I greatly appreciate being able to utilize many of the options available. I’m not particularly cyber savvy and this program is quite easy to navigate. Thank you, puleeze don’t change it!! My Chart’s consistency and continuity has been most appreciated as so many places Ive worked and done business with seem to change computer programs too often creating chaos for staff which then trickles down to customers and put them at risk for mistakes.
I am extremely glad to have MY Chart. I feel I now am a part of my medical plan. I feel as if I most often know the plan. I get reminders, it is easy to navigate, reports are understandable, the categories are obvious, explanations are offered, it is accessible on my phone, you can pay bills, vaccines are logged. This is one of the very best developments in recent medical developments. I understand it! It is easy to use. And that makes me happy. I feel like I am part of the team.
The entire MyChart health care management program is a wonderful and self-empowering way for patients to have quick, convenient and safe way to be actively involved in their health care. It also significantly reduces the risks of errors that could be easily missed. I love using MyChart because it helps me to feel in charged or at least like I am partnering with all of the members of my care team. Great creation for this app.
This app is easy to use. The medication refill requests to the ease of messaging your doctor or nurse are super easy. The finding claims for past services is easy and very useful. Linking accounts from other medical sources is also very easy and essential to good quality care. Last but not least, the ease and piece of mind of having all Covid Immunizations and the Booster available at the touch of a finger is brilliant. Bravo!
We love having MyChart that is available for our whole family and helps us keep our records organized. It is easy to talk to our medical teams quickly and safely share relevant information. Additionally, we have a child that has specialist at two different medical institutions and we are able to link the two accounts; which is very helpful.
The online scheduling is hard to use. It defaults to provider only and won’t let you schedule a nurse only visit for a quick test or vaccine. Its also really hard to see your vaccine status so far as to where your status/kid’s status is for actual information on date received/location etc and what is coming up and it lacks a system flag to stop sending this one as we aren’t going to get more of that sue to an allergic reaction etc
It would be nice to added a pop up in the test results to where when we can click on a prognosis and get the results explained to us, such as for blood work and urinalysis, etc. For that section to show what each result means. Doctors don’t often explain results to us and it would help keep us more informed of any important steps we need to take.
Love the ease of usage, but HATE hate hate that messages are not automatically saved on screen and an incoming phone call can end up deleting the entire message before it’s posted. I am now typing them in Notes (iPhone) and copying and pasting them into My Chart. What a PITA. Also, I can’t see any of the letters stored under “letters.” This may be a provider issue, but my provider has been using Epic for 8 yeas, so I kind of doubt it. But on the positive side, the App’s learning curve is negligible and has a lot of nifty options.
My Chart has been very easy to use from the get go and they continue to tweak it to be a very efficient way to check in electronically. They have streamlined the e-check in so it doesn’t take much time and makes it easy once you arrive for your appointment. Great way to view test results and get questions answers by your provider.
This is the easiest way to keep track of any & all medical related issues! Be appointments, tests (upcoming or past along with results) from any Bronson facility. I love this app, and the fact that I can add information from any of the other hospitals we use. When I go outside my net work, I can open my app and show the doctors actual Tests and other info if I want I can even share all of it. I have three other portals that I can’t figure out how to navigate so this is my go to Health Care portal.
Mychart has made it a thousand times easier and more efficient to deal with the medical community. The main functions I use are: schedule appointments, renew prescriptions, check on appointment schedules, access visit summaries, communicate with doctor, access test results. These are just the most common functions we use. It’s very reliable and easy to use. Good job folks, we love it.
I like having MyChart because it keeps all of my medical information in one place and organized. I can see everything right in one app and also I can message any doc on my care team anytime. The on demand video visit has been beneficial and so convenient! Would definitely recommend using MyChart!
I love this app! It is awesome having so much control over your health. I really like being able to ask your health professionals questions right from the app. Being able to request prescriptions is great. I feel so much more organized thanks to having my appointments all in one spot.
I can’t express how great it is to be able to use My Chart to reach out to my providers and ask questions about issues I’m having. The quick and professional responses are appreciated. Having access to my records and test results at my fingerprints is a game changer.
My chart is hands down the best app when it comes to your health and well being. Anything that would typically take hours to do can be done in almost no time with mychart. I can make appointments, requests and even send messages to my physician or nurse with just a click.
Funny that a year later messages appear in my chart. Appointments that I have had scheduled on my phone, the dates have changed. I really don’t trust my chart for information. I have had alerts for new test results and when I check in nothing is there. I really have not much good to say about Bronson since I’ve moved back after being gone ten years. I feel like my chart is nothing but a substitute for the personal care and concerns you should be receiving from you doctors office. I shouldn’t have to figure my test results myself.
Some info that is put on my chart is great to know. The technical information sometimes ought to be left off, especially if it’s a diagnosis at the patient would see before the doctor sees it can be pretty devastating reading something. You don’t know what the terminology means.
Have all my health info at my fingertips! Easy to read and interpret. Easy to compare new test results with past ones. Love the fact that I can text my Physician and get a quick answer. Also easy navigation of the whole website.
I have really enjoyed the use of My chart to do precheck ins for appointments, request medication refills and send messages to my doctor. It’s nice to have a list of my medications and past test results to look up and share when I’m with an out of network doctor. It is easy to use.
I enjoy being able to keep up to date through this application rather than tracking everything elsewhere. Staff is responsive to questions and I can get refills if medication easily.
Both my Husband and I sincerely appreciate the current Client Info System! We have used this process for many of our medical needs, our prescriptions and Yes, even our Medicare. Bronson could not have asked for a better Client Information System, especially for us Senior Citizens! Thank you BMH!
I absolutely love the convenience and quickness of test results and/or questions asked. I also have another medical hospital and they also you My Chart but they are not as quick to respond to test results or questions. Please don’t change a thing with Bronson My Chart!
I love having the option to check messages with doctors or have actual appointment through my cell phone. Sometimes I know I need to go to the doctors, but physically going is near impossible so this helps me get the care I need!
I love the ease of navigating through the app to find what you’re looking for, however, the turnaround time for someone to get back to you ridiculous. If you’re to provide a way to ask questions through the app, you need to have people monitor it every day.
It’s great to see what is coming, what has been done and most importantly how my numbers look over the months since an appointment. I love that I can text questions and get a prompt response and appreciate how detailed my information is!! Great app!!
I love my chart! I am able to talk to my doctor, get test results before speaking with my doctor, I can do so much more in this powerful app, it has definitely made my life so much easier when it comes to my medical needs!
(Updated comment: It wasn’t working for a couple days but it seems to be working now. Thank you for the prompt fixes.) Old comment, no longer applies: When trying to log in, the app shows a prompt that says an update is required. That same prompt will forward the user to a page in the App Store that will time-out and show nothing. This App’s store page doesn’t show any available updates for download. Cannot get through the login screen to use the app.
Being a person that works in medical records elsewhere, this is a great app that allows me to have all of my medical information when coordinating my care with other facilities. And also is great with the communication of healthcare workers and patients
I love this app just the fact that I can jump on this app anytime I need to know when my next appointment is or have a question for my dr. Authorize any real se of info I might want to just all of it combined offers peace of mind and to me this free to use app is priceless
I can’t access all the files I need. I do not get timely replies.. a lot of Miss communication with times and schedules. Constant reminders on vaccinations I won’t be getting like my covid vaccine. Been judged my nurses and staff for choosing to be unvaccinated. Doctors here have gaslit me into believing my symptoms weren’t real. Doctors have told me one thing and put something different in my chart. Doctors denied me tests that may have helped me like hormonal testing and endometriosis. I do not feel heard or listened too.
I can link my chart with other systems, and it is so convenient to have everything in one place. I especially appreciate that I can see all of the diagnostic results from x-rays to my gastric emptying study.
I’m very pleased with my chart it keeps me in touch with my physician and I like being able to check my lab results anytime I like. I also like being able to check in from my phone. I just love my chart period!!!
Very convenient and easy to use. You can schedule appointments, always have your chart and your information on hand, message your doctor even do a video appointment very simple easy to navigate this app.
This is one of the best things that’s ever been invented. Love being able to ask a quick question and get a quick response then if necessary they let you know if you need to come into the office.
From login to logout, very simple to understand what’s where, navigating to different places, a very easy to spot back button and not complicated to follow for all information. Appreciate this app.

They take very good care of anything you need advice questions health care and they are there for you fast like they would do for their self is how they treat there patients I recommend this for everyone

What a great aid to making appointments, reading test results, reading what the doctor says. It might take some playing with to figure it all out, but over all I really like this.
I absolutely love it! It allows me to track medications, appointments and all lab results. But most importantly, it allows me to quickly communicate with my various care providers via an easy message system.
As somebody that struggles mental being able to have my health plan and availability to complete an e-visit has been so beneficial! Bronson has been wonderful and I’m very grateful to have a compassionate, knowledgeable provider, William Workman DO.
It is such a good thing. I like that I can see everything on line. I can pay my bill too. Get meds, talk to the doctor, see test results, etc. It is great and I am grateful for it.

You’re always told keep looking for a doctor that you are compatible with if you have a doctor that you just do not gel with go onto someone else try them out , well just keep in mind people when you do this everybody can see it so you may go for weeks without your medication while you’re trying to find a new doctor Just a warning.
90% of the time I message my doctor and some random person tells me to just schedule an appointment even for a simple question and the other 10% it’s another random person using random pieces of my medical history to avoid the question entirely. 5 stars if the app actually connected me to my doctor.
