The menus are good. They are introducing me to new foods ( tofu, pine nuts) and new ways to prepare foods I have used regularly. I like that they make a shopping list. I plan about 4 days at a time. I have been on this for 1 week. I have lost 1# of my goal of 10#. Hopefully my cholesterol will drop for my next test in 6 months.
I had asked for a refund because this was accidentally purchased by one of my kids. I asked minutes after I found out about the purchase and they did not respond to me until four days later just to tell me oh we only give you 24 hours and it’s on a case by case situation this is ridiculous. How can you do that to somebody when it was an accident? Yes, I understand. I have kids that playing on my phones, but everybody has had an issue with their kids either purchased something on their phone for this company to say we can give you a refund even though I reached out minutes after it happened, I would not recommend this.
This app is not what I expected. I can’t get past the menus. After purchasing for 6 months I thought that it should be better than the free apps I had tried before. I wanted to follow their program but found first that their meals aren’t interchangeable, which means that you can’t double lunch and have it for dinner nor can you have breakfast for lunch, etc. You also couldn’t enter an alternative meal so no way to keep track of your calories. I wouldn’t know about the rest of the app as this was as far as I got before being turned against it.
I found 2 problems with the app: 1) to make BP history visible, not just your last entry. Having history to share with your doctor is critical. 2) offer other options for the meals. Some of those meals they suggest are too difficult and don’t use standard pantry items. I’d have to own a grocery store to get all of the groceries needed. I suggested that they offer food choices instead of meal choices. Instead of addressing these options, they cancelled my membership. And they don’t offer any refunds because it only allows you to fully evaluate the app within a 24 hour period. I used the app for about 3 days and part of that time was spent waiting for them to reply to my emails. They make it clear that they will respond within 72 hours, but only offer 24 hours to their customers. Thats just wrong! Don’t waste your money on this app.
This app will work for you only if you follow their diet plan exactly. There is no room or flexibility within the app to add a snack of your choosing (not even an apple). There is no way to figure this out in the 24 hour trial period so buyer beware. They will get back to you promptly with support questions. I was able to secure a partial refund which was to me a reasonable compromise. This app was not right for me but it may be perfect for your needs.
The app apparently doesn’t believe in leftovers; it doesn’t seem to let you add the same meal two days in a row. Search results will vary quite a bit. If I search for, for example, Brussel Sprouts (and every possible variation), the search results tomorrow will not be the same search results I got today. There are multiple recipes with the exact same name and photo, but the ingredients are slightly different. The more I use this app, the more irritating it gets.
There honestly isn’t much to this app that you can’t get elsewhere for free, or that you might already be paying for elsewhere. Workouts are very basic. Meals are meh. It should be noted that their refund policy is only 24 hours. You’re expected to review the entire contents of the app and whether it’s good for you in that time, or get no refund. Their 14 day refund policy is ONLY if there is a technical issue, per their customer service.
This app is very limited in its customizations. The app generated a meal plan for 1200 calories a day with no ability to adjust the amount of calories. The workouts are elementary and you can find better options with a simple google search. Seems more like a task reminder app, which you can find for a lot less money.
Do not download this app unless you want to be charged monthly without knowing it. I have never used this app in an entire year and I am now $165 charged to my card that the company will not reverse. I highly recommend using a free app and not this one.
This app is so amazing and I just know it is designed for me lol; It’s very easy for me navigate it. There are so many great features I love, but my favorite is the lifestyle section. I can keep track of my daily meals, my workout plans. And I like that the grocery shopping lists is right next to it, it’s like that app is trying to keep me on a good and steady path to help me eat better. I fully recommend this app, if your looking to stay on a more healthier lifestyle or a steady path this app is for you.
They will not notify you of a reoccurring charge through email and you can not cancel through Apple so if you delete the app and get charged a year later for a service you did not use they will not refund your money.
The app needs to offer more options for drug frequency. I have a drug I take every two weeks that I’d like to get reminders for, but that frequency isn’t an option.
I signed up for a trial, it didn’t work so I moved in, now they are charging me and I caught the charge on the same day and told them I did now want to renew and I wanted to cancel and have a refund. They refused. I’m pretty sure that’s illegal. Seems like an overall scam.
Over the last couple of weeks the App has been freezing not allowing me to input any data. Not worth the cost if I cannot enter data to monitor trends. 🥴maybe they will see this review and fix it.
I downloaded and paid for 6 months. It will not download meal plan or shopping list which is pretty much the reason I downloaded it. Nothing I do fixes it and they will not issue me a refund. I would not download this app!
I don’t see where this app adds anything that I don’t already have. My Fitness pal is much better Logging food, exercise and health statistics. This app really doesn’t do anything and charges $11 month???
I cancelled on the app and received an email confirming. They then charged my CC anyway. Then claimed the only way to cancel is to send an email. I provided the confirm from the app and again they deny you can cancel that way.
Expect to be paying for this longer than you planned. The parent company Kilo health will continue to bill you and make it very hard to end repeating payments. Just google kilo health scam!
Did not provide what was advertised, they just wanted to pass along recipes. I requested a refund and cancellation after 2 days, they cancelled but Refused to refund.

This app was awful . Couldn’t log in, tried making three different accounts, none worked. Had to get support involved. Cancelled my account, received a refund and then months later get a bill again! They offered to give me half a refund for my troubles. There are many other apps out there that are better than this one. Don’t waste your time or money. Your response is ridiculous. I worked for a week with a support person to cancel this app back in December and was told I’d receive a full refund. Unbeknownst to me a double account was created and I wasn’t billed until March. Now when contacting support I’m told I can’t get a refund for an account I didn’t know I had. What a run around. Worst support ever. Do not use this app. You will have better results with WW, Noom or a bp reading app. Cardi took my money and refuses to refund me for an account I never knew existed then sends a swarmy, inaccurate response to save face. You want to save face? Process my full refund.
BP monitor seems to work well but the instructions to pair it with the app are useless. There is no pair device option on the today or more screens of the app as suggested in the FAQ. I purchased the subscription originally from an Instagram ad. The user name and password established then were never accepted by the app and I had to seek a refund from PayPal and buy the app subscription again via Apple. So at present I have a 12-month subscription to what looks like it should be a very intuitive app otherwise and a BP monitor that works fine but will not pair with the app. I thought this would be a very well thought out and easy to use solution. Has not proven to be so far. One of the more frustrating medical device / iOS interactions I’ve ever experienced.
I forgot my password and have tried to reset it dozens of times. But the email with the “password reset” link never comes. They don’t have phone or chat support to get help in real time, so the only way to try to get help is through email which is ridiculous and the delay is so very frustrating. They don’t give you a case number so every time they respond to your emails the CSR is not reading the history. I’ve been given the same advice (that doesn’t work) over and over… like checking my spam folder when it is a problem on their end. The password reset link is just not being sent even though they think it is. This is the most frustrating app I’ve ever dealt with, hands down. I can’t access my account as I can’t reset my password.
I really like the ease in which the app can be used. You don’t have to be super tech savvy. All your information you need is found in one place. Updating your information is quick, and effortless. I don’t need to worry about keeping track of my numbers as the app does it so easily for me. I definitely recommend , especially if you’re like me an struggle with keeping up an remembering things like your blood pressure.
Hard to follow program, constant recommendation to upgrade to better meal plan or exercise routine, though those two things were supposed to come with my subscription. Felt like they were withholding plans or something. Had purchased a 4 month subscription that was then put on auto renew. Typically I have found if you don’t want the auto renewal, you cancel the subscription - but you usually get to at least finish the initial part that was paid for. In this case, I cancelled to avoid the auto renewal and was just locked out. So, I lost the initial 4 month membership I paid for. Lesson learned.

This app helps to get the reminder to take the medications and vital measurements on a regular basis. This is also helpful for Blood pressure, Heart rate, weight,cholestrol etc which is very useful for us in our daily life. This app will not let me take my blood pressure at my own times. If I take it at 7:30 am, and put it as the first reading of the day, then take it at 10:30 pm, it will show the last reading as the first reading the next morning. I have turned off reminders to take my BP, but it still reminds me. As for the meal plan, it assumes I am single and only cooking for myself, which is not the case. I have a husband that has to eat the same meals I do. Going to ask for a refund. I need an app that works with my schedule, not the other way around.
I’ve used this app to keep up with my nutrition, vitals, and medication. The app has helped me perfect a routine where I supplement all my medicine and keep fit and healthy. I love the app, it looks great and has an abundance of features that help track calories, show recipes, track behaviors and workouts. The app is truly unlike many others, it’s so well equipped and has everything!
After the initial download of this app, I canceled it through the IOS. I also deleted the app from my phone. Last week, I received a charge to my card, I initially did not know what it was for because it showed Kilo Health. I reached out to the support to inquire and realized it was for Cardi Health. That's when I realized the subscription was canceled through my phone after the initial use and advised them. This company will not refund my money which is a scam because I canceled as the directions on their own website states and they still charged my card.
Awesome health tracking and lifestyle app that’s easy-to-use, organized, and user-friendly. I love the the ability to manage my cholesterol and hypertension with easy to understand results. The app is also great in tracking your medications; which is awesome! The features in the app will help me to keep track of my health, diet, and is overall very educational. No bugs or glitches, nice!
I love the app however wondering if I’m missing something…there is no music or countdown clocks to let you know when to start/complete an exercise. I have to constantly look at the phone which prohibits good form. I’ve checked all around the app for settings to fix. Any help?
I just started using this app and so far it seems to be a very good one stop shop for things like managing diet, heart rate, blood pressure and has many insights into ways to improve. It has reminders and logs for medication. I’m really excited to continue using it. So far I have had no issues.
I love the app and the meal generator but I hate how limited I am in changing a meal. You and me buy a whole bunch of asparagus for on one meal in week. I tried to find other meals with asparagus but there wasn’t an option. On top of that the same breakfast foods come up as a dinner choice when I want to change what you came up with. I’ve paid for this service and it needs more attention.

I just signed up and downloaded. I created my meal plan for the week and moved on to create a shopping list….that’s where things went south. The app has a page to creat a list that does nothing, no list. Basically negates the fact that there is a meal plan, as there is no way I will go back through all the recipes to make a list. Bummer. Basically left with an app that tracks blood pressure and reminds me about meds- all things Apple does for free!
This ended up being something I would not use enough to warrant the price so I cancelled. Usually, I am told that there are no refunds. Not only are they kind and responsive, they gave me a refund. Go ahead and sign up. They stand behind their product.
The problem was finally fixed and I am able to get food plans. Thank you. I can add my bp but it will not give me the food plan which I need. I paid for a year and can’t even use it. I wrote help and got no response. Stay away from this one.
This is an awesome little app to keep everything health related in one place. Symptoms, meal ideas, medications and supplements...I love it! And the user experience is easy to use, aesthetically nice to look at and not clunky in the slightest (considering how chock full of info it is). Would definitely recommend 😊
Monitor works well but info doesn’t download to app
I contacted customer service. Suggested I should remove the app and download it again. I did this even though I had the latest version. Both my iPhone and device show that I am paired, but my readings are not transferring over. Defeats the purpose of paying for the app if I’m having to manually enter all of my readings
This is a health management app that really works. It keeps you on track with meds, workouts and meal plans. There’s even a caregivers section which is useful for loved ones. It’s easy to use and follow along.
Can’t link monitor to the app. There is no option for that. I was excited for it all linking. But nothing. After emailing with the company it turns out some accounts can’t purchase the monitor. There is no option on mine. Because of this, I used my husband’s account to purchase one. I cannot link it to mine still. It can only be linked to his, which means when he cancels his account the monitor can never be connected to another device.
This app is amazing, very user friendly and easy to navigate. I love the idea of being able to control and keep track of everyday tasks that can be hard to remember. Would 100% recommend this app.
I struggle with remembering to take my medications each day so the fact that this app notifies me is very helpful. It also includes recipes that are very yummy. I definitely recommend this health management app above any others! 🙌
