Superb...!
it’s a healthy challenge. Combining just the right amount of cardio, and yoga like exercises to help build muscle and break down fat. I’m not a big cardio person but this works great for me!!!! (As working out can do,) I feel so much better after these workouts, I have more energy, I’m happier and overall I feel strong, capable and amazing!!! I do stretch in addition to the ones they help you through, as I’m working on flexibility... but this is definitely a MUST TRY!!!

I absolutely love this app. This app has helped me so so much I would give it 5 stars but the voice I’m guessing sounds like Siri and I don’t really like that. I started yesterday( April 29) and everything is good so far this is a free app you don’t have to pay for any of the exercises i love it so much ❤️. I would totally recommend this app for anyone who wants to get into shape. If you speak a different language it will let you pick the language that you want it has like English Spanish etc. It will send you notifications if you pick a specific time you want to workout. You can also customize the exercises you want to do. I totally recommend. Get this app it will help you a lot!

Finally!!
I love this app so much. I don't have to pay unless I choose to. And it has leg and thigh workouts advance and not advance and both have 30 days it teach how much weight you lose and if you get scared about putting in your weight it's ok you can always delete your data. I love this app so much would get again.

Doesn’t sync with my health and fitness app
Ive used this app a few years back and recently reinstalled it … now i pay attention to my health app and fitness app on my iPhone and and would love to have them keep track of my workouts… this app claims to sync to my health app bit the workouts I’ve done don't show up on the health app and my calories burnt aren’t counting on my fitness app either… please fix this… other than that its a great app

Great app!!!!
I absolutely love this app!!! First of all, this app is completely free! Next when you choose a type of weight loss every day it gives you different exercises for a month, then when you put your weight in it tells you if you are underweight, normal, or overweight. Overall great app, definitely recommend it👍🏻

Results!!
I really like this app!!! I am on day 7 rn and by the pass 3 weeks whenever I put my legs up I will see how it look. Like and 3 weeks later I can see that my thighs slim. Ima keep going and my strategy is to not give up. And be save from this corona stay home and live free!!!

Why we can't create an account to sync and store data? Every time I reset my phone, I need to start workouts from first step 🤦🏻‍♀️ Also, this app doesn't send data to Apple health despite this option being active.

This. Is. The. Best. App. EVER!!! Tbh I was a little skeptical at first since there were no reviews on this app, but since I started my diet and started using this app for almost a month I already started gaining a thigh gap. Super happy and would highly recommend. 👍👍👍

I love these apps
I own their apps for legs, stomach, and arms and I absolutely love the workouts. They always leave me burnt out completely by the intensity of some of them. I love feeling the burn when I workout. 11/10.

LOVE THIS APP
Ok this is an amazing app! I love it so so so much!! I don’t even know where to get started. I love how there are for different exercise modes, and how each workout is only around 10-15 minutes. I love how these are workouts that you don’t need equipment to use. I also like that in each workout you get a repeat. For example, at the beginning you might do 16 fire hydrants, and then. At the end, you will do 14. I love how it repeats the exercise halfway through, so you can get better at the exercise, and work that muscle another time during the workout. I also love that in each workout, part of it is 1 minute and 30 seconds of cooling down. (Knee to chest stretch, adductor stretch, etc.) It is also super helpful that they have the animation of the person doing the workout, and they offer videos of each exercise, which is a super time saver when your heart rate is up and you don’t want to look on youtube for a video of that exercise! Overall this app is amazing!! Thank you so much!
