I’ve been using ghost for years now and i’ve gotten great results with also the best flavors on the market. This is the only brand I will use now hands down. Love the bundles with free shakers and accessories, all around fantastic!
ETA: Thank you Support! For anyone who sees this, if you click sign up on the app it tells you to do same username/password and it’ll connect. I never clicked to the second screen to see these instructions because I was so confused with the first page. My accounts linked up quickly. Thank you again support. Original Review: App does not let you log in with your website account information. If I can’t use my website account, does that mean that my app points and my website points are completely separate? I’m just going to delete and re-download if/when they get connected.
You should fix the bug that doesn’t allow you to set your birthdate in your account profile… Also why isn’t your 5 lb containers of whey available on the app? And you should add Original Oreo Whey to your 5 lb container product line
I’m pretty new to using Ghost products but I dove pretty deep after trying it once. Ended up getting legend, size, protein and just got my greens and t-shirt today. Already seeing more energy in the gym, gains in the progress pix and feeling better all around after only about a month since starting these products. The app is super clean and straight forward. No complaints! 🙌🏽
Love Ghost and their products and it’s great that they have an app for news and orders now. The only complaint I have is the account setup, wish the account you have on the site worked when signing in. I ended up just setting up the account on the app the same way as online just some more extra steps you have to go through. The verify email part was a little annoying didn’t work and had to reset my password and start over again. Eventually I got in, just something to keep in mind during the next update to make this more seamless.
the company pitches the app as the main and best way to order but the app is clearly on the very bottom of their priority list when it comes to updates, fixes, and user friendliness. every time i make a purchase, i get a blank white screen that pops up. it’s been this way for years with no fixes. the badge system does not work and actually count your purchases correctly so im missing at least 3 badges. then there’s the Ghost Labs tab that has said “coming soon” for at least 2 years now.
Will Update app is issue is fixed. I love the brand, the products and all It stands for but I am not able to purchase product on the app when I login. I can go through checkout no problem if I sign in as guest. I get an error “You are not authorized to use Multi-pass login” it has been like this for about 4-5 months now.
Orange creamsicle and Bubbelgum strawberry are my favorite flavors of can right now. I love that the app gives away free stuff fairly often for you to try as well. Also fair price considering most energy drinks almost every where I have gone they are 2 for 5$ that’s a buy from me legit every time I hit the gas station lol
App requires me to create a different account than I’ve been using for the past couple of years. When trying to verify the new account, the app wouldn’t verify my email address, so I had to delete the app and reinstall. When searching for products like “protein” it only shows the protein bundle, not actual protein options. Overall, it’s a good looking app but it feels like it has some opportunities to make it more user friendly and easier to navigate and shop
App works great from launch, sign up using your account that you have on the website. If you have trouble verifying the account via the email you send over open it up in the web and you should be all set. Can’t wait to see the future updates, great job Ghost fam!
I put this at the bottom so everyone could see the truth and not just see bot stuff. Ghost is actually a very great brand! The brand does collars with some of the greatest brands to make my favorite 2lb containers of protein. Once I got my first flavor, I needed more. Now I have 3 flavors and never gone back to other protein powders.
Why did you guys have the urge to overhaul the UI now? It was simple and easy to you. Is it because you guys wanted to be cool? Because the new design isn’t just horrible, it doesn’t work. Horrible delays on attempting to input anything, codes aren’t able to be redeemed, doesn’t show history anymore, can’t update information. I’ll be sure to buy my items from GNC rather than used this app. Don’t update something that doesn’t need it. You guys aren’t inventing the wheel. What you had going was great.
This is just what the community needed! An app that will give you real time updates without having to go onto a web browser. It is very user friendly, and the functionality and the future this app will have will play a big role in the growth of GHOST!
Im in love with everything from ghost because it’s done well and I don’t feel any weird side effect like other products would. I drink my supplements and it does exactly what it needs. Thank you!!!
Was not able to reset my password on this app or the website, can't access my re-order or my login information. Not receiving emails from them to reset the passwords. My product came in one big clump, would like to know if this is normal, it did break up a little after I shook it, but still big clumps in the middle. Taste is great though once I was able to get it broken down into scoopable form.
A really awesome app to have if you love GHOST and order from them. The app makes it easy to stay up to date on everything from restocks to new products launching. If you love GHOST, I definitely recommend downloading this app.

I love ghost from there supplements to there merch there’s nothing they do wrong. Also to mention there customer service is great quick and efficient replies they know how to take care of someone.
It’s a good app I love it the reason nobody has downloaded it is because it’s new but they have great flavor and great protein one I would recommend is the Oreo or cinnamon protein powder it taste like the real thing

When ordering through Apple Pay. It told me my order didn’t go through…then I received an email saying my order went through. Really strange and not sure if a one off bug.
Why did you have to update the UI!? This app was so easy to use when redeeming points or when shopping for gear, merch and products now it’s terrible. Multiple clicks to get to see your balance and member status? Now it’s showing me as bronze status? I was almost gold? How am I back to bronze? Please fix and revert back. Please?
Signing in requires another account to set up, tricky to get verified but once you do bam! You're in. I'm surprised there isn't a create your bundle, I was thinking like work hard play hard bundle (gamer and pump)
Trying to give you guys my money! Once I go to pay it says I’m not ‘authorized for multi pass login’ I have rewards I wanna use. You’re losing our time and money guys!
Impossible to scroll some screens or see the whole page- like when trying to enter loyalty you can type all the words but have no way to submit in the app- it would be nice if they’d move to QR codes
The only reason this isnt five stars is because the navigation on the app and the hunks of junk on the app plus i dont even get the badges that. I earned the loyalty program doesn’t work
Cannot buy anything in this app!? When you go to check out it says “something went wrong” why would you have an exclusive app when the app takes you directly to the web page?
Make sure to triple check what you order because they love to bait and switch the flavors on you and unless you’re watching confirmation emails (like no one ever does) you’re gonna get some nasty overpriced chalk powder and customer service not here for you.
Love their products but this app is trash. Have to signup with a whole new account even if you have one from the website. Also the app constantly tells you “oops! An error occurred”
Boy I love downloading an app and setting aside time to lose a giveaway to PAY for a single energy drink. Lost every one so far, just a total waste of time, don’t download and hand over your personal info for nothing
Their website allows login through Facebook but their app does not. They tell you to create another account for their app. Don’t see the point… sticking to web.
