My preschooler and I love the yoga “adventures” on here! At least three days a week, we get out his yoga mat and mine. He does cosmic kids while I do my strength training. I also love that they work in mindfulness and emotional intelligence throughout the sessions. At this point I think he’s done (and loved) every video… which brings me to my only gripe. For a paid subscription, it’s not updated very frequently. I only recall handful of new videos in the year or so we’ve been using the app. Heck, I’d happily pay $5 more per month for a new “yoga adventure” every week.
After using Cosmic Kids in my preschool classroom every day for 2 years, I was sad that they were switching platforms and to view new content, I had to pay. I spend a lot of my own money on my classroom already, so I was bummed, but I read their reasons for doing so and understood the reasoning. After thinking about it, I decided to purchase the app because we just love CCY so much. Jamie does such an amazing job, and my students are so engaged every time. It’s cold where I live, so we can’t go out and play as much as we would like—CCY is an asset for my classroom to help my students with gross motor skills, motor planning skills, listening skills, body awareness skills, and mindfulness skills. My students are focused and since starting using CCY daily, I have noticed behavior changes, increased coordination, increased stamina, and increased fun and giggles. I love that some of the new videos have the alphabet and stories we read in class-I love all the videos, but I hope CCY moves forward with these types of videos so I can make deeper connections to my teaching. Purchasing this app has been an invaluable investment for my classroom. 3, 2, 1...Namaste ❤️🧘🏻♀️
I have been using Cosmic Yoga videos for years now and I am so thrilled to be using the paid app now. The exclusive and new content is always better than the last. Jamie has a finger on the pulse of what is exciting and engaging for kids. My students and children are eager to jump in and try with the videos and feel successful because she scaffolds and explains everything in a way that kids of all ages can follow or find engaging. I love to leave this as a sub plan for when I'm absent from school and print-out plans make it easy to follow for anyone and extends the lesson with coloring sheets, etc., for a low price if you wish. Mindfulness for children is incredibly important and Jamie and team are so gifted at doing it well. 5 stars!!!
My daughter has enjoyed doing yoga over the years, and I miss those days of mama and baby and toddler yoga. In our community there's not any yoga classes for the elementary ages. What a shame, because this is the time to be helping to establish vital practical life practices like yoga and mindfullness. I looked and looked online was so so thrilled to find Cosmic Yoga. I love Cosmic Yoga and my daughter loves the stories combined with the yoga. I love the app so we don't have to have any commerical interruptions - that would really interrupt the yoga flow. Plus even with kids shows the commericals are not always age appropriate. There's nothing else like Cosmic Yoga out there. There are so many videos so we can ensure variety . I also really love the ease of selecting a certain lenght and age level. Thank you for making a yoga class that's engaging to my child and that is teaching so many wonderful things, all while having so much fun.
This app has truly changed my daughters life she used to be so stressed and anxious and now she’s always call whenever she does a yoga or zen den The woman who is in the videos her name is Jamie she is the kindest person ever and she really makes my child feel calm they’re mostly all easy and my daughter is 12 but they work for younger kids and older kids sometimes my teenage daughter uses it sometimes to yeah of course this app is not free but it is totally worth it we have a free trial so you don’t like it you can cancel but we don’t want to cause amazing . ❤️
We use this app just about daily in our house. It is well organized, easy to navigate, and full of some of the best children’s mindfulness and yoga exercises available. Our kids love the yoga adventures, and we love that they are building real yoga and body awareness skills. The sleep stories and Peace Out exercises have become a staple of our bedtime routines, and it’s wonderful how they are teaching relaxation techniques that will stay with our kids throughout their lives. This is an all-around excellent tool for introducing children to skills that last a lifetime.
Love Jamie and her videos. My 3.5 wants to do it everyday. I get to do my workout while she does hers. Amazing. Super messages are embedded throughout. But the app keeps freezing on the iPad halfway through and I have to restart the whole app. It really throws off my own practice!

Our boys are kind, intelligent, thoughtful, and adventurous. There are times given our event-filled schedules (soccer, basketball, cub scouts, church, school, friends, etc.) where time in the house can get hectic and they start getting sloppy and even hurtful to others with their bodies. Cosmic Kids has been an incredible tool for helping them center their bodies, calm their hearts and minds, and have fun while doing it. And they generally look forward to it (sometimes we mandate it lol)!
We use Cosmic Kids as part of our daily nighttime routine. My kiddos love it and love the variety of content that Jaimie puts together. I work two jobs and am exhausted at the end of the day and am so grateful for Cosmic Kids to start our bedtime off right. We talk about different strategies discussed in the meditations or visualizations. We do disco yoga on stormy days. Cosmic Kids keeps my kiddos grounded, silly and helps us all connect to each other and our own bodies. Thank you to the Cosmic Kids team! (My kids are 10 & 6).

We are so thankful for Jamie and Cosmic Kids! It gives my 6yo and 3yo a healthy physical, mental, and emotional outlet while they’re cooped up at home during winter and with all the Covid weirdness. Yoga is now one of their go-to activities when they feel bored or sad. They know they will feel better after! We often all sit down together to do an adventure in the evening. Great for the whole family! I am so glad to be able to support this incredible work.
I first saw Cosmic Kids on my kids’ online school program during COVID. I started to do the moves myself to encourage my reluctant 6yo. To my delight, I discovered that, for the first time, I was not bored doing yoga. Sure, they are stories for children, but they keep me entertained through the poses. I am amused and curious to see what poses Jaime will do to tell the story. My kids are back in school, but I purchased the App for myself. I use it every day after my cardio and still haven’t gotten bored. Thanks Jaime!
My toddler girls LOVE Jaime and Cosmic Kids Yoga. At 2, they loved the stories and did a few movements, now at 3 they do the full practices- including Savasana! Some stories are great for burning off energy and some are great for finding a calming energy. We look forward to growing into more complex practices as they grow. I’m even considering the teacher training to share it with our community.
My child was absolutely LOVING Cosmic Kids, however, they have been horrible to work with when a billing issue occurred. Despite providing multiple receipts and proof of payment through the app store, they refuse to take ownership or work to activate subscription or prorate my costs after a month of lost services on a paid in full annual subscription. Incredibly disappointing experience and waste of money as I continue to fight to make it right. Hopeful this review will help drive action to improve their processes.
I recently started an exercise habit that makes me feel awesome. My 5YO son, happily, wants to participate. We’d tried a few CK yoga videos during the pandemic but he was (maybe too young and) disinterested. Now he views them as a treat. It makes me feel great building healthy habits with him, and lets me do my grown-up workout while he’s occupied. Win-win.
We’ve watch Jamie’s videos for a year at the suggestion of my sons physical therapist, as a way to help engage him at home. When COVID hit we weren’t able to go this his PT anymore and this app has been a life saver. We use it first thing in the morning, during breaks at homeschool, and right before bed. My twins love it and even my one year old gets involved.
My girls really love everything about cosmic kids. We’ve done just about every yoga adventure there is and it was a great introduction to their practice. What we really love are the peace out, guided mediations. My girls especially loves these right before bed, they really help mellow them out and often put them to sleep. Highly recommend this app and paying to subscribe for all of the content. Jamie is amazing!
We just love Cosmic Kids in our house. We are grandparents who watch 3 of our granddaughters. One is 7 and we homeschool her and the other 2 are 2 year old twins!! It’s so nice to have an activity they all enjoy to do together!!! It’s just great!! The different lengths of sessions works out great for our busy schedule!!!!

My 4 year old daughter is a major fan of Jamie and Cosmic Kids. It’s so good for girls and boys of all ages really... parents can even pick up a few important mindfulness messages. My autistic daughter adores this app! She is diabetic and She uses it every day to regulate her blood sugar levels. Whenever her blood sugar goes up, she does a couple yoga adventures to bring it back down. She loves Jamie and all the stories she tells. We highly recommend this app to get all kids moving and healthy!
My kids love cosmic kids yoga, and we’ve been watching videos for several years. The app is worth the cost to us because there are no ads, the content is easy to find and always available, and there are SO many fun extras (like the zen mindfulness series). Keep up the great work!
My daughter absolutely loves cosmic kids and requests to do one every couple days. The calming and mindfulness episodes are really helpful as well for a preschooler who needs a little help calming her body. This is well produced content with new episodes all the time, well worth the subscription!
My first grader told us about Cosmic Kids from school and we now do yoga with Jamie together at least once a week. It is helping us stay active together and yoga helps kids with big emotions learn how to cope with them. It’s a great way to spend some fun time with your kids and maybe even accidentally exercise too.
We have an Apple TV and Apple devices. The videos consistently fail to play, just get stuck or don’t load at all. It happens on both the TV and even if we try to screen share from the phone app. We are subscribers but probably spend more time troubleshooting than actually doing the yoga. Not a good experience for kids. A lot of $$ for something that doesn’t work.
It is a great app and videos etc. what would make it better is if you can create your own playlist and even put it in order you want it to play. Maybe I am missing it, but that option is not available to us.
We do Cosmic Kids Yoga almost every morning for the past year! My kids love all the different themes and I love the exercise they get. I definitely recommend this app for young kids to keep their bodies moving and have fun too 😃

My son started using Cosmic Kids in his remote kindergarten class, and he loved it so much I thought we’d give it a go. I am so glad! It’s something fun we can do together, and he loves the stories that go along with the poses.
We love Jaime and Cosmic Kids Yoga! The Zen Den and Peace Out series have really helped our family (kids and parents)! We wish the Cosmic Kids Yoga APP was available for our Smart TV (Samsung) rather than having to mirror from our iPhone or iPad.
We paid for the service because our kids loved it when their school would play the videos. We downloaded the app on our Apple TV and most of the videos never would work. The screen flashes as if it’s going to play the video and just return to the explore screen. We would have to just randomly select videos in hopes of 1 working.
I know I am not sleeping too well but this will help me! Thanks for making this app! I love both this app and the yt channel. This is also making me way healthier! I love yoga. I am a kid so this is a quite difficult review to make cause it is long. Btw I’m in first grade

I have been using cosmic kids since kindergarten and I just remembered them the other day I am going to 5th grade btw and I was like let me do some yoga and I did and I loved it
With simple verbal instructions while demonstrating each pose, while simultaneously storytelling, this program is captivating for my 21 month old, 6 year old and teens!
The only reason I am giving this app 3 stars is because I have not been able to access my paid subscription. I can’t even signup for a new subscription because Apple shows that I was billed and have an active subscription. What gives guys?!
This app has helped me with soreness from riding my bike,scooter,running,and walking. This app has been very fun and helpful. The zen dens have helped me get to sleep and make better choices! All in all this app is amazing! It deserves a 5🌟review!

I downloaded this for my daughter. She is over weight, but adamantly refuses to exercise. So I bought us some yoga mats and now every day we do Daddy-Daughter yoga together. One step at a time to better health.
This app is great but my kid doesn’t like to do it. I can’t for the life of me cancel. I have followed all the steps and can’t figure out how to stop the monthly subscription. When I try to send a note to support the box is greyed our. So, customer service is not so great.
We have a seven year old that ADORES this app!!! She uses is EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Jaime is amazing and makes yoga and meditation fun for little ones. Completely worth the money. AND You will have calmer and more at peace kiddos.
My 2 year old is starting to like the videos for young ones. I just with the movements were not as fast so she would have time to try the position. I find myself pausing the workout a lot.
