When filtering activities to book, the default (including with reset filters) is ALL selected. EVERY TIME you search you have to DESELECT - unclick- every one of 20 other activities to just get, say, ‘lap swim’. Even when booking another swim in the very same session, or returning to the class list after booking a session! Wow. Unusable! This is backwards compared to how filtering works on almost every other shopping or sign-up site encountered. The default (and reset) should be nothing selected — but that means no filtering is going on; you get everything. Then if you click just, say, swimming and tennis, you narrow it down to just those items by clicking those — not by unclicking the other 20!
The idea of having virtual access to your membership card is nice. Also being able to look up and register for classes is a cool idea too. Couple things though show this app developer is not taking this app seriously and just cashing in on the gyms that have decided to use it. The iPhone X came out OVER A YEAR AGO and the app still ain’t optimized for the notch area of the screen. You should be able to load your membership card from the app to the wallet that way you can double click the home button/sleep button and have quick access to your card. There is no area of the app for feedback. So bugs can go completely unreported. That’s because this app developer is cashing in on a casually implemented good idea and the gyms that are paying them to use this app. Hopefully someone will compete with them and cause them to lose some gyms so they will take their app more seriously. I’m going to be talking to our gym management team to encourage them to look for an alternative.
This is a function app, but limited at this point. I appreciate the use of the phone to store your membership card/barcode, but I do not understand why this is not made into an Apple Wallet compatible membership card or made available on the Apple Watch with a simple companion app. Particularly if jogging to the gym, it would ideal to not have to carry a phone. The membership pass could easily be contained in a watch app, would allow me access to the gym.
Every time I book a class the app freezes. Sometimes it’ll fix itself after a bit, but most of the time I have to hit a different button on the bottom bar, like My Schedule, and then go back to Classes in order to unfreeze it. I’m on an iPhone X running iOS 12.3.1 if that matters. Update: now on iOS 13.2.2 and it crashes every time I book a class. Update 2: Were now all the way to iOS 14.0.1, two years later, and still no fix from the developer, even when I’ve contacted them twice via email in the past year.
Just enrolled in gym program and am unable to reserve classes through the app. App will not load and freezes on completely black screen. App support link is broken, and there is no way to receive help. Classes can only be scheduled online through the website currently. Extremely concerned about the security of our payment information that is stored within the app. Thoroughly unimpressed at this point!
This app crashes after each time I book one class. So I have to start the app to make each booking. Plus I have an IphoneX and it’s obvious the app has not been optimized for my screen. Also, I tried to send feedback/request help for the crashes and that function doesn’t work either. I will talk to my gym’s owner to request that they switch to a new platform that actually works.
This is the worst gym booking app I have ever experienced. A few reasons for this: 1) performance- time to load the list of classes is too slow. At least 10 seconds. Time to book is also really slow especially the first time you use the app that day. 2) usability - Booking: only option for looking through classes is infinite scroll. No calendar view to find a class on a particular day. You can filter the list but your filters don’t save between sessions. Schedule: interaction of clicking on a date and it showing future classes is weird. I love my gym but being forced to use this app to book classes makes me not want to book any.
Each time you sign up for a class it kicks you out. So if you want to sign up for multiple classes it takes forever because you have to open it up again, scroll to the spot and book your next class. And then - do it all over again. It’s frustrating.
Just booked four classes and it crashed all four times. (Saw this same review a year ago and still no fix!) Also if the gym has their schedule released for the month, why can’t I book a class further than a week in advance? I use this app for one thing and it doesn’t even do that well.....will be asking gym to switch platforms
The app does not load when opened and instead I am shown a completely black screen as of a few days ago. I cannot use it to book or view any classes. I have tried everything from deleting and reinstalling, restarting my phone, etc and nothing works.
WORST boxing class app. This app crashes while I’m booking or flat doesn’t load. I’ve tried re-installing and it’s still just as bad. I don’t think the developer takes this app seriously considering all of the continuing negative reviews. I’m on an iPhone 12 with the latest software (14.4.1).
I manage a gym that uses this app and it’s a headache. Constant complaints on people having to delete and reinstall. Mine keeps giving a black screen so I delete and reinstall and nothing. It’s super basic. Does not give you your total class count. Only the last I believe 2 weeks our clients said.
App takes me to old gym & Can’t log into my new gym
The app links me to my old gym. I called technical support and they said only the gym Itself can call to unlink my account but makes no sense. I replied to their email twice and I’ve been ignored. You can’t get a live person and there is no chat option on their website... so disappointing
Good for seeing when your trainings are scheduled for. However, since the last update I haven’t been able to schedule my trainings more than a few days in advance. I like to schedule my trainings at least a week in advance, but I’m not able to with this last update. Please fix!!
Where are the creators of this app? It’s been a year since the last update and it’s definitely in need of some love. Every time I open the app it gives me a black screen. I uninstalled it so many times, nothing has changed. Come on people! Make these necessary updates!!
This app has a problem of being unable to scroll through a list without accidentally clicking on something. Really annoying. Not too fond of the crashes and freezes either.
My Jiu Jitsu school has relied on this app for months during the pandemic to reserve spots for training. Each time I book a class, the app closes and has since I started using it. I just completed the most recent update and now the app won’t open at all. It’s just not good
This app is beyond frustrating!! Difficult to filter and has a glitch that causes it to close out after scheduling one class. Won’t send me an email and I forgot my password, unable to reset which is infuriating!!!
Half the time the screen is just black and wont show me any classes and i cant sign up. My gym has no clue whats goi g on. Honestly if i knew how hard it was going to be with this app to get signed up for classes I probably wouldnt have signed a contract with my gym.
When I began using the app it worked for a good month before it started to close me out after every booking I’ve done. I am unsatisfied that this app is not doing its upkeep in updating and fixing this bug.

The app doesn’t even open. It constantly goes directly to a black screen. I can’t even log in. I delete it, download it again and the same thing happens.
I just downloaded the app to sign up for my classes and there’s no “sign up” feature. It goes straight to “login in” or “forgot password.” I can’t seem to find the way to sign up for the app to create a password.
Every time I’m booking a class, it’s throwing me off the app, so I to book another class I need to enter the app again, search and so on.. over and over again. Please fix your app 🤦🏼♀️
My gym uses this and the app and it used to get the job done, accept for lately. Recently it crashes every single time I book a class... yes, every time. Very broken.
