1.1. The SplitMetrics GDC 2025 Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to attendees of Game Developers Conference (GDC) 2025 and PG Connects San Francisco 2025 who have submitted the registration form as set forth in para. 2.1. below during the event dates March 17-21, 2025.
1.2. Participants must be 18 years or older and must provide valid contact details at the time of entry.
1.3. Employees, contractors, and direct competitors of SplitMetrics, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2.1. To enter the Prize Draw, eligible participants must complete and submit the entry form available at https://hubs.ly/Q038m-s90 during the event dates March 17-21, 2025.
2.2. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
3.1. There will be three winners. Winners will be selected at random using an independent solution that ensures fairness.
3.2. The Prize Draw will be conducted on March 24, 2025, at 10 AM PDT and the results will be announced at SplitMetrics LinkedIn page: https://www.linkedin.com/company/split-metrics/.
3.3. During the announcement, only the winner’s first and last name will be disclosed. No other personal information will be shared.
3.4. Winners will be contacted via email to arrange for prize delivery.

4.4. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
4.5. SplitMetrics is not responsible for any delivery issues, lost, or undelivered prizes due to incorrect contact details provided by the participant.
5.1. By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and grant SplitMetrics permission to use their first and last name for promotional purposes related to this Prize Draw, including by making the public announcement of the winners. No other personal information will be disclosed publicly.
5.2. SplitMetrics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Prize Draw at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
5.3. Any disputes arising in connection with the Prize Draw will be governed by the laws of the United States, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
