Problems

The paper s always. Saying there’s a problem loading and I have a subscription. ITT. Loads fine until a couple of months ago.

Need more new content

I like the app but the content needs daily updates. One story per day surely doesn’t reflect the hard copy, does it? In addition, the opinion section has not changed for months. This is a big part of why I subscribe, to read the opinions and counterpoint of north central Montanans.

App doesn’t work

Keep getting an error that says “There was a problem connecting. Please check your connection and try again.” I don’t have a connection issue. Have not been able to use the app since subscribing to the Great Falls tribune over a month ago.

Epic Fail To Maintain Online Content!!!

The GFT site is seldom if ever updated other than a few front page stories. The Business section has featured the same headlines and content for at least six months. Moreover, the content lag time is so bad that the same lead story may hold the top spot for as long as three consecutive days. All in all, not even remotely comparable to Montana competitors like Billings Gazette, Bozeman Chronicle or even smaller local papers. It is easy to navigate from one out of date story to another, though, so at least there’s that…

Awful

Have been a subscriber for a lot of years, and now unable to open the online newspaper, no explanation, no help. Why use help when I am still waiting on answers from three other requests three years ago?

Why do you keep trying to access my Citibank app?

I keep getting requests to have gf tribune open my Citibank app that I have to actively cancel. Very hacky feeling. Want to delete but need rmf area news. Fix your crappy app for crying out loud

Doesn’t work

I am a paid subscriber and the app will not let me see stories that require a subscription. Also I keep getting advertisements to subscribe.

Montana news

Love my digital subscription to the Great Falls Trib. I travel a lot, so home delivery doesn't make sense for me, but I'm glad an affordable digital option is now available. Glad to have access to local news anytime, anyplace.

No pride

Online edition is a joke. Same stories running for two years! These people have no professional pride whatsoever.

Very poor news coverage

Not all of what’s in the paper is not on the app. Why pay for it. Disappointed once again by the trib.

The Great Falls Tribune in my pocket!

This is a handy app. I use it all the time, and I like the push notifications which keep me informed on significant breaking news. The app is attached to my paper subscription so that makes it easy to sign in to if I need to do that.

Great Falls Tribune

I am sadly living in another state now. But my heart is and will stay in GreatFalls. Thanks to this wonderful paper I am able to keep up with what's going on in my town. Thank you. Keep up good work

Great app

Tribune app does excellent job of delivering not only Great Falls news but also Montana news. Tribune also has Montana's best sports report.

Ridiculous

I give this app 0 stars(although I am not allowed to), the tribune has disappointed many with its greedy efforts to make everyone purchase a subscription. It's absolutely ridiculous, I recommend the KRTV app for local new s , this is what I now use it and it cost me nothing.

I get the E paper and I am disappointed in the site when I'm out of town. If FB & Email can do it why not the GFT? Needs to be more Mobile accessible.

Needs work

Well I liked this app to begin with then they tweaked it and I can't get individuals sections to open. You click on it and it takes you right back to the home page

Limited content unless you pay

I have a subscription to the ePaper but it doesn't work on this app. Get the KRTV app, its free and has way more content.

Used to be a good app

After USA today got ahold of the app it has gone way downhill. The Billings gazette app is much better and it is FREE!!!

App awkward to sign in

When we first downloaded the Tribune Print Edition app, we selected to sign in with Facebook. It doesn't work. We must sign in with Facebook several times before we get it to work, then it will only show us the non-Print Edition site, which we feel is clunky. No daily comics, only USA news, and very little local news. The local news that does come up is often 2 or three days, or more old. We get better and current local news from the KRTV app.Can't recommend this app to anyone. Sad, really. We are subscribers to the Tribune, but travel frequently, and would really like the Trib or whoever is running the show to fix the problems. After contacting the Tribune and still getting no answers or help with our issue on not being able to open and use the app, We have changed our rating to 1 half star. Don't waste your time. Sad, really.
