Fix your healing app!
Healy Guys, those of us who’ve truly experienced the Healy know that it works wonders and love it, but also hate the hassle of your app crashing problems. Honestly, by this point it is totally unacceptable. For a while it was understandable that the company was new and working out bugs, but your last update now was 10 months ago. Over the last 1.75 years since I bought this device, your app is still unacceptably bad- with crashes when choosing a program again and again, having to delete and re-download the app causing frustration and often inconvenient, long waits. This expensive tool we purchased for healing is causing more instability, frustration and uneasiness when it doesn’t work. Fνcκιηg fix it. The other app still has awful English translations. You have to translate the translation to understand it. Please fix it too.

My Healy is defective as well
My Healy worked for a couple weeks and then stopped. Very disappointing for such a promising device! Now more than ever those of us who cherish our health are reaching for the best things to keep us healthy & in good spirits and this Healy is an awful tease!!! I’ve spent way too much time the past week trouble shooting, charging it and meeting with the rep who sold it to me for an item that costs as much as it does and for what it promises. The only good news is that a ticket has been written up by the sales rep to request a new one. But seriously, REQUEST for a new one? How about send me the new one ASAP with a return envelope for the defective one?! That would be the correct customer service, especially (again) for an item that costs a lot and promises Heath and good mental state. This has been an awful lot of aggravation—exactly like all the other bad reviews say. Healy Company people, please use your devices to get motivated to ramp up the quality control checks and get us a product that works all of the time. You can do it! Let’s go.

Freezes and crashes a lot
When it actually works I love my Healy. Unfortunately lately my device has started to turn off by itself. The Bluetooth with the device gets disconnected constantly. It only works about 30% if the time!! That's absolutely ridiculous for a $2500 device! It's erratic. Some days I turn it in and can actually run programs. This week this app (pink one) hasn't worked at all. So I went to the resonance app to run a different program and gave up after 45 min of frustration in trying to get it to work. In the 3 months I've had my Healy it hasn't worked very well. This week I just looked at my Healy and decided not to use it the entire week because I am fed up. I wish I had not spent my $ on it, but it's too late to get a refund. They say to put a ticket in when things are not working. So I did for both apps 2 months ago and have had no response from the company or any changes in the app! I am angry.

Healy App won’t connect to my Bluetooth
The app continually shuts down the moment I try to connect my iOS to the Healy via blue tooth. I tried to connect to my partners iOS and it would not connect to my partners phone either. The app shuts down within seconds of trying to initiate a Bluetooth connection. It seems this has been a problem for years. Too bad they can’t seem to make it a priority to fix the problem. I’ve heard a few good things about Healy but nothing in comparison to the amount of complaints that pretty much say the same thing. It doesn’t connect! I haven’t even gotten to try it once. Brand new and won’t connect. I will update the product review once I hopefully get a response from customer support. If not, looks like I’ll be returning it asap and trying a different micro current product to see if this actually helps. Shame shame Healy!

Rarely works
Are the benefits of this very overpriced, flimsy device worth the frustration I experience daily of it barely working??? I purchased the Healy Resonance while it was on special for $1,500. It was normally priced at $2,500. For this amount of money, the device AND app should work seamlessly. After every program, the only way to get it to run another program is to either delete and reload the app or turn off and on my phone again. People keep saying to have patience. Why when I paid so much and there is no customer service? It also took a few days to get it to work the first time I used it after waiting for 3.5 weeks to get it! I asked for a refund and customer service says it has to be done within a 14 day period. That’s not exactly standing behind a product! I definitely would not recommend this product until they get it together.

App is TERRIBLE but love Healy device
I love Healy and use it often, but would use it more often if the app didn’t constantly crash and have to be deleted and reinstalled just to get it to recognize its needs an update. I bought Healy with the intention of selling them as well but I cannot place my reputation on a device that - in order to use it- requires the worst app I have ever had. I have never had an app that crashes every few days or less. If the app simply did its job I would rate it 5 stars but when the ONLY way to use your very expensive device is to have to go through this app and every other day delete it and reinstall it just yo get it to work…just blows my mind that Healy is rolling out NEW products while still making us use this terrible app.

Healy
So I’ve had my Healy since June of 2020, and yes it does have to be updated and deleted and reapply your new updated version….. thus can be frustrating but it is TOTALLY WORTH IT!!! This device will help you control if not diminish a multitude of Health issues. In a very short amount of time, I have lived with chronic pain , debilitating pain for over 25 years and this small device has assisted me in living virtually pain FREE….. it works and it’s amazing how much better I feel. It also assist with anxiety a lot ! It helps my husband to sleep as well, FYI. Via Marcie

The most disappointing product I’ve ever bought.
Thousands of dollars down the drain... One problem after another & zero communication from customer service. There’s been a litany of problems, actually everything on this device no longer works just after a couple of months of use. My iphone no longer recognizes my Healy device therefore there’s no connection. It no longer charges & BOTH HEALY apps fail to recognize my Healy device. They failed to include wristbands leaving me to purchase my own. And still to this day have left customers without the wristbands. Both clips that allow you to attach the device to your clothes, broke off. Never would I recommend this device to anyone. This HEALY was NOT ready to be SOLD & distributed to the public. SHAME ON YOU.

This page says the app was updated 10 months ago however
I Healy from August was working fine with the pink dot… Then I was told to update today when I turned on my iPad —which is one month old newest verdion. After “updating Healy is working fine on my phone but not on my iPad… None of the programs are showing up on the iPad. I’ve deleted the app and re-installed it twice. Updated my iPad turned that off twice no help… No one in my up line knows what to do either

Where is the positive review I wrote 3 days ago?
It seems to me that the App Store is biased against this device, showing only the negative reviews first, even when they are 1-2 years old. Is the App Store now funded by Big Pharma, too? I and everyone I know who has a Healy loves it! Customer Support is amazing and has come a long way in 2 years. This particular App has now been replaced with the MagHealy App which has 0 glitches! And the Healy works beautifully on people and animals!

This app is wonderful but..
I love what it can do I hate that I buy a subscription it doesn’t activate or download. I buy the upgrade to Healy Plus from Gold. Nothing no upgrades it’s been weeks now. Then I figure because there is no customer service. Maybe I should buy the upgrade from Gold to Healy Holistic Health. Maybe doing this it will resolve the issue of the Healy Holistic Plus not downloading. Again no customer service available to speak to a real human being. The back end of this product is a living nightmare. The only person helping me is the person who sold it to me and even she is having trouble getting answers. I have spent real money on this app and I don’t have my product available immediately!!!! That’s insane!!!! Under downloads it shows nothing. Under orders it shows processing. How many weeks am I supposed to wait for a response. I even tried email and got a generic email that you can’t reply too. This is not ok!!!! Until things are corrected I won’t make a positive review.

APP DOES NOT WORK!! Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!
They have a horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible I repeat horrible customer service they don’t follow up on their tickets they don’t send their Healeys out on time and the Healeys do not connect to the apps that’s not been working I depend on this healy I paid a lot of money for this Heli even if you move too far away from your phone that he will stop working this is a very poor program and I almost want my money back!!!! I have sent in multiple tickets telling them that the app is not working my healy is not working not one response from these people unprofessional they charge a lot of money and they have a horrible I repeat horrible that I say horrible customer service

I love Healy
The app doesn’t crash. You can’t use phone while using Healy. If you use on a different device other than phone then you are free to use your phone. I’ve had great success and benefits with my Healy device. The company is very helpful with questions I have. When my friend lost their Healy, they replaced it right away. I definitely recommend. ❤️

Healy device continues to fail
I purchased the Healy Device because it was recommended by a friend. Poor friend. Why? I have had so much frustrations and difficulties. Healy has poor support so I had to look for solutions from my friend. He had to get a replacement and the replacement does not work. You cannot contact Healy for help. No phone number. It can be a long wait for an e-mail reply from the company. If Healy IS a good product, I will never know because the frustrations override the healing benefits. Please take us seriously. Not worth the money. If it cost only $100. it would not be worth it because the device fails 80% of the time.

Best thing that ever happend to me!!!
i give it a 5 star because the healy came in this lovely box wel done! it was so clean and nice with the a device to show how to use healy. The app is really cool, nothing is bugging for me its works fine. Good job and all the bad reviews u see its from people who want to let this company fail so don’t worry this app is magic and its works perfectly good. love from aruba :)

Great health tool
Combined with the Healy itself it has always worked for me. If there is a little glitch it really depends on my intention and mood. Balancing myself and breathing makes it always work again. It’s almost like a communication between myself and the app. A great way to solve any problem: patience, gratitude, joy, compared to complaining and anger.

It worked for two programs and quit
After spending $1500 on a new Heli residence, I was so excited to receive it and it seemed easy to start using the programs I ran two programs and then the whole system shut down and I have been unable to get it to work since that time. This requires excellent customer service on the end of Heli world because there are so many people experiencing frustration just as I am. We need a customer service department connecting with us and walking us through fixes if the fix is even possible.

Great product
I have been using Healy for three months now and absolutely love it!!!! So many programs to choose from…. Never had any issues with the device and advise looking at the manual and FAQ’s as soon as you receive yours to understand how the device works better if you encounter any difficulties.

Doesn't allow me to use the programs
This app keeps not working every time I try to sign in and use a program. It just doesn't allow any movement to the specific themes to focus on. I have to delete the app and then try again and again and again each time it does this. Is there any way to fix this? I log off my phone shut it down completely restart my phone and still it doesn't allow me to use it or scroll to any items to work with. Help.

Healy changed my life
Not only my life, I have helped at least over a 100 people, friends, loved ones, family, animals and ‚things‘ status quo shift and heal. Many people I know have healed their ailments. Mindblowing to see how far medicine has come. The key is, understanding ‚how‘ to properly use the Healy.

Now it works
I wrote a disappointed review several month ago. Now for about a month my Healy all of a sudden works. No constant new downloads of the app necessary anymore. No defective programs anymore. I’m so happy. But I don‘t know what changed. The program itself was always wonderful!

Technical support
I have had my Healy since Nov 2021 and I love it. My clip broke and got it replaced. The replacement is trash and technical support has been very difficult. I have so many people who ask me about the Healy and I want to recommend but the cost is way to expensive for this type of customer service. Not sure in what to say because when it was working I could tell a difference in energy and vibes.

Healy Gave Me My Life Back!
I absolutely love my Healy. I actually have 3 of them and run them all day long on myself, my dog, my clients and friends. The tech issues of early on have been resolved. What this tiny device is capable of is other worldly. Such an incredible value for the money!!!

Disappointing
Got this device for its portability. I already own a frequency emitter that is not portable. The communication between the app and device is not good; I have to restart the app, sometimes the device stops working, it doesn’t always fully charge. I paid a lot for this and I honestly don’t think it’s worth it.

It’s challenging to test and experience what results this technology can bring when the ap/software consistently isn’t working and sending a signal to run the program. Sooooo many other kinks need to be worked out. Im excited about this tech and would love for you to get everything working smoothly. Eternally frustrating
It truly is unacceptable how little the app and the device work flawlessly together. It’s like taking your vitamins every day but you can’t get the cap off some days. How is this helping me if it doesn’t work often? Also did you DOWNGRADE the resonance??? Working much better now but again ya ripped us off seeing as you DOWNGRADED resonance to be the “sale” price of early buyers and made and new “professional” one which is what resonance WAS.

For people who are saying the thing won’t connect it’s probably the wire that broke, and if the app crashes then your device isn’t good enough to manage two things at one so you shouldn’t open another app while using Healy.

App constantly crashes
For such an expensive device and such a heavily marketed company, I am so surprised at how poorly this app works. It constantly crashes and is not reliable when needed. Everyone seems ok with the idea that if you delete the app and reinstall it, it fixes the glitch for the meantime. This is not sustainable and very unprofessional. I am highly disappointed in Healy and their lack of care or support in this regard.

Crashes constantly
I really wanted to like the Healy, but I am so frustrated with paying $600 for this device and the app keeps crashing every other time that I use it that I found find myself not using it. Their customer support is nonexistent and there’s no place to send an email, and even after finding a place to message, there’s always an error on the website. If you’re considering buying a Healy, don’t bother.

Worst service and worst product ever
I have had my Healy resonance for over a month and cannot get the company to activate it!! I have nothing but the Covid program! The company techs keep saying it is activated and it isn’t! The techs are slow and cannot explain why this won’t work. I have asked for a refund and I get no reply... an exchange would be greatly appreciated but again no reply.... I was hoping that I was dealing with a reputable company

Good luck needing any support
This company needs to get its act together. I’ve reached out to customer support twice with no response whatsoever. In the meantime they have no problem charging my credit card so I am essentially paying for a service that it cannot provide. While the device may have health benefits, those benefits are unattainable with a company that does not seem to support the product or its customers.

Love it when it but those who love it know exactly what I mean. This is HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING for spending over $1500. You would think you guys would get right on top on fixing this app. Either you don’t know how to fix it with your trillion updates or because you have our money you don’t care. You guys need to fire your app designers and hire new ones! This is ridiculous. I never get to just use my Healy. It’s always a process or deleting app and praying it will download again. Turn phone off wait then back on and still won’t download. I won’t refer anyone to purchase this until they figure this app out

Has potential
I’ve had my Healy device since November. In the beginning it worked fine but over time it has not, especially with this particular app. It’s so frustrating to try to get it to connect. And if I can I am lucky. I would not buy it again.

Healy works just great ..
The minor issues that on encounters are easy to fix oneself if one is so inclined and has patience. I love my healy, thank you for developing such an awesome device! Please fix the crashing issue!!
I loved my healy until all of a sudden the app just keeps crashing…I have done everything possible to fix this, nothing helps. My sisters and my moms are apps are doing the same thing! The Healy is wayyyy to expensive for this to be happening! Please have your tech people fix the app!!

Worst app
I got the Healy to work once or twice but that’s it. The app is horrendous! It doesn’t connect to the Healy, needs to exited all the time, I even have to delete the app on a regular basis and start over. I’ve asked for help and customer service claims it’s a simple fix but then can’t actually fix it. Definitely not worth the money!

This app crashes a LOT. I have to constantly close the app, and reopen it to connect to my Healy and transmit the frequencies. I keep checking for an update to fix the crash problems. Hopefully soon.

Don’t update!
For something that is so expensive the app is garbage and the device feels so cheap! After the update, my Healy has stopped working! This thing gives you more headaches than help! It takes days for anyone to reply to your email! Half the time it’s broken up English! Save your money!

For such a promising device to have such a terrible app that is always a 50/50 chance it works is absolutely disappointing we spend over a grand on the device and the company can’t invest in a development team to make the app fully functional absolutely disappointing

Healy stopped working
My Healy worked for not even two weeks and stopped working… awaiting my service call today however I’m Not pleased with these reviews of poor customer service!!! This device is thousands and stopped working after 2 weeks!!

My Healy is defective too
It seems that a lot of people are having issues with the app. I spent $1,200 on mine and haven’t been able to get it to work with the app. I’ve submitted tickets to the support center that have magically disappeared. I feel like I’ve been taken for a huge ride. Very dishonest.

App is horrible
App updated on second day and wiped out all of my resonance programs. Customer service is a joke. By phone - it’s a recording to send an email. Send an email and wait days with no answers. I spent a lot of money and waited over 7 weeks to get this only to have the app crash on me with no help Available. What a waste of money.

Garbage
While the technology sounds great, the execution is insanely frustrating and the company is very lacking in follow through or follow up. After taking four months to ship my device, the pink APP only worked for about a week. Resets, reboots and reloads haven’t helped. Wish I had my money back
