I use this almost every night, extremely low volume, and feel that I have better sleep (feel better in the morning) when I do. I listen to a playlist of a dozen or so, so it doesn’t even end until just before sunrise. I’ve always slept really well, so don’t really need this, so it’s noticeable that I feel I sleep better WITH it than without. Prior issues have been resolved but: What is the deal with the CONSTANT and REPEATED requests for “permission to paste from messages”? Subliminal doesn’t NEED that access, and I can’t even see any scenario in which that would be necessary, so what is the deal? It’s been 2 or 3 or more pop ups every time I’ve opened the app for weeks (it’s currently late Nov 2023). Never happened before. It’s kind of obnoxious and unnecessary.
I have been using this app for several years and it helped me out of a bad depression. Which is really awesome. When I started using this, you would have to purchase each session individually or in bundles, no subscription was available. I have purchased hundreds of dollars of sessions and listen to most of them when I sleep. I would like to move this to my iPad but none of the purchases restore. I have been emailing support for 5 years now with no response whatsoever. Not even, hey we got your request, email. Nothing. Now I am starting to lose my already purchases sessions permanently. Like I said, restore doesn’t work. I am super angry that I can’t move the app to a nee device, lost product that has been paid for and support is non-existent. It’s a good product, but be weary because if you need help, they are not there. Can’t stress enough that since 2015, they have not responded at all.
Not sure if it’s a coincidence but I’ve been using the app for 3 days now and I’ve been soo motivated to succeed in life! Normally when I’d blow off work and play games now I have this voice in the back of my head that says, you should be working instead. I’ve also had several clients who owes me money just paid me out of nowhere! I’ve been leaving The Law of Attraction track on repeat all night while I sleep. Most interesting is I FEEL more excited while it plays. It’s hard to describe but I just feel really ready to live. Whether or not it’s all in my head doesn’t matter because that’s where it all is anyway, right?
Feel stressed and depression? Just listen these recordings
This application fell into my life right when I needed it. I always felt stressed and depression in the past, which had negative influence in my daily life. So I just requested for help from psychologist. They guided me thinking in a positive way, and suggested me to listen subliminal recordings. After a certain time, I feel much better, and I will insist listening even I do not have those depression, because I think it is a very good way for relaxation.
This app is great in every way! I've tried a couple of other mobile apps, even paid for them, but Subliminal: Affirmations delivers the best of what is most meaningful to me. Not only is the app intuitive and well laid out, but the responsiveness of the devs and the customer service is second to none! They responded at warp speed, they took care of my issue as quickly as they were able to, and delivered results with a personal touch.
This app has helped so much with my ADHD/Anxiety/OCD. My psychologist told me about the benefits of binaural sounds and referred this app and it’s been great with so many things such as nail biting, anxiety, and lucid dreaming. I recommended this app for anyone dealing with these issues or other mental health issues. I purchased the forever subscription and ran into some issues and the customer service got back to me the next day with an update to my issue so great customer service to back up a great app!
Great app w/helpful meditations and subliminal topics, however, the subliminal message sounds are not very appealing. Just in my opinion. I think they could sound more enjoyable to listen to cause they often get on my nerves. Also, this app is not worth the money you would pay yearly given the limited meditations and the lack of isochronic tones. They have the binaural beats but as we all know, they require headphones. It would be nice if the app could combine their subliminal messages with appealing isochronic tones that are easy to play on loop. Just a suggestion. Don’t hate the messenger!
Ever since the last version update last week I haven’t been able to edit my playlist once I’m inside my playlist and also there’s no back button to get out of the playlist and switch to another so I have to close the app every time. This is a great app and I use it daily so still 5 stars, but this last version must have messed with these few things.
After using it for a period of time, I want to say it is worth to own. At the very beginning, I misunderstood it, and tried to remember all the positive affirmation on the screen while listening, it is weird, so I emailed the customer service for help. Those guys are very kind, they gave me some suggestions, now I listen it in a correct way and it makes me feel much better.
For a long time, I suffered with sleeping trouble, which has big negative influence on my daily life. I just download it to listen and hope I can get some self-help from it. I listen it every night when I go to bed, it seems that I can fall asleep more quickly than before and wake up fresh in the morning, so I will continue to use it.
App does not let you cancel, forces you to subscribe
I ended up not using this app after giving it a try and just found out there’s no way to cancel it from the app, and no information on their support page. Looks like the only option is to purchase a subscription and uncheck “auto renew when subscription expires.” I got billed yearly by accident, now I had to pay for another month on top of that just to make it expire after one month. Paying an app extra just to make it cancel? Is this app even legit? Super regret trying this app, such a headache trying to dig through the menus, the support docs and finding nothing. Is this intentional?
I used to love this app! I could create a play list and use it during work or while I slept and I really felt like it worked fantastic and could see and feel the changes I was looking for over time. But then… They did an update and I lost my playlists and the new version doesn’t have the option to create a playlist (at least I can’t see one) and the music now “skips” (I don’t know how streaming music does that but they found a way) which creates jarring moments when I’m listening or using it for sleep or meditation. You can only play one song at a time so you wind up listening to the same thing over and over or having to get out of flow to change to another track. Overall, very poor choices by the developers. I paid for a year subscription and now I feel that I’m stuck with a mostly useless app. Fix the “skipping” music and gives us back playlists.
I start from the free track-relaxation.I just feel relaxed while listening, I think it is ok for me to relax, so I insist going on with it. And then I feel something shifting inside, sometimes, those affirmations fills me up. It is amazing, I am totally out of depression and stress. I will continue to explore it more.
I have so many old sessions and I can not add them to the new playlist feature. I can’t make my own sessions. I have not seen any new sessions. I’m not happy at all. I loved this app so much that I bought a lifetime subscription and now it cheap and generic. For all the new things you add like sound waves and so on, you killed the best part of the app that if you read your reviews were what everyone loved the most. I believe in this app please do better. This truly saved my life and now I feel like I lost. Be the greatness we have come to know and love. Please and thank you.
I have been using this app for quite a few years almost every day and bought a yearly subscription. The music that played with the selections was pleasant and I experienced many positive changes. There has been a change to where it isn’t music anymore, only annoying sounds in the forefront that accompany the music that is almost non existent and Inaudible on some of the new platform selections. Will look for a different subliminal app. I don’t like this change.
This app is exactly what I was looking for and more! You can get affirming and encouraging messages (preset or custom), as often as you want. And they can have images/backgrounds and music. You can record voice messages.I also love how much control you have over the content and settings. Such a great and helpful app!
I listen to this at night when I go to bed. I have several tracks in playlist and they just keep playing while I sleep. And I can sleep very well, so that in the new day, I have enough energy to do my job. And I expect more changes in the future.
Every night I listen to subliminal recordings, I sleep well with it. In the morning, I listen to positive affirmations. It makes me full of positive energy. I will make more change while listening those recordings over and over again.
Best affirmation app I've found so far! I was a little worried I'd feel silly recording my voice, but listening to it actually helped. And if you don't want to record, you don't have to. One feature I do really wish existed was the ability to shuffle affirmations as you listen to them.
It's simple to use, dev answers emails FAST & also implemented my suggestion within a few hours. Paid version is well worth it. This app is amazing.... If you know or study anything about subliminal messages.... you will know this is the app to have.
This app is excellent for someone who is looking for self-help, or want to make some changes. I recommended it to my friends, since I find it works for me. Being positive is a powerful thing and I wish more people set it as a default setting.
I’ve been using this app for many years with satisfaction and this new version is awful. And the design is off putting. It took away all the features I loved about the app and replaced them with features that are useless to me. It’s like they tried to add a whole other app to this one and it’s a jumbled mess. This was a 5 star app for me and now it drives me to insanity to just play my purchased recordings. You guys should have just kept your apps separate. Utter failure.
I have been using this app for over 8 years. I would like to think that you want to keep your customers. I understand customer service tries to help, but all of the codes that were given to me never worked. All I wanted was my purchases to be brought back. About a year ago (maybe a little longer) there was a promotion where I paid for a lifetime premium access. And I have been using it most every night since…until last week when the app updated and now it won’t even recognize my email😠 couldn’t find another place to address my concern. I really hope this gets fixed.
Amazing! I love being able to make my own affirmations specific to myself. I still love the subliminal recordings! This is just a faster more direct method of manifesting desired results at our subconscious level for an individual level.
I bought many “sessions” over the last couple of years, and enjoyed them! However, after purchasing new phone, these sessions did not down load to the new phone, as did ALL my other apps with all of their data! I reached out for help, but they gave me useless suggestions and now I’m in the dark! So much for all their affirmations, which they say will make your life easier! In real life, they don’t practice what they preach!!!!!
I love this app. It looks and sounds so professional. It was weird at first hearing my own voice say these kinds of things, but the added imagery and ability to read along helps soothe the mind as it develops more positive pathways. The daily affirmations have been amazingly accurate to the day's events and feelings. I look forward to it every evening! The images are beautiful. I wish there were prettier fonts to choose from, then I'd download and share the images.
It was really relaxing and the effects were so soothing that I actually felt that I'm lost into some virtual paradise. Overall the experience was wonderful and I would definitely suggest that one should give it a try to this game changer and truly mesmerizing app.
I have had so many issues with the newer version. My playlist never plays properly, I get an unsupported URL message when I try to play. It used to just run my playlist in a loop now it’s so unclear what a single cycle means because it never plays. It’s just clunky if you want to create playlists. Sadly disappointed. I am a lifetime member and just not happy with this app anymore. I need an affirmation just to use the app!
Positive affirmations are great to counter negative ones I may think or say to myself and a lot of these are things I would never think to say yo myself. Helps build confidence and a positive attitude. The calm relaxing background music is also lovely and relaxing.
So far seems great. This app is way better than other app in this category. No ads, No interruption I am liking it so much. I hope I will fulfill all my desires with this app.

I’ve been using the free trial & playing my own affirmations while I sleep every night, and every night I’ve used it without fail I’ve had some freaky nightmares. Most recent one was me finding a bunch of fleas in my hair & pillow. Plus its just really expensive & a lot of reviews are saying it took their money, not worth it, im just gonna use capcut
Great way to encourage use of positive affirmations throughout your day, fabulous added touch being able to record your OWN voice saying them, as much more empowering. Simple but affective.

Ok, so I haven't used this consistently enough yet to confirm if it is helpful. However, the reason I havent is because the music is so depressing! No seriously, "Positive Thinking" affirmation and awful down music I cant get passed. How about something uplifting?!!

Beautiful love this app use it everyday before I start my day. I set an alarm and play it while I'm still waking up in bed and I listen to my voice so it's in my subconscious all day.
The app hasn’t worked since March 2024. Corresponded with “Sharon Li” trying to get it fixed to no avail. After months I’ve asked for an escalation to get the issue resolved and now they don’t respond at all. The app my be good while it works, but after nearly two dozen purchases of $3.99-$5.99 they won’t refund my money or fix the issue.
I love this app, but I haven’t been able to use it for a week now. I paid like $60 bucks for access and it’s not working. There isn’t an update available. Can someone please assist me? The app won’t open at all- just a black screen when I try to open it.
After paying for a years worth of this app a new update completely changed the design and I really dislike it. I lost my playlists and can’t make my own new playlists the categories are all different. This is like a completely different app. So much less user friendly…
I genuinely love this app but it crashes about every five minutes now. I’ve checked for phone and app updates but I am all up to date. So disappointing to have paid for something that I can’t use because the app literally won’t let me
