App is crashing

1. App is crashing frequently. 2. Unable to open the notifications from the notifications bar this need to be fixed to see the instant notifications from the notification bar.

Expensive packages

I had 6 months gold plan since March, 2024 but very few interested accepted and received and that too after contacted most of them didn’t work because of multiple reason like horoscope, location preference though I mentioned everything in profile and suddenly started receiving some interest at the time of expiry of my plan and thought to renew it but seems like they increased too much from total amount They simply looting people money and they got nerve of the people that people won’t go anywhere and they think that we don’t have other options except paying for plan… When I had chat with an agent he didn’t give me quote until I gave my ID and I told I will give it later then he said offers will change ID to ID so I really didn’t understand how they give different quote when people are in same country…. I can understand price may differ country to country but how can be different within the same country …. I am sure this people looting our money … very bad experience … when I told agent I would like to have same plan for same price then he simply said he is working since 5 years and he never saw that kind of plan with that price and I told to check my history how much I paid last time then no response from then… Beware of these frauds

It’s a scam

I would have given 0 zeros if I could. Telugu matrimony is a scam. There are so many fake profiles. So far I have encountered at least 10 fake profiles. They asked for money. All for the same reason (heart attack or accident to their father or mother) by the same person: G. Sravana Sandhya. All of them are verified profiles. How in the heck are they verified profiles? I’m beginning to think that Telugu/Bharat matrimony is deliberately created these profiles to keep the members from leaving their platform. Please avoid Telugu Matrimony. Don’t waste your time with them.

Brings new joy into ur life

I am not getting to words to express my gratitude towards matrimony portal. It turned my life into more cheerful ,wonderful and colourful by helping me to findout desination. One of the best marriage platforms i have everseen. I would strongly recommand to use this application to make your life easier and happier.

Not worth it

The app crashes frequently. People will call you to ask you to pay more for assistant services which is pointless. A lot of profiles are fake and other smaller companies putting profiles so be careful with profiles with only 1 pic and no phone number. You have better odds on American apps like Hinge or Bumble. Do not pay for membership, absolute waste of money and time for you.

High promises, under delivery.

I got into assisted matrimony after presenting a very rosy picture of the service. Very unfortunately they did not even match the kind of searches the members can make themselves. A weekly once summary is of no use as many of them are “awaiting response”. I was able to shortlist many candidates while the dedicated assistants are struggling to get a handful. I thought as insiders they would have better access to info but they do not. I did not a single instance where they proactively went ahead canvassing/seeking alliances for my daughter. I miss the traditional priests who used to try to get matches in the community. I gave three stars for the website. The assisted matrimony gets one star.

The app is having bugs

When i enter the details in the app and click for DOB the app closes down automatically but other check boxes are working fine.

Crashes frequently and very laggy

A few months back they did a UI update which made the app laggy and unusable. The search functionality just doesn’t work at all. Even after repeated complaints they won’t fix it. Much better to use other apps like shaadi.

Buggy software update

After recent update, the UI was completely updated and it made the search results horrible. Earlier I used to see lot of US profiles. Now I can barely see half the profiles when doing an advanced search by country.

Be aware of duplicate profiles and portals created by matrimony group

This matrimony app creates multiple profiles for you depending on caste and job without your knowledge. If you ever pay for a membership then it goes into whatever site they want to promote their business irrespective of what you paid for.

App crashes way too much

Other Matrimonial apps are much better with the response and app performance. You charge way too much and your app has too many issues and too many fake profiles.

blank screen on id verification

When I login, the app asks for ID verification and there is blank page nothing to select. So struck from using the app, there is no skip option either to proceed to the app

Issues with app

The features and purpose of the app is good. I’m using IPhone 7S, app had crashed many number of times and responds slowly. It will be very beneficial, if this problem is resolved. Thanks, Sairam

Too expensive for an average application

The application is very slow in response. Basic functionality like logout doesn’t work from mobile app. You won’t even be able to login through ipad. They have good user base but bad maintenance. For what they say all premium accounts will be shown first in the search however I don’t see all premium accounts 1st in my search. So can’t believe their statement and not ready to pay such big amount. With the amount they are collecting from everyone, they could easily hire good developers and improve the application performance. But they are interested in making money rather than improving customer experience and creating additional jobs. I guess the owner is trying to become a billionaire..

Bride or bridegroom shall have priority choices to select her/his choice ex a bride is a siblings of a intercaste parents and can have a order of preference like 1st father’s caste or mother’s caste or bridegroom from intercaste parents of father’s caste+mother’s caste or mother’s caste+father’s caste which is not available in the system pick up profiles now intercaste preferences are showing all intercaste profiles Like wise profiles may choose some times caste wise order of preferences like 1st Brahmin next preference vysya next kamma 4th Reddy 5th Naidu etc such order of choices can be incorporated. Now one has only choice of all castes this may be introduced in the system.

Poor matches and the App is full of bugs

The matching system on this App is really horrible. Looks like the focus is on quantity not the quality of matches. I find myself going through endless profiles that they match my criteria but I don’t match their criteria. I have no idea how does it make sense for me to go through profiles that are not interested in me. These profiles are in thousands and there is no way to filter such profiles. Also the app is so buggy and one of the worst app I have ever seen.

Worst Matrimony ever and customer care is more dumb than you think of.

Worst Matrimony Service and they don’t issue any refund. They are completely frauds. I tried my best and customer care people are being paid to make us fools. Please stay as far as possible for this stupid app. Even app has many bugs and many profiles are fake or with no photos. Trust me you never gonna find anyone with this service instead just wasting your money.

What’s wrong with you

1) The profiles who short list doesn’t appear in the list immediately 2) why would you alter the search results ? Why are you suggesting matches out of preference? Do you think just because you give new matches anyone would be interested even without matching preferences? 3) The page refresh doesn’t actually work 4) worst part is they force you to take premium membership by calling you multiple time - cheap Marketting

3 days after payment still not upgraded the account

I have made the payment for upgrade over 3 days ago, but still don’t have any premium features enable. The worst customer service, no way to reach out to them and the chat widget in the app is only about taking your money but never interested in resolving the issues. Would never recommend this service to anyone.

No importance to User Experience / Aggressive marketing

The app is very buggy. The shortlisted list is not updated real time. The app loads very slow every time. The recommended matches are always out of preferences. The search functionality shows very less matches They also do very aggressive marketing and will call you everyday until you take premium subscription

Unresponsive Assisted Service

It’s better to search the matches ourselves than the person who got assigned to you looking, they don’t even give you a handful of matches, but mean while you can check no of profiles. Thought they would have access to the profiles that won’t show up in the app but it’s not they look at the same profiles that we check and they don’t even do their part

Scope for improvement

There is a lot of scope to improve the App user interface. Lot many options are missing for users and few options are annoying like the way photo INTEREST being sent to the other party even if we click the profile by mistake, no option to cancel the INTEREST sent by mistake. The list goes on

Worst app ever for a matrimonial service

The app has lot of bugs and the list keeps growing every few months. Customer service is very poor as well. The only reason people are using this service is because of it’s brand name, and with this kind of service I’m sure they will loose that too in the near future.

bad interface

Pros:This app has lot of profiles. Cons: very bad interface to use. App is full of bugs. Changing phone number won’t work. Have to call customer care for that. Giving 2 because even though having a decent number of users, they made no effort in improving the app’s user experience.

NO Response After Payments.

There won’t be any option for chat. Before payment they provide chat option at multiple places. Later they remove. Before payment they keep on calling to upgrade the package. Once paid they disappear and no one answers your queries.

Worst matrimonial service

Most profiles are without pic, you will never know if they are real or fake, and turn out to be most of the profiles are fake, 80% profiles are without pic???? What is the point of not providing picture if you are trying to get married? This is just absolute waste of time and money, I won’t recommend any matrimony site anyone

Negligence

I didn’t know about the membership auto renewal and the payment was auto deducted. I wasn’t even using it but when asked for cancellation and refund they pressure you to use it but not issue the refund . Customer service is extremely bad and literally have no knowledge at all .

Search should be simpler for parents who has minimum knowledge of computers with no ads when you are charging a lot for memberships

Profile Deletion is not available

Hi due to personal reasons I wanted to exit the service and tried to delete the account but I was not allowed to delete and requested to reach out to customer care. Sailed to them and was kept in conference for 10 mins and all alone without anyone attending the call. It’s not fun to have such waste of time.

Bugs and performance improvements needed

This app not functioning properly very poor. Profiles shows twice when refresh same ID twice sometimes. When you refresh “view my profile” it show wrong numbers. App need to be redesign and add more options. Very bad design. Seriously required redevelop the app.

Even a entry level developer can fix the bugs in this app, but I don’t know why the technical management of this app are so irresponsible . I think the apps management bad at paying their developers that’s the reason too many bugs in the app

Bad Service and Profiles

Profiles on this site are very bad and recommendations are not suitable. Assisted matrimony is so horrible, I would not recommend anyone to take their service. They send the worst matches or repeated profiles that you already said you were not interested in. It is such a awful service and waste of time and money.

App doesn’t work and can’t login. Never received an OTP

Wasted 1 hr of time in creating a profile and this app will not allow me to login unless I enter my OTP which i will never receive. You guys are leading in this profession since ages. Why don’t you replace your tech guys and build a user friendly app.

Under delivery

There is no point in taking the plan as most of the profiles still will not be seen . They show the same profiles over and over . Most of the profiles do not even have pic . I seriously don’t recommend this at all .

Worst app and money sucking

To get your membership renewed, support is very active in calling you all day and will make you the payment. But if you are having any issues no one will respond and you have to call them and get your issue resolved.

Needs a rapid upgrade in perfomance

It has always been a under performed app in ios and most of the options does not even work as they are supposed to. Not sure about other operating versions but in IOS, it is a terrible app.

Installed latest update version 4.5.1 and it has lots of bugs. Scrolling does not work, viewing images has issues. Terrible user experience.
