As reported here in the other comments the iOS app has not been working since sometime in March or April 2022. It just crashes when you open it. Watching TV through the browser works OK but it’s too bad that it seems like the app developers have abandoned maintaining the app. Update: The app seems to be working again for the moment, hope it last. I may give more stars after I use it for a while and test the stability and functionality. July 31, 2022
Why is the phone app not working I call and no one seems to know why and they really didn’t know it wasn’t until they tried the app , how does the company technicians not know this ?
I switched from Cox which had a working tv on the go to Glo TV app which has worked until April. Since many complaints are being lodged about this app not working and are not being addressed, dropping your service is becoming inevitable.
It’s been working beautifully for the 2 years we’ve had Glo TV, but all of a sudden, stopped! The app tries to start up, and then disappears. The app also disappeared from my settings. Please fix!
