The app is improved accessibility for blind people
When I first reviewed this app I was unable to use the calculator function and the quick add function was not working properly since I did that review weight watchers has made tremendous strides in making the app accessible for those who have partial or complete vision loss. They are truly committed to making sure that we can access the same information our sighted counterparts have on a daily basis. They have worked hard asked questions and quite frankly done more than many companies to make the app workable. Since my last review I have discovered that the quick ad is usable and user-friendly. The Calculator no longer exists but that is because of a change in the program not an accessibility problem. With the new points program designed for each participants personal use, it is completely accessible. We are able to sign up, we are able to do all the surveys, change our surveys at any time, and access all of the foods on our plan. The activity sections are markedly improved and the accessibility is greater than it was when this free feature first became available. Overall, I think the difference in this app is astounding and all of the weight loss or weight program apps I have seen this is the most accessible. Weight Watchers or WW or wellness wins is truly committing themselves to keeping the app accessible because they believe that the use of it is a right for all

Weight Watchers App is incredible!!!
Over the last 20 years I’ve lost weight using Weight Watchers principles a few different times. When I was going to Weight Watchers there was no such thing as an “App” for anything. We went to the meetings, weighed in once a week, and together lost weight and learned to change what we eat. It worked! Unfortunately the three times I reached my goal I eventually lost track and gained the weight back. This has happened once again until recently I decided enough was enough and the first thing that came to mind was how successful I was at Weight Watchers. As I began to look into signing up again it became apparent there was this Weight Watchers App that I could join instead of going to in person meetings, and what with the pandemic still an issue, I decided to give the app a try, so I signed up for it, and downloaded it. I have been using the app for about a week and a half, and find the App to be amazing! There are so many things wrapped up Into the Weight Watchers App I am already becoming very successful with over 5 pounds of weight lost on my goal to lose 60 pounds. The app is extremely user friendly in every way! There is even a scanner that scans to food label and you can find out how many points each food item is. There is a tremendous amount of social media related groups as well where I find fantastic support, recipes, and encouragement! For the price of using the app it is a steal! Truly remarkable!

Biggest little helper ever
I don’t think I could make it without this app. The old way we had to write everything down this way the app keeps track of it for you. Love the barcode I know how many points something else before we even purchase it. I also love being able to put chain restaurants in and seeing how many points everything is before we go out to eat. Thanks again I really appreciate it and as we all now getting it off as a battle And keeping it off is the war! I am a lifetime member and sure appreciate this app. An update on my previous review. Letting you pick each product for each meal before you go back to the main screen helps a lot it’s like you get one wholemeal picked before you have to go back that makes a big difference. Weight Watchers never stops amazing me at the effort they put forth to help you lose weight thank you so much. I keep adding onto this and one thing I really really like now is looking up different restaurants and finding out what I can eat before I go out for dinner that is a big help. The app just gets better and better you can now go back-and-forth and pick your meal without getting all the way out of your lunch menu I don’t believe I could’ve made it without this app that tells me everything and I can still use the barcode finder in the stores for things that I’m not sure if I really truly enjoy it and I believe it is a big help for anyone watching their weight

Very user friendly app
I find this is a easy app to use to track meals / points. I love the integration with my Apple health app and my Wyze scale app ( which links with Apple health). It also tracks my steps and uploads to WW app. The best part is using the barcode to get points for the food product. But on top of that, you have a lot of options to see exactly what your points are if you using more or mostly less than the item. You can change measurements. For example, granola has a lot more points than normal cereal. I can look at the points per quantity and see if I only eat 2 T instead of a 1/4 cup it’s less points. I love walnuts with my breakfast. I can see that 2 walnut halves are a lot less than 1/4 cup. It teaches you to prioritize you points per portion. Whether it’s worth it to use the max points or will a smaller portion so you have more flexibility later that day. I’ve also made a few mistakes tracking my meals on the wrong day or put under wrong meal, you can edit and remove or change the day. The recipes are inspirational. As a lifetime weight watcher for 45 years this is so much easier to use. I found my weight loss was stalled, so I reevaluated my Zero points list and realized there were Zero choices that I really didn’t need (i.e. milk items with more fat, I only use fat free) that gave me more points daily so I had more flexibility. Kudos to the team that created this app!

Thank you WW!
I am back to WW and in week 1 have lost 6 pounds. Tracking is easy and combined with my intense cardio activity that is also tracked makes this the optimal “weigh” to sustain a healthy lifestyle. ❤️WW🙏🏻😊 I am now close to a 14 pound loss and am feeling more like myself. Getting back to the healthiest version of me with gratitude. Going for goal and then maintenance! 🌸💪🏻🌸 Now down 22 pounds (in 130’s range finally) since January 4/23. I love the app and ease of use. Only change has been addressing less fixation on the scale as plateau or stall happened. Thanks 🙏🏻 🌟WW🌟💖😊🦋 UPDATE - May 2023 - would like the macros option on the plan or option to add that for increase in fee. I do love the WW App and grateful for my weight loss success to date - thank you 🙏🏻 very much 😊 UPDATE -May 21/23 - macros option would still be wonderful option. I 💯% support the WW new business model with Ozempic type meds thru Sequence. While I do NOT need this personally, I support freedom to choose and access to all. It was difficult to see all the ➖negativity on Connect surrounding this change and I now visit the Connect support network less frequently. Being on Connect less has made me realize that this support is not necessary for me personally in my weight loss journey. I do like the recipes and tips though from the WW contributors. On a minor note still waiting for my 25# loss charm over a month later. Thank you 😊

Rude Customer Service
My mom gifted me a year long subscription to help get into shape for when my husband gets home from the Navy. When I opened the app, it insisted on me only paying through iTunes and would not allow me to just put in card information like other apps. Because of this I had to add my moms card info into my iTunes account and set it up at primary. This is irritating because what ends up happening is either I’m paying for the subscription myself (with my card being primary), or she ends up paying for any apps/music subscription/anything already connected to my iTunes Pay (with her card), which is completely ridiculous in my opinion. I called customer service to see if there was a way I could just set a payment method for the app itself and not through any other accounts. The lady I talked to was very rude. Was cutting me off while I was talking, repeatedly told me that it was “not her problem,” and transferred me to iTunes who still were unable to help me because they can’t have cards in iTunes pay that are primary for only some things but not others. I still don’t have any resolution and I wish there was something I could do about this as it seems like it should have been an effortless thing to set up. Even if it is through iTunes pay, maybe have an option to “gift an account” so a different payment method could be used. Very disappointed and sad that I have to make this review without even having the opportunity to really try the program.

Love the app
I so appreciate all that you guys do with the app for us and our success! But it’s not perfect, I’m really disappointed in the fact that the rewards GIFs are so an interesting I don’t want to join anything I don’t want to membership for a month to anything, I want to earn fun stuff like the hats we used to have and the charms we used to have it have I so appreciate all that you guys do with the app for us and our success! But it’s not perfect, I’m really disappointed in the fact that the rewards GIFs are so an interesting I don’t want to join anything I don’t want to membership for a month to anything, I want to earn fun stuff like the hats we used to have and the charms we used to have it would rock if you could get that go on again. Also, I do not appreciate the social/political interests that we put on connect with supporting BLM, or the pride parades or anything like that I don’t want that on my WW app to help me lose weight it doesn’t help me lose weight it adds stress to my life because it’s all over TV so if we could get rid of that too, I have been in weight watchers for the last seven years consecutively and I love it but I want my workshop back in Carson City Nevada 🤗😉 and just one more thing I’m not real happy with the Oprah thing she does not represent me in any aspect of my life! I know it’s about the money, but there’s a lot of us who could care less if she’s there.

Big part of my success!!
I love that I can track, pre-track, & modify my daily foods. Also enjoy the simplicity of adding, modifying or deleting foods at a quick tap of a button. Most of all that it’s pretty painless to track everything I eat the moment I eat it so it saves me from eating too much each day and I stay within my points budget easily. In the 80’s I tracked for couple of years on paper after reaching goal. It wasn’t as easy and I stopped doing it thinking I could keep track in my head. Nope!! I lost and gained 30 or 40 lbs all those years till now. Back at goal and plan to stay here with the help of the app. Then there’s Connect which always gives me encouragement and support and importantly when I need it I know I can go there and find wisdom and friendly advice or banter or even an entertaining video to lighten my spirits. I haven’t yet tried virtual workshops as I’m hooked on my in person workshop every Wednesday rain or shine. I need the face to face sharing of recipes, the caring support from members, and it’s so easy to share recipes and ideas. In fact, after workshop I shared a WW Recipe in the app with a member just this week and she was having issues accessing the recipe and wanted to talk about it so that’s what we did. Three or four of us were gathered around this recipe sharing food finds & ways to personalize the recipe for each of us. It was fun!

WW app supports wellness journey
I returned to Weight Watchers (rebranded as WW) in February 2021, while still staying at home as much as possible. The app is much improved since I last used it in 2016. I attended the WW new member and app academy virtual workshops, which helped me learn the features of the app. Food pillar: The tracking function is the workhorse of the app. It works well enough for me. I tracked everything I put in my mouth since Feb. The vast majority of the time the food is already in the database. I added food twice, created recipes ~20 times. I used some of the WW recipes - all good. Activity pillar: I linked the app to my FitBit. In order for it to work, I had to allow more access than I prefer but the convenience of syncing was worth it to me. I like the access to the exercise videos. Sleep pillar: Another convenience of syncing with my FitBit is that my sleep log loads into the WW app. I choose not to log my sleep into the app by hand. The additional wellness wins are not enough incentive for the inconvenience. Mindset pillar: The audio coaching and Headspace audios are incredible. They are helpful to listen to, even over and over again. Workshop finder helped me find not only virtual workshops but also my local studio. Connect, the online community turned out to be more worthwhile than I expected. I joined my coach’s connect group, which helped my journey. I checked in twice a week.

WW App: worth every penny!
I love this awesome tool that is user friendly. It is easy to track food, find great recipes, record my exercise, read helpful articles and watch exercise videos. I do not “do” Facebook, but I really like the WW social media because it is positive and informative, especially for me in the Living with Cancer group. I love the reward system and have gotten great gifts for earning points for WW behaviors like tracking.* There are a few glitches I wish WW would fix or make obvious, like looking up past lessons learned and behavior goals. It is also hard to save changes and notes on recipes. Also please simplify the daily tracking function to change one day to another if you enter food on the wrong day. Overall I think it is helpful, positive, informative and worth every penny. A few constructive criticisms: *The program no longer awards gifts which I loved! Please bring that back. If you are in the wrong day and track, you have to erase all and reenter the info. Please add a change day function on already tracked food. The weekly topic got buried in Discover Content. Weight Watchers has always been about behavior change, nutritional weight loss and social support. The mind is the HARDEST challenge and WW minimized this info by removing it from the home page. Update your podcasts. They are really old with no new content in years.

Used to love
Been on WW for years. Finally found a plan that worked for me, the green. Now WW has decided to remove options. I can force it to be like the green plan by removing all but one protein as zero points but this isn’t working. Had lost 35 lbs finally and since this new change in which they know what works best for everyone , I’ve gained 10 back and have been struggling to get it back off The app does not give you the option to NOT add fitness points which is beyond frustrating. I don’t want to fake myself out and see I have 75 extra points because I workout. I can choose not to use them but prefer not to think I can and still lose as it didn’t work that way for me. So since they don’t give the choice I had to remove my Fitbit tracker connection so now I no longer can track all in one place and try to correlate progress to exercise or sleep habits. It’s two apps now I have to use. And you can’t turn off adding points for eating veggies which also causes me to be stuck at not losing. So I quit tracking veggies. But some food such as a subway sandwich automatically adds points assuming you added enough veggies to earn a point! They have no idea what I put on my sandwich. And you have to go through two screens now to add anything because it tracks veggies first but if you aren’t you have to go to a second screen to add anything else. Seriously think I’ll quit soon as it’s too much frustration and I can track easier in my head.

Life changing & the only way I have been able to lose weight
I went through some very difficult times concerning a family members health issues. I gained weight, not realizing how much and how fast. By the time I “plateaued” I was several sizes larger. I found myself staying home, not wanting to get involved in many extracurricular activities, feeling awful in general. When I had my physical, my doctor said my “numbers” were awful. My blood pressure was high, my cholesterol was elevated, and I was pre-diabetic. He said “if you don’t lose weight you may have a health crisis of your own”. I told him I had tried to lose weight on several different diets but it didn’t work. He said “I have found Weight Watchers will help you lose weight and IF you stick with it, my other patients have had great results”. So, I said I would sign up 1/1/22. I did. I have lost several sizes, and back to my original weight before I gained so much weight. I feel 110% better all the way around!!! Everyone that sees me that hasn’t seen me for a while asks “what have you done? You look 20 years younger”. I say “Weight Watchers!! I found tracking every bite I ate is why I lost the weight. It works!! It is easy!! Anyone and everyone can do it!! I would recommend Weight Watchers to anyone that is even “thinking” about a life changing program that works. You can do it.

Love the app, depend on members on connect, great virtual coaches, and great exercise videos!
I love ww and this app is like my daily diary, tracking device, and opportunity to share with members across the country struggling with similar issues. I even track my sleep daily, which helps me organize my life for better weight loss results. Love the recipe suggestions, articles on health and weight loss, advice from members and coaches. It’s simply the best recent addition to the new ww plan! Oh, headspace offers us additional self help methods of relaxation, and calm for better living conditions especially now while we still deal with covid restrictions. I am totally connected to like minded weight loss members and coaches who give the best support and encouragement during these tenuously crazy times. I was able to continue meetings all through the pandemic by staying virtually connected through this app. For me, it has been a real life saver. Very important part of survival and thriving! Great to connect with like minded members navigating the rocky waters of our weight loss journey, learning to overcome obstacles together, and joining efforts to face helpful challenges that bring us closer to our goals. Yes, I really need, like, enjoy this app. It’s a great supplement to the knowledge I get from my meetings. Thanks for being the very inspirational, knowledgeable organization that you are.

WW still leads the pack
Over 50 years ago my mom joined Weight Watchers. She spoke fondly of a woman who I believe had started the program. Jean N. This was my moms first real success at weight loss that endured. Eventually mom became a counselor. I still have the old scale she used for weigh ins! She always held to the belief that WW was the hands down leader in weight loss. I am now 78. My weight has fluctuated and I have tried several programs. Weight Watchers always worked well for me but I hated going to meetings. Now I find myself needing to shed excess weight again. I looked into WW of course and was delighted to find the personal points on line option with a well designed app and access to all sorts of helps and countless options of good foods to eat for FREE and still lose weight. It is actually fun! Finding recipes is fun! Discovering snacks that can easily slip into your daily points is fun. I’m having a great time and a bit over three weeks in have shed 10 lbs. Increasing my water intake has proven to be a game changer. Creating free vegetable soups that fill you up any time of day is a throwback to an old WW soup recipe my mom always made using garden veggies and root veggies and cabbage. I LOVE IT! Bottom line, WW is definitely the leader of the pack, constantly reimagining, constantly improving, constantly changing lives with healthy options. Thank you old friend.

I do love the app and the ease of tracking.
However, a couple of months ago my app had a glitch. I called in and explained the problem to no avail. I was told I would just have to live with it. I would like to object to this because I feel I should get a correctly functioning app because I need it and also because I pay for it. I do not know my exact loss without looking but it is 31 or 32 pounds or so. Suddenly one day the app showed me loosing over 200 pounds and it showed this several times. If I had really lost as much as the app said I would not exist. When I called they looked at it and could not fix it. They told me to reboot my phone. I did and it did not work. They told me to delete the app which I did and once again it did not work. They said they could not fix it and that I knew how much weight I had lost and I would just have to keep track of it myself. I did not agree with this but did not think I could do anything to correct this so I just moved on. However this really is not fair and I feel you should do something to correct it. You have even sent me charms to celebrate the weight I have not lost. I hope someone really reads this but if you treat this the way I was treated over the mistake I do not have much hope. Anyway I live with the app to track and find point values so I will continue. Thank you Dana Combest -Pucci

Awesome app!!
This app offers so much, including making it your own, adapting their resources on your own style and needs. It is so diverse, includes different levels on intensity and types of exercises. ( HIIT, running, stretching, yoga, cardio, dance) It includes articles on every aspect that affect and impact our eating patterns and weight management, such as anxiety, sleeping patterns, habits on eating more unhealthy foods, self esteem, etc. Most of all it takes care of each one in a holistically way, including: mind, body and spirit to fulfill your wellbeing in a healthier way. Facilitating on reframing reframing those “stuck” beliefs we can have in our minds and how they continuously have a domino effect on our actions and emotions making us to go to unhealthy choices to avoid feelings and all of these happen in automatic pilot. Let’s pause be aware of this precious gift of the present moment and begin to be aware of our choices. Look up for your “mojo”, your “for what” I want to loose weight. Remember each one of us is a beautiful and gorgeous being and we want to fulfill our purpose, enjoy life at the fullest, share and be there for the ones we love, for all your f that and much more we need to be energized, healthier…. It is NOT a matter of having a “skinny body as a model”, it is about your “why you want to be healthier, vigorous, energized”. Be courageous, BE BOLD!! Thank you WW and I am very grateful that Oprah is part of your team.

Bugs not being corrected
Update 10/7: Even with the latest update, I can share recipes but my wife cannot. We are both running the same app version on identical iPhones, but hers lacks the option to share. This is extremely frustrating since I depend on her recipes for tracing meals. Update: A lower rating is currently needed since the app has been buggy for weeks now, with no update to correct the issue. While tracking, the date being tracked repeatedly moves back to a prior (already tracked) day. Even after setting to “today” for a food, the next food that you enter may change yesterday’s date. It is beyond annoying, and should not require the user to constantly double check the day being entered! This happens on multiple devices for both my account and my wife’s, so the issue is more than a one-off problem! I have been successful in my weight loss so far, but have found that this app is primarily useful only for city dwellers. There are many areas of the U.S. not well served by cellular or WiFi if you like to enjoy the outdoors, or sail, or whatever. It would sure be nice to have a level of functionality without such a connection! As it is, I either have to enter all meals in advance (not very flexible), or wait until after a trip (nope, not happening). Considering today’s mobile device storage capacities, it shouldn’t take that much to provide such an option (caching of popular foods).

The best nutrition plan I’be EVER tried!
My journey with nutrition and exercise in order to improve my overall health has been difficult. I have tried many diets ranging from low calorie to Keto to other crash diets and nothing has ever been sustainable for me. Just over a year ago I decided to give weight watchers a try because I had remembered a family member tried it a long time ago and had some success. Weight watchers has really help me develop a different perspective on eating as I don’t have to necessarily fixate on carbs calories or fat weight watchers really simplifies all of that by using the point system for daily food consumption. This system has been by far the best thing that I have tried and has helped me lose and keep off about 10 pounds since last December. My results could be way better at this point but due to having Covid multiple times and being a graduate student was stressed I fell off the whack in a few times but I am back on and expecting to have a good outcome. Again I feel that this is the most realistic plan one could try as it is flexible, you don’t have to give up fruits or other snacks that you want you just have to be more concerned about the portions that you’re having. Definitely a program that I believe many people could thrive off of long-term.

WW app and virtual meeting rooms
The app is good. I struggle with accountability, finding it hard to track daily with my busy schedule. I was extremely disappointed when WW decided to shut down the meeting room I have attended and received tremendous support from for the past 5+ years. Kathy Edmonds, our coach in Woodstock and Strasburg, VA was phenomenal. It was her leadership that kept me and so many other members on track and coming back week after week or for lifetime like me, monthly. I made an effort to attend as often as I could, but definitely monthly when we went virtual. I cannot and do not feel comfortable with a new coach who does not know me nor who has invested her time and energy into my journey. When WW decided to shut down Kathy’s workshop, they literally pulled the rug out from underneath us and shut our support system down. For a business that touts support, WW has cut our support in this rural area in VA. I cannot travel 70 miles round trip to weigh in, and that is what Kathy’s members will have to do. So, please help us out and return Kathy’s in person workshop to us! I’ll continue using the app and trying hard to be successful, but I’d feel so much better making this journey with my friends who were a part of Kathy Edmonds workshops in Woodstock and Strasburg, VA. Thank you! Yvonne Lytton Lifetime member

Love, love, love WW
I have gained so much weight now that I’m in my 60’s. I even thought about a lap band surgery. I saw WW’s special and I thought okay, I can try this. What do I have to lose besides some painful surgery? I started WW back in late January. To-date I have lost 5 lbs.. I know I have quite a ways to go but I’m in it for the long haul. I went to WW over 25 years ago with the little menu plans, calories and weigh-ins. I did not like the weigh-ins and then everyone knew how large I was and if I lost any weight. It was just embarrassing to me. I think I probably weighed 140 lbs. to 145 lbs. back then. I started this new program at 200 lbs. and I’m just under 5’ 2”. I described myself as a short rolly polly, which I used to think was funny, but with my health situation, it’s not too funny anymore. Thank you WW and all the people I’ve met online since I started. I follow a bunch of people and get some great recipe suggestions. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. I don’t feel intimidated at all by doing everything online. I love the simplicity of the new WW program! I especially love the zero points category! Every time I open the fridge, I grab a handful of grapes. I love grapes and cantaloupe. You cannot get cantaloupe in the winter, but you can sure get grapes all year long. I love, love, love WW. A special fan, Pamela Myers

Beware of Costumer Services
The program is great, made it super easy to begin my weight loss journey ! BUT ALWAYS READ FINE PRINT. They will make sure they get their money. I started on one of their deal and accidentally pressed a different subscription than intended when I finally realized that I went to costumer service the first lady that I spoke to was super sweet and did let me know that I’m not the only person who has accidentally has done this. She then ends up explaining to me that I cannot just switch over to a different subscription. I have to cancel my subscription entirely so she says that it would be better for me just finished off that month since it was already paid for I unfortunately forgot about it which is my fault and once I went back to try to do the same thing the lady handled the situation completely differently while I was promised some sort of a refund this lady did not want to honor that although she could see the messages prior to the interaction I had with her. Regardless, I also mentioned that I have not received the key chains that were supposed to be mailed to me and I had mentioned that two different customer service representatives and I only got one of the two( ik seem petty but if your paying for something you expect the get your moneys worth) there was constantly glitches on the app along with they never let you know when your subscription is ending but they will definitely collect their check every month.

Perfection!!!
To live without a plan is to fail whatever you’re doing. At 74 I finally realize that and decided to lose the pounds I have taken 20 years to gain. I am not computer literate at all, but the weight watcher staff helped me and I find it is so simple. My plan was to determine an outline for breakfast lunch dinner and snacks. I was able to do this and write it on paper with my goal at the top of the paper. Then I was able to put the foods I love into the plan breakfast lunch and dinner and snacks, and follow it daily. I have been a member of weight watchers for six weeks going on seven. And I have lost close to 15 pounds. I say close because on their scale it’s 14 on mine it’s 15. Of course I’m nude when I’m weighing!!! I have tried every diet in the last 20 years and successful in losing the weight only to gain it back. I don’t see this as a diet I see it as a lifestyle change and I’m loving every minute of it. I hope to lose 2 pounds a week until I’m at my goal. The hope becomes fact by making my plan, and happily sticking to it because I’m eating all the foods I like!!! Do yourself a favor and join weight watchers. By the way I’m not affiliated with Weight Watchers in any capacity other than a client!!! It is so easy to determine how to stay in a weight loss trajectory with this app.

It’s getting better with each upgrade
I first became a WW member 3 years ago, and back then, the app was pretty nice. Unfortunately, my heart wasn’t in the right place and I ended up leaving the program a month later. I gave it a second chance a year ago, and I found the app to be better than the last time I used it, because they added the barcode reader and definitely made tracking easier. I left the program a few months later because I became pregnant, but came back as soon as I could, and I was totally amazed with the upgraded app. It has a way bigger library than it used to, and it’s even more user friendly. The only reason I didn’t gave it 5 stars is because sometimes it’s hard to find some items. For instance, the other day I was looking for “fresh strawberries” in the search engine because I wanted to track it, but because I was searching for other packaged snacks before that, the option list only offered stuff like “frozen strawberries”, “dried strawberries”, “strawberry cereal”, etc. I got tired of scrolling down looking for what I wanted, so I waited to track the strawberries later in the day. I know this could be solved if I save the items I want, so it’s easier for the search engine to figure out what I’m looking for, but sometimes I forget (yes, I suffer from “mommy-brain”). I don’t know if the problem can be fixed, but it would be great if it could.

App is amazing - but why can’t I remove items from my tracker anymore?
I’m pretty sure I spent the bulk of the holidays promoting the WW app to friends and family, who were impressed with my weight loss progress. As I told them, the app has so many amazing features - not the least of which is the community functionality that lets you connect with others, create and share food and recipes, and find support. After getting back from the holidays and beginning to track again, I found I had entered food in the wrong day and when I went to zero the incorrect entry out, I was prevented from doing so. The app will no longer let me remove an incorrectly tracked item, and won’t let me reduce the amount to 0. So I’m counting points I didn’t actually consume. Why the change to something so inflexible? Why not just pop-up a question to ask a user if they meant to enter a 0 in the serving size rather than eliminating the option to zero out an error? That’s a pretty frustrating UX and may make me less confident about tracking in a timely manner. If it changes my behavior to discourage timely tracking for fear I will enter something incorrectly and not be able to make a change, what will keep me tracking as I should throughout the day? Isn’t that undermining the behavior that the app is supposed to encourage? Please fix this.

Am Lifetime!
App a seminal reason for my success!!! 😀😀😀 App changes challenged me but found most innovations terrific! Am on track very well! Still in range! I am curious about best ways to track activities that are not structured or named exercises? I approximate the value of my activities by surmising how much walking or weight lifting my activities are equivalent to. I use up all my daily target and weeklies and then at lest 30pts more. Yet my weight continually stays within the 4# range of goal weight. I’m thrilled but am mystified! I am curious about ideas about how what I do works. That said, the app is a wondrous tool that helps to keep my mindfulness sharp! The thinking that is shared at my meetings leads to marvelous ideas to take into the world with me and to face other challenges with confidence! The app is getting better and better! As I learn more and more how to use some of its finer points, the better my mindfulness has become and that’s a very big deal! I am still completely pleased with the app as it continues to be indispensable to my staying on track with maintaining my goal weight that is within healthful body mass index standards for a man my size. My improved energy levels and better sleeping habits are immeasurably important in maintaining a vigorous and productive life.

WW+ app light years beyond pencil and paper!
I joined WW back in 2006 when you still had to calculate you points with their slide rule tool and write everything down in their little log books. It became tedious and time consuming and so I dropped off. Fast forward to today and I’m absolutely delighted to have this little pocket calculator and log on my phone. People are creatures of habit and comfort and this app appeals to both. It remembers past food items for quick logging, it has a huge database of chain restaurant point options, a huge database of surprisingly delicious recipes that are easy to edit, all designed to be efficient so you can get on with your busy life. They also have Connect - a somewhat baseline social media platform where you can share your experiences and cheer each other on. I don’t miss the in-person meetings and have enjoyed this online experience. With ease and comfort I’ve lost 37 lbs in 6 months and I’m sticking with it this time around! My only qualms are - where you log your weight weekly is so tiny compared to the other images on the page I accidentally skip it and have to backtrack to fix it. Connect also has room to be a little more comprehensive. The overall design of the app was a little confusing at first and took a little time to learn my way around all the menus and such.

Used to love the app, but not so much anymore
Is this up last year with my husband and really liked it. Upon rejoining I found the app has changed and not all for the best. A lot of useful areas are hidden and take a lot of school to get to now. I feel like before it was easier to access things like sharing recipes or quick add The biggest loss of feature that I have is being able to share tracked items. This was SUPER useful for my husband and I as I would cook or prepare something and scan the items and then send them to him and vice versa. A lot of times I would scan an item and then throw it away but I could later share the tracked item with him from the app and he could then take and adjust it to fit the portion or serving size that he ate. Quick adding won’t make adjustments for serving size because it doesn’t calculate the exact nutritional facts- not to mention sharing items was much simpler and way more convenient. The loss of the share feature really destroyed the app for me. Sharing tracked items was the staple of our previous success and without it we’ve been doing a pretty lousy job of accurately tracking everything. I know the recipes can still be shared which is a little helpful but only covers maybe 5-10% of what we used to share with the app. I’m not sure why WW would remove such a useful feature and intentionally make it harder on people joining or working with a support partner ☹️

Wonderful
This is the first time I have used WW and I don’t know why. My wife had great success losing 80 lbs. The cool thing is that she used her points so she could still drink her wine! I had tried Adkins years ago and had success but this time, after several months of stalling - I just couldn’t start, for whatever reason. I looked at Laurie and saw her -80lbs. success and hey- why not try WW? So, I have. And I must say, this App is fantastic. I have an advantage bc Laurie has experience with this, so I can ask her questions and she pretty much knows the answers. That said, this app is the most supportive, complete and informative app of any kind I’ve used. It’s truly designed to help you succeed and keep you on track. It covers so many foods-it’s incredible! The scanner is so convenient! I scan foods at the grocery store, see how many points it is, then either buy it or put it back on the shelf. That’s just one of the amazing things about this app. If you go out to eat, they have a bazillion restaurants in their data base with almost everything on their menu listed. This helps you make the best decision you can if you must eat out. Changing eating habits is tough and this app is there for you. Do it now- commit and this will help you beyond what I can tell you. Good luck!

Life changing!!
I was skeptical about WW, but then decided that I’ll never know if I never try. BEST choice in my life. The app is super handy and easy to use. I am not good with technology or social type apps, but this walks you straight through. Beginning to end. It is set up to completely accommodate you, the user. It will ask when you tend to eat the most, what your diet is, what your goals are. It’s wonderful! You can choose whether or not you want to be social with the WW community. I chose not to be and I am glad I made that choice just because there is one downfall... and I realize it’s the internet and there are keyboard warriors out there, but people are not always the most positive, uplifting, or even keep things weight loss related on there. Me personally, I feel, (and maybe this is silly?) that maybe there should be monitoring or something because, I see a lot of post about people being mean to others and that’s not cool no matter what the app is. This in particular though, is supposed to be encouraging and up lifting. This is a life changer for the better quality of people’s lives! That would be my only problem with the app. Otherwise five stars all the way!! To anybody that reads this I hope this helps encourage you to make a step towards making a positive change!

Overall solid but key functionality missing when syncing activity to fitness trackers
New to WW (~2 weeks in) and overall happy with the points system and logging things in the app. Scanning food is really easy. However there’s a MAJOR functionality missing - when I sync an activity tracker like a Fitbit to WW, I cannot remove it. So if there’s a glitch and an activity is logged twice (or in my case, 6 times), I can’t remove it. It throws off the points calculation for the week enormously - I ended up with 179 more points than was accurate for my week. No one in IT or on the 24/7 help can do anything to delete the exercises in the database. I was only advised to change the “week” to after the mistake so it doesn’t show up and then once the week passes change it back. WW is upfront in their FAQ about the problem but I don’t get why developers aren’t working on this for iOS. On forums this issue goes back to at least 2016 and it’s really, really disappointing that 6.5 years later this really important feature is still missing from an app/service I pay a subscription for. I cannot log workouts from the web dashboard. The best I can do is avoid syncing my Fitbit for as long as possible or log my activities into WW directly, both options being really inconvenient for what should be a relatively simple problem to fix. On occasion the app crashes but I haven’t had any issues losing data.

A Different Approach Worked!
I recently took a new approach to my weight watcher journey. I’m a lifetime member for about 20+ years and I find getting to my goal weight be more of a challenge now that I’m getting older. In the past it was much easier for me to do it. I just tracked, and stayed within a reasonable boundary of my points. I lost the weight doing this. Now that I’m in my 60s I find that I really have to keep within my points. I do this by following the “blue dot” challenge! Recently I discovered that there are many different things on the app that have helped me. I’ve done the OBE classes- just 30 minutes! I’ve actually listen to the “walk talks”… I’m finding that keeping my activity within a good range is also working using the “activity” program on the app which connects to my smart watch! I often use the recipes as well as create my own. Job well done with this application! After holding an above comfortable weight for about 5 years I was able to achieve my goal weight once again. It would not have been possible if I had not explored the app and taken advantage of the resources available! So thank you to the creative marketing team behind this program! Keep up the innovative great work!

Lifetime Member
This is my 39th year of being a Lifetime member of WW (formerly Weight Watchers) The strategies and techniques and knowledge (and now technology) learned -when put into daily practice-become lifetime healthy habits and continue to allow me maintain a healthy weight for my age and height. Thank you WW. Learning new point values daily. Weight maintenance is my goal. I have been tracking daily for over a year. Am learning a lot and maintaining a healthy weight. Information is power regarding portion sizes, food values and groups, and awareness of what I eat-including when, how much, and why. Lessons for life regarding healthy food choices and possibilities are the results of this effort. Thank you WW. I am on maintenance and daily tracking is a good boundary for me to keep me fit and aware of what I am eating -food or beverage. Grateful. Note: I have successfully tracked food on the app for over 500 consecutive days. Continuing to learn portion and points values that will allow me to eat the foods that I love without gaining weight, and eating nutritionally, and enjoying food. Praying and making wise choices-with food and with everything, including tracking, weighing, measuring, exercising, moving, dancing, walking, and living fully and joyfully with these daily habits. Grateful.

Thanks WW!!!!!
Twice before, I’ve lost to my goal weight with WW in the past 20+ years, and I fully believe in the program. It works!!! It is certainly the most balanced and the healthiest diet plan available. For his first time, my husband joined me in a fresh start with WW on March 1 of this year, and that has made all the difference in my success. Having the app in place has been a huge godsend, and I can’t imagine doing without it after having the support it lends. His health issues slow his progress, but we agree this is the best course of healthy eating and the wisest choice for us for the rest of our lives. We know we will celebrate special family occasions and throw in some tasty treats on vacations…and get right back on track! We are 70. I’ve lost nearly 32 pounds so far and have about 7 pounds remaining to lose before reaching my goal. It’s slower at this stage of life and in this phase of the diet (especially after learning that the geriatric BMI is not the same as that of a younger female…and I set my goal too low…and I am already well within the range for a female my age), but “slow and steady wins the race”! Thanks WW!!! I also encouraged two others to join WW. Here’s to great success for Suzanne Maynard of Midland, GA and Donna Krstulovich of Springfield, MO!

CAN AN APP SAVE YOUR LIFE?
YES! This one can. If you track your points daily by using this app and stay within your points it can save your life, or at least enhance your quality of life. You never know how detrimental those extra pounds are until you lose them. I’ve had type II diabetes that this app decidedly help cure. Once I lost the weight my blood sugar levels went back to a normal level!!! With type II diabetes you can start losing fingers and toes, even your feet. I know someone that recently lost their foot because of type II diabetes. If you track with this app and just follow Weight Watchers guidelines you won’t need to suffer so much. I had AFIB, where my heart would just start beating at 200 beats a minute. It would not stop beating that fast! I had to go to the emergency room and have a cardioversion where they shock your heart back into rhythm. It’s my opinion that none of this would have happened if I hadn’t weighed so much. I’ve lost 79.2 so far in about a year. Get this app. Follow the rules and track your points. You deserve this. I want to thank the creators of this app for all the positive things and improvements you have made. I want to thank Oprah Winfrey for saving Weigjt Watchers. You all mean the world to me! #WW for the win💪🏼
Pandemic weight is a real. The weight I gained in the early days of the pandemic added the weight I already needed to lose and became a reality that I couldn’t ignore. Doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome on the scale was also a reality. So I made a decision to welcome change and do a new thing. You’ve no doubt heard during the pandemic, “follow the science.” #WW Weight Watchers follows the science of weight loss. 33lbs pounds ago!, I came home from a doctor’s appointment and told my spouse I’m joining Weight Watchers, now, today. My spouse was in and joined too. Collectively, we have lost over 80 pounds. We are both on the #WW Purple Plan, there are color coded plans developed for the ways you already like to eat. The APP provides tools for tracking the foods you eat, (there are zero point foods, the APP guides you through what those are.) recipes, exercise videos, meditation and mindfulness videos/audio, audio lessons, encouragement audios etc. You also rack up rewards points when you track your meals, weigh in, work out using the exercise videos provided in the APP and or linking your Apple Watch or any fitness tracker activity to the APP. These rewards can be redeemed in the #WW store. Do something different. Give #WW a try.

Works great, love the program.
Lost 30lbs on the program, and the app helps tremendously. Update: I’ve unsubscribed due to not taking the program seriously at least twice before. But… I always come back! I prefer ww over any other app or program I’ve tried and… when I take the program seriously I see results pretty quickly. I’ve already gone down 3.2 lbs in since Tuesday (it’s now Friday) and I’m not starving. I’m just sticking within my daily points and watching my food choices and there are a lot of O point options under the purple plan and it’s easier to me to track by points rather than tracking calories. I guess that’s just what works for me. And.. I’ve looked at the calories I’ve eaten these last three days and I’ve actually only eaten between 1150 to 1300 calories each day while sticking within my daily points or at least within the blue dot points (I was curious about the calories lol). Give it a shot! I hope it works for you. The app is tremendously helpful with tracking too! PS my workout of choice is walking. I don’t kill myself in the gym. Maybe I’ll have to workout workout later on but for now I’m focusing on my eating habits again. Like I said, this is what works for me! Good luck.

My safe place
No matter what I need whether it’s encouragement, inspiration, a venting place, a place to share my successes and my struggles, the community that has been created via WW Connect is nothing short of amazing. It’s the salve to everything that is awful about social media. The app keeps getting better and easier to track any food, get recipe ideas, restaurant menus, even see other foods people have created and logged. Activity is tracked as well and you can set any goal you want. My favorite things are: #1 barcode scanner and #2 blue dots. To explain, there are tens of thousands of food items in the WW databanks with points values available for your reference. Immediately upon scanning, you can choose the weight or measurement of that food item and instantly log it in your daily tracker. If I see someone else at the grocery store scanning barcodes with their phone, we can’t help but smile and nod at each other. 😁 The blue dot is a daily “at-a-glance” look at whether you are eating within your healthy points range. Super helpful and also sometimes the source of a weekly challenge I give myself. 🔵👍🌟 If you’re ready to manage your life with a focus on overall health, balance and positivity stop looking anywhere else and start here.

Excellent
As a digital product manager who has over 15 years of global experience building technology, it is difficult to impress me. I can say that this app is top notch and blends the psychological aspects of losing weight along with effective tactics to provide user-friendly functionality to greatly support and encourage lifestyle changes which contribute to weight loss. Kudos to the team who built and maintains this technology. One feature recommendation I have is to provide a ‘grocery list’ enhancement which allows users to save off food items which are tracked so they can remember which products to buy when shopping in the future. When they run out, they can tick that food item box adding it to the ‘grocery list.’ I now purchase completely different kinds of foods and want to avoid forgetting which product I should buy in the chips aisle after scanning 30 and only finding 1 or 2 which are WW friendly, for example. WW begins in the grocery aisle, not in the kitchen. I could come up with many other features and in the meanwhile, I compliment the product managers, engineers, design team, and strategists who have not just built an app, but are changing lives for the better.

My Journey
It’s been very easy to use. Discipline is necessary. Preparing ahead is important. Make sure you have plenty of zero points of foods available. I find that eating greens daily really helps me. I found that By tracking weight daily it is better to gauge my food choices. If your weight is up on the scale, buckle down on the points. Scan every food item to learn what the amount of points are. Eventually you won’t need to scan as much because you will have an idea what is higher in points. Just try to relax on the weekends within reason. Everyday is a new beginning and new mercies. Review the recipes, increase activity. Invite friends. I have averaged 1 pound of weight loss weekly for the last 14 weeks. My weight has not been this for at least 15 years. It works if you make up your mind to do it. Praise God who gives me the desire and strength. Ask the Lord God to help you. You can do all things through Christ who gives you strength. I am encouraged daily. I have avoided butter much and use hummus instead. I love my 1/2 and 1/2 in my coffee, I use to pour it in. But now I put a shake or two of cinnamon and measure a tablespoon of creamer. This works fine. Have a blessed day! Kathryn💕

App needs some improvement
The app is convenient for tracking your points & keeping you accountable. It’s efficient when paired with your fitbit. App now tracks your sleep, but why do I have to manually enter information that could be synced from my fitbit? The food list search feature is the biggest weakness of the WW app, in my opinion. Example: If I want to track a hamburger patty, I have to know that I must search ground beef instead of hamburger or I will get a long list of restaurant burgers, meatless burgers, chicken burgers , etc. Items are not sorted, so I have to keep clicking on “more”, only to see that my requested food is not listed. My suggestion would be to have a filter for a basic food items and one for restaurant food. If I am making myself a burger patty at home, the first thing I want to see is hamburger patty-plain, then maybe hamburger patty with egg & breadcrumbs, etc. I constantly have no choice but to pick a restaurant food to log my meals because the basic item is not there. The food list needs much work and I do know there’s an option to add foods myself. I don’t believe it’s the job of the customer to add foods and enter accurate ingredient values for use of all the other customers. WW should really provide a better search experience with the food list.

Easiest way to lose weight ever
It is impossible to list all the ways this app makes life easier, but I’ll try to summarize. First you can scan just about any food you find in the grocery and get EXACT points and immediate tracking. If it’s not an item with a barcode, it’s easy to search and find. Several restaurants are included, so it’s easy to eat out and make healthy choices. There is also a FANTASTIC way to calculate the points in your own recipes. You can then save and even share your recipes with others. The app automatically gets info from the health app on my phone and gives me extra activity points for my steps. Once you’ve reached your goal weight (as I have), you can easily change your goal to maintenance and it helps you stay on track. I will probably use this app for the rest of my life, as it holds me accountable for what I put in my body. I find myself making healthier choices (those zero point foods are healthy, y’all!), and I always lose and maintain weight better when I track what I eat. Of all the ways I’ve ever tracked my food intake, this is the easiest and most intuitive. Losing and maintaining weight is almost just a bonus. ❤️

WW Success
We are doing this great plan as a family hitting just a tad over 200# total! There are 5 of us choosing this plan to get healthy. The application is user friendly, love the scanning feature when shopping. Onward to our goals 💖 We’ve all showed a loss as a family we’ve lost over 200#! That’s five people in 7 months. Love the new WW and having it online with so many options. Keeping track is a lot easier. Love the scanning, surprised how often not buying high calorie food when it eats up the points, same for eating out! Love being able to tracking activities. Still going strong some are at their goal and the rest of us are still going on. 💖 Love the WW app, it is so easy to track food and activity! There are so many options offered. Love the scanning and recipe creating. We’re at 45#s each. My daughter has seen success besides losing weight she is able to walk without tiring! 💖 Christmas Season, goal is not to set myself up for failure, plan to enjoy the celebration of our Lords Birth. Then back to my routine and work to lose the last 10#s. Bless this year at 40#s, only 10 more to go and then maintaining! Merry Christmas to the WW group. 💕

Love Weight Watchers hate the App
I find using this app to track my points very frustrating. It frequently takes me three or four tries before I can enter the food I want. Simple things like a banana took multiple tries this morning. I find the search mechanism to not be very smart. I tried entering sugar snap peas and they didn’t come up instead I got coffee without sugar and other totally unrelated items. Eventually I figured out that I needed to search peas, sugar snap. So because my search terms were not in the same order they didn’t find it. Very frustrating. In addition trying to create recipes is difficult. I wish there was a way to mass import ingredients like with my fitness pal. Instead you have to wade through the frustrating search for each ingredient individually. I have started shortcutting and only entering ingredients that have points because it isn’t worth the trouble. Then even after I’ve created a recipe it isn’t easily found to track. I cannot just enter the name I gave it in the bar. Instead I get other recipes that aren’t mine. I have to scroll down to recipes and the select through a couple of menus until I can search for the recipe I made. Sure it is pretty and has lots of features but the main thing I use it for is clumsy and not intuitive. It makes me question how long I’m willing to stay a member even though I have been successful with weight watchers before and really like the new points system.

I love WW and the app
I am enjoying the ability to meet in person again!!! I have really missed being together and the accountability and community and friendship. The updated Personal Points Program as well as new & wonderful additions, workouts, yoga, meditation, featured articles, and programming. This is especially true for the mindset, exercise and meditation guides. It just gets better and better. Still, I really miss some of the previous yoga and cardio walk and run features. Please bring those back!!!! I’ve continue to take advantage of Blue Apron recipes that are already in the app and order meals from Blue Apron. I am starting to do challenges in the exercise areas of the app. These are all excellent features and I’m using them every day! WW is truly the best comprehensive, healthy lifestyle, weight loss and weight maintenance program to guide its members and to address not only our weight challenges, WW provides us with the tools and approaches to improve our overall health and our lives. The friendships I’ve made and community I’ve enjoyed, and continue to develop have grown over the years and are truly extra special. Thank you always WW! Cheryl McAfee Lifetime Member

WW app
I love it. The app makes entering meals and activity easy and fun. I am having a little trouble searching for “ingredients” rather than pre-cooked food items by national restaurants and chains from my iphone. I figure that’s a “picnic” and it doesn’t usually affect my otherwise very positive experience with the app. And I love Connect! I go there to see the many virtual kindnesses that people extend to people who are struggling and need some support. That tells me that the community works together to hold that space for people who need that support with the challenges of weight loss, body image, gender roles, physical health issues, mental health challenges, addictions, and healing in our country where bullying, racism, and other societal problems that divide the usa and many other parts of the world. I give some of the credit for that to Oprah whose own healing from adverse childhood experiences and the role she created for herself as a leader in American culture for the health and well-being of Black people, all women, and other American minority people. Go, WW. Thanks from me. And I’ve lost about 16 pounds since June 3rd or so. Appreciate the support from the lifetimers, coaches, member chefs who have blogs for recipes. Cool community.

WW Review…
I love WW…I have been able to get down again to my lifetime membership goal weight in 5 months, losing 40 lbs. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate their Plan and how wonderful it works for me, especially the tracking of what I eat. On record, I have not gained, only losing each week since I started March 1, 2023; however, I’m sure there will be a time I may gain, but I plan to work at it very hard to keep my weight down to within two lbs of my goal weight. Thank you for making this weight loss possible. It is a great plan andI highly recommend it to others who want to lose weight. I’d like to add that they are also very helpful when you call the 800 #. They are so pleasant and helpful with suggestions to your questions. It is now a year later and I finally having a tougher time keeping the weight off; especially on vacation. But I am confident if I stick with tracking and going to the meetings, I will persevere and lose the extra pounds that I have gained (10 lbs.) on vacation. Stick with it and you can achieve your goal. It is a great plan!! Walking, or any exercise, really helps too!! Thank you so much, WW!! Sincerely, Pat Herbst

Better Than Meetings!
I’ve done the weekly meeting sessions with both JC & WW - the online system with the app is by far and away better in my opinion. First and foremost, it keeps the program front and center on a daily basis. I can easily look back over my progress and gives me their incentive to “stick with it”. Second, the app scanner makes it a snap to find foods that easily fit into the daily/weekly point allotments when shopping. I can creat my own “meals” for things I have everyday, like ‘morning coffee’, and ‘tuna salad dinner’. The app is always right there on the first screen on the iPad, iPhone, and the task bar on my iMax and Windows computers The app isn’t perfect though. I have found that the value returned for a scanned item, on several occasions, doesn’t agree with the values in the nutrition info for the food. A point high or a point low - not a big deal, but I always only use the scanner as a guide. Would be nice if could adjust the scanned info in the App, and save it as a “My Food” item. Taking time to adjust to the App update, but as long as it still supports my continuing the program successfully, it gets 5 Stars. Major Request: How about bringing the Computer Version up to speed? Computer (iMac) version is only a 1 to 1.5 Star system.

Love the concept, UX needs improvement
This is my first time returning to WW in years. I had a lot of success in the past (when we had to write everything down) and wanted to try it again. I love the points concept and how easy it is to understand. HOWEVER, the app is so hard to use.. I work in tech designing apps and I struggled! There is way too much promotional information in every tab, it’s completely overloaded the actual functionality of adding foods, saving recipes, scanning bar codes, etc not to mention made it overwhelming to know what to actually watch/read first. I’m sure there’s great content but idk where to start! The first time I tried to add a food I had no idea how to do it.. I didn’t realize the search bar was the access point to everything. More of the day to day functionality needs to be surfaced on the Home Screen with clear action icons and not 3-4 screens deep hidden behind a search bar. Being able to add foods/barcodes/recipes for future use without tracking would be a great feature. Also, it’s frustrating that only some frequent items show up and not others or any of my saved foods when I’m trying to log meals. This app has so much potential but it seems that content creation and promotional ads were prioritized over the functionality and user experience.

I'm sick of the problems with the latest upgrade.
Was a good app until this last upgrade. Since the last upgrade the app keeps crashing if you try to open any of the recipes you personally entered. I contacted the online chat for support and was told to delete and re-download the app. I did this but the problems persist. Every new upgrade has caused more problems. I have been a member over 5 years but have become so frustrusted with the app I'm thinking of dropping using it as it doesn't work well anymore. Ironically at the same time the app has deteriorated Weight Watchers has raised it's use fee 25 percent. I am so frustrated I am planning on dropping out of weight watchers. There are other point type apps to get with no monthly fee to use them. They may not be as full featured, but once you buy them they don't crash when using them. NEW ENTRY Well here we are in Aug 2018 and another update with even more problems. When I go to my recipes now it only lists the food items but not the amount so if you want to make the recipe you have to go to the website, the app won't work. Again in the chat line I was told to delete and re download the app and it didn't fix the problem. When I finally got tech support they told me they would let the programmers know about the problem. I asked when they would fix it and they have no idea. You should start over the app is becoming useless the bug are growing bugs.

Love the App BUT 🔸Need Pic Zoom & 🔸Recipe Print
✅💗 I absolutely love the WW app as it makes it easier to manage staying on the program. It allows me to quickly track, find point values and recipes and Connect with other ww members. Connect is one of my favorite features of ww as it offers support anytime, anywhere. Any of the wonderful people on there are quick to talk you down from going off track or talk you up from having a bad day. It also allows me to help others which allows me to help myself. I feel good being able to help others, and that adds to the ‘whole’ of the program. ❌ My only complaints are: 1️⃣ While recipes are quick and easy to find on the app and online, there is no way to print from the app at all (besides taking screenshots and printing the pics), & online it prints the entire webpage with all pics of Oprah and whatever else is on the side there. I love Oprah, but I really just want the recipe on the page. And although some say don’t print them it save trees, people are gonna print. Sometimes we have to. 2️⃣ I want to be able to enlarge the pics posted on Connect. I want to see things better. We can enlarge on other social media such as Instagram, so I’d like to be able to do the same on Connect. Please 🙏🏼
