Excellent app for tracking this particular program
Excellent, no-frills app. I have the RCAF (RoyalCanadian Air Force) booklet that spells out this program and successfully used it for several years, until Covid took away my ability to exercise. It’s a terrific method, outlining a 12 minute routine designed to safely target key areas with no equipment, confusing routines or gym memberships. It’s not fancy but it gets the job done if you stick with it. (It seems too easy when you start, but it does get challenging as you move through the program.) The biggest barrier to the program is understanding the charts and how one is supposed to progress through them. (Once you “get” the system it makes perfect sense but that initial learning curve can be challenging.) This app does that part for you and keeps track of your progress so you don’t have to keep notes. While you can access the exercise details, theory & charts from the app, I’d recommend picking up a copy of the book from your library or Amazon. It’s a quick read and it’s nice to have the 2-page visuals when learning how it all works. I’m finally able to start exercising again and this program is how I’m doing it. I really appreciate that the developer doesn’t collect personal data, isn’t subscription based and has kept the content true to the actual program.
