From when I first downloaded this app the app was good. It still is a good app but now it’s mainly good for premium users only. You’ve gotten greedy and this forces people to buy premium because you’re always making a bunch of sounds premium only. I value the time I had when I used this app. It was very helpful. Maybe one day I will give this app one more chance but for now I will no longer be using this app. It was nice in the long run.

Revised Update on deletes playlist

I have the Premium plan for over a year. Upon till recently, the app was great then the new update came first they lost all my information second, they started deleting my playlist. This is happened twice to me in the last two months. I don’t know if I’m going to continue with my premium package. This is upsetting, especially since you go to all the trouble of making a playlist and then having it delete it. I will revise my up date from before. My Playlist has been restored which I greatly appreciate. And I will say they have improved the selection of different HZ for all the areas of interest. I’m so happy the playlist has been taken care of because I use this every day. Thank you so much to the support team for taking care of this problem.

So close to perfection

I’ve been premium for a little over a year. Recently there was a huge overhaul to the UI(user interface) that has gotten rid of old playlists and features(such as white noises-birds, water etc). Personally, between that, and the way the new version seems to log me out a lot and discard anything I save…I can’t in good faith give it 5 stars. But the actual content that is there is wonderful. The complaints I express are very easy fixes and premium 100% is worth it and constantly adding more.

Worst App Ever

I’ve had a subscription to this app for almost a year. In that time, I’ve only been able to access or use the app probably 3 months. I either get booted off, locked up, or the Welcome screen comes up but nothing else. At one point every bit of music I downloaded was suddenly gone. The search feature has never worked. IF a list of options come up, you get booted off the app if you try to click on one. I’ve currently been unable to access the app for 3 months. I’ve tried updating. Nothing. A Welcome screen and it never goes in to the app to the music selections. I’ve tried to email the admin several times-no reply. I’ve left a comment on here-no reply. I’ve tried to contact tech support-no reply. Total waste of my money. Very disappointing.

Excellent, despite it's flaws:

Superb app for relaxation, studying, meditating, or daily background noise during any task. The music continues even with the app in a background tab. The only issues are the frequent log outs. & The app forces you to update in order to continue using the app itself.

Don’t purchase this app!!!

I have had several issues with being able to actually play several of the tunes and the search button mysteriously disappeared after I actually purchased a yearly subscription. You now have to spend a ton of time searching what you are looking for and most of he time it won’t play if you are lucky enough to find it. I messaged the company to inquire about getting a refund and they told me that I hadn’t purchased the app. I sent them a screenshot of my bank account and have not heard anything back and have yet to receive a refund. Do yourself a favor and find a legitimate company

I like this app a lot

I’ve been reading a lot about the benefits of binaural beats. I have found this app and have discovered quite a few tracks that make me feel relaxed and that lift my spirits. I’m using some of them to help me fall sleep and stay asleep longer. So far, it’s an excellent product. Delivers on expectations.

Terrible App

One of the worst apps available. The functionality is subpar at best and operates like junior level experienced people created it. It seems to still function in a Beta phase despite having launched years ago. The support team is extremely unresponsive and when they do respond they don’t answer the question or address the issue. This leads to either an extend resolution period or no resolution at all. Don’t waste your money - there are a myriad of other options to choose from.

Frustrating

I liked the content in this app so I paid for the year subscription. Unfortunately I got locked out of this app multiple times and I was not able to easily access any of the sounds. Either I would not be able to log in or I would not be able to get past the home page. Sometimes it would the app would only show me the preview of the sounds even if I paid for the subscription. So frustrating!! I did not get what I paid for at all.

Subscribition

I use to love this app and decided to purchase the subscription. Now that I have I still don’t have access to any unlocked sounds and with not let me play tells me to purchase or renew my subscription. However, I have one. It’s as if it doesn’t register it but won’t allow me to even purchase another when it says; obviously due to the fact I already have one and it works for nothing.

Very Handy App

I like Good Vibes more than others because the music/ sound is pleasant not creepy like many other meditation sounds. And it has very specific frequencies for different purposes which is great! Eg: skin, cell healing, acne, chakras, etc. Thank you, Good Vibes 😇

Super bummed

We’ve had a subscription for over a year and while we love the content, the customer service is majorly lacking. I have tried reaching out, calling, emailing, through the app… no response. It says we have an account but not a subscription and we’ve paid through April. It’s really a bummer.

I paid for nothing

I bought a subscription to this app. None of the subs would play. I tried playing all the weight loss ones and nothing. So I canceled my subscription after contacting customer support about the issue. It never got fixed. I was really looking forward to using this app daily.

Great content but terrible UI

Stop logging me out and making my playlist disappear. I didn’t pay for premium status so that I have to log in almost every other day.

New Releases in App

I came across this app through YouTubes daily releases of new beats. I did have some issues with the app and I reached out for tech help 2x but did get things sorted out eventually. I did update my original review. The beats are good though and I do enjoy. Good selection .

If I could give zero stars I would

Downloaded app and created account but never got the email needed to continue (and, yes, I checked junk mail). Frustration is not how I want to start my meditation. Deleted app before even getting confirmation email.

Update alert cannot close window

I installed the app and opened it. An update alert displayed is partially displayed. I can not scroll down to close it. I click around the alert window and it will not close. I can not use the app. I have an iPad Pro.

You press buttons and stuff doesn't play. It's super buggy and worthless because nothing works!

I liked the app but after about a week or so of using it they cut the tracks down so you can only hear 15 minutes unless you subscribe. 😕

Five ⭐️

I’ve seen mad comments talking bout the negative side like the cost and everything. What they failed to mention is the effectiveness of the beats. It is extremely hard to find a legit binaural beat app that actually works. I downloaded it yesterday because I was having negative thoughts to sum it up and the first five minutes I definitely felt relieved. So I slept with it on during the night and it was amazing. Lately I haven’t been sleeping good at all and that really helped me. So thanks to the creators your truly amazing ❣️.

Can't download specific ones

I love the meditations frim this app - there is one in particular that I really love #GV913 but for some reason, even though I am a paying customer with a monthly subscription, I can't play this one once I have downloaded it. Also I keep getting a "no Internet connection" screen when I open the app, even though I have high-speed Internet and everything else is working. I can't go back in and download anything else because it keeps giving me the "no Internet connection" screen. My connection is high speed and all of my other apps work fine. :(

Everything working well

I’d previously written a negative review of this app. But an app update fixed all my complaints and everything is working smoothly. I prefer Good Vibes to a lot of the other binaural beats out there, and am please I can listen to it as I do other things, or to help me meditate or sleep.

Not worth the $

Love the tracks, but not worth paying the sub price. You can save to favorites, but can’t access that list anywhere 🤷🏻‍♀️ So tried to download. It says “starting download” but never downloads. After reading other reviews, it seems this issue has been going on for quite awhile, but never addressed.

I've been looking for an app with hour long meditations. And the fact that they are downloadable is amazing. I can download them and listen to them on the plane. Thank you for creating this app. 💗

UPDATE 8/27/2022

I posted the review below about two days ago when I couldn’t log in, even after resetting my password. I decided to try again today and the app seems to have been improved. It opened right away and the beats played with no glitches. The only thing that was still slow was the loading of my favorites but in all fairness I do have a lot. I have changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Needs Improvement 8/25/2022 This app is slow to get past the splash screen and sometimes just gets stuck there. I purchased a subscription but feel like now I should have just kept listening through YouTube. Reading through the comments I see that the slow startup and random freezes during play has been a problem for at least a year. Seriously, shouldn’t it have been fixed by now? Other than that, the beats seem to be effective and I will continue to listen.

I’m paying for the yearly sub but the downloads won’t work. I have a fast WiFi service and the track says it’s downloaded. When I go to the offline, nothing plays.

Anything I download doesnt save

I click download. It says “Saved!”. But when i go to Offline, nothing is there. Ridiculous. I want my account deleted. I contacted Good Vibes twice and they still haven’t reached out to me. I dont want my email connected to this account!

iOS app not working

Downloaded iOS app and could not get logged in. Contacted support and was told there was an issue and to wait 3-5 days and they would follow up. Never heard back. Sent another email and still no response. Really was looking forward to using the app.

Glad I didn’t purchase! I loved this app at first was so useful. However I think the app developer needs to update it bc it won’t work any more on any of my devices. My device isn’t old and WiFi is fine. So idk what the deal is...

Garbage

The new UI update really killed the vibe with the whole app for me. It made it a annoyance to listen to my favorite mixes on demand. Bring back original UI settings please

Tech Support is Nonexistent

The app was useful while it worked. I ran into an issue with it not loading when I opened the app and couldn’t resolve it so I deleted and reinstalled. After reinstalling I wasn’t able to access the premium content I paid for with a year subscription so I reached out to their online chat. It said they were away but I could leave a message and they’d respond when they returned. I did that twice with no response. I then found their website and tech support email and sent a message asking for help. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received a response. The app is a great alternative to YouTube but if I can’t access my paid content it’s not worth it. I canceled my subscription as a result.

I bet in theory the app is great. However, I was unable to use it. It never sent an email verification and I tried resending it multiple times. And yes I checked my junk and spam folders. Wish I could try it out bc I love your YouTube videos. I’ll try again in a few months and update this review once I get on.
