Have had to install and reinstall sometimes to accurately track data. Doesn’t always track and transfer data correctly and then you won’t get your reward (even if you contact the customer service folks with screenshots they won’t award you the weekly reward even tho u hit the target). Kinda frustrating.
Every time I try to register, I get an error message stating that the app is having a problem connecting to the server. I’ve tried this at different times for two day. I’ve tried it on different Wifi networks and my data plan. My phone has plenty of storage as well. Please advise. Thanks.
The app crushes every time i click on “this week’s challenges” and doesn’t sync any data from the watch at all, even though the sharing is on. I get no credits for anything
My account was signed out by itself and now it’s locked. Is there anyway to recover it? I sent an Email to the support Email address but came back with the link of how to download and use the app. Is there any real customer support to solve this issue??
Just says it can’t find my account even though I can log into the other crunch app no problem. Can’t even get past the registration/log in screen. Don’t waste your time downloading.
Says I don’t have an account but I can log into everything else just fine. And ensured everything was spelled correctly on my account, still nothing. It’s a cool concept and I’d use it if it would work.
They need better developers for this app. Sync issues are rampant and it leaves you more frustrated than motivated. Just pay for quality developers. It's not even a difficult app to make.
The app gives me the same error message for days now when I try to set up an account. “tvg-602” the managers at my local crunch have been unhelpful and not knowledgeable about this program.
When I try to login the app says “ looks like this is the incorrect username or password” (even though I can log into the regular crunch app) & directs me towards using my info to find my account - when I enter my name & DOB I get the message that it’s “unable to find my information in our system”.
I’d love to use it but it doesn’t ask for the confirmation code in the email sent from Crunch. It asks for my name and birthday and then says I’m not in the system, which is false. I’m an active Crunch member.
When will you fix these bugs already? I’m trying to sign up to the app through an activation code I got from Crunch and still get the same “having trouble connecting to the server” error. It became obvious pretty quickly that the problem is not on my end, and certainly on yours. The error code is “tvg-602” so please fix that. It’s been a week.
I want to use this app, but I can’t complete my registration. Once I get to the security question, I am confronted with error message “tvg-602” and told to try again later. I must have tried at least 20 times over the course of several days. I can’t find anyone to contact. I tried responding to the email containing my activation code but haven’t received any response. I am missing out on opportunities to log my workouts and earn credits because the app isn’t working.
This app just asks my name and DOB and on the next screen asks to enter the activation code sent on the email. But it totally skips the step to ask for my email!
