This app is great. (I’m not an ai)

Although this app might appear to be fake I decided to get it and found out otherwise. When I first got on the app I saw no add and no purchases needed. It also takes screenshots or you can take a picture. There are also multiple options like history, physics, math, chemistry, literature, geometry, language, and economics. There is also a general option which is most likely to scan and see what subject you took a picture of. There is also an ai tutor that can help in case you need help. There is a scientific calculator as well which can be helpful to people who don’t have a computer. There is a premium option as well but it’s not necessary and you can still use the app without it. That’s all I have to say about this app and I hope the reader of this finds it useful. Like I said this is not a ai generated statement and this is my honest opinion.

Great! But….

This is an absolutely amazing app! It’s extremely fast and only takes up to around 8 seconds to even solve extremely difficult math problem or a problem of another subject! Only thing is, the tutor thing. I feel like we should be able to chat with the tutor, such as ask questions or something along the lines of that. This is because I find myself having to clarify a few things or I have to ask a question, but I can’t. And I feel like you’re supposed to ask tutors questions. So that would be EXTREMELY NICE if you guys could add that, which would encourage me to pay for this app. I also feel like sometimes I have to add another photo or add on to it but I can’t. What would be nice is if we could add more than one photo, because sometimes stuff I need help on, takes up way more than one picture. This is what Brainly does, but at around the same price. Although, I absolutely love how reliable and fast this app is. It’s a great app! Just a few things that I feel like they should’ve added or should add that other apps have.

Why?

So for starters, this app was a life savor during 3-5th grade. Helped me understand fractions, decimals, etc. But then we got into more complex stuff like graphing and x, y; And all of that other stuff. It started showing me answers that weren’t the right formula that we had to use in order so solve it, so i told the ai in the chat box area like, “Hey! you’re suppose to do this and this, not that and that!” It understood, and corrected its mistakes. Now, here’s when the update happened. Since the update, you could talk to the ai, ask questions on how to solve it, and so on. But after the ai, it started using Copilot (Bing AI). It took away the ability to actually talk to the ai. You can’t even press on the question to understand. The update ruined the whole purpose of a homework helper and doesn’t even do the correct solutions. I’m in 9th grade now, and since that point, i’ve started to find actual helping ai tools that helped me understand this. Gauth is just a waste of space. I wouldn’t recommend downloading it. You’ll be disappointed just like i was. Absolute garbage at simple algebra problems. I hope this is a joke, and they’ll bring back the ai talk tool.

Good ……but..(I’m not a AI)

So it’s a great app! It was fast! And was so easy and I recommend it! It was a lifesaver. It only took only a few seconds and the answer would be on your screen! It’s amazing but….I had a pop quiz about a book but I didn’t read it because I let this app do the work. And I feel like I’m going to get a C-…. Of course I knew some cause I had to read it because I didn’t knew this app until it found the app. Also I don’t know if we should let AI do this stuff….Plus it is not right to cheat. I only got it for the hard homework sheets. I go to a school we’re they give you a LOT of homework so I needed this app cause everything was so hard. Plus I can’t read well. So I got the app to do all the hard stuff. But again we should not be cheating,using AI for answers, or anything like that. I’m trying to pick a side but it’s hard. I know it’s wrongs using it but I do need to get good grades and that’s what homework it for: to help us with math and other stuff.

I love this app

This is great for when you don’t understand your homework I recommended this app to all of my friends and they said It was a life saver this app is for all grades in school at first I thought it was for college students but I just decided to download it and I’m so thankful I did this has helped me so much with my homework all you have to do is select the subject you need help with and then scan a picture of the question you need help with after that it will tell you the answer and how they got it if you still have some questions there will be a button at the bottom that says ask Gauth for a follow up I use that button a lot because I always like to ask follow up questions just in case this is probably the longest review I’ve ever wrote but I love this app so much I definitely recommend it’s been a lifesaver for me and it can for you to.

So accurate and is better than chatgpt

My gosh this thing works it gives you not only an answer but a explanation and that will really help you if a teacher would ever ask you. How did you answer this question you would be so confused, which is why I think that goth is the best. Please trust me on this one ChatGPT does none of that. It actually just gives you an answer. I don’t feel like that’s a very good thing that a teaching app has because we all need to learn. ChatGPT just gives you an answer that you really don’t need an any other app app that helps you with homework. It really doesn’t do a Gauth can do like hello. I don’t mean to burst your bubble but if you think it’s not good enough you’re not good enough and how does that feel exactly you guys really need this especially if you’re someone my age iCan never feel better after getting good grades from this

Hi!! I am a highschool student, currently a sophomore. and THIS APP IS LIFE SAVER. Gauthmath is a work of art, it helps me alot with chemistry, and mathematics. They shows you steps, work show, and explanation is also very simple to understand, take pretty fast to answer. ITS FREE GUYS. Before download this app, I have a very hard time understanding what my teacher was teaching in chemistry. After downloading this app, i opened it, I took a photo of my chemistry practice problem that takes me hours trying to get the concept of the problems and they showed me ways to do it and actually explained the problem the way i would actually understand. It takes me very fast to understand each steps, I appreciate it. Every night before a test I would always take pictures here and study the questions. This app is extremely helpful and useful, it helps me alot. Thanks again

I’m a high school student and when you learning complex math this app is truly helpful! I use it all the time when cramming for tests or just doing regular homework. No matter what the problems are, that can solve it. And now with the update you can chat with an AI and it’s great! Even if it’s not about math the AI can be very helpful. It give great studying tips or even if you want just so positivity and a little boost of confidence. The responses it gives you are great, saying that “if you ever need a pep talk, studying tips, or just a friendly chat to unwind, feel free to reach out.” Just nice little responses like that give me bursts of confidence knowing that I can accomplish whatever problem I have. Whether it’s a real world problem or just some homework. This app is an overall 10 out of 10!!! I completely recommend getting this app!!!

I definitely didn’t expect this to work for my course….

I’m taking a water operations course, this is my first time opening a book since high school besides single day trade courses or on the job trainings so both intimidating and overwhelming so once I finished the first chapter reading every word and attempted the quiz and struggled I thought I might have bitten off more than I could chew. This app has given me some new courage to take things on one question at a time because it not only answers the question, like the books answers section but it explains why the answer is correct, even for multiple choice or fill in the blanks, overall seems like the app was built for understanding In grateful my creator had my wife share it with me, it’s already proving to be and invaluable resource.

Doesn’t even scan simple problems

THIS APP WRITES FAKE REVIEWS DONT TRUST IT! They have really copy pasted responses to critical reviews and even straight up said “We don’t know if you even used our app for problems” I saw it from a paid promotion on a YouTubers channel instantly new they were buying out false claims. I installed just to give it a second chance on some of my algebra homework I went to the he simplest problem that was a solve for x problem, said “oops we can’t solve that problem” and tried to get me to start a free trial to ask a tutor, like seriously man? They made the YouTuber say that it “can scan advanced word problems and solve them” no it can’t didn’t let me even do any word problems as a matter of fact, it tries to make me enter information for a free trial without even clicking anything it can’t even do simple algebra it basically just works like a camera calculator only can do the simple multiplication division subtraction addition, your basic stuff I don’t recommend this app and it is just a cash grab for you to buy a tutor. Period.

Decent i guess

This app has honestly great protential I haven’t seen any of the other subjects or tested them out besides math but it can take up to 30 seconds just for one question in the time I probably could’ve ended up trying to solve it myself especially with someone who has up to 20 questions per page it’s just faster to either figure it out myself or some other app (obviously no offense to this one since I know for other people it works quite well) even when I end up getting my answer I end up spending more time trying to understand the way they wrote it since it’s honestly confusing. It may just be an original experience though. I know this works very well to other people but it’s not like the math is hard or anything advanced at most just simultaneous equations. This is just my experience with the app and I may try to use the other subjects just math doesn’t work out.

Helpful

OMG this app is so useful I downloaded a different one but it was totally a disaster it kept making me get questions wrong and I hated it. This one gets all the questions right and it gives a simple answer but also gives an explanation to, also it is free🆓🆓🆓. I use this app whenever I am stuck on homework and the tutors help explain every step. If I’m stuck on math homework are use this and it teaches me how to solve the problem. My teacher does to extra help but usually she teaches excel math. This app definitely gives five stars because it is so hopeful and amazing. This app saved my life multiple times because I was in such a rush to finish my homework and it was really late at night. I recommend this app to people who do not have tutors because these ones are free.💯💯👍🏾

This app actually saved me and my grades! So from my family, the oldest is the most pressured. Since I am the oldest, I have a big role in my family. But that means doing well in school and getting good grades. Now let’s get back to the app. When I saw this app I was all like, yeah right! Br when it helped me on my missing assignments, it told me some quick skims, and wrote it down. It helped my grades and myself from the famous hand slapper, belt, sandal, wherever you guys are from. And yea, I recommend this app for lots of students like me. It even has its own categories for the answers! Like there’s one for each and every subject you have studied in grade school! Name it and you got it! Please download this app bro. It’ll save you some time, physical and mental pain ( trust me about it :D ).

You should change your adds

Found this on an add that showed the app getting a limit equation wrong. The program said ln(0)=0 and misread the question to take the limit of x instead of a, a significantly easier question. Tested it on some textbook questions in physics, it ranged from doing pretty well on the simple derivations that gpt3 could do to not well at all, either skipping steps or not answering the question. In one it used the equation it was trying to show in the proof. The one thing I was impressed by is the hat it knew some equations related to degenerate fermi gasses, although it still made simple mistakes in the process. The concerning thing is it said it got the right answer meaning it was just putting the given solution at the end. It is probably good for basic math but do a check whenever you use it. I don't trust this for working out science because it makes to many small mistakes. Anything that gets into detailed math will probably just not be worth it. Also not good at braket/matrices.

This app is honestly godly 🤭

Hello! I am a middle schooler at the moment, and if I’m being honest, math hasn’t always been my best subject. I’m not sure if it’s me or the school system, but I never really understood the formulas for multiplication, or even division. (I don’t understand division at all :’D) I uploaded this app today to help me with a math homework packet that I need to complete over spring break to help me bring my grade up in math, since I’m pretty much failing. I have math literally first thing in the morning, which I’m not really okay with. They expect me to figure out the area of a shape at 8 in the morning, which is exhausting. After opening the app, I took a picture of a question on the paper, and it gave me the correct answer. The packet gives us the answers, but we need to show or explain how that’s the answer. And honestly, it showed the answer in a way that I actually understood! It helped me answer the rest of the questions I needed, and I really appreciate it! This app is made right, and I’m excited to use it for other subjects I need help with in the future. So I wanna thank the developers for this app. I really helped me a lot, unlike those other apps that “help” you with your work :) ♡

This is actually real and free

I know it sounds crazy but this actually works. Google always is taking me to these sites where I input a math problem or ask a question and it says to sign up for a subscription before giving me and answer and so I started looking for free ones and found very few. And most free options would just give an answer and not help me learn at all which this definitely does. I’ve only just started using it but so far it’s gotten me through a full week of college and is a full 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Also I see that other people are including their “I’m not an AI” disclaimer in the comments they leave. So I guess I’ll do the same 😂. This genuinely helped me and I think it could help a lot of other people let too.

It was 12:00, I decided to check out this app to se if it was good. This app is incredible, the future, mind bending , incredibly riveting, and most likely made from a 12 year old Chinese kid with an iq of 1500. This app is a work of art, and I’m not one for floccinaucinihilipilification, but this app is worth it🤤. After using this app, suddenly it took my son and wife away. It carried them to Belgium and I was running after them. It then came back and burned my house down as well as my 2012 ninjago spinner collection. It then proceeded to kill off my bloodline except for me. Two days past by, and this app ascended to the very sky of heaven. Ascending to the role of god, shaping reality with its bare hands. It’s been 5 weeks since I’ve seen my kid or wife, but overall good app. 👍👍💯💯💯

Tutors take too long (about 2hrs)

(I’m not AI!!! It it current 12am for me) I’m so sick of the TUTORS taking forever to answer my questions which I usually have wait like 2 hours just to either get the whole answers wrong, half answer wrong and half answers right, or they end up refunding my tickets. I have been using the app a lot more since June 3, 2024 because I need help for my homework of my macroeconomics class (which is also an economics class too) but the tutors are not very accurate and I really can’t say much for the AI since the AI is awful in every way. I have seen the decline of the quality of the service which has been truly affecting the app. I’m not sure if Its just me but I’m so sick of it! I’m not saying the app has never been helpful rather it has but the tutors seem to struggle to answer the problems for my macroeconomics class! Gauth should also teach and add macroeconomics which could really help more students who are also taking the class during their summer

Great but lacks in a few things I’ve noticed

1) Some math like financial math doesn't get recognized as math? Especially if I’m scanning graphs, it says that it’s not math subject and returns my ticket 2) For the first time today, I scan and give a ticket to a tutor to help explain to me, I watch two ads to speed up the process but it’s literally over an hour and I have no responses from my tutor… they just said please wait this problem is a bit harder than expected and it’s just 10th grade algebra with finance. You guys to limit time for tutors to submit responses by at least 30 minutes and if the time is over return our ticket… what if we paid money for the tickets and we wasted it because it won’t come back? Thank is all, I still love and will be keeping the app and changing my review from time to time, it has potential but it’s just a bit frustrating at times.

Amazing get it rn omggg

This app has saved my math grades so much. If you are wondering yes you need to watch ads but they have a thing called answer cards and you can watch the ads ahead and whenever you struggle in your math you do not need to watch the ads. When I have extra time or during the weekends I watch the ads ahead and get up to like 50 answer cards for the week n case I struggle. Such a great app, great service and free. There is a plan that you can pay but I don’t think it’s necessary because without the plan the app is great. Also they have faith bot which you do not need to watch ads in and they give you the answer in like 1 second and it’s also free. If you haven’t gotten it what are you waiting for get it nowwwww!

The best math app I’ve ever used

I struggle so much with math, and my teacher goes super quickly, so sometimes I miss really important information. It also really doesn’t help that I have ADHD. I’m a student and I don’t want to have to pay for an app, so this was a LIFE SAVER for me. I’ve been using it for a couple months, and it has saved me hours or stress and crying over little details that this app explained to me in seconds. I’m so grateful to the developers, thank you for making this app, it’s truly been amazing!!!!! I absolutely recommend it, best math app I’ve ever used, and you can use it for ANYTHING, not just math. I struggled a lot in all subjects when I put this to my work it did amazing. It showed me how to get the answer and why I got it. It was amazing. Definitely recommend for all ages. It’s amazing. This app is amazing

All you have to do to get the answer you need is take a photo, it’s that easy. The app is free other then in game purchases but you don’t need to purchase anything to get the answers. If the “Gauthbot” doesn’t get the answer then their are tutors who show the steps. I will say the Guathbot sometimes doesn’t work and you need to take a second photo. The tutors aren’t always correct so if you get one on here I would recommend checking the answer or taking a clearer photo. All in all this is a great app, the Guathbot never gets any answers I show wrong so this app is just amazing, I would definitely get it if you do a lot of math and don’t have the tome to study or work out all of the math problems one by one.

Best app for studying

So I'm an 8th grader and we are doing some medium-level work and in my math class I was doing a quiz luckily I passed but they did a lecture and I was outside of the class doing the quiz and when I finished I didn't know that days lecture I was struggling to do my homework but I found this app and it gave me some help and then the answer and I got so happy and I also use this for history and I was absent for 2 days and I didn't know what lecture they gave us but then my teacher gave me the work she didn't even tell me how to do it but I used this and I'm on track to do my history, science, math, ela, and physics and this app made me have a A+ in every grade I used this since 7th grade and this is the best for studying.

OH MY GOD IT WORKS

I have been seeing ads about this app everywhere, so much ads to the point where it made me curious but also think it’s fake at the same time. So I just got home from school today and..yeah I was stuck on my homework. But then this app of course popped up in my head. So I was like “okay maybe I should try it out” and when I opened the App Store to look at the app, it had five stars. FIVE stars. I’ve never seen an app with 5 stars tbh so of course I downloaded it, opened the app did all the extra stuff and now took a pic of my homework, I read another reply about this app and it said that is generated the answer in seconds. The review was right, I did it in SECONDS. And it turns out, THE AWNSER WAS CORRECT. I love this app.

MUST HAVE

I’m in middle school ( 8th grade) and I needed this app to solve something and it didn’t make any sense at all to me. I don’t really know how to use it that well, and I know it won’t be exactly how they teach it at school but it’s also confusing using the calculator for math but there is no variables which ( in my opinion,) isn’t really helping me. It solved it yes, but it’s stressful because it wasn’t showing other ways for me :( please let me know if there is anything I’m missing or doing wrong! But overall this app is a MUST HAVE. This app will literally help you solve any math problem and others which I thought was absolutely awesome!!! 👏 This will come in great handy with my homework! Thank you for making this great app!

So free trial is not free got charged as soon as I started it

The app is correct about 70% of the time even with the accuracy boost. 40% of the time with the boost it’s still not getting answers correct. 5% of the time it cannot solve. So I have to cross check multiple sources to insure accuracy. I am using this app for general questions that any ai should be able to solve. I can find the answers on Google so I am still using this as it charged me. My advice is make sure you got the 30 ish dollars in the bank before trying the app. And be sure to check your answers against something else to ensure they are correct. I have cancelled my subscription the same day I tried the “free trial” (not free).

LIFESAVER

It’s a lifesaver if you do online school it’s 99% accurate and at times wrong but I think it’s good because I still always get A’s and B’s and if I get a 95 and 85 it makes it seem less suspicious that I could be cheating. It’s truly a life saver I do penn foster and it’s saving on every exam thank to this app I may graduate in two months when I wasn’t planning on graduating until December 2024, I was skeptical of this app very worried it would screw up my grades and was absolutely amazed to find it’s not only legit but I rely on it and thanks to it math is a lot easier. I have a mental disability so comprehending like normal is harder but thanks to this app it’s like a bypass it makes my disability no longer a problem I LOVE IT

Sick and Tired

I don’t what’s worse: me not getting this math done on a Sunday or this app making me not get this math done on a Sunday. I could’ve been settled down in a luxurious loft in Beverly Hills, own 6 G wagons, 5 mercedes, with a bag set on a 100% real genuine leather couch if such fickle, unreliable, erratic app didn’t get in the way of this. I loyally wait for Adam for 10 minutes to give me just what I need, but all I was given was nothing but lies and wrong answers. So did Grace, Carlos, and Trent. I just wanted to spend the rest of my Sunday in preparation for my mental state but this is not going to happen all because of this utter tomfoolery I’m desperately trying to withdraw from. My first step is deleting and taking my break time to right this review. If you have a bright future and much more to come don’t even think about installing this app, no matter how much you second guess yourself. At least you’ll be somewhat close to the genuine answer, unlike Cole.

For all of those people looking out for reviews on this app, you have come to the right app not because I’m a sixth grader and sixth graders believe anything. I’ve tried it for myself. My teacher graded this paper so I checked it and so one of my questions say, which of the following equations has the correct exponent to make the equation true my teacher said the right one is C so I was a little nervous so I took the picture of the problem and it works🤩I was so shocked and my teacher was just about to give me tutoring. The worst

I am in elementary school. I'm nine years old and uninstalled this app because I couldn't really do my fractions worksheets so I installed it to help me, but it seemed very confusing and it was. I'm glad that he gave me the right answers, but when I looked at the right answers, they were completely off from the teachers answers at first I started to wonder if my teachers answers are wrong or this app is wrong. Started on my grades and I had to change class because of my grades. My grades were low and I couldn't focus because everything that I did was an F because of this app, I hate it. I hate it. I had repeat fourth grade twice because of this app. I hate it. It's the worst app I've ever had. When I tried to do my homework. He gives me the wrong answers. I hate it was my guts. I wish it was never existed. It was not helping with anything it just makes it more confusing. I hate it. I hate it. I hate it. I hate it.

Not for me

After a long day being stuck in a building, I just want to get my work I’ve been assigned done with. This app intrigued me as it’s a math-solving-app. So, of course I downloaded it. It was really nice at first and it helped me with my math. However, over the months, it kind of became...“greedy”. Now, I completely understand this app needs to make a profit in someway, but either make the free version more utilizable and more available or make the subscriptions cheaper. The majority of users who use this app are teenagers to young adults, so they can’t really buy or afford these prices. Overall, I would be lying if I said the app was great, its really mediocre, but, it was once nice, I just wish it was always like that all the time. (I’m sure my opinion is a “small fish in a big pond”, but I’m just suggesting my opinion, I don’t expect the app to actually change.)

Not what it use to be

Use to be helpful and provided alot of it. Now its just a microtransaction/ad pump. Cannot get anything solved anymore without paying for tickets or watching ads, cannot see answers anymore unless you pay for answer cards or watch more ads. And you only get so many of these tickets/cards per month which hardly makes the pay even worth it. It use to give you answers and tutor help, while you could watch ads to speed up delivery time of the answer. Almost the same as Chegg now except more ads, and the answers are not guarenteed to even be remotely right. I cannot tell you how many times i have submitted a qestion just to get a completed irrelevant answer back from the “tutors”, which just recycle old answers for similar questions and dont actually solve anything unless its a new question. Sad to see something go from great to mediocre at best. Stick to Photomath or Mathway.

Great Service! ..Just one issue

Ignore all the people who cannot afford this service and call it a scam. This is WORTH your money if you need weekly math solving. This app has saved me numerous breakdowns and I’ve learned from the steps the tutors. Because of this app I have had a better chance at the ASVAB. My only problem with this app is the tutors sometimes taking super long or do not reply at all and end up stealing a ticket. I’m hoping the developers can help integrate a system where we can get a refund in the case of that, or something to help with that issue. Thank you for nearly two years of work you’ve saved me while educating how to do it.

okay so, I ADORE THIS APP I just downloaded it today and it helped me a lot because personally I have a struggle keeping up with my assignments because of my mental health so I got through a lot of work with this app! I LOVE IT because all the other apps or websites I’ve tried has always made me pay or gave me some vibe from it this one you dont even have to give an email or nothing absolutely free! The only reason I gave four and not five is because the only problem is that for the literature one it keeps giving me wrong answers so I’ve failed two assignments and I’ll have to figure them oht myself but I recommended this app just make sure you have more than one attempt on your assignments so you dont fail your only try!

It used to be better

Use to be helpful and provided alot of it. Now its just a microtransaction/ad pump. Cannot get anything solved anymore without paying for tickets or watching ads, cannot see answers anymore unless you pay for answer cards or watch more ads. And you only get so many of these tickets/cards per month which hardly makes the pay even worth it. It use to give you answers and tutor help, while you could watch ads to speed up delivery time of the answer. Almost the same as Chegg now except more ads, and the answers are not guarenteed to even be remotely right. I cannot tell you how many times i have submitted a qestion just to get a completed irrelevant answer back from the "tutors", which just recycle old answers for similar questions and dont actually solve anything unless its a new question. Sad to see something go from great to mediocre at best. Stick to Photomath or Mathway.

A bit disappointed, lots of potential

I heard a lot of great things about this app. I’ve recently been looking for something to help me better understand my math assignments, as I’ve been having a bit of trouble recently. The issue was that it only buffered, it never gave me a response. Maybe this is just because the questions were too complex, but I took good photos that should’ve been solvable. Maybe this is just a me thing… but I really don’t think so as my wifi was good and the device I use is newly updated and works well. This has lots of potential, I guess it just wasn’t for me or more complicated math problems. I haven’t tried it on different subjects because I only need it for Math, so perhaps my 2 star rating is a bit undeserved…. But for me and my needs, this isn’t a great app. I’ll update this if it starts working!

Great App

This app is awesome and completely free. Though you are able to buy the Plus+ pack for a better experience, the itself app is amazing!! It is accurate most of the time and can help you on any subject. It is perfect when you need extra help. It answers your questions and gives you an explanation to everything. There is something though that the camera quality looks blurry while trying to take a picture of my question and it’s unable to read it. I thought it was my cellphone at first. But it’s not. It’s the app itself. It’s camera could use some improvement! But overall, the app is amazing. I use it everyday when I need help. Great app. Please download if you haven’t! :)

It’s Ok but could be better

I would like to say it’s good but it’s completely accurate I still got good grades from it but some of the answers it gave me were wrong. I thought they were right at first cause they gave me the answers word for word like how it was in my assignments, but on my first assignment I got a 11/15 and I re-did it and got a 10/15 which doesn’t make any sense how did I go from getting a C to a D using this app. Then in my second assignment and got a 5/8 then I re-did and got a 6/8 yea I got a better score but why wasn’t all the answers correct. I recommend and don’t recommend at the same time. Maybe get it if you don’t want it to look like you went from getting bad scores to all 100% and just make it seem like your improvING or getting better.

AI is good but beware of AWFUL tutors!

At first, this app seems like magic. Scan a math problem, and if it exists in the data base, you get an OK to above average explanation of the problem. I’ve found that they identify the math problem about 70% of the time. The other 30% is a nightmare. You can request the help of a live tutor who will solve the problem for you - and quite frankly, I don’t know where they get these tutors from. Some of their answers have been AWFUL, sometimes not even answering the correct question. And there is no way to follow up with them, no way to reach out and ask a question. You can only leave feedback in the app which goes to the black hole. It’s extremely unacceptable, w reckless and careless to have an app that ultimately delivers incorrect answers to kids who are trying to learn. Very disappointing.

Free trial is not worth it, almost like a scam

So, the app itself was great, love it. But it got to the end of the school year so I didnt need it anymore. I removed the app, but never noticed I had a subscription to something that was $31?! I didnt even want a subscription to something like that, I was never notified that I was paying money like that, and I didn’t notice until I checked my bank. Once the free trial ends it transfers to the $31 PLUS subscription. Be careful; when you delete apps, make sure you don’t have a subscription to anything!! Otherwise, I really enjoyed the time I used the app, it helped me so much, this was just one minor inconvenience, which can get resolved, and im currently working on a refund! :)

I love it!

I just got Gauth and it’s amazing how there is so many options depending on what subject. At first I thought it was a scam and I would waste my time but I was so wrong and Gauth helped me out and explained to me when I didn’t know how it got the answer. I generally think that this is a life saver. Gauth doesn’t require any purchases or subscriptions for you to use it and there is also a tutor for those who don’t know how it got the answer. I highly recommend Gauth for those who see this. Also, I am giving credit to the creator for making Gauth and that’s pretty much it. Have a good night/ afternoon/ morning everyone!

WHYY AM I NOT LUCKY!!

Okay this app can be good and I’m not going to lie but I thought this would understand my work but instead it’s giving me answers that aren’t on my paperwork and this can’t understand circumference apparently so I’m js getting random answers and I trusted this app and now it’s not giving me the answers I need help with so I am failing now if you want this to not happen js get a tutor or something but don’t ask them they will just give you random answers that aren’t on ur paperwork if you can change that it would be helpful then I can give you full stars but for now ur only getting a 3 bec it’s free and if it can understand circumference that would help a lot but I need this fixed now!! God way of learning

Why it is so good This app gives you the answer (most of the time) but it shows you the steps so you know how to do it which is good because if your parents aren’t home scan the problem and it will show you the steps! You can also take math problems from your photos if you already have the picture. It also has a flashlight so you can scan in the dark. There is also a history of what you scanned so if your phone dies just go to scan history in the Math Problem is back. Things I request changed Sometimes when you scan the problem it doesn’t work but that’s about it. There isn’t much bad about this app.

AI Problems

The AI is extremely finnicky and works out the problems in weird/broken steps or in ways that teachers do NOT teach making it extremely difficult to self-study or self-teach material. Please try to fix your AI and if anything; replace the current AI system with a brand new one. It works only sometimes, and I tested the AI out to see if it works: I only showed 2 possible answers for one problem obviously with the question (they were both wrong) and instead of giving the correct answer it went with one of the answer choices. When shown all 4 possible answers (with one selected but it was one of the wrong answer selected) it just went with the wrong answer as the answer… Please fix your system.

This app is wonderful

As a high school student, I am always looking for ways to help me out on hard homework questions. I saw an add for it and despite my doubts as I have had trouble with previous apps. I downloaded Gauth AI. It has become my best friend when it comes to doing my homework. I have even started suggesting it to my friends.
