App looks ok for this year. A little weak, but whatever. The biggest drawback I see is not being able to share my schedule with my friends. It would make it so much easier to compare schedules, match things up, coordinate and plan things out if I could text my schedule, share it on social media, etc.
The app worked great and I want to note something. Unfortunately, when we arrived, my partner had a purse that was slightly too big and security wouldn’t let us in with it. It was incredibly frustrating as we saw lots of people with larger bags than us inside. Luckily, there was a family who was running the ticket office in the back tent on Friday night who saved the day. They secured the purse for us, we exchanged numbers, and we met up with them after Tool. They really went above and beyond, and we are grateful for them. Otherwise, the bag was financially valuable enough that we would have had to head home. We would not have received a $400 refund and missed an incredible night. Thank you to that family.
It’s going to help. I was able to use without WIFI, check your phone’s settings since someone else said you have to use WiFi. It’s fine just off my phone signal only.
The app is a good attempt but the only problem, it requires internet connection which is non existent when at the show a thousands of others and saturation happens. They also need to have ticket purchase links and such stop being available when things are sold out. Just really needs better attention.
It will work but last years app was way easier and more user friendly, I like to see everything at each time at once and when they over lap, it’s not easy to see on this app with the way they put the bands pictures and the times. Makes it confusing to read and understand what’s going on.
