Was at Christ Hospital this morning in the Endoscopy department. The nurses there are so amazing and take such great care of me. Katie and Jamie always takes such great care of me but today Jatie is off and Jamie was not my nurse but she still checked on me. My nurse that prepared me for surgery Maria was just like all your nurses the very best and Molly after the same great care. Dr. Jivan my pulmonologist is the greatest doctor I have ever had . He is the most giving caring and just the best . I wish I could nominate him for doctor of the year. Two nurses that work with Dr. Jivan and Zephyr valves Becca and Anna they are so amazing take great care of me schedule whatever super fast always. They always always take my call or return it in a very timely manner. I appreciate everyone there more than words can even say. Thank you to all of your great staff.
I am very happy with my CHRIST Hospital, app. I really appreciate being able to talk to my doctor via email. If I need a callback they definitely will so keep up the great job Christ Hospital. I have also been blessed to have amazing doctors thanking God the one that was not good for me is no longer there, I really don’t he should be practicing anymore. or at least go back and do more research learn a little bit more. But God knows all things. So everyone have a blessed day. Unfortunately I got a new phone so I don’t know if we’re supposed to have the all with the heart or picture of the hospital can someone please help me?
I believe that people that are getting results are older people with friends and family to help. You should make it as easy as possible for people to get the results. I’m an 71 year old by myself and I have a difficult time getting results. You should gear things down to people like myself. When I call the help line things are difficult there. Sometimes they tell you they will call back but you don’t know when if they call. Some of the help line people are not fully trained. Please fix this mess so people can get their results. I’m not trying to put your system down just make it easier to get the results they are looking for. Thank you for listening. I know you will do what is right for the patients. I will be back to get the results from my current test. Just do the right thing!
I have been very disappointed with the oncology department. I have spent 6+ months being told that I have some form of lymphoma. I have had multiple PET scans, biopsies and blood work with no end results. My doctor could not remember, after 6 months and multiple reminders, that I did not have a spleen! (It’s in my chart!) After being fed up, I decided to go to the James at OSU. I DO NOT HAVE CANCER!!! I am on Medicare and feel like I was an easy money maker for someone. Btw, the no cancer was determined VERY quickly! I don’t understand how a Dr can not know his patients health history. Isn’t that kind of important? Also, I have had many tests done for other reasons that ended up getting lost or not done properly. GET IT TOGETHER! I left St Elizabeth because I thought Christ would be a better hospital. I was wrong!!
My doctor is the most professional and compassionate medical individual I have had an opportunity to work with. Serious, understanding , Exact in his attempt to exercise all options when it comes to your treatment. Medicine is blind like justice if all the facts are not considered before the outcome. Variables in his job can be daunting and he is excellent in is evaluations and exercising Your treatment in a serious but personal way. He’s helped my family through very complicated serious things , always to the patients best resolve. Unprecedented! Thanks Dr. Craig
Love the Christ hospital app. Everything I need to know about my chart is quickly accessible including past and future appointments. Labs, tests, things to follow up on all there for easy access. If I go outside the Christ hospital network I have the info at my fingertips to be able to discuss with a different provider. Plus reminders are sent so I never miss an appointment. Convenient.
I use this all the time for family appts, health care, medicine list, messages, pay the bill, the app will post the appt to your calender on you phone, save time putting all the info in manual. The only thing I wish is they would put the time on the event like medicine given, test run, what ever they have done and if I pull a page down to have it update it just keeps spinning so you will be better to go out and back in again to have it update the event being done for medical care. But this is a good app to have we use it for the family.
The e-check in for a office visit is desperately begging for a modification. My wife had a scheduled appointment for a shot at her endocrinologist last Friday that was canceled twice last week due to various problems at their office. Finally got in for her visit yesterday April 22. Had to do a E-check in 3 times for the same appointment within less than a weeks time. Come on guys…there has to be a way to stream line a situation like this without going through the hassle of doing 3 separate e-check in’s for the same appointment
Service was great until I tried to have a telemedicine call with my doctor at 11:40. They couldn't get me connected and had to reschedule for 2:00. I turned off Safari pop-up blockers off and as I was told to sign on. Still couldn't connect, and I had to come in the next day to the office anyway. Waste of two days. The appointment was to go over my refills of medication every six months, we've done this telemedicine before, that's what's so frustrating.
I enjoy the app for test results and billing. But making appointments on the app is frustrating. If the provider is I. Listed as a current provider even though they are it is impossible to find them. There should be an option to type in the provider name and search for them.
Im a new user to My Chart, I wish I had this app on my smart phone before but never new how easy it can be to have access to my records, meds, messaging and comments, A 24hr portal with appointments times dates. all my info is very secure and convenient for me to access. It sure is less stressful having this app. Thank you to My Chart.
He isn’t God but he works with him to be more than just a doctor but to actually care about each patient as though they were His Family! He has saved my life numerous times. My sister would not be here today if it weren’t for his critical care! He cares about your health but also you’re every need! Thank you Dr. Scott you are my Hero!
That’s my complaint. When I try to sign in, the app will show the face recognition icon, then won’t sign me in. Then, after I get it setup again it will recognize me for a few times, then quit working when I don’t use the app for a few days.
I like being able to get a picture of everything health wise that I have going on within the Christ network. A worthwhile improvement would be the ability to seamlessly link to any other health networks I am dealing with.
I never rate Five stars as there are Always Improvements Needed The first to to interface this system with your text messaging system so that the patients do not receive duplicate and repeated messages reminding them to use E-Check In once the patient has already completed the procedure Thank you
The great thing about the app and the people in the office is that the response is generally almost immediate. I be never had to wait days to get an answer to either a message left via app or a phone call directly to the office.
I appreciate what the hospital is doing for me and the doctors and the nurses and the staff. They’ve always been very professional and helped me every time I’ve been there. My hat is off to Christ Hospital. And my heart is much stronger each time I go there.
Needs user interface design work. Some features will close the app or do not work as intended. Others are missing like being able to tap a provider phone number and have it dial.
My review of the Christ Hospital app is favorable because I am still able to do the things that the app was created for and that is communicating with my doctor and having access to my medical records without difficulty
I am normally extremely nervous and hate going to the doctors. But since coming to Christ, and meeting Kari Boswell. I’ve never been more comfortable and happy to be addressing my health issues. Thank you for giving me my life back.
I tried to update my medications. Why does it keep medicines that I have been off of for over 10 years. Nobody seems to know how to use this. I agree with others that said My Chart worked just fine. If the app doesn’t allow patients to update the information as basic as medications, it is useless to try to do an E check in. Please provide better support or ditch it!
Given the new app uses MyChart on the backend, it is not clear why a special app is needed. As a result, I can no longer use MyChart to track my medical needs across providers and the new app does not appear to add any significant capability from the MyChart App. It just forces me to use a separate app. Also the Link to Apple Watch function requires a new app on my watch that does not exist.
I enjoy many of the conveniences of the app for both physician and patient, but my elderly parents are moving to our area soon and I believe this app will be too confusing for them to use.
Lindsey was absolutely the best at her job. She made my mom feel so comfortable and was able to get blood work done on one try. Thank you so very much. Her nurses were amazing too.
I’ve been to a few hospitals in my lifetime in several different states but I’ve never received better care than at The Christ Hospital. I trust my life to them!!
The MY Chart app worked well. But for some reason the hospital brought out this really bD replacement for mychart. This one deletes entered data when trying to fill out check in data. The calendar is just the worst i e ever used. Appointments dont even show up unless i happen uupon one in another part of the app and add it to the calendar. Its extremely clunky Should be no stars negative stars really.
I was given one appointment slot for my doctor, two months out. Otherwise I need to call them. I tried scheduling for a different doctor for a quicker appointment but couldn’t because my insurance company was not listed. 2022 and you need to pickup the phone to make an appointment. What’s the point of this app? Over time I’ve learned Christ and other “healthcare” professionals don’t care about you.
So much more user friendly than Mercy Health app. Easy to navigate and way to track all medical information; love testing information format!!!! Bill T
Have now been through two knee replacements with excellent results. The staff from the doctors to the person checking you in are great! We are lucky to have Christ Hospital
My wife needed mental health therapy so we obtained all necessary approval from our Optum insurance and provided to the office prior to 4 free visits. The office did not follow the instructions for billing so the payment was not made because it wasn’t submitted to Optum as instructed. Now Christ hospital says we the patient owe the balance of over $700. We will not be seeing any of our doctors in the network until this discrepancy is resolved.
I like being able to see results from my test. Keeps my medication list at my fingertips. I like being able to see up coming appointments with locations. I can read my doctor’s comments . Messaging makes it easy to contact my doctor and ask questions. I can also make or cancel appointments . This app is very helpful.
The app would be great, but if you try to check in for an appt, it just glitches out. The application end user agreement pops up and goes away every second and you can never check in via the app.
Your app is slow and inconsistent. When trying to get to applications I get the Server error, please try again later. Not occasionally, but more times than not
I am very unhappy with your My Chart service. There are too many doors to go through. It takes forever! And though I have recorded my user name and all info needed it NEVER recognizes them. So then I am forced to reproduce new ones! Very frustrating and I could just drive down to the Dr’s office quicker. It could be a very convenient thing but it is NOT!
“They” want you to schedule appointments thru the MyChart, you go thru the steps answering questions submit dates and times but nothing available so they tell you to call your MD’s office should have just called. So much for easier and faster way to schedule.
I would have liked to keep “my chart” since all the networks locally use it. It keeps medical information on one platform. Very hard for elderly to navigate multiple platforms. I also keep getting text notifications that I have messages and none are found in the app.
Took a week to learn that This app doesn’t report test results that are supposed to be on your account, but there’s actually nothing linked there. No tech support available- “Just call your doctor”. Obviously no one cares enough about patients anxiety waiting for test results. Go to another hospital that cares.
Whether you’re at work, on the road, or at home, you can use The Christ Hospital Health Network’s patient app to: • Access your medical records including test results, medications, medical history and more • Schedule appointments with more than 200 providers • Conduct a video visit. Schedule a visit with your provider in the coming days – or schedule on-demand, 24/7 – for common conditions like cold, cough, sore throat, eye irritation, urinary problems and more! No previous visits to our Network required. • Conduct an E-Visit. For a small fee, E-Visits allow you to send secure messages about your symptoms through the app and receive a response from your primary care provider, who will provide medical advice and submit prescriptions to your pharmacy when needed. • Check-In up to seven days prior to your appointment. This allows you to update your registration information before walking into the office. (To receive notifications as you approach your provider’s building, turn on location services.) • Send non-urgent messages directly to your provider • Request prescription refills • See your family members’ health information through proxy access • Get estimates for your care and pay your bill • Share your health data with your provider via the "Health" app (when enrolled in self-tracking pilot programs). • And so much more! After downloading the app, you’ll have access to features that don’t require authentication, including 24-7 Video Visits, but to see your medical records and personalized content, login using your username and password. (If you have a MyChart® account already, you can use that username and password. If you do not have a MyChart account, ask your provider’s office to set you up with an account for The Christ Hospital Health Network app, or click “Sign Up” after downloading the app.) Be sure to have push notifications enabled to receive updates on your device when new information is available in the app. MyChart® is a registered trademark of Epic Systems Corporation.
