This app is great because it doesn't try to force you into one premade workout, it shows you what to do and makes recommendations. It also works as a log to let you remember how many sets and reps you got in. I love it so much and works great!
It’s missing something that could make it great. Workout logs are very helpful in keeping track of what you did the previous day/week/workout. I’d give it a 5 star but not being able to keep track of my progress through the app is a bit disappointing. Yes I know there is a notes section but it’s not the same.

I love the ease of this app. The layout is great. My favorite part is the challenge section. Wish they had this for iPad so my husband could download it to his device. We hope to work through the challenges together. The only thing that would make it even better is listing how much it is to upgrade. If I knew for sure, I might have already purchased the upgrade.
This app gives you workouts for practically every muscle in your body, head to toe. Any part of the body you want to workout has a detailed description of what muscles are used, how to do the workout, and almost all come with a video of how to do the workout. Only problem I have is that the scale is in KiloGrams and not Pounds, but overall this is a great app to use for any workout you can think of.
I love this app! But every time I hit back on the workouts it takes me to whole body instead of the specific body part I was on. It's time consuming when I try to workout. Please fix it

This app is good but since the new update come with more beautiful look, the instructions for Set and Rep disappeared. Please fix it. Otherwise, it's nice and supportive.
I downloaded the app and clicked on the workouts or something just to check it out. Read this little paragraph about the workouts and it spelled 'effect' like "efect". I quickly lost confidence in the validity of the app. 2 stars cause it looks sort of professional and its free.
I purchased the entire pack and then all the workouts separately. Some things work, most things don't. I used to love this app but that is quickly changing. Please fix these problems as soon as possible.

Bugs from the past haven't been fixed yet. If I go back from a particular exercise it takes me to all exercise section instead of the exercise I was on. This makes the experience so irritating. Also the swipe back gesture is not supported.
I have purchased the full pack for this app however it is not working at all, especially for the workout builder. Also the User experience is terrible!!
