Almost a perfect execution. Didn’t stick the landing.
This app is great for what it is. It has given me another reason to be conscious of my health and my habits. It helps you track health milestones and activities. Decent user interface, can be a bit counterintuitive at times and hard to locate what your looking for. The photo submission technology could use some attention as well; it just seems a bit unpolished at this point. My suggestions for possible additions would be a graph of some sorts, to show overall progress or even progress towards a goal. Also, my an addition of a hydration section. Keeping hydrated and drinking water have numerous health benefits. This might be a stretch, but putting in a section for smokers that are quitting to keep track of there progress and how much they are smoking might make it more helpful to hit a certain goal. This may be unrelated, but the Walmart partnership is a fantastic idea for both revenue ad health. The problem is, the new Walmart pickup service does not support the use of the healthy discount card. I would like to see an integration of these two services.

Not fair and not a family made to just give my hard earn $$ away
I was say hearing the news that Humana is going away from the rewards program for the steppers. It truly isn’t what I want. I must be open in this statement. I work very hard. I do not take off days an I’ve gotten to a point in that I trust that Humana would be there for me in many parts of my and my families life’s. I love the prize for getting my step in an getting Humana bucks. But to be up-front an honest I walk an yes they do give a incentive to achieve a goal. But make no mistake it lowers the cost as a whole because there getting way healthier people to cover an lower there cost. Is it truly that much of a swing to cover the bucks or is it a way to just squeeze the amount of a paying dollar an the earning of it. Not happy bout it. Not at all it is something I trusted them with an not to mention I invited my family into it. So it has not only made me feel used or left in disarray but my family an kids. I have non verbal autistic children that go through the process an classes offered from this an I truly do not wanna tell them that the people your dad said we can trust is just walking away from us. Thank you from the Morgan family southern Indiana

Great app and program
We started participating early this year and didn’t really think anything of it. I first thought, “Just another program the insurance company does to make you think they care.” Which it is. However, we went months without checking in on it and when we finally decided to we had over 12,000 bucks to spend on gifts. We got each of sons a Garmin Jr, and my spouse a new fitbit. The only thing I wish they would allow is for the kids activity trackers to report to the account as well. I also wish they would separate each family member so they could see what they earned. Some of the extra ways to earn points don’t make sense or they make very difficult to prove. All in all it a free program and it’s very easy to sign up and use.

Doesn’t work like it should
I made a commitment to myself that I’d finally lose the last 20 pounds when my work offered this. Unlike others, I don’t have problems logging in. What I do have problems with is connecting apps. I looked at the “coaching” section and weight management. I have one app option, Noom. So, I set up a Noom account, downloaded and set up the app, etc. For over a week now I have not been able to connect Noom (my only app choice in this category to earn points) to Go365. I’ve followed all the instructions and entered my Noom credentials which are accepted. I then click on “link account” ….and nothing. The screen resets back to “link account”. I’ve contacted customer support about this and they claim it’s a known issue. A known issue FOR THE ONLY APP OPTION THAT I HAVE. Will I get those lost points back when it’s fixed? Doubtful. I’ve pretty much stopped using this app since it doesn’t work as advertised. I haven’t bothered trying anything else. I also have a problem with my only weight management option being a paid subscription service. I feel like there should be more options.

Clumsy & overly restrictive!
The healthy rewards program at my last job was so much better - we could self log and had tons of options to earn points WITHOUT connecting to so many other apps & devises. I have my Garmin connected and sometimes it takes the app a long time to synch. Also, it never records my Garmin activities as workouts - so far it has only logged my steps. And very stingy on points for step counts. I log way above the average for daily steps and barely earn any points. There are very few ways to log activity not recorded with a devise or app. Need more options to log activity manually - without the *eye roll* “photo proof” that is proof of nothing. So I can’t log a yoga session in my living room without taking a selfie? Photo proof that I take the stairs in my building everyday?? What does that even mean? And the Healthy Food program - both times I played the “game” it said “congrats, you earned 0% savings” no matter how many apples showed up. There should also be ways to ask questions (the FAQs are not very helpful). This app is clumsy, restrictive, and super stingy with points!!

Doesn’t work for me
So I set up my account after deciding to go with Humana for my plan and I have completed the assignments and still have zero points! I added my cpr training and didn’t get the points amongst doing other things and never got my points! I’ve tried messaging support without any help… I just don’t know what else to do to get this app to work! My whole family uses Humana and we would like to be able to participate in the reward programs that they offer! That’s literally the main reason I went with Humana to begin with but will be changing to Unicare because I know their reward programs actually work! Maybe if Humana can get their programs together then maybe we would think about coming back but I can’t work with a health insurance company that makes a program offering rewards but then can’t hold up to their end and actually reward their customers when you know dang well they are making billions off of all of our healthcare appointments, prescriptions, etc! Don’t make and advertise a program that’s not for all of its companies participants especially if it’s limited to certain plan users and what not!

Works well most of the time!
I have been using this app for a little over a year now but I find that some of the most important features like tracking steps and keeping points up to date are kind of spotty. It’s never consistent or accurate, but mostly pretty close. But that was not the most annoying thing, I’m writing this review because of this update (which this is the 2nd time I’m having a forced update). The problem is I use facial recognition and because of the update I have to use a password log in, of course it’s been so long since I’ve actually used my password I was forced to reset it. This took an act of Congress! I don’t have to jump through so many hoops to Change my bank account or credit card passwords. I have worked at a bank and totally understand privacy & security but this is ridiculous!!! I don’t want to have to update my password every time you have an update, update your system so it remembers my facial recognition when you have an update PLEASE!

Too confusing & unrealistic to be worthwhile
I’m not a big fan of this app. Points are extremely hard to come by when doing actual physical activity (you know, being healthy) but then you get hundreds for activities that are only one time like filling out a health assessment or getting a flu shot. I also have the Apple health app set to sync over and the steps come over just fine but the sleep info does not come over at all. Probably the worst part though is how convoluted it is to understand how you got points in the first place. You have to maintain a specific threshold increase in heart rate over your resting for an extended period of time to get points from tracking heart rate. That is just one example. Not to mention the fact that it does not sync regularly but you have to open the app to get it to pull over. This could be much more straight forward in execution and more generous for actually staying healthy and then it would be useful, but now it seems like a waste of time.

Nice idea, terrible experience.
I like the idea and am happy that my employer offers this to me. However, it’s such a hassle to use, major troubles syncing with Apple. The only fix is to uninstall. Restart phone. Reinstall and wait. This happens several times a month which means points are not accurate. Tried to login for Community Help and the accept box is not tap-able from a mobile web browser. This app clearly is underfunded and not a priority for Humana, even though it’s consumer facing. As product manager of many successful Fortune 500 digital products, including apps, I am disappointed in the lack of updates to major problems, user experiences and overall data visualization. Please invest in on demand data syncs vs daily batch. Based on the apps you partner with I would suggest API integrations. This app should be rolling out weekly updates and in my 6 months nothing has changed including major issues that are unresolved. Please do better.

Great app
I love this app!! It really gets you motivated and holds you accountable. I am getting better and better with my health goals because of it. I’ve tried a lot of programs but this simple app does the job for me. You do have to do the work in order to be successful. If you’re not willing to do the work then this app won’t work for you. If you’re looking for a good motivator this is the app because once you start you’re addicted because the incentives keeps you going. I would definitely recommend! There are a few cons such as tracking steps better so people can’t cheat or like one viewer said with the photo submission. Anyone can not do it but just send in a photo and get points but overall it’s the best one I’ve seen and it works for me.

Stay motivated
It’s a great app that keeps you motivated, especially if you are competitive ! Nothing motivates you more than seeing someone you know in the same challenge ! No way am I going to be lower in ranking! LOL Besides the ego boost, it motivates you in regards to earning points so that you can go to the shop and buy some amazing products. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is that certain aspects ( regarding) set up for syncing gave me a hard time. It never seems to match what my Fitbit count is; it’s always lower by several thousands steps! So that is frustrating. As far as suggestions are concerned… would love to see a treadmill or weights being offered in the shop.

Good And Effective app
I like the app and how I can sync this app with apple health app on my iPhone. I wished that I could sync my weight watchers app with the Go365 app. I work out almost everyday on weight machines at Owensboro Christian Church and haven’t found a way to record this within this app. The beacon will not recognize this facility. At least my walking gets recorded through my apple health app. I am in the process of getting a Fitbit which will help also. I like how you can enter health info by taking photos. I am so glad that making strong health choices that you can earn points for rewards and gives you benefits on insurance premiums. Many great benefits and rewards. Much gratitude because I am much more health conscious now.

Terrible App but WHY?!?!
This is a terribly klunky app. No need for it to be though. They need to do an efficiency overhaul. Example - challenges. Most of the time people don’t get the challenge. Challenges should be completely contained in the app - no need to send an email invite, just select from a list of Co-workers/friends who would then simply get a notification and could accept or decline. I’ve told our employees to just ignore the private challenges and set them up as open so others can just search l, find and join. Another example - the fitness beacon. The app should recognize a fitness beacon and automatically give you the points. Instead, it makes you log in, find the “Beacon” button (which is not easy as it’s buried under “account”) then swipe and click to get points - give me a break! We’ve had a beacon for 6 months and it was just pointed out to us that it’s not automatic - you MUST go through these steps for points. Ridiculous!

Glitches with Beacon check-ins
After an update earlier this year I started getting a notification on my Apple Watch to swipe to check in to the Beacon at my yoga studio. I thought this was a great enhancement until about a month in, I realized no points were actually being logged. Then I tried to switch back to the manual method which also said “points on there way” with no points logged. Finally had to uninstall and reinstall just to be able to manually check in to the Beacon. I missed out on a few hundred points because of this. If points update then they should log immediately so you can see if there is a problem. The fact that points always seem a few days behind is annoying. Today I noticed I have 1 point logged for my Beacon check in when there should be 10. This App is both incredibly great and really terrible all at the same time.

Focus and motivation
I have enjoyed using this app because it has given me added incentive for taking steps to be healthier. I love earning points for exercise, getting my check ups and being more mindful. I’ve been able to cash in my points for new Fitbit devices for both my husband and me. Recently I’ve had a little trouble with the app not syncing with my tracking device so I have missed getting points/credit for my exercise which means it has taken longer to get to the next level, but I do enjoy being rewarded for those healthy choices I’m already making and added motivation to make those efforts I haven’t been doing yet.

Not working correctly this week
Beginning this past week, I had trouble logging into the app. It kept saying my password was incorrect even though my password worked fine on the website. The other problem is it doesn’t seem to be syncing to my Apple Health anymore. I went into the app on Thursday only to find it had updated or given me any points since Monday. I updated my phone to iOS 15 on Wednesday. I went in and synced the Health app again, made sure all the settings were correct. On Friday, it showed it had updated again through Thursday, 9/23. Now it’s Saturday, and it shows no points or updates for Friday or today, even though on the website it showed my steps for today. I’m super frustrated. It was working great for 2 months. I just want my points😫

Pretty Good
This app is pretty good. I find the app integrations difficult to understand and clunky. I’ve tried several apps to communicate with Go365 on heart rate and calorie burn (since it doesn’t integrate with Apple very well), in order to get more activity points and have no success. It still defaults back to my steps for a day instead of looking at the other data coming from the other apps. Again, I could be doing something wrong, but it’s annoying to not always get credit for tough workouts. All in all Humana’s Go365 program is the BEST wellness app/program put there. No other carrier has come close to what it provides, so I’m thankful to have it!

Great, but some issues...
I think it’s a great app and a great concept to motivate us to be healthy and active. There’s just a couple issues with me: 1. I have trouble signing in every night. Yes, EVERY! During the day, I get in with no problem, but not at night. It either gives me an alert or it just sits on the blue screen as though it’s thinking...and thinking. 2. I think it’s great to get bucks for doing activities and having certain tests done, but I think there should be one more test added: a mammogram. Since some of the activities are difficult to do for certain reasons or not possible for many people (like giving blood), a mammogram is such a major factor in detecting breast cancer that we should be rewarded for getting our annual mammogram. Just my opinion though. :)

Great App-Awesome Browser
Love this app! The mission, activities, and the interactive presentation are further enhanced by their super star support team who ‘never seems to have a bad day’. Nothing but positive vibes from them, and that’s important to me because no app/system is perfect & there may be times when your needs aren’t meet by doing a simple search for help. Tip: Join the Go365 community. Resolutions are ample within the community AND you can get 1-2 day individualized responses for board posted communication with issues/questions etc. Overall- excellent experience on/with app. Cons: Browser is better for accessing more involved criteria that I wish was readily available on app.

Great but challenges need more variety
This app is so great. I feel like I earn points quickly and the rewards are things that I use! The only thing is I wish all the challenges match the app to the computer login. There are way more options on the computer. Also, in order for my steps to register in challenges I have to have the Fitbit app and carry my phone around all day. I have an Apple Watch and that data ia read by MyFitness and Health app, and they sync to the daily workout points but they don’t sync to the challenges. So that part is a bit frustrating. But overall super easy to use!

Constant battle to sign in. Bugs still a year later.
I stopped using Go365 a year ago because of the daily battle to sign in. And now, trying again a year later because I need the savings on insurance, the SAME problems exist. Human! Fix the bugs!! I have removed and redownloaded the app, had it on different phones, changed my password countless times - nothing fixes this for more than a day or week at a time. It gets me through sign in, says “Success!” after authentication through text to my phone, then goes to drop me into the app when the process hauls, says it failed to log me in, and dumps me back at the sign in screen. How am I supposed to use this daily when this is a constant issue? How am I supposed to get the rewards I need to help my insurance premiums go down?? Help me out!

Solid with a few flaws
This app is great to keep us all aware of what we are doing for-or against our bodies. It helps us keep track and make appropriate decisions for our health. There are common problems such as inabilities to connect with certain apps. For example GO365 connects to MapMyFitness, but not MapMyRun. So I have to take screen shots and upload them to earn the daily 10 points. While it calls for screen shots, they no longer upload, and Go365 put a cap on how far back you can upload a workout from so 10 points has turned into 600 wasted points over the summer. Integration with more fitness apps-at least the popular ones-would be greatly helpful.

Terrible! Does not sync with Apple
This App does not sync with Apple Watch and only syncs with Apple Health on rare occasion at best. And then the connection breaks frequently. When this happens you have to go in, formally break the connection, log out, delete the app, re-download the app, login and connect again. After all of that, steps and other health data still don’t load in Go365. It’s shocking that this service doesn’t work with Apple considering all of their competitors work with Apple as well as Apple’s prevalence in the market. Go365 also doesn’t load in meditation data that comes from anything other than their partner apps —all of which are paid services. (It won’t honor meditation data from Ten Percent Happier for example.) Overall, very disappointed with this App. Hope they expand their offerings and connections! Do not recommend.

Hit & Miss
The app has offered a great deal of benefits through my employers Health & Wellness program and the points are easy to rack up when my devices and apps are synced up. BUT.. that’s not always as easy as it sounds. Not all apps/devices are created equal and apparently sync as they please (certainly not consistent). It would be an easy 5 stars if it would connect to all the apps it lists as compatible. A recurring error seems to be when trying to connect other apps via Facebook—this app won’t acknowledge that I am logged in to FB and continuously prompts me to login.. again.. and again. No success on all of them yet.

Awesome and Interactive
I love this app! My company just switched back to Humana after a couple years away and I loved this app the first time I used it. My Only negative is there is a hidden “Quick Links” menu on the site that is NOT on the app. This is frustrating because nothing tells you this and there are important PDF’s you need for certain screenings and such to complete. Also this is where you have to search and connect your gym up for activity points and nothing in the app tells you this. I would have never known and stayed frustrated if I hadn’t asked their chat support.

Irresistible!
I’m so addicted to this app! Every step you take is like free money falling from the sky. Not only that, but there are walking challenges you participate in, activities you can do to increase your points, as well as your Go365 bucks that you earn during the course of your day and there are prizes you can purchase for yourself once you get enough Go365 bucks from walking. It’s one of the best apps I’ve ever used. If you have a job, please get this free app. Trust me, there are no in-app purchases, all the gift cards and prizes cost points, so therefore, they’re free. But still, it’s worth it. Highly recommended.

Super app
Go365 is my most used app. Because of the movement incentives, I open my app daily. It works efficiently and if I am ever confused, helpful GO365 telephone responders have always been able to answer my questions. I have met my target weight, my husband is in the process of achieving his target weight and thankfully, my sister-in-law is on her way to her target weight. Fitbit and GO365 are great partners to assisting people all over the world to lose weight. The daily incentives/challenges become lifelong habits, which will cause us to be much healthier people. To the designers of Fitbit and GO365, I thank you! You have positively changed my life forever.

Confusing
I have this app for work. I log everything I’m supposed to even my daily workouts and steps. Typically I get 10 points a day for working out. Seems reasonable. My work makes me get to a certain status before the end of our year, so I can calculate my points pretty well to make sure that I meet their goal. But lately I have only been getting 2 points, 4 points 9 points for my daily workouts and it is really throwing me off. I don’t understand what they are basing their merits off of. I work out almost every day and feel like I deserve the 10 points. It’s just very confusing because nothing is set in stone when it comes to points.

Great perk !
This app accompanies our health insurance plan through Humana. It’s a great incisive/reward program that actually offers a great selection of real rewards that are actually reasonably attainable. It links up well with most health apps such as strava and most fitness devices. The only issue I have is that they don’t seem to recognize crossfit or cross training events in their data base. I should be able to use my gym as a beacon but it doesn’t recognize it. Events such as the crossfit opens should be included but there is no way to enter them for points.

App is ok.
In general the app is ok and functions. It is not intuitive and it is difficult to find things. Major reason for downgrading is the overall Go365 functionality. Things like not accepting Fitbit heart rate info, only steps. Not accepting anything from an Apple Watch. Need to enter most point scoring items on the 365 web site as the app is not set up to do data entry. It is mainly only useful for monitoring performance. Speaking of which, a workout is not broken down very well for evaluation but gives general info only. Wish the app could be set up for a family “administrator” so that one person could see how all of the individuals are performing without needing to log in on their individual accounts.

I like, but wish...
The face recognition has made it so much easier to log in! Submitting proof for various activities/exams has been easy! The app offers a wide range of options ways to earn points. It can be a challenge to navigate though. There are a lot of steps to find features, so I often forget where to locate. Some wishes of mine: ~I could click on the points (not) earned on dashboard for more details. I don’t always know what I did or need to do to get the points. ~challenges had more details so I can see if it something I want to join ~earn points for joining a gym, or maybe it exists but I can’t find it ~some challenges took a long time to update or weren’t accurate in the end.

Recent update has made my app almost unusable
I use this app to track workouts and health for a health insurance discount through my employer. The most recent update doesn’t allow me to log in anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it’s been janky at best. I even changed my password and no help. Before the recent update, 5-5 stars. Right now 1-5 stars so the review is the mean of my experience. I’m still able to log in through the website on occasion but I’m like 150 points from silver, had a huge burned calorie and steps streak yesterday and it won’t connect to my Apple health because the app is broken so those points aren’t getting registered.

Terrible and buggy
My idiot employer requires us to use this or be penalized with higher premiums and deductibles. The app is garbage. Doesn’t work independently, crashes, doesn’t sync with apps it requires, has stupid rewards, like earning a fitbit by using a fitbit. Requires photo evidence of things hard to photograph. The data it uses is unreliable and not supported by scientific evidence regarding health and fitness. I have good fitness apps I use and they don’t sync with this without going through a bunch of hoops syncing through three other apps. Challenges don’t update. Even the setup is horrid. Need to answer security questions that truncate so can’t be read. Screen won’t rotate into landscape or allow zooming to help read it. I’ve encountered numerous error messages. Using this app is raising my blood pressure, not helping me get fit.

Useful, but some improvements needed
This app and Go365 in general has made me increase my effort to make healthier choices. It’s got good rewards and diverse options to earn points. However, some features are difficult and inconvenient to use, and the app does not always record data accurately. For example, sometimes my steps are not converted to points even if I’ve logged in for the day. I also think submitting a workout or sleep data could be more automatic, such as syncing with the app that you complete your workout through rather than having to manually submit a photo of the workout.

Helpful App
This app makes it much easier to access the different cogs within the Go365 wheel. Now that they have uploaded more prizes to the app, it also heightens the shopping experience. Also so easy to swap out points for prizes. Some of my co-workers have difficulty signing on at times and, occasionally, so do I but, for the most part, I have no issues with the app. I LOVE the fact that the health assessment is separated into sections. Having to do the full assessment online in the past was demotivating. Kudos to Humana for creating this app. I’m on it almost every day familiarizing myself with the app and racking up points. Very happy with the app!

Overall good app, but hard to log additional points
App overall records daily activity well. However, it records some points as verified activity and the rest as additional activity instead of just one value. I like being able to get rewards in forms of gift cards for my activity. The user interface and requirements for doing additional activities is cumbersome, so it does not motivate you to donate blood, take the stairs, etc. you should be able to get credit when you submit a picture of your completed blood donation record.

Appreciated
I appreciate this app and the fact that I Health insurance company wouldn’t offer such a thing. Granted it does help keep your clients healthier so therefore in the long run they probably have less claims, but on both sides that’s a good thing. And I’m grateful to have a company that offers such a good health insurance. The app is useful to keep track of your daily activities and give yourself goals. It performs pretty well, there are sometimes glitches but they usually fix them pretty fast. I’d highly suggest using the app and utilizing all its options.

Motivated
If you need an app to motivate you to do something about your health, then this is for you. Knowing is the key to health. Knowing all the things such as your biometrics and the education of go365 can help you make real plans. It’s all the little things that you do to make a huge impact on good health. Activities tracking, journaling, water intake, food consumption help shape you. Points give for Vision screening, blood donations, sports leagues, activities, and a long list of other thins. Fun way to compete with friends and colleagues.

Cha-Ching!
I spent some time studying the app and the website for all the options to earn points. I sprinted to gold status in 4 weeks and have earned $200 in gift cards over 8 months, plus an employer discount on my health insurance. Being active never felt so good! Definitely take some time to learn what will give you points (biometrics, dr appointments, sports events, monthly challenges, exceeding 50 and 100 weekly activity points doubles the points, etc). It definitely motivates me to take more steps.

Good but has a few issues!
This app does keep me accountable. It makes me aware of what I need to do. There are a few things that I see as a issue. One is the sleep log. It’ll tell me a few times that I was restless. But there are nights where I was awake for more than 20 minutes and it never indicates that. Do you other issues when I submitted a photo for an activity I was scrolling to find my picture I had takenAnd I accidentally hit the wrong picture and it would not let me go back and change it. Usually will ask me if I want to submit it and it did not give me that option. But I do like that I keep track of what my goals are.

Pretty good but room for improvement
Overall, this app is functional and easy to use. I gave it 3 stars because of 3 flaws -#1: apparently the app does not recognize safari, it will not work with it, and does not let you know this up front. (Found this out trying to sign up for the check in beacon. You need to sign up using the Go365 website-the app wont work for this). Having an iPhone, “safari” is my go to browser and I do not feel the need to have another browser to accommodate an app. -#2: check in beacon does not work. Our gym is listed as a participator and I obtained the required info from our gym. Signed up for beacon and now when I try to “check in” at the gym it just searches and searches.. nothing else. -#3: when you have a spouse or (significant other ) also participating in the Go365, you each have to have separate accounts. To be fair, it will show you combined points on each other’s Go365, but there is no way to see whose points are who’s (yeah, we are competitive lol)

Bucks don’t calculate correctly
They have a major bug in the last couple months where you points will reflect your workouts, etc. but they stopped adding points to your bucks. I have earned at least a thousand points the last month or two and it shows up on the points but my bucks still show 841 and have not changed in months. This is problematic because I should be able to use my bucks to purchase things from their store but I’m not being credited properly. They also have no way to contact them or to report bugs in the app so they get this embarrassing and very public review instead.

When will the app work?
I use this app for my work and I can log in on any computer but when it comes to the app it doesn’t matter how many times I try to change my password it always says it’s the wrong information and locks my account. Would never recommend at this rate. Even requested through my employers to find a different program cause this one seems to be holding people back from their health goals while on the job. Edit: I’ve deleted and redownloaded. More than a few times. It initially accepts my information kicks me out to login screen then says say information is incorrect. Have tried contacting help line and just keep getting told to change my password. Which I have several times.

Still Junk
Ha! This review never would post the last update, and is still true now that they created another update. Reposting again: Here we go again. Another update and you can’t log in. Haven’t updated in 3 days. Will contact customer service to get an update. Same drill. They will act like I don’t know what I’m talking about. Then treat me like a criminal for trying to get the earned steps PLUS the extra 50 points for hitting the target. Then I’ll have to spend a half day on chat or phone. This app stinks and always has. If someone gives it high reviews, I’ll always know they aren’t REQUIRED to use it for their insurance program. They think it’s fun, but don’t have to care when it doesn’t work. Pitiful.

Keeping me on track
Since I downloaded the go365 app, i have been seeing a lot of change routine, earning points makes my workouts more interesting. Adding new fitness activities and the challenges are keeping me moving and i feel more energetic throughout the day. I’m glad i started it early in 2021, this year is going to rock in fitness :) The app keeps me on track, however it doesn’t update my steps rightly during the challenges, and it always show way less then what I complete.

Has Potential
The app has potential but I have problems getting devices to connect and share data and have never been able to connect to the community. It does not work that well on your phone. For instance, I tried to set up coaching. My coach sent me links in the app for articles they wanted me to review but the links do not work. Also, there is no way to communicate problems with the data in the app. With that said, it has helped me be more conscious about exercise and health overall. I just wish the features all worked properly.

Great Concept, Difficult to Use.
This program is provided by my work as part of our wellness program. I love the idea of it and how it makes exercising fun so you can get points to buy things. I think this app does a great job of motivating and get people moving. The Bad: PLEASE GET INTEGRATION WITH APPLE WATCH!!!! This app has extremely limited functionality with the Apple Watch. It’s frustrating to do all of your workouts, but you don’t get any points for them. Also, points are always lagging on uploading to Go365. I log into my app everyday and still have issues. I really wish Go365 would make uploading information more streamlined.

Goals
People set goals to reach and myself and others had the prices of certain items, just before you have enough bucks, jump up another thousand or two. Myself and another coworker also noticed the app wasn’t actually counting the steps from your pedometer. On many occasions I had 14,000+ steps in a day and 2-4 points were awarded. It’s a decent app, I could get a bunch of stuff from the shop but the garmin vivoactive 3 jumped from 18,000 to 20,000 like a month before I reached it... just like it did when I was going to purchase the fitbit charge2. Maybe it’s just a great “rabbit chasing the carrot” thing. I like to set goals and reach them, you’d figure Humana would hold up their end

Too Difficult to earn points
Once you receive the initial points for the health assessment and a few other assessments it is very difficult to get to the silver status I ride my bike daily 5 to 7 miles yet there’s no way for me to get credited for this the app is lacking in certain features you can get a little points here and there like nickel and dime but our boat. Just very very difficult and by the time you earn them that year is up so it seems this program is designed so that very few people reach silver status the whole point of this program is to inspire people to get and maintain healthYet this app is also designed to let very few people actually reach this goal it is unfortunate that I have stuck with Humana

So so program
I joined Go365 through my employer. I like the challenges but it is rarely accurate with my steps. My Health app and my Stepz app always have different numbers than Go365. The other apps show that I have more than Go365. Also, when I go to the gym it will not connect to the Beacon. It has literally happened only connected 4 out of 50 times. It just sits on the circle spinning. Gets pretty frustrating because I’m losing out on points. The health assessment is way off too. I quit smoking, lost 50 lbs, started the gym and it told me my new age was 3 years older than what I am lol. I do enjoy the Mall program. Has helped me out a lot.
