I love this app! best local news in central pa. a must have!!

I liked the fact that you could view real-time radar for the whole eastern US on the old version. It was the only app I found where you could do this and it was extremely useful when on the road. The new app deleted this feature. Now all you get is a replay of the local forecast; nothing up to date at all and of no use whatsoever when away from Harrisburg. A very disappointing downgrade.

When connected to a large monitor or TV it would be good if you could make the bar across the top which contains the "Done" button disappear when in full screen mode.

The app was revamped and now when you click on a notification, it doesn't take you to the article. Now there are WAY too many notifications. I received 4 within a 20 minute period and none of them were breaking news, just telling me to tune in. I'm deleting this again.

I have several news channels on my pad and have sound for all except CBS21 news app...I have gone into settings..I have tapped on everything I can tap..I even deleted and reinstalled app several times...very disappointed as I would probable delete the other news apps if this one would work.

Is there any way to switch the app from portrait mode to landscape? I use the app on my iPad fitted with a keyboard, so it is in constant landscape mode. Every time I use the app, I have to physically turn the iPad and end up with a dangling keyboard. Not very handy.

Just loaded new app. It starts up and after about 5 seconds, it crashes. The app still showed as running. Forced it to close, ran again and it now appears to be working. 12 hours later, crashing again! After 8/9/13 update, still encountering crashes.

On the new release, when I select an Alert, the APP opens up, and selects the article title, but none of the articles will open so they can be read. Very annoying, because I cannot locate the article to actually read it. Please fix. I have a iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 10.2.

This new app is a far fall from the previous app. The weather won't load, the stories aren't separated anymore, and it looks like a geocities site from '94. Whoever made this did a very poor job. This app is almost completely nonfunctional.

Once upon a time, I had a news app that was dependable and easy to use. Now I have to dig through advertising to scroll the news headlines. Time to uninstall and download a different news app :(

One star is 4 too many for this app. The only thing that remains easy to navigate is the constant ad to become an advertiser. Where is the national an international news? Politics? Too cumbersome to navigate. Dumping app and going with ch 27 news app. Developers should look at USA Todays app for navigational guidance.

Hard to navigate , could use more positive news like helping the community but the afciam aaa Tgujul

It takes this app too long to load. I can open news 8, 27 and fox 43 much much faster. It's not worth the wait.

This is a decent app. I don't like the weird user interface.

****UPDATE September 3, 2024***** I am removing another star after the 8/28/24 update. The original problem of the page jumping due to the advertisements has gotten much worse after this update. You cannot read the article headline without this happening. Also the text being cut off has not been fixed either. **UPDATE June 27,2024** After many updates since my original problem report which is listed below, it has still not been fixed. Now there is a new problem as of about two updates ago. When looking at the article list, and the word UPDATED appears in orange to the right of the picture, AND the text to the right is more than 3 lines, the right edge of each line is cut off, typically losing one word. I also noticed that this app was taking up 1.05GB of space on my iPhone. Uninstalling and reinstalling brought the size down to a respectable 135MB. It seems odd that the Documents & Data was able to climb to 900MB. I hope these issues can be fixed. I don’t see a way to contact the Sinclair developer so you’re getting it on here from me. Thank you. —————————————————————— ***Original problem from 10/24/23**** This is by-far my favorite news app. I’ve been using it for a few years. The layout, captions, font sizes are great and I can’t remember any crashes. The one problem that continues to occur, and this happened on my iPhone X and now on my iPhone 11 is that as you slowly scroll down to view the main article headings, as soon as it gets to where the ads (between articles) appear, it makes the page jump and the story headline that I was viewing is now at the top of the screen, barely visible. iOS is always kept up to date, currently on 17.0.3. Got the latest app update today - 10/24/23 and this issue still occurs. Thank you. UPDATE on 12/18/23 There have been 6 app version updates since I reported this on 10/24/23, but the issue that I am having still continues. I am currently on IOS 17.2. I hope the developers can figure this out, it’s fairly annoying. Thank you.

This is a really crappy replacement to the old CBS21 app. Crowded front page, no separation of local/state/national/world news, short articles. Looks as if it was thrown together haphazardly & cheaply. Yuck!

App just spins. Tries to load but keeps spinning. Deleted and reloaded. Same issue. Terrible app on iPhone 5.with iOS 7.0.3 update

I have not been open this app since new update. It consistently crashes. FIX IT!!

I have deleted and reinstalled twice. Does not work.

The new layout is pretty bad. I liked the old much more.

Do not like the new format, please return to the previous.
