When your editor was backing Hillary as president, you should have never done that, I know that you lost several subscribers to your newspaper, I was one of them when I lived in Enid, I wanted to hear the news, nothing political out of our fine newspaper. You crossed that line for many people.
My family before me and now me, have subscribe to the Enid Morning News since the early 1960’s. This paper has been my resource to learn many things over the years with the sports section one that myself and my family have utilized. We like to stay informed about several NW Oklahoma high school sports , Northwestern Oklahoma State University as well as OSU and OU. In my opinion the coverage of area high school sports has diminished and NWOSU covered is almost nonexistent. I have considered many times in canceling my subscription but I haven’t because I still want to be informed about deaths and sports in NW OK.
The app is with but seldom use it since I get a paper thrown! May have to get rid of the paper if the app is cheaper since I came back to EnidNews and Eagle for the flyers and coupons which seems to be less like when I received before!
Yes, after first downloading, it crashed every time I tried to use it, so I took it out of cache and performed a "hard reboot" (hold down power button and home button until device turns off) now the app is working great and it is fantastic!! Thanks!!
This news organization published an editorial endorsement for US President then suffered an unreasonable backlash from their local red state community. I strongly admire their commitment to print a pragmatic, well written endorsement regardless of the candidates, and despite the environment in which they operate. Keep up the great work - our free nation depends on it.
This app is unreliable. It crashes more often than it successfully runs for me. Occasionally, it works for my e-newspaper subscription and it's not a bad interface. Please, Enid News and Eagle, I paid over $140 per year for a digital subscription last year. Now, you should pay a professional developer to create a reliable app that allows me to read your newspaper on my mobile device!
This app constantly crashes as it it loads up. I agree if I have to pay a subscription to read online the ENE should provide a competent app for such purpose.
Just like the Enid News and Eagle the app is unreliable. It continued to freeze and shut down whenever a news article is selected. Needs lots of improvement.
