It’s been months since i wrote this review (below) and this app is STILL opening to a black screen. And. That’s it. Nothing happens. Then it shuts itself down. MAYBE I can get the main screen, but then nothing works. Tapping any icon and nothing happens. There are so many bugs but nothing seems to get fixed. What’s the deal? I PAID for the files I listen to and now can’t even access them. *This app is still starting up with a black screen that doesn’t go away for 15-30 seconds. Has been for months if not over a year. Also, it would be helpful if there were an internal volume control option IN the app. I have my phone on medium volume and my sleep alarm turned allllll the way up. But even then the subliminal volume is still way too loud for sleep. I can’t turn the phone volume down or it renders the sleep alarm too quiet to wake us up even though it’s internal app volume is set at max. Can’t use Subliminal to go to sleep because if I turn the phone down so it’s not ear blasting volume, my morning alarm won’t wake me up. Internal volume control please! :)

Wow!

Not sure if it’s a coincidence but I’ve been using the app for 3 days now and I’ve been soo motivated to succeed in life! Normally when I’d blow off work and play games now I have this voice in the back of my head that says, you should be working instead. I’ve also had several clients who owes me money just paid me out of nowhere! I’ve been leaving The Law of Attraction track on repeat all night while I sleep. Most interesting is I FEEL more excited while it plays. It’s hard to describe but I just feel really ready to live. Whether or not it’s all in my head doesn’t matter because that’s where it all is anyway, right?

Great app HORRIBLE support

I have been using this app for several years and it helped me out of a bad depression. Which is really awesome. When I started using this, you would have to purchase each session individually or in bundles, no subscription was available. I have purchased hundreds of dollars of sessions and listen to most of them when I sleep. I would like to move this to my iPad but none of the purchases restore. I have been emailing support for 5 years now with no response whatsoever. Not even, hey we got your request, email. Nothing. Now I am starting to lose my already purchases sessions permanently. Like I said, restore doesn’t work. I am super angry that I can’t move the app to a nee device, lost product that has been paid for and support is non-existent. It’s a good product, but be weary because if you need help, they are not there. Can’t stress enough that since 2015, they have not responded at all.

Feel stressed and depression? Just listen these recordings

This application fell into my life right when I needed it. I always felt stressed and depression in the past, which had negative influence in my daily life. So I just requested for help from psychologist. They guided me thinking in a positive way, and suggested me to listen subliminal recordings. After a certain time, I feel much better, and I will insist listening even I do not have those depression, because I think it is a very good way for relaxation.

Just what I needed.

This app is great in every way! I've tried a couple of other mobile apps, even paid for them, but Subliminal: Affirmations delivers the best of what is most meaningful to me. Not only is the app intuitive and well laid out, but the responsiveness of the devs and the customer service is second to none! They responded at warp speed, they took care of my issue as quickly as they were able to, and delivered results with a personal touch.

Great App!!

This app has helped so much with my ADHD/Anxiety/OCD. My psychologist told me about the benefits of binaural sounds and referred this app and it’s been great with so many things such as nail biting, anxiety, and lucid dreaming. I recommended this app for anyone dealing with these issues or other mental health issues. I purchased the forever subscription and ran into some issues and the customer service got back to me the next day with an update to my issue so great customer service to back up a great app!

Last version bug issues- please fix 🙏

Ever since the last version update last week I haven’t been able to edit my playlist once I’m inside my playlist and also there’s no back button to get out of the playlist and switch to another so I have to close the app every time. This is a great app and I use it daily so still 5 stars, but this last version must have messed with these few things.

However...annoying subliminal sounds

Great app w/helpful meditations and subliminal topics, however, the subliminal message sounds are not very appealing. Just in my opinion. I think they could sound more enjoyable to listen to cause they often get on my nerves. Also, this app is not worth the money you would pay yearly given the limited meditations and the lack of isochronic tones. They have the binaural beats but as we all know, they require headphones. It would be nice if the app could combine their subliminal messages with appealing isochronic tones that are easy to play on loop. Just a suggestion. Don’t hate the messenger!

Good app with excellent service

After using it for a period of time, I want to say it is worth to own. At the very beginning, I misunderstood it, and tried to remember all the positive affirmation on the screen while listening, it is weird, so I emailed the customer service for help. Those guys are very kind, they gave me some suggestions, now I listen it in a correct way and it makes me feel much better.

Very nice self-help app!

For a long time, I suffered with sleeping trouble, which has big negative influence on my daily life. I just download it to listen and hope I can get some self-help from it. I listen it every night when I go to bed, it seems that I can fall asleep more quickly than before and wake up fresh in the morning, so I will continue to use it.

App does not let you cancel, forces you to subscribe

I ended up not using this app after giving it a try and just found out there’s no way to cancel it from the app, and no information on their support page. Looks like the only option is to purchase a subscription and uncheck “auto renew when subscription expires.” I got billed yearly by accident, now I had to pay for another month on top of that just to make it expire after one month. Paying an app extra just to make it cancel? Is this app even legit? Super regret trying this app, such a headache trying to dig through the menus, the support docs and finding nothing. Is this intentional?

Life-changing

It has made quite a difference. When I'm feeling some type of way during the day. Maybe slugish or sad , I need a pep talk. Or just stay focused. I just listen to the build-in positive affirmations. And everything starts to look a little brighter and feel better. So try it I'm sure you'll like it!!!

It really works and is worth to try!

I start from the free track-relaxation.I just feel relaxed while listening, I think it is ok for me to relax, so I insist going on with it. And then I feel something shifting inside, sometimes, those affirmations fills me up. It is amazing, I am totally out of depression and stress. I will continue to explore it more.

It works for me

This app is exactly what I was looking for and more! You can get affirming and encouraging messages (preset or custom), as often as you want. And they can have images/backgrounds and music. You can record voice messages.I also love how much control you have over the content and settings. Such a great and helpful app!

Good subliminal app

I listen to this at night when I go to bed. I have several tracks in playlist and they just keep playing while I sleep. And I can sleep very well, so that in the new day, I have enough energy to do my job. And I expect more changes in the future.

Best affirmations app!

Best affirmation app I've found so far! I was a little worried I'd feel silly recording my voice, but listening to it actually helped. And if you don't want to record, you don't have to. One feature I do really wish existed was the ability to shuffle affirmations as you listen to them.

Good performance

Amazing! I love being able to make my own affirmations specific to myself. I still love the subliminal recordings! This is just a faster more direct method of manifesting desired results at our subconscious level for an individual level.

Bad customer service

I bought many “sessions” over the last couple of years, and enjoyed them! However, after purchasing new phone, these sessions did not down load to the new phone, as did ALL my other apps with all of their data! I reached out for help, but they gave me useless suggestions and now I’m in the dark! So much for all their affirmations, which they say will make your life easier! In real life, they don’t practice what they preach!!!!!

Great App

I love this app. It looks and sounds so professional. It was weird at first hearing my own voice say these kinds of things, but the added imagery and ability to read along helps soothe the mind as it develops more positive pathways. Keep me stay positive

Positive affirmations are great to counter negative ones I may think or say to myself and a lot of these are things I would never think to say yo myself. Helps build confidence and a positive attitude. The calm relaxing background music is also lovely and relaxing.

too pricey + nightmares

I’ve been using the free trial & playing my own affirmations while I sleep every night, and every night I’ve used it without fail I’ve had some freaky nightmares. Most recent one was me finding a bunch of fleas in my hair & pillow. Plus its just really expensive & a lot of reviews are saying it took their money, not worth it, im just gonna use capcut

Needs Improvement

Ok, so I haven't used this consistently enough yet to confirm if it is helpful. However, the reason I havent is because the music is so depressing! No seriously, "Positive Thinking" affirmation and awful down music I cant get passed. How about something uplifting?!!

Won’t open

I love this app, but I haven’t been able to use it for a week now. I paid like $60 bucks for access and it’s not working. There isn’t an update available. Can someone please assist me? The app won’t open at all- just a black screen when I try to open it.

Crashes constantly

I genuinely love this app but it crashes about every five minutes now. I’ve checked for phone and app updates but I am all up to date. So disappointing to have paid for something that I can’t use because the app literally won’t let me

So far so great

So far it seems to be a pretty neat app! I like how flexible it is. I have been able to record my own mantras and put appropriate pictures with them to solidify the affirmation. Lots of fun!

Doesn’t play in cars

Can’t pay $10 a month to create custom affirmations that don't stream via Bluetooth in my car. Every other App I have on my phone does this seamlessly but this one won’t. Tried on two different Mercedes. Would love the app otherwise and pay $. Hopefully will fix soon.

Needs a lot of work.

A positive is that you can make playlists. The negative is after opening your playlist if you want to go back to select something else you have to close the app and then re-open the app. This is a feature that seems like only newcomer amateur programmers would miss.
