and it has definitely improved my mobility. The stretches on this app are very easy to follow and I love the ability to choose target areas, as well as stretches that are more “knee-friendly”. Huge thank you to the developers!!! 😊

Everything is behind a paywall
I saw one ad for this on tiktok and immediately downloaded it. One of my goals this year is to stretch every day but I haven’t gotten around to it because I didn’t know where to start or what stretches to do, so when I saw the ad I thought it would be a great way to learn new stretches and develop a routine. However, when I downloaded the app, literally everything is behind a paywall. Everything is broken up into categories based on focus areas or experience level and you’d think some of the categories would be free to use but they aren’t, not even the beginner category. The only free category is the wake up stretches, but I’d prefer to do more targeted stretches or create my own routine. If you’re ok with paying a membership, good for you, but I think it’s ridiculous that nearly everything is behind a paywall. At least have one or two stretches in each targeted category free to use to incentivize ppl to buy the membership. I deleted the app without ever doing any stretches.

It’s fine, lots of room for improvement
It’s fine - I saw a Memorial Day special to get a better price so I pulled the trigger, but now that I’ve been using it I would say that there’s just a lot that could be improved. Pros: I appreciate the curated routines, the UI is nice, there’s good variety in terms of targeted areas and the amount of time you want to spend. Cons: I just find actually using it for stretching quite clunky - there’s a picture and a written description, but I’m someone that I’ve learned really benefits from having a visual demonstration of how to get into a pose, how to execute a movement (even if it’s the difference between two pictures). Because I’m reading descriptions, I have to stop and pause and adjust… and I know that can be part of the learning curve with exercise apps, I just think this one is really lacking with not including demonstrations of the stretches.

Great but needs improvement
I want to express how much I appreciate this app; it’s truly great, and I thoroughly enjoy using it. However, I believe there could be a valuable addition in the form of a survey or a similar feature. Such a tool could assess an individual’s flexibility and physical capabilities, determining which stretches are suitable or may not be advisable. Moreover, it could provide personalized recommendations on stretches to help users achieve their fitness goals more effectively. Despite this suggestion, I want to emphasize that I genuinely love using this app and find it incredibly useful in my daily routine. I use it frequently to stay on track with my goals and look forward to seeing further improvements in the future.

Update
There is huge potential for this App 🫶🏻 The app needs a lot of updates/upgrade. It doesn’t tell you when the brake finishes before the exercise starts. It doesn’t state the name of the exercise you gotta do next, so you would prepare immediately for it but every time you have to look at the screen to see what’s going on to see when the break finishes to see when the exercise starts. Also, they put like just pictures for exercises. We live in 2024 at least you wanna put animate doing the exercise showing how the movement it’s being done correctly. Also, you can’t add or remove exercises from a training! In short, this app needs a lot of work to be good.

Don’t make everything locked behind money
I got the app and was excited to use it to better my flexibility and improve when coming to spots and daily activities, but then I got on and EVERYTHING was locked unless you buy a subscription. Now I understand that is how the app and developers make money and all that, but if there is ONE stretch session for people who don’t want to pay, well to say the least I won’t be using the app anymore. At least add a few more free sessions so people can have some verity and want to keep using the app, because I surly don’t want to anymore when I can’t do any sessions to work on what I need too. By having everything locked the app/company will lose many customers because, news flash: not everyone has the money to spend but we still want to better ourselves. It’s not fair. Please add some more sessions that are free.

Thanks
I have been suffering with shoulder, hip, and and feet pan. And i have been meaning to try to do something to relieve these symptoms. i’m still quite active and i can usually fight through the pain. but lately it’s been getting worse, I think because i am now retired and not as active as i had been while i was working. I just kept putting it off. then this app popped up on my screen, right after i just woke up and am going thru the painful morning routine of fighting through the pain and get moving. so it’s like this app popped up right at the perfect time. When i needed it. Thanks i’m going to try my best to keep this up and hopefully not have to resort to some form of pain pills. Thanks again.

Update From Previous Review
I’m writing in regards to an update. It is only fair that I do an update because I was able to talk with a representative and they assisted me with my issue and my concerns. The representative by the name of Anna came to the rescue. Gave me some tips and some pointers in my issue and my concerns were both resolved. That is a mark of good business and their values they have for their customers. I really appreciate what Anna did for me. I have been able to get some good work in since receiving feedback. So if you are interested in getting this app I highly recommend you do so because they have people like Anna who is willing to help their customers out like myself. Thanks again and God Bless! Add intermediate poses please or a button to take pictures and add custom poses
Would give 5 stars if you add at least 100 yoga poses. There’s some poses I would like to add to my routine but can’t which makes it difficult for me to do yoga at home by myself because of my ADHD. I have to remember what pose to do after a certain pose which makes it a bit of a challenge for me to complete my routine. I do love how easy it is to navigate the app. Please add more poses. Or at least add a button where I can take pictures and name and add my own custom poses please. That would help so many people who has to modify their poses to use like yoga blocks , straps and blosters due to like a injury or age.

Really 1 ⭐️Not up front about Cost
When I selected to load the app , as always, I searched the app description for cost - there was no mention of it or trial period or options. Upon loading and initiating the app, suddenly I am requested to pay. I deleted the app because I find that cause for caution. If you are requiring a subscription, why not be honest up front in the app description? If you cannot be up front about one thing, there more than likely are other things you are being deceptive about. Hackers love to use that technique. No mention of securely maintaining your data. I have been subject to that before by this same technique. I am sure remarks will come, but go ahead. One day you too will learn to recognize certain signs.

Great app, but wish it wasn’t so expensive!
I downloaded this app because I play 3 sports and have slowly been becoming less flexible, to strengthen my core a little, and to feel better overall. The free routine they give you has eight stretches and is a nice routine to get my morning going, but unfortunately it’s the only free routine. I’m debating just getting a subscription, but I wish they had at least one small free routine of stretches for each category of the body they have. I certainly recommend getting this app if you’re willing to pay that much for the subscription or you just want a little morning stretch routine. The app appears to have a lot of very nice stretching routines for all parts of the body and all levels of experience, but I don’t know if I can justify the purchase.

Loading Error
This app was amazing until I started noticing that every time I open the app and complete a session, it starts back over to day 1. Sometimes it will go to day 3 or 4 before going back to day 1. I noticed today while trying to figure out what the problem was, that I was no longer logged in. Tried to log back in about 5 times and keep getting a “loading error, try again later” message. If this was a free app it wouldn’t be such a big deal. But I paid for a membership so this is unacceptable. Some one needs to fix these issues. It be nice to find a good app and have it continue to work like it’s supposed to for once. Thought I’d found that but I guess it’s back to the drawing board. I had also recommended this app to several people. Won’t be doing that again until I know this is fixed.

Great app, but really needs a few tweaks / tech updates.
This is an outstanding app with loads a terrific stretch routines and options for customizing routines. Users can set reminders and create stretch routines the meet their specific needs for various purposes and times of day. The main problem I have is that it doesn’t allow for stats to be tracked across multiple devices. The creators seem to think that we’re always going to use one device, so when I switch between three devices (iPhone, iPad Mini and full iPad - different locations, including travel, home and office) my stats reset. I’ve had lots of “1-Day” streaks, even without missing a day for weeks. Bad for an app that has a stated purpose of building consistency through motivation and ease of use. A second minor issue is that the app only allows one daily reminder. Again, the design doesn’t match the goal of getting users to stretch often, for various reasons. Finally, the screen won’t rotate, making an iPad with attached keyboard or stand awkward, unless you don’t have problems visually translating a 90-degree rotation while stretching. All this said, it’s better than most apps I’ve seen.

Simple and helpful
I really like the simple interface and the fact that it is focused only on stretching - with prebuilt routines, ability to create your own routines, and simple, easy-to-understand explanations and demonstrations for each stretch, this is the first app I’ve found that has helped me stay in the habit of stretching consistently. It would be nice to have more ways to view saved/favorites (i.e. a list to scroll down or gallery view), as the side scroll in a single line is a bit awkward if you have more than a few saved. But otherwise I enjoy using this app and enjoy its simplicity and will be continuing to use it daily!

Feel some much better and more flexible after a month of use
The daily reminders and tracking are a big help! It is easy to use and I can already feel more flexible from using it daily. I am not as sore after working out since starting using bend. It keeps track of days used, this pushes me to use bend everyday to keep my streak going. I wish they had stretches focused on seniors because I would like to get this setup for my parents to use, as they have gotten older flexibility and mobility is a concern, I would like to be able to have them start some easier exercises and work their way up.

Love this app! *And one suggestion.
I live in chronic pain and this app give me the option to choose short routines when my pain levels are high, making it much more likely I will do something instead of nothing (which makes things worse). I have one suggestion! Please have a buttocks routine. I’ve lost so much muscle mass in my lower, mid, and upper buttocks due to my chronic back and hip pain that it would be amazing to have a set of stretches and exercises where I could target this critical area. Those muscles support the back, and core and targeting them is important. Please consider adding the buttocks area to the options. Thanks! 🙏

Awesome
When I downloaded Bend I liked it enough to use it, the UI/UX was friendly and engaging and I mainly found the exercises convenient for a quick stretch boost. Since the most recent update I have to say I am super impressed and excited! The targeted exercises are perfect if you feel like a full body stretch sometimes does not do justice to specific parts of your body. I’ll definitely use the app more often from now on. Moreover I love that you can build you own routine now! That was my biggest wish when I started using the App early last year - and now it came true! Thanks a lot Bend developers! Keep it up ^^

Great app!
I was looking for an app to motivate me with improving and maintaining my flexibility. With its short, customizable routines, Bend works great for me. While I’ve always been hesitant to start a long routine I might find elsewhere, it’s easy for me (physically and psychologically) to pick a 4 minute routine in Bend and make some progress. Because who can’t do something for 4 minutes? It’s so low pressure. I often find myself choosing to do another routine and even another, and next thing I know, I’ve spent 20 or 30 minutes stretching, which is great to help combat the painful symptoms of my autoimmune disease. I highly recommend this app.

My experience with Bend after 3 months of use
Bend gives me a focus for mobility exercise and just enough support to get me through each session without feeling pressured by over the top by videos of people who have already mastered the move and range. I’ve seen the benefits with an increased range of motion and is part of several new positive habits which support my ability to consistently go heavier in weight power lifting, helping to hit many PRs this year including the 3 lift 1,000. And after a few months of getting used to it; each session leaves me feeling good to start or end the day!

Room for improvement
Good starting point to get into stretching. Bothersome from the original download to receive an offer for reduced paid version without even being able to see nor try the app. I think that approach of do it now or lose out is tacky and rivals what spammers do. I did pay for the year only to realize that the app is what i would call just ok. There are no dynamic stretching options and no animations/videos showing the stretch. Not all of the stretches were known to me. Apparently the expectation is that you find where you can click on the stretch and read the paragraph on how to do the stretch WHILE you're stretching? Hopefully developers will continue to improve the user experience. Current iteration of this app I would not pay to renew.

Movement is Freedom
The set up includes a personal profile including any physical limitations, etc. I have severe sciatica. The app includes cautions for the stretches that may affect this condition, until I can get surgery done. It’s well organized, includes lots of different stretches, lots of control over features like timing of stretches, it’s kept fresh and up to date, etc. Very affordable subscription. Great app that I will use for years to come! Thank you for its development! Mike Edwards The app provides so many stretching options! It’s very good for me, as I am in my 70’s and flexibility remains essential as we age! Thank you.

Amazing!!
I wanted to start getting into a healthy routine and stretching was it. This app is super easy to use and I love the design, it makes you feel at ease. All the stretching routines are awesome and the workouts are an actual workout. I thought I was gonna crush it but about half way through a 12 min full body workout I was pouring sweat. I know it’s supposed to be a no equipment type exercise app, but if you guys could add some band workouts that would be cool and maybe some isometric hanging exercise's. Overall I love it and it has helped me stay on my goal of gaining more strength and flexibility

I see ad after ad about chair yoga that costs a fortune or you have to pay some type of subscription fee and ads for weight loss where you have to listen to a 30 minute intro to find out how much their supplements costs. I’m 66 and never experienced sciatica issues until a few months ago. Actually a B supplement has helped. But my right hip flares up when I drive. Where the seat belt is in contact with my body. I want to enjoy daily walks again and preserve my health. I think an app like this could be a successful tool to help reach my goals.

150k reviews?
And where might these reviews be? I see 2 on the App Store, one of which is a 5 (but no review), the other is a 2 (with review). From my perspective, it's a 1. EVERYTHING is locked. The only thing I can access is the 5 minute "Wake Up" stretches. How can I tell if I'm going to like/use the app if I can't access anything? I understand the developer wants/needs to make some money for his/her effort. But perhaps get people USING the app and THEN hit them up for money? Let people use it for 30 days. Or heck, even 15. But giving people extremely restricted access (7 stretches that I already do, found FREE online) does not encourage us to want to pay you for whatever else you have to offer. And people *detest* subscription apps. IF I like it, I'll buy it. But I don't want to be paying for it forever. DELETED.

Simple but effective
Don’t expect your mind to be blown by what you find in here, but do expect a simple and effective tool to remind you to stretch regularly, and ensure a consistent routine with infinitely adjustable timing for each exercise and transition periods. If I could recommend an improvement I’d suggest providing a list of common stretching aides (yoga blocks, straps, rollers, etc.) allowing the user to select which they have (and are interested in using) and adding additional available stretches to accommodate those devices! Please add that, I won’t even try to claim royalties from the idea!

Healthy Living For Life
it doesn’t take a Doctor to tell you that flexibility and mobility are key to better health. I love the ability to to have customized targets for my routines whether I want 2 minutes or 60 minutes for full body or focused areas as well as the intentional ability to use the focus areas throughout my day. I am still working and use a standup desk 9 hours a day. Bend allows me to have that 4-5-6-7 minute stretch without a disruption to my work day. I am 63 and my intent is to never miss a Bend Day from here on so I can be 100 flexible and healthy! Thank you!

Excellent app for beginners
The ease of use & organization of stretches into tangible categories - Sleep, Posture Reset, Morning Wakeup, etcétéra - make it VERY easy to use on a daily basis. I can personally report a huge positive difference in my posture in less than 3 weeks of usage. And, on a more technical note, “as a career Quality Assurance Engineer” I appreciate the thoughtfulness of design and approach to the app interface and user engagement. I’ve been allergic to exercise and stretching most of my adult life, but this app is fun and SUPER EASY to use. High praise from this technologist to the entire team @ Bend!

Amazing App to help you practice yoga. Great visuals and instructions
I can’t say enough great things about this app. It really helps you get into gentle yoga with the option for quick routines or more complex and lengthier sessions. It’s timed and lets you relax into the poses with an audible beep when moving to the next exercise. You don’t have to keep looking at your phone for the countdown timer. There are lots of specialized workouts for specific parts of the body and posture exercises. Really jam packed full of routines and not too much unnecessary fluff to the app adding distraction. Thank you Bend!!!

Helping me achieve my fitness goals
This is a great app. I wanted to improve my flexibility, both to feel better and to improve my flexibility for golf. I was able accomplish both tasks with this app. They have a large variety of exercises and the interface is easy to use. The pre-made programs are a good place to start and I really like the ability to customize programs. I wish the app didn’t default to 5 seconds between exercises and allowed you to favorite custom programs but those are minor wishes in an overall great app.

I really appreciate the options available. I also like that I can set the time a little longer for those areas that are a little more tight. I haven’t tried creating my own workout, but look forward to giving that a try soon. I’m 62 and this is the first workout program that I look forward to doing every day! I also appreciate the simplicity - no talk, just simply going from one move to another with the timer indicating when to switch. I love listening to the birds sing in the morning!

Needs Work
I started with my first stretch on this and didn’t even get to the second one before I canceled the subscription. First off, the timer starts and you don’t even know what you’re supposed to do yet. You have to pause the timer, click on the exercise to read the description, and then start back the timer from the beginning. Instead of making us read the descriptions, it would be better if there was a person on a video showing you as you go into one exercise to the next. There’s an exercise app called JustFit that does this and it’s great. No stopping to read, and flowing right into the next exercise. I really was looking forward to using this but it needs more work.

Price high!
I feel like this app has really really great potential but it’s just really expensive like I answered like 20 questions and I said that I’d like to have stretches and stuff after or before I go to sleep and the only available stretch was wake up and I just find it really sad because I was super excited to try this new app and I can’t even do anything on the app because I’m not able to purchase anything so I can’t/I don’t have enough money to buy stuff so what I’m asking is like if you would look into this and please just try and lower some of the prices. Thank you.🙃

not what i wanted or expected
i have horrible posture and setting reminder alarms to stretch doesn’t work for me, so i thought this app would be a good way to start stretching more. i went through the whole introduction process where i told the app what my goals were and when i finished, i couldn’t do anything of those. the only stretch i got was “wake up” which was something i didn’t really need. i understand having some of the stretches locked behind a paywall, you need to make money, but ALL of them except for one seems extreme. this app looks like it could be amazing and could greatly help me, but i can’t pay the money needed nor do i want to for something that i’m this hesitant about.

First impressions are great.
Downloaded the free version to try but already looking at purchasing. This is a simple app with what I need. I like that I don’t need to sign-in to anything, simple and clean interface and has a very good library of stretches. As a male that was looking for a simple app for incorporating stretching into my daily routine, all the apps I first came across where geared towards a more feminine experience or just overkill, feeling more like joining a yoga cult. This app was the only I came across that was very neutral and dead simple. Keep it simple forever!

Transform Your Daily Stretching Routine with This App
This app has drastically changed my life by making it incredibly convenient to establish a stretching routine. I love that it's highly customizable and allows you to set daily reminders. The variety of stretches available ensures that I can target different areas based on my needs, and the illustrations make it easy to follow along. Plus, the progress tracking feature motivates me to stay consistent. Highly recommended for anyone looking to incorporate stretching into their daily routine!

I hate exercise and paying for subscriptions but enjoy this app
Been using this app for about a month. Only in the last 2 weeks have I been using it regularly. I generally hate exercise of any sort but this app provides a plethora of stretches including some you can do right at your desk. I have noticed improvements in my wellbeing already and am excited to continue. Cost is reasonable as well currently I think it’s 3 bucks a month. I’d be willing to spend 5 if it became necessary but no more.

Good app with room for improvement
This app looks beautiful, works elegantly, and actually makes me stretch on a regular basis. There are a few suggestions I have for feature additions or improvement. A small feature request would be to to allow a user to re-order the stretches while creating their own routines. Currently, you can add any stretch into a custom routine, but i couldn’t figure out how to change the order while creating it, or afterwards. More importantly, and this would be a larger change, I would like to see other people’s custom routines. Ideally, I could vote on shared routines and see most popular routines in a list.

BEST $30 YOU WILL SPEND IN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE
I have been suffering with chronic lower back pain for years. After trying just about everything ( massages, chiropractors, stretching on my own, this that and the other) I had come to just accept my pain. I happened across this app, and within one week of using it daily, have experienced an almost immeasurable amount of relief. It will get you to loosen up muscles you didn’t know you had! I’m walking straighter, sleeping better and getting more out of my day. Thank you bend!

Feeling younger with less pain!
This is my favorite app! I was not very limber when I started this and I have improved so much. I still have a way to go but now I have tools to help me. I feel better throughout my day. This is completely worth the money I spent. My knees, hips and back don’t hurt as much as they used to; some days they don’t feel bad at all. It is truly a gift to go through your day NOT thinking about aching body parts. I feel younger and healthier all over, mind and body. Thank you for this wonderful app.

Learn to Bend! Great App - Bend Delivers
Great intro to stretching / yoga! I’m a beginner - 46 yr male … beyond occasional leg stretching for a jog, I haven’t done any serious stretching since I was probably 20 (and I’m in very average shape for my age). Bend is a great “coaching” stretch app for home as well as travel, it has changed my perspective and I use it daily. One of these days I might even feel confident enough for a real yoga class - if that happens, it will be compliments of Bend. Try the 5 minute “Wake Up” routine - stick with it for two weeks, and you will start to crave it and get hooked.

Simple and Easy
I have been using this app for a while now. I have tried many stretching and yoga apps and this is by far my favorite. I love that it is simple, straight and to the point. I love that you can adjust length of activities so you can customize it to your ability level. You can also create your own routine. Only thing that would make it better would be more options for already made routines. It’s the only app so far that makes me want to keep coming back to stretch!

Just ok
After reading several great reviews I decided to go for it, the app went straight into a “deal offer” and did not let me try it out. After pondering whether or not it was worth the purchase I decided to move forward with buying the app. Big mistake, I don’t like that the pictures are just that… pictures. I wish there was a video to show how to get to a certain pose, or offer a beginners alternative. Even with the option to choose a beginner series some times our bodies don’t flex in the way the picture demonstrates so I have no way to know if I’m doing it right or not. Maybe its just me?
