I was strictly breastfeeding and not concerned with having formula initially. After taking a medication my milk almost entirely dried up. It was very sad to me, but I had to begin formula. As a new mother I was concerned about the costs of formula. Thankfully Enfamil had sent me lots of coupons, even before I had the baby, some $25 off, $15, $5. They helped so much. The app helped me learn about each formula to try and find the best fit. I like that I can also read other parents opinions and perspectives on each product. Also I am greatly appreciate that Enfamil offers occasional rebates for spending over $40. That has been AWESOME.
It’s unfortunate to rate the app and the tech so low given the product has been great for my son. This app is slow to load, takes a long time to process information, or fails to process things altogether. There are constantly scanning issues that cause your receipts to be rejected but you won’t know about these until a day or two later. Great, I hang onto my receipts for an extra couple of days after scanning just in case! Nope, all of my other apps accept my scan and award points appropriately. This app, not so much. I’ve reached out to support for answers about a missing reward as well as reasons my receipts were rejected. This ultimately would have allowed $110 in money back for my family. Between the length of time the app takes ti process and the lack of response by support, I’m feeling like the company is not wanting to give the money. As a business owner, I can respect this 100%, however, don’t advertise or incentivize with money back and then fail to follow through.
I had 7900 loyal points and thought I could use it to get my little one (now 1yo) a formula (free or discounted). So the way it works is, you have to go to check your points and hit redeem and choose the product, but when the product is out of stock, you would not know until you see it in your bag/cart, just like in my case. The points have been deducted right away even before I can use and it has been 4 days and I have not seen it credited back to my account. I tried to keep sending them emails (3 to be exact) through their website and app, and I only got one generic response, they are experiencing longer time to response than usual. I feel like had been snatched with my loyal points. I know that this is just a privilege, but the loyal points is their commitment to their loyal consumers, which really helps because formula milk powder are really pricey! To my point, there should be an option for consumers to credit back the points or not to use thd points before proceeding to placing the order.
I often purchase formula at Target, through the app so I can do drive up. In order to submit, you need to take screen shots of your purchase history, including certain information (date, product, etc). There are literally instructions with pictures of what needs to be included, so I know I’m doing it right. I’d say 3 times out of 4, my submission gets rejected. “Invalid date,” “ineligible products.” What the heck is an invalid date…? I submit them two or three days after I purchase, it’s not like the purchase was six months ago. And ineligible products? Occasionally it DOES accept them, and I only buy ONE specific enfamil product - it’s always the same. There’s just something wrong with the app. On top of that - rewards aren’t really that great. Not going to waste my time with this app anymore.
As someone who is a new mom to be, this company has given a lot of coupons and the app has being useful to the changes that happen in body while being pregnant. I love that they sent me free formulas to try when my baby gets here, although I’ll be mainly breastfeeding but it’s just makes me feel good that they sent me these products to try and gift cards!✨💝 I love this.
My daughter is about 4 months old. We’ve been giving her gentlease since a few days after she was born. I bought over $100 worth of formula the other day, and my receipt was deemed ineligible because while I was buying the Enfamil, I also bought 1 coconut water. Despite the receipt very clearly differentiating the 2 separate products and the amounts, it was still deemed ineligible. I have emailed customer service, I got no response. Not that it matters, the rewards that are redeemable have nothing to do with buying more formula. Just doodads from what I can see. Complete Fail on your points redemption system, Fail on customer service, Fail on rewards. I’m switching to Similac Pro Sensitive. Seems to be easier on her stomach, and it cost less, and they have an actual rewards system.
This is honestly a joke if you are buying this formula and trying to earn rewards. I would upload my receipts to get reward plaint and finally got enough to earn a 10 rebate which I had to trade in my point for. I got the email a few days later and it said I could redeem BUT HAD TO UPLOAD ALL THE RECEIPTS AGAIN. That is beyond stupid and a total waste of my time. Why would I need to upload them again after I already did it to earn rewards to even get the $10 rebate? I’m not going to stock pile all of my receipts after they have already been excepted. So now I'm out of points and wasted them on the rebate that I won’t even be able to use again.
I created an account once my baby was born and when I tried to login some weeks later they stated that I didn’t have an account. Was this b/c of inactivity? Maybe .. So I downloaded the app & created a new account. All was well for a week- 2 weeks. i was going in scanning receipts only to find that one day I tried going into the app to find ALL of my points earned so far were gone. It said zero points and there’s no communication on where the points went. My history only documents points earned from joining but nothing else. I’m truly disappointed.
Even the $5 discounts they send me in the mail helps. Can save up points and get special offers $30 and $25 off Enfamil or cash rebates. Thank you so much especially for people who struggle. The app is amazing. I did send a few receipts at once last year and didn’t get any points and I threw the receipts away already though was sad about that
The app is great but the points glitch drives me crazy
I love this app. It’s very useful for a first time mom like myself. Not to mention i purchase a lot of Enfamil for my daughter. However the points are always glitching. One minute i can see my points and the next minute its all gone. Also scanning receipts are the same way, one minute it works fine and the next day you have to try again. If they would fix the points system it would be 5 stars for sure
Happy overall with products and app, the only thing is it doesn’t always give you your rewards points when you read articles and give reviews of products. The app owes me a few hundred rewards points, but rather than that, I’m overall happy with everything else and our baby loves the NeuroPro infant formula.
I don’t know if they sell our information but they sent me freebies! The coupons were the best thing they have sent so far. If only they could send me neuropro ready to feed since that’s the only thing my baby will eat! Regardless I love what they are doing for new mothers like myself. Thank you Enfamil!
App does not work customer service does not respond
For the last three weeks I haven’t been able to upload receipts and links I have clicked on inside of the app sends me to an error. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now it won’t let me sign in at all, it just says something went wrong. I have sent three messages to customer service and have had no reply. Judging from the other recent reviews it would seem like they have just abandoned the app except even the website still has the same errors and customer service does not respond.
Good app when it is working well. There have been moments where points won’t refresh causing me to have to log out and back in. There has also been times where uploading an electronic receipt has not been working. However, when things are working as they should, it’s a great app for resources and occasional discounts (which are much appreciated)!
Started out as a useful tool, however, when I earn the points for my rewards, I no longer get them. I’m supposed to have over 1000 points added in the last month from things I’ve done, but I’m still at the same amount. They’ve never given credit for them. Other than using it for the rewards, there isn’t a real reason to keep the app. All the reads, milestones stickers, etc. are almost identical to other free pregnancy apps. No need to have more than one downloaded when you Don’t receive your credit.
Products are fine.. So far… BUT the rewards system on the app. Oh my goodness. Worst experience ever with these people and this app it is always something. It’s like pulling teeth to get my rewards that I’ve gained through purchasing items and sending in pictures of receipts which half of the ones submitted I always have to redo because there’s some type of error. It’s a night mare.. just beware of that oh and always save the receipts because you must show them AGAIN to receive the reward of your choice depending on your points.
This app is forever crashing when I go to use it. I have only gotten it to work 1 time in the last month. I wanted to for the rewards you get from scanning your receipts. When I go to scan a picture of my receipt it won’t accept the picture. Which defeats the purpose of why I downloaded the app to begin with. It’s says you can upload pics that are JPEG but iPhones don’t take pictures in JPEG format so that makes that option useless as well. Don’t waste your time with this app until they can actually make it worth it.
Unfortunately this app does not load when I go to use it. The few times it did I was able to complete some things within it; one being a $30 rebate offer for uploading receipts. I will state that was legit and I received the $30 in my Venmo account within 3 days of uploading. So that was cool! I have a newborn and 3 year old. Both kiddos have or are currently Enfamil fed so it would be nice if the app didn’t lag. I like the product for sure just not the app’s slowness.
I am using Gentleease. My baby prefer the milk that come in the small bottles. The powder is what we used after discharge from the hospital, but it required constant getting the milk and powder ready. Because it is hard to get the small bottles, we tried the big bottles of ready made feeding milk. My baby dislikes it. Good, tasty, and fresh small bottles is what we prefer.
Wow, whatever problems the App was having initially have been corrected. I enjoy all the good information, including articles on breastfeeding during COVID19. It is all very current and relevant information. There could be more information about breastfeeding however overall for a free APP this is great.
I just love how every so often they send us free items to try out or other things for the baby!! Great company!! Love the set up tracking my baby pics every month. Overall it just makes me happy to see random items send to us. It’s always a fun surprise.
In the middle of a formula shortage changed the password criteria
I guess in someone’s wisdom during a formula shortage someone decided it’s a good time to update new password criteria. Except there is a lag between when you for site to update and when the app registers the update… so I am now totally locked out of the app and can’t some of the needed history details that are in the app. I have changed my password twice on the mobile site… but the app never updated. This is not a time to roll out new updates like this.
I literally have tons an tons of receipts I submit them they don’t take them . It might say we can’t see your date when clearly. I go back and fix it , it says I’m ineligible. Makes no sense how am I ineligible for a product that you SELL! I can never get into contact with anyone I was told that my issue isn’t important they only taking certain emails . Something needs ti be done about how points work theirs no way I should be denied all 6 of my receipts like what do you have to do to get them acceptable
I love this app and so happy I gave it a chance because I get points for my purchases on formula and when I have enough points, I get rewards! Like a $20 coupon which helps a lot with two babies!
This app is awful. It counts maybe every 3rd receipt I upload, the app constantly shows rewards balance as 0 so I have to log-in on my computer, and it has caused me to miss reward opportunities like the $25 Barnes and Noble gift card offer- once I clicked on it FAST it wouldn’t load the app, once it loaded said I had 0 points and by the time I got logged in on a computer that reward was obviously gone. Very frustrated and will likely be switching formulas as alternatives are cheaper anyway.
I was breastfeeding, then put my baby on a Enfamil product that was making his tummy very upset. So when you sign up you can call and get offers, I waited 4-6 weeks for my FREE PACKAGE that never came. They package includes 3 different formulas to try from to help with gas/colic babies. We tried other Enfamil products as well but nothing was working. I spent lots of money with this company and just wanted to try my FREE options first. We switched to Similac products and this tummy problems went decreased significantly.
The app is very slow and glitchy. They have great rewards but they are basically always sold out! I have been able to get lucky just once and redeem a reward what must have been the exact moment that they reloaded it but otherwise the points are basically useless since there are almost never really any rewards available.
Very user friendly and helpful app. Like how you can look up products and shop right from the app. Has some very helpful articles as well. Would deserve five starts but I think the coupon section is clumsy and could be easier to use and and I wish they would get new articles more frequently.
I had been uploading receipts since my baby was born and he’s already 8 months. Had a whole lot of points enough to finally get a reward that wasn’t sold out. The points were redeemed and subtracted from my account but it’s been a month or so and I haven’t received anything. Couple of days later the rest of my points were GONE. Tried uninstalling and installing back and nothing. Will definitely uninstall permanently, waste of time!
I just recently sent my second email to enfamil about their receipt submission button not working. Its annoying and makes me want to stop using it. I also don't like that you don't know when the next rebate will appear. Also, I shouldn't have to use a bunch of points just to redeem a few dollars off on a rebate. Formula is expensive, don't make parents struggle with your app and barely give good deals. I am not impressed.
Information is key especially for first time moms like myself. A few apps and especially the Enfamil app has help me a great deal with staying on top of my diet, understanding the growth and development of baby. I also love that there are other fun activities on the app.
Submitted a receipt for my purchase of formula (cost over $50) and been checking for weeks and weeks and it was still pending. No email or app notification either. So today I Finally saw it was rejected because of “incorrect date”? And you can’t click on it for more information on why which is insane to me. I submitted it during the correct timeframe. My experience with the rebates been terrible. Just speaking on my experience!
With my first, we only used Enfamil. Now with our second, we are both breastfeeding and supplementing. In both cases, Enfamil has always been there for us with great products.
Got the app 2 years ago to scan receipts and earn rewards. I’m on my second child and still having the same issues as the first time. It’s a rare occasion when I can actually submit a receipt or my rewards be there. Not worth it for me. Also having rescan receipts/barcodes to redeem the rewards is goofy. Who keeps their receipts that long? Make it so we don’t have to rescan if we already had enough points for the reward!
App used to work fine. Was able to upload digital receipts with no issue and collect points. Several days ago, I was logged out and unable to log in for days. All of the sudden I was able to log in, but now it will not let me upload my digital receipts. My receipts are 2 pictures long and it will upload one but not the other. Please fix.
My only issue with this app is that it says i’m a week ahead of what i actually am. It can be a little confusing at times if you’re not totally sure how far along you are, i wish this would get fixed. Otherwise this is a great app to have
I have gotten boxes with free stuff including coupons and formula, I use a very expensive formula (nutramigen) and they gave me very nice stuff for nutrtamigen! I really appreciate this app and hope you guys just continue what you keep doing!!!
It’s very useful to read the articles at each stage of baby development. There is some issue to see rewards activities and history which can not be loaded in the past several days. Update: issues are resolved
App is good for rebates when purchasing so much formula. Downside is that after adding receipts the app will always log you out so you have to log back in after adding a receipt every single time, a little annoying
With so much potential tor this app, it does not meet even half of my expectations. I collect points at a fairly quick pace when I scan my receipt, but the rewards section is always failing to load. By the time I am able to reach the page, there is nothing available. There are so many bugs that need to be fixed!
The app itself is mediocre. It’s frustrating that I have to re login everyday and sometimes multiple times a day. The app is slow to load and the articles are the same as all the other baby sites. Rebate process could use an overhaul.
The app itself has many capabilities including lots of educational information and the rewards portion. But it is incredibly clunky and slow to load. It often crashes and asks me to sign back in after pressing only one button.
I have tried numerous times over the last 6 months trying to upload my receipt but every time I try it says it cannot load, what’s the point of even having an app that doesn’t work. This app is a joke and would not recommend anyone to download it you will waste your time. My baby loves the formula but will no longer even try earning points, it’s no use.
I got 2 free small sample cans of formula and a coupon in the mail. I took the time to upload receipts for formula I had purchased thinking I’d get more coupons towards formula….nope. For the effort, they were just going to let me pick from useless stuff like month stickers for photos for the baby. Formula is expensive, I’d like to see my effort put towards something more practical like more coupons for more formula!!!
I hate using this app. It’s not a straightforward rewards app. I don’t have time to sit and read all the articles or how I can do more for my baby. Take a note from Pampers and their app. It’s so hard to find what I’m looking for because there are 2-3 pages I have to go to to find the rewards. And I can’t even redeem them online or in the app. It’s 2024, get your app straightened out.
I’ve been stockpiling my points and I finally checked out the rewards and what a joke. Everything is sold out except getting a rebate but you have to upload a receipt even though you got the points from uploading receipts! Weird.
App wouldn’t allow me to input anything information a error always pop up so I thought to use actual website and still same issues and I was disappointed because I was really looking forward to using it because I’m due next month.
I would give this 0 stars if I could. There’s no point in getting this app if you use certain formulas, like the soy based formula. You can’t get points for them so it’s pointless. It makes no sense because it’s enfamil formula, how can they exclude their own formula from getting points. Most of us buy 12 oz cans any pretty much any 12 oz can of formula you can not get points for. Absolutely ridiculous.
Don’t waste your time with this app ! When you try to redeem points for cash if for some reason it’s rejected they still keep your points which is stupid! If they can’t give you the cash they should at least give you your points back 😡🤬 I did a $30 rebate and a $25 rebate which were both rejected but they kept 20,000 points
This app claims to have rewards or rebates however they are VERY rare. Also, I used a rebate and due to a glitch they didn’t allow me to claim it. It cost me over $40. This app doesn’t allow rewards or loyalty points to actually aid with purchase of formula. Just very disappointing.
