Same games ALWAYS crash on bonus round

I like the games but it seems like you loose more then you win. At least 3 of the games recently started crashing so bad I had to quit playing them and the bonus round that's another crash and bam you get nothing after spinning 50 times and finally getting a bonus for it to yet again crash. I've never paid for more credits to play for fun until I started playing this app, now I'm in more than I would like to admit. I just realized I'm limited to the games available do to playing on my iPhone witch don't support flash player. I like the games but won't ever buy more credits again until the bugs are fixed. And it takes FOREVER for new games to unlock.

Great tribal casino. Wonderful people in Host Services. The cleaning staff is exceptional. I really don’t know where they come from but whenever I get up from a slot a cleaning service member is there to wipe it down and disinfect. If you can, route a small tip to these valuable people who work so hard to keep us safe. The cashier staff is friendly, polite and professional as well. Kathy George who is CEO of Firekeepers is obviously a success in making it all come together. Considering the challenges facing all casinos during a pandemic, Firekeepers still manages to have great promotionals and to provide a pleasant casino experience.

One of the worse mobile casino apps. Glitches

Trying to make a deposit and it takes you all the way through to the end, but then takes you to a page telling you to use the mobile app when you’re using the mobile app. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app many times over 3-4 months. Then one time I logged in and had a bunch of money in my account from all of the previous $100-$200 deposit attempts. But it didn’t take if from my bank account when I attempted it, it took more than $1000 at once. I did chat a couple of times with someone thru the chat feature who was unable to help. Their only solution was to delete the app and reinstall.

Bonus game crashes

I also had to quit playing some slots because of game crashes. Happens most when you finally win some bonus games. I had close to 3 million points when it decided to crash. Lost it all. If it happens again I will wipe my devices clean of this app.

The worst online casino app

I've been unable to even play a game even tho they took my deposit! I contacted support and they have given me the run around. So my deposit just sits in my account there and I can't use it. I dont recommend using this app at all. This was my 1st time trying to play on this app and I've been on chat 3 times and still no answers. Worst ever !!

Money Keepers Casino

These games are set just like their real slots they don’t pay you anything! When I first started going there they were coming on the P.A. All the time announcing “moneykeeper” winners now you can go all day and night on a Friday and Saturday and be lucky to hear one winner! I’m going to take my gambling business to soaring eagle and blue chip and I suggest you do the same!

Multiple issues with app

Red hot reward offers section never works, can’t see offers. Points earned for tier level doesn’t sink up properly, it’s always wrong have to swipe at casino to figure out points earned or talk to host.

Worst payouts of all online Michigan casinos

My win/loss ratio at Firekeepers online is HORRENDOUS compared to all the other online casinos I play (and I play a lot). Perhaps I should have waited until they built up their bank but my advice would be to get your Vegas on at a different site.

Needs a lot of work!

Can't log in to rewards account, a constant problem. Annoying! Makes us go elsewhere because we cant see any info before we go!

Should be a Zero star but that’s not available. You can make a deposit but have no way to make a withdrawal. When I questioned it on chat, they blocked my account and are sending me to their Risk Management. Over $25.

The games are fun to play and I like that games are unlocked for a weekend, so you get a chance to play those as well. It does take a long time to move up in levels though.

Fire keepers is a real casino. These are the same games played in all the casinos!

I really enjoy playing these slots, even though I must go up 5 levels to get a new slot. All slot games do this. But what's really nice, is that on weekends or holidays, this slot game opens up one or two new slots to play! So, it's never boring: unless you are losing. However, you get a cash bonus every 4 hours, and since I'm not a big gambler, I can usually recoup my little loses pretty fast. Very glad that I downloaded this slot game!!!! You should too😀

All Around Awesome!

This is an awesome app that goes along with an awesome facility. The app is easy to use and navigate and well organized. The game play is very realistic with true graphics. But The faculty is what outshines everything The accommodations are outstanding, the variety of restaurants all offer excellent service, options, and of course tastes! There is something sure to please even the most critical of taste buds. Plenty of severs on the floor and behind the bars. Everyone is is super friendly! Come once, play forever!

Great way to have fun for free

It's a little slow loading but once it's up it runs nice and smooth. Lots of fun to play and keeps my slot craving fulfilled which saves me money at the real casino. I love that fact that you can play for free, so happy I download this. Can't wait for to unlock BeerHause! Our favorite real time slot and it's gonna be on my phone soon... so awesome!

The games are super fun, and the app is great. My only issues are that it takes forever to unlock new games in the casino and mine keeps crashing, "unable to load winning" or "unable to load spin". Kind of annoying. Good thing is when it actually does load up, my money is still there.. Cup half full
