Very easy to understand. I’m able to see all benefits, when they are available, when I’ve used them and what’s left for the month. More convenient and easy access compared to calling on the phone.
This makes showing for WIC so much easier in the store. It’s also helps with keeping up with what I have and haven’t used. It also gives a break down of the description of the items we are allowed to get. It’s just great overall and I use it every time I am getting my WIC.
The scanner was working great and then all of a sudden it doesn’t scan quick or properly. I’ve called and informed children and families and they told me it could be the store and I informed them it wasn’t. The app is giving me the problem. Then they said just grab and let them do it at check out. Now that’s too much to do when I should be able to do it myself. They were no help.
I absolutely love this app is so helpful when it’s time for me I’m going to check if I have the babies formula everything on there I can check also the milk what kind of milk what kind of cheese what kind of cereal I absolutely am very happy with the app thank you! 👍🏾😃
This app is so helpful this is my 5th baby and my oldest is 19, I really wish this was available then it makes things so easy I luv the upc scan and that I can view my benefits rather than having to call my card
It’s great when it works, but there’s times that it doesn’t work. Won’t let you log in, says it’s in development mode. I’ve never been able to login with my user name and password so have to do the Facebook login and sometimes it doesn’t work. Even when I uninstall and reinstall.

Amazing staff in all areas at the Sanford location I have 3kids my twins just turned 2 and I nee a lot of help they have disabilities they are comforting and understanding so helpful . I appreciate all of them as a single mom .. bless all
I love how easy the app is to use. I'm able to see my available benefits for the month and my appointments. The scan tool helps me see what is approved or not.
However, when I’m actually inside the grocery store and need a signal, it doesn’t work. Maybe I’m not technically advanced to know how to connect to Store WiFi or whatever, but other than that I like the list of food and descriptions. Thank you!
I’m very satisfied with this app. It makes my store visits go smooth when shopping for wic. Now I’m just a couple of clicks to verify my items. I totally recommend this app.
Thank you very much. WIC gave my daughter some food and milk. She likes milk a lot. She drunk a lot until now. She is going to be 5 years old within 2 months. I wish WIC still give some more milk.
There are some glitches but I am grateful to see the growth with Florida WIC making the program that much more awesome and easier to understand the benefits. I am grateful for the app and the help it provides.

I have been using WIC for two years and never complained and I don’t think I will. It’s very nice of you guys to give us free food supplements to the kids and women. Thank you WIC
The scanner does not work no matter how many times I do it doesn’t work. Which makes me waste more time. I have a newborn so I like to get my items fast and go. Target marks most WIC items but I like to scan because my plan doesn’t accept everything.
WIC has been very helpful addition to assist with our family it has not always been Easy to supply all the nutrients needed and the contributions WIC provides great .
The scanner stopped working when I upgraded my iPhone to 14 pro max, everything works fine in all applications. only in your application the camera does not focus on the barcode
I wish it would have dairy free options as I can have any dairy know and I wish you could trade like get less stuff but better quality. Although I’m thankful for the help.
Worker suggested I deleted the other wic app and download this one but the camera feature to scan isn’t working and it’s quite frustrating because I check many things with scanning. I don’t know how you even have this feature and not know it isn’t working. Smh
The Florida WIC Program is a supplemental nutrition program for women, infants and children under age 5. The Florida WIC Mobile App will give WIC participants the opportunity to view upcoming appointments, view food benefits that have been issued to them in the clinic, scan UPCs while shopping at the store to see if the UPC is a WIC Approved item or not, and provide information on locations of WIC Stores and WIC Clinics across the State of Florida. The goal of the Florida WIC Mobile App is to give participants all the information they need at their fingertips to make their shopping experience fun and easy.
