Always informed

No matter where I go I use my channel 12 news app. For the latest news, weather, & updates on news. Like when TPC exploded I have family in that area & 12 news kept me informed all the way. And the criminal reports as soon as they know they release it to the public. And now corona virus, counting on 12 news to keep me & my family informed with what is right.

Emelda coverage.

So thankful for the coverage of channel 12. The news team keeps everyone informed with weather events such as this past storm. Hats off to Patrick Vaughn for his continued coverage when the storm was putting down all that rain. I watched it all night until they had to evacuate their studio. Jordan and Erica did an outstanding job covering and staying with us through the night. Fantastic job!!!!

Great for viewing advertisements

When you get a notification about an important local news story, nothing better than watching three seconds of the intro then diverted to a 30 second ad. Try scrolling through the news story through the mine field of click bait. Really horrible app.

I love that we have you to keep us informed on any and all situations from storms to murders. Lamar University ladies soccer team has one of my family playing. I appreciate the way you tell us about the games. I know I can trust your reports on all that matters !!! Thank you so much !!!

I go to my app everyday, you can count on the news that’s being given and you can trust the news for it is so accurate when reporting... My day is not complete without 12News and my entire family uses the app. Thank you so much 12News for keeping us informed across Southeast Texas...

So much better

Deserving of five stars bcuz they have come a long way. A awesome app and I highly recommend using this app to get the best news from my hometown. It keeps me in the know it all over Jefferson county and national news at its best. Seriously this is a great app so would suggest trying it out

Always on top of the news

I know whenever I read a post it’s going to be accurate and up to date. Feel much better knowing I can turn to channel 12 and find out what’s going on.

I read the 12 News Now on app because it is not on our Directv service anymore. Miss watching it on TV

If it’s not broke don’t fix it!

I don’t know what they where thinking but this last update totally messed up this app ! Videos can’t be put on full screen or there is some hidden way to do it . There is to many advertisements on each news article. It’s hard to find topics and the home page is just a mess.

Can’t adjust txt so it is easier to read

Awful

Yes they may have improved, as another reviewer suggested, but when you start from a negative position your improvements brings you (barely) to a zero star. ADS!! Pop-up ads, Clunky transitioning and lack of intuitive interaction all work together to make it a terrible app.
