Since version 6.21 came out, I have now been facing the issue of random app crashes. It began with me trying to log back in to the app and has persisted since. Before the update, I never experienced crashes since I downloaded (and much enjoyed the app). Aside from that issue, the app is amazing!
My favorite app. I look at it every single day (along with Facebook lol) but I really wish it had the option to share videos too, not just the written stories.
This is what news should be like. They cover a variety of news stories. It’s not just a crime report they cover you will see stories covering business, education, human interest, state, and national stories.
This app has sold out to advertisers. It’s now aggravating to navigate through the ads which is a shame since it used to be one of the best local news sources.
I was excited about the update...until the stupid Lincoln Concierge ad pops up again when I JUST WANT TO READ THE NEWS!!! Now another ad is popping up. And what's up with the promoted stories that's take you questionable websites that some don't even have the story your "promoting"? It also doesn't go back to the place where you were before you click on a story-most of the time it takes you back up to or near the top of the feed. This app has covers a phenomenal amount of new but I am becoming increasingly disappointed with it. 💔
I use this mainly for local weather info. The weather videos do not play most of the time. The today's forecast shows the tonight's forecast info and the tonight's forecast shows the today's info. One star because once you figure it out you know how to find the info you're looking for, but I really wish the weather videos worked more often than not. It's like no one actually looks at the app to see if info is in the right place and really works like it's supposed to.
This app needs an email option for sending articles. Also much better weather functions on other local news apps. It does have stories others don't have. Wish I could get everything in one news app!
Not bad but you would think the weather portion of the site would indicate how rain was received. Big mews for many of us - especially during a drought.
The app works well, but when I need it the most (bad weather) the radar sticks. I downloaded the app to keep me posted on weather conditions, for example it's 11:55 pm and the radar goes up to 4:50 pm... Not helping!!
When will we get iPad specific release? The newest commercial y'all put out shows the iPad all over the place. Looks like garbage on the iPad once you 2x it. C'mon, be the first of the 4 local networks to release the great iPhone app for the iPad
I like the news portions of the ap. But I wouldn't mind seeing more detail in the weather portion of the ap. A better 7 day outlook with detailed rain percentage or wind like u see on the website. I do like u can click on the today's weather and get a full forecast for that day. My Internet/tv goes down every time it rains hard and I have to use iPhone to stay on top of bad weather so I want as detailed information and radar as I can get.
