Once logged in, the app opens easily and quickly. I find myself grabbing it at family gatherings and helping my family save a bunch on prescriptions, hearing aids, pet meds and more. Highly recommended for penny pinchers and folks that want to hold on to some of those well-earned dollars.
Cannot put into words how much this has helped my family save money at the vet, dentist visits for the kids, and my prescription expenses. I’ve saved hundreds already and it’s only been a few months. Thank you American Income Life!
It’s been MONTHS. I’ve reset my password a hundred times and spent hours over the phone with customer support and it’s been no help. I’ve been trying to make a claim for months and I literally can’t because I can’t login. Whenever I log in it immediately logs me out and gives me this error message: “Sorry for the delay! We're currently experiencing technical difficulties related to our network servers and ask that you please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience.”
During the pandemic I was blessed to keep my job, however the first benefits to disappear were our vision and dental! The AIL PLUS app helps our family save an entire premium every single month. MUST HAVE! CHECK THIS OUT!!
Its been months since I have been able to log in. I thought it was because of an old device I had. Got a new one, and I still haven't been able to get in. Fix the app please!
This is not a game this helped me find my dentist in north haven and I LOVE THEM!! I’m so happy to have this and be able to access on the fly on my phone and use fingertip access to sign in ! Can’t beat it !
Tried to use the discount at Walgreens and it was a fail
What’s the point of having the options to choose to save at a location given by this app and traveled all the way to the Walgreens FOR NOTHING IT DID NOT WORK. Glory to God in Jesus name I had the money to pay for the medication in full but please if you say you have discounts please make sure they work.
When trying to use the benefits the app is either running slow or freezing. At this moment I have barely been able to even use or see the entire benefits
I have been trying to use this app for almost two years. I just remembered it and tried to log in. I tried registering but it doesn’t tell me how to retrieve group and member ID. No number to contact anyone from my stand point. It’s annoying.
Apparently nobody is presently monitoring this app since there are no current reviews. This app barely opens, cannot initiate a search or do a thing without app locking up.
