This App has changed my life 💛
Whether it’s sneaking in a quick sweat in between classes, finding the perfect class that my body is craving-especially if I need something more gentle but still gets me burning (in the best way), improving my relationship with my body, and challenging myself/feeling stronger (and seeing results with less), this app was the best birthday present to myself. Love this app and am a raving fan! I use to think I had to run 10 miles a day or spend 2 hours a day in the gym to have an effective workout and I’m beyond obsessed with the power of 30 minutes! Sami kicks my booty and I’m so grateful! Truly learned that 30min to an hour depending on my day and energy is all you need! And I love the variety on the app and am so excited about having a gym program to implement! I’m less puffy, more toned, and my life doesn’t revolve around exercise and I’m able to show up more in other areas of my life! I’m having fun and I truly look forward to my daily movement! These girls are strong and beautiful and have helped me find more balance in my life and body! They are also just bundles of sunshine. I always feel better after a workout or listening to their podcast! and ah! Just yah- LOVE this app! Get it haha 😂

A Confident Mama
Since having my daughter, I haven’t been super confident in my body and I have trouble finding the time and energy to get to the gym. My friend introduced me to Form and I cannot express enough how life changing it has been. I LOVE Sami’s Pilates x Strength work outs. They give me something to look forward to everyday. It is something that I get to do for MYSELF after spending the day with my toddler. Sami is such a supportive instructor. She pushes you to keep going but makes you feel confident and like you are in a safe space. I also feel less intimidated by the time of each workout since normally they are around 30mins. Despite being “shorter” than an hour class at the gym, they are KILLLLLLER & effective. I love how she spreads out the different sets and routines. Just when I’m starting to get tired, I get the confidence to keep on going. I also love how to reminds us to focus on our mind to muscle. That has helped me to focus on my FORM and nurturing my body. On top of feeling so great mentally and physically, I have also received many compliments from people… so it is definitely making a difference. I can’t praise Form enough. The BEST health and fitness app I’ve ever used
If only they could auto download this on everyone’s phone like they did with that terrible U2 album… As most people, I have used my fair share of “fitness apps” and let’s be honest… they are all marketed to the power lifting, free weight throwing, gym rats. BUT THIS!!!! THIS IS THE APP for anyone who enjoys getting their body moving with effective workouts without having to spend HOURS in the gym. The app is totally user friendly and laid out so you can find exactly what kind of workout you want to do without committing to an hour long super-aggressive, soul sucking workout. I love the aesthetic of the entire program. It’s very calming, comforting and not distracting with wild colors and loud music and crazy props. The form fuel section is 12/10!!! They have some incredible recipes that are simple to make, totally delicious. Personally, eating whole balanced foods is SUPER important and I love that this app gives just that. Overall, this app gets me excited about my health and fitness. It makes me feel amazing. It’s part of my life now and I could never stray away from it. Thanks Sammi for breaking the mold for us more “chill” workout gals!

I love this app…but I have some ideas
I love using this as my main workout app. Very user friendly and the workouts are great. I also appreciate that there is always new videos and programs coming out which keeps me on my toes. The only suggestions I would have is that I wish we can make our own playlists in the list section of the app. I love to categorize different workouts based off my individual needs rather than only rely on the programs and playlists provided. Also, I wish there was an indication that I have completed the workout. Some check mark to help me feel accomplished and avoid unintentionally doing the same workout again. It would also be cool if there was a streak on the app or some kind of record of all of the things accomplished. I find those stats quite encouraging and it gives me a better sense of where I am at in my fitness journey. I have absolutely no complaints about the workouts or recipes. I think they are fantastic and very user friendly. Can’t wait to see what’s next!!

Truly didn’t enjoy working out before Form.
I’m someone who easily comes up with excuses not to workout, and I was in desperate need to find workouts that would work for “me.” I had followed Sami for awhile on Instagram but could never fully convince myself to join the Form community. One day I finally said f*#! it! Let’s go for it (while I was hoping that paying for the app would motivate me that much more!) And I’m SO glad that I did! These workouts have so much variety that I think there’s something for everyone within this community. Add the fact that Sami is literally the sweetest person and brings her own perspective of motivation to the workouts. I’ve managed to get my mom involved in some of her beginner friendly workouts as well! My mom’s approaching 60 & it’s important for me to motivate her to be her healthiest too, and I’m glad I can provide some of Sami’s workouts for her to try. She enjoys them :) The pilates challenges are amazing! If you’re thinking about it, I highly recommend. Here’s to a ~healthier~ 2024🫶🏼

FORM IS MY RELIGION
Getting back into working out has been so enjoyable with Form. I’m someone who during the pandemic was doing hour long HIIT/ strength style workouts almost everyday. With life resuming I found it hard to incorporate fitness back into a busy post pandemic life. Since joining form it makes working out much more sustainable, realistic, and enjoyable. The workouts are so practical to fit into everyday life. They’ve allowed me to get connected with my body again and realize i don’t have to kill myself for a hour everyday to get the mental/ mindset benefits and physical benefits I was seeking. Sammi also has the best energy and you can feel the love she puts into the app. I look forward everyday to my workout because there’s so much variety. I have to keep my workouts fresh or else i’ll get bored. Honestly it’s an ridiculously amazing value as well for 22 dollars a month which makes it more accessible to wider demographic! We love 🤍🤍🤍

Never been this consistent before!
I’m a full time college student at the University of Michigan (subtle flex) and while I’ve been doing Pilates for about 6 years now, since starting school this past year I’ve found it increasingly difficult to remain active. I think the factor that played the biggest role is doing it myself, finding a workout I feel I have the energy to do after a long stressful day or something I can just get done between classes is so hard. I’ve only been doing form for 3 weeks and I’ve already noticed a difference the workouts fit so well into my days and they actually make me feel good, I have been a dancer and runner my whole life so the strength aspect is new to me and I believe that Sami was the best person to introduce me to it. I finally feel strong again. I’m so excited to continue exploring this app and thank you Sami for making it worth while!

Best Workout App Ever
I’m a runner and have been wanting to incorporate strength training to help give my muscles more definition, and can never force myself to consistently go to the gym to do it. The ease of walking out the door and running is why I can do it regularly, and Form is the workout equivalent to that sort of ease. All you need is a mat and a pair of light dumbbells to do basically every exercise video, and I find it so easy and fun to get the workouts done each day. They’re quick but challenging and I love that I’m doing the workout with Sami so it feels like a personal training session. It’s so much easier to push yourself when she’s there telling you to push yourself haha. Plus there’s a ton of little 5 minute finisher videos for specific muscle groups you can add on or use to build your own custom workout. I’m obsessed. Totally worth the money and then some.

The only workouts i enjoy!!!
I have always struggled to find some sort of exercises that i enjoyed and would give results. Sami is so intentional and encouraging and knowledgeable. The app has countless workouts so you can find EXACTLY what you are looking for or they have a workout chosen everyday for you so you dont have to decide if you don't want to! It also have short mediations and so many recipes so it is more than just a fitness program. It aims for you to connect and heal and strengthen you body and you overall connection to self. It has positively effected my life in so many ways and ive only been on it a few months. Sami proves that you only need a few minutes to take care of your body and set yourself up for success. Seriously cant recommend enough. Also a really affordable price for everything you get!!!! Thanks SAMI

Love Love - No excuses for ever missing a workout
Love this App and the type of workouts and schedule that Sami creates each week. I travel a lot for work and I was looking for a work plan that would give me flexibility to do workouts at the gym with weights or from a hotel without weights. I also love that I can modify my workout to fit my cycle syncing. It’s made it easier on that time of the month to be able to still do some time of movement but I am not over exerting myself where my body doesn’t feel good the next day. These workouts make me feel sore and stronger each time I do them. I enjoy the music and motivation from Sami while doing the workouts. It really makes it feel like having a personal trainer without paying the price for one! Happy to support a woman founded company and can’t wait to see what is more to come from Form!

Amazing!!!!
Amazing, great and awesome workouts!!! Sami … I started following Sami during the shutdown when all gyms were closed. I live in MI so we have a time difference but I still made sure to be on time when she did the live workout. Her workout changed my body. And I love her personality, she always motivated me to push myself. Also my kids used to love when I would make a comment during the live workout and they hear her mentioning my name when she commented back, the kids workout out with me too :). So when Sami came up with Form I joined right away, love every single workout on form. When I’m not in a mood to workout for a long time I try to do the 5-10 minutes and still feel great after. Best workouts for busy moms!
I’ve been doing FORM workouts for several months now and I love it. The variety of workouts means I get a full body workout without having to think about it, and most are 30-40 minutes. Some use equipment and some don’t and I love that depending on the day I can choose what feels best for my body. I follow the weekly schedule which is super easy and means I’m always doing different workouts so I don’t get bored. There are three tracks to choose from so there is something for everyone. I enjoy the variety of targeted workouts like abs, booty etc that I can throw on at the end of a workout too. The nutrition piece is amazing as well. And there is so much community support. 10 out of 10 for this busy mama. Would highly recommend checking it out.

Best decision I’ve made for myself
I’m so lucky I came across an ad for this app- for I have been looking for this kind of workout program for sooo long. There is so much variety to choose from. My favorite part about FORM is their user friendly app to navigate your next workout in mere minutes. It’s extremely organized and you can choose your workout based on which areas / intensity you want to go for. Love love love. I love Sami and her encouragement through the classes (which truly kick your bum in the best way). If your a girlie trying to get into working out at home, I highly highly highly recommend this app over anything on YouTube/gym/workout classes outside. Stay consistent and you will literally see your body change!

Wish I could track progress
I loveee this app, it has so many amazing features including the workouts, the recipes, etc. The one thing that I wish it included was progress tracking. Unless I’m missing something, it seems that you can’t track your progress throughout a program. I’ll start a program and then I’ll need to scroll through the entire program again and hopefully remember where I was to continue. There is no progress bar, or progress tracking of any kind to show you where you are within a particular program or show you which workouts you’ve already completed. The only option it gives you is to return to a video you’ve paused. I’m really hoping this will change for a better long-term experience! Thank you!

My favorite!!
I’ve tried a lot of different fitness apps/programs and I find Form to be the best for me. 1) the cost is very reasonable, I buy the annual membership and use it 4-5x a week, 2) you need very little equipment (a few dumbbells, a band) and there’s even workouts with no equipment needed which is great for travel, 3) I love the different lengths offered and filtering options - it allows me to adapt to my life but also alway get a workout in, even if it’s just 15 min, 4) Sami is a good instructor, she balances motivating you, being real but not overly enthusiastic or annoying, 5) there’s a lot of variety of workouts so I have not gotten bored yet and feels like she’s always adding more - I can’t say enough good things and keep working out with Form! ❤️

LOVE this app!
I’ve been using Form for a few months now and I absolutely love it. It’s a lot like the Melissa Wood Health app but less pilates focused and more strength training/weights focused! The workouts are fun and some of them are pretty challenging! They’re between 30-45 minutes which is perfect but she has some quick 5-10 minute workouts if you want to stack them! Love that she creates a weekly workout schedule that hits every muscle group and it’s easy to follow. I also love that you can download the app on Roku so I can watch it on my big screen TV if I’m working out at home. The recipes on there are good too- I’ve tried several and enjoyed them all. Overall I highly recommend if you want to incorporate more strength training to your routine!!

Changed my Body
I’ve tried a lot of workouts through the years - was an avid runner for years, then did various sculpting / Pilates classes, as well as some more conventional HIIT & strength programs. Sami’s methodology of 30-40 minute workouts 5 times a day have completely transformed my body. I am slimmer, way more toned, have insane abs (insane to me at least) and actually eat more than I did previously. It also takes less time and effort than my previous workouts. I like that it’s more focused on consistency and feeling good while pushing yourself rather than killing yourself, as I don’t dread doing them which helps a lot with consistency. I also appreciate Sami’s coaching style which is encouraging but not preachy and accepting of modifications.

Finally for me!
I have finally found a fitness lifestyle app that fuels my mind, body and soul. I’ve tired every app under the sun and moon and FORM has seriously found a way to hit all my needs and wants in a lifestyle program… I’ve been searching for a very long time. I live in a small city with limited access to fitness resources. I love Pilates, strength training, mindfulness, spirituality, and healthy living resources, but I have struggled to stay consistent because I have found I love classes and studios for the accountability and inspiration but I don’t have access to a Pilates studio within 100 miles of where I live, our yoga studio is amazing but limited hours/classes. Im so thankful I found FORM. It is everything I could dream of and more!

Great for beginner and experts!
I have utilized a lot of workout apps and I am too guilty of looking up the specific workout for my body area target and then do a quick 20 minute video. This app is perfect for not only targeting all of your body but also provides you with a grocery list! I will say it’s a bit expensive to shop at first but it’s so useful! I use the two week grocery list and not only am I eating 3 meals a day now. I am also loving what I’m eating which makes it easier not to lose my progress! I am a huge fan of Sami Clarke and her workouts. If you want a better healthier 2024 utilize this app 5 days a week and watch your body transform! I cannot hype this app up enough! HUGE FAN

The best fitness app
Seriously the title says it all. I’ve downloaded and paid for other fitness experts apps and they’ve always had continuous glitches, poor user interface, or ultimately we’re not kept up to date because ultimately, the owner didn’t want to pay to keep it updated. Not only is Sami uploading new content ALL the time, but the tech support and user interface is super responsive! I’ve only seen it get better over time as well. From a fitness and wellness perspective, I owe all mu results to her and this platform because of the community she built and the consistency I created with doing her quick and efficient workouts. If you’re on the fence, try the 7-day free trial. You’ll love it.

Mind, Body, Soul
I have been through a few fitness apps but Form trumps them all. The approach to every workout is not just shedding a few pounds or looking good on the outside, but the intention is to show up for yourself and to honor your body through movement. That has truly been a game changer for me and allows me to begin each workout with love for myself and for the movement I’m about to practice. I love the variety of workout plans and the affirmations. This is a new practice for me but has def been a positive change in my mindset and how I speak to myself. FORM makes everything easy!
I have been with FORM since it first launched and I love it! I have spent lots of energy and time into trying to create my own workouts and recipes, to plan everything out perfectly often leading me to feel overwhelmed/decision-fatigued. FORM allows me to focus my energy on showing up and going full out by doing the planning and testing for me. Workouts feel very effective and have variety to keep things fun. The recipes are realistic and easy to prepare. The best part is FORM makes it easy to do always, anywhere, at any time. This can integrate into your day so easily. They make it to where you have no excuse to not show up!

Love it
I am in my early 40s and looking to do something new. I did a Barre App for several years and it was really hard on my back. Switched to Form a few months ago and really love the variety and being able to modify the movements based on if it’s affecting my back area with that specific move. I see muscles I have never seen before and feel longer and leaner. Sometimes I stick to the 5 day plan, when I have less time I find a quick 10-25 min class. Also love the videos based on a women’s cycle. I am probably a little older than most using the App, but you will not regret giving it a try for 7 days and you are hooked🩷

THE BEST OF THE BEST!
I am so very happy I have joined Form. I have been using this app for a couple months already and can honestly say it’s the best workout app I’ve come across. I used to be a person who never found a structure to my workouts and would also do crazy amounts of cardio. With Form I have seen incredible changes in my body. My upper body and core have never been this toned before! The best part is how quick and effective they are and that I have completely cut out my long sessions of cardio and I am still seeing the best results! Absolutely recommend this app to everyone. Longtime admirer turned actual customer!
I have been admiring the world of FORM from afar for quite some time now — have always been a fan of Sami C and immediately loved Sami S when she started becoming more active on social media. Huge fan of their new podcast Transform too, and if I’m being honest, always wanted to join FORM, but had been a die hard for my old exercise program for close to 5 years. It’s safe to say I’m soooo glad I’m a FORM girlie now!! Love the fact that there are weekly schedules to follow and love Sami’s energy. I haven’t delved into the nutrition or affirmations yet but I’m sure I’ll love those too. Totally obsessed with everything the Sami’s touch!!!!

Love this app
I love that you can pick between pilates workouts, pilates with strength/weights, or just focus on strength/weights!! There’s so many to choose from nut I normally just chose what’s on the weekly schedule, it makes it so easy to quickly pick a work out. I also love that there’s a description of what the workout entails and what equipment you may or may not need. Love love love this app, it got me back into working out and I recommend this to all of my friends. I use this app at the gym, I know you can use it at home (I never have, I like getting out of the house) but I just take it to the gym and put down a mat, grab some weights and hit it!

Love but some suggestions!
Love Sami's energy and the variety of classes this app offers! I love the follow along video style and the classes are efficient & effective and I feel really good after every one. Excited for the nutrition aspect as well. It would great if we could track completed classes or progress within the app. I have also noticed some inconsistencies when doing moves on one side of the body in a handful of videos i.e., we do leg lifts on the right side but then it's forgotten about on the left side. I find this distracting & I have to pause the video to do the move myself. I like the format of the newer classes where there is a short warm up/cool down and more time to transition in between exercises.

I was never an online workout class person before FORM but this app has converted me. I initially joined to incorporate cross training into my running workouts and have been injury free (not to mention stronger and more toned) since starting over a year ago. I love how Sami incorporates modifications into the workouts to make them accessible and how many class options there are. Additionally, the body positivity and gratitude built into the classes and platform has changed the workout game for me - all movement is good movement and incorporating it when and how it feels good for you is celebrated which is amazing! Truly a workout by and for the girls 💖

Best workout app!!
I love this app so much! I got it about a year ago for reference. Sami is the cutest teacher and her workouts are so unique. I was getting tired of the workouts I was doing before and wanted to switch it up. These workouts have gotten me toned. There is such a good variety of movements that I had never seen before. I recently started cycle syncing (menstrual) as well and this app is PERFECT for it. There’s a huge variety of workouts that push you a lot harder and are great for the beginning of your cycle and ones that are more gentle for around bleeding time. I never remember or think to write reviews but this one I had to!

Love Form!
I’ve been using Form for a bit (month or two) and I have been loving it. I’ve found that I’m working out more often because it’s so much easier to carve out 20-30 minutes with Sami instead of an aimless hour + to myself at the gym. I love the Signature Strength Sessions - she takes the guesswork out of what/how you should be lifting. And, even better, your heart rate is up the whole time so you get strength & cardio. Also, far and away the BEST music of any app I have ever used. I’ve probably tried around 10 different workout apps and I’ve cancelled all the rest of them (and my gym membership) for Form. Thank you, Sami!

Life changing App
Sami is the BEST. You know what my fav part about working with her is? You don’t have to think about it. Your work outs are set for the week, they’re incredibly challenging, and they’re so well structured you hit every body part during the week. My figure has literally never looked so sculptured. She’s my favorite part of the day and one of the most genuine souls you could ever work with! If you’re a working/busy/mom girly this is 1000% for you. Oh-and the nutrition is SPOT ON. I use it at least for 1-2 of my meal preps weekly. Trust me, you want to trust Sami. Take it from an average girly whose just grinding her way through life!

Totally worth it!!!!
After switching jobs this summer, it became near impossible to attend morning/evening classes at my gym during the week. Eventually the $90 a month, plus the money in gas I was spending driving to and from my gym ended up not being worth it 🤷🏻‍♀️I started with the free trial and at the end of it, I cancelled my gym membership!!! With Form, I’m soooo much more likely to get in a quick 20-40 minute burner each day rather than spend an hour and a half going to the gym 2 or 3 days a week. I always get my sweat on and feel so so good and proud of myself for the time and effort I put into my body with Sami’s help and encouragement! ❤️

Wonderful all around
I’m starting on week 3 and so far I’m loving this app. Sami’s voice is calming & encouraging with her prompts— so you feel at ease but still motivated. The workouts are challenging and quick! Great for a busy work from home mom that doesn’t have time for hour long drenched sweat sessions. I do feel stronger in my core already but I have a ways to go & feel like I will stick with it bc if this app. I also love the way they are organized.. you can follow her weekly schedule, easily find a quick 5-15 minutes workout, & even a section for that time of the month with you need a slower pace. Love it!

LOVE IT!
During quarantine I remember doing Sami Clark’s love workouts via her Instagram and fell in love with her workout style. I just recently heard about her workout app but was hesitant because I’ve tried many workout apps in the past and have never been very impressed but WOW this app did not disappoint! It makes it so easy to workout regardless of your fitness level. I actually look forward to my daily workouts now. Sami does the workouts with you so it makes it feel like a workout class which I personally love. I’ve never been so consistent with working out until now, definitely worth every penny!

Love the app but
I love the workouts but I have one complaint. She will start a move saying “we have 8” then she starts talking and explaining the move while you do it and when she picks up count it’s usually like 3 reps behind what she has been doing (and you if you’re following along) so you end up doing 12 on one side and 8 on the other depending on whether she is talking. I usually follow along with exactly what she is doing but then you end up doing more reps which is fine until your right side gets more reps than your left or vice versa. I love the workouts so I’m sticking with it but it can be a little frustrating trying to keep count yourself of the reps.

First workout app that’s worth it
I never leave reviews, and I also usually never pay for an online workout platform after the free trial ends (I’m a dancer and I’m super picky about what I’m going to spend my time on with my workouts). FORM is so well thought out, with so many different kinds of workouts to fit any kind of day you’re having or any kind of mood you’re in. They added mindfulness and nutrition and that made it the full, full package. Sami is an AMAZING trainer, so motivating. Highly highly recommend, I think this app is only going to get better as time goes on so get in on it now!

Really great app
This is actually one of the best apps ever. Even though I am new to Pilates, Sami is one of the most encouraging instructors that genuinely helps me push myself every time to have a great workout. There is also amazing recipes that are whole food based and really yummy (she also makes sure we’re fueling). There are monthly and weekly workout schedules so I don’t have to think about it. But even if you just want a Pilates workout with your other workouts, it’s perfect for that too. You are able to pick a video of your liking :) I was kind of nervous because I’ve been lifting weights for 3 years now and always loved yoga and running but was never good at floor work. So I’ve been super impressed with the different strengths, challenges, and physique changes that I’m currently experiencing with this app. I really recommend if you’re looking for something to challenge you during workouts but you don’t want to be the one planning. Seriously love this.

I love Form
This is the best workout app I’ve used. My favorite are the no repeats workouts, they go incredibly fast. I’m new to the app, but have already noticed a change in my muscle definition. My only feedback is that sometimes during the workouts I can hear people in the background talking, phones ringing or cars racing by. It’s normally not a big deal, except when following along with meditations, then it’s too much of a distraction to get the full benefits. All in all the good of this app out weighs the bad. If you’re on the fence try it, it’s definitely worth the monthly subscription fee.

Form Workout
I absolutely love Form. It’s easy to follow with a new schedule every week plus any add ons you’re feeling. The workouts aren’t to aggressive leaving me crazy sore so I can’t do anything else the rest of the week but they are definitely enough to get me to sweat and start building muscle. They are 30-40 minutes which is perfect for a busy schedule and you can do them at home if the gym isn’t accessible! She just recently added a few easy workouts for when you’re on your period which is AMAZING and something I’ve never seen before. Overall well worth my money and time!

I look forward to workouts!
I am a former college athlete and a sports and lifestyle model presently and these workouts fit perfectly into my life. I love that I can take them on my phone if I am traveling, and they really hit every body group. On the days where I have a ton of energy I can really push myself and on the days where my energy is low- Sammi gives you a ton of options to modify workouts and take them at your own pace. Most importantly I really enjoy them and I have seen results in my body since starting August 2021! Thanks for making such an accessible and effective workout app!

Love this app!
Love the workouts and the app! I workout all the time and a short 20 min workout on here still leaves me sore! Sami has a unique way of walking you through a class that I really like as well. I walk away tired from these workouts but certainly motivated and ready to take on the day. The large amount of content on here really leaves something for everyone and let’s you tailor what you need that day. I used the sweat app for many years and got burned out on it. While this does not have the amount of content or trainers as that app I prefer Sami’s style and workouts.

Best Workouts, Recipes & Community
This app is the only way I am consistent! I look forward to the weekly schedule which makes it super easy to follow. No planning necessary, it’s all right there as soon as you open your app. I love how they come out with new recipes and new workout routines keeping you always looking forward to something new. I love Sami, she pushes you always using positive and encouraging language and uses helpful cues to perfect your form to keep your body safe. I am fully obsessed, nothing makes me feel better than after a Form workout!! You won’t regret it!

Inconsistent
Loved sami's quarantine workouts and was excited to try out her app. Tried to give it a few months and see if there were any improvements, but the lack of consistency on sides (doing a workout on one side and not the other) and disorganization made it impossible to support. I like her attempt to provide support throughout the workout, but the workouts are overwhelmed with her talking and voice and it gets pretty annoying. Wish you didn't have to have the volume up, but with her switching workouts up and not repeating the exercise on the other side it makes it necessary. It would be different if it was a lower price, but for a $27 monthly subscription, I would suggest a workout program that is consistent. I have noticed many other users point this out on her app too.

amazing home workouts
I first started enjoying sami’s workouts when I became tired of spending an hour+ in the gym, driving there/back, and really just wanting something that felt easier to get started doing. I did her instagram workouts for a long time and finally decided to join her app in May. I’ve loved every workout so far!! My only negative feedback would be that sometimes the music is really quiet in the background of the videos. I’m not sure if we’re supposed to play our own music or if it’s quiet on purpose, but I like it when the background music is louder!

Finally a workout I am consistent with
Love love Sami and her workouts. I love there is a workout for every mood I am in, making it easier to stay consistent. Would love to be able to turn off the auto-play at the end, that workouts can have the body focus in the start page (Monday - Lower Body, for example), that once you've done a workout it is shown as completed ☑️ in the week view and/or the challenge view, so you can see how you are progressing, and that you can read the workout description without paying the workout.

Mom on the move
I LOVE this app! I started following Sami through the shutdown/lockdown on Instagram and just thoroughly enjoyed her workouts. I was a new mom then and wanted to get my workout in but didn’t have a ton of extra time to spend at a gym. Her workouts were perfect. I’m not a huge cardio person and I like to incorporate more functional training, HIIT, and now Pilates into my workouts. The app is easy to use and organized well! I’m still using it since the beginning and have 3 kiddos and it makes working out less of a headache and more of something to look forward to!

Ideal Pilates & Strength combo for the Busy Girl
As a busy surgical resident I don’t have time for long workouts but I am aware of the importance of daily movement. Sami’s work outs are quick, efficient and fit well into a busy schedule. I’m able to get my workout done, in my apartment, before I leave for a day in the OR. I love the addition of the Pilates x strength program as it is literally exactly what I am looking for ever since I had to stop running due to injury. I’ve tried countless different apps Sami’s is the one with the best content, energy, and ease of consistency. Thank you for all that you do, Sami!

Life changing <3
I’m a yoga instructor who loves natural/outdoor forms of movement (rock climbing, skiing, hiking, etc). When I found FORM I was looking for something that I could implement in my life that would help me feel stronger doing all of the activities that I love. I also had never lifted weights consistently, so I was stoked to find a beginner friendly platform that would help me progress. I’ve been consistent and have used FORM almost every single day for the past two years. Sami makes showing up so so easy. I look forward to working out the next morning every single night!

Horrible booty mix music
I want to love this app and subscription so bad because I thoroughly enjoy the workouts and how it is all structured. But I could not keep using it because the music is absolutely HORRIBLE and so annoying. Not everyone likes to workout to big booty mix and there are actually people who find it extremely and distracting. For how expensive the subscription is, the music makes it feel low budget and quality. Figure out how to give the let the use adjust the music volume vs the instructor voice levels. The app Yoga (by down dog) does such an amazing job at this (while also allowing you to actually choose between different music genres! What a concept!). Fingers crossed this can be an added feature in the future and I will surely come back. Thanks

Sami is simply the best
Join Form!! Do it now! Sami’s workouts are the only routine that have really worked for me, and I think her recipe for success is due to a few factors. Most importantly, she is all about nourishing and cherishing the body you have. These workouts (and the delicious recipes she recommends!) aren’t about weight loss or calorie counting, but rather about moving your body and enjoying it. Her workouts also always have the best music, and they are so easy to do from pretty much anywhere. Could not recommend more highly! And congrats Sami on this amazing platform you’ve created!
