I really like the app but the only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is that it’s very frustrating when I have spent almost an hour trying to submit my payment but it’s not taking my email address. I have it saved on there but it does not appear. I have closed out the app & refreshed it & gone back in & nothing!! Loading is ALWAYS slow, which is also frustrating. Please fix!!
This is the slowest most unorganized retail app I’ve ever used. If you go to search for a product you better know EXACTLY what it’s called and exactly how it’s spelled or it won’t pop up. Going from page to page takes forever to upload and it’s just not very organized at all. Definitely needs to be fixed and worked on. The ONLY reason I gave it 2 stars is because I like the product but the app needs some SERIOUS help. The website is just as bad too. As expensive as the product is you would think the app would be a lot better than it is.
Absolutely the worst app I have ever used! It crashes, will not load, it takes forever tomake a purchase. For a company that you can quite easily spend hundreds of dollars on a single order they really need to get it together with their app this is horrible customer service especially since this is the only way I can get my discount is to use this horrible app. Herbalife I love your product, however spending a little bit extra to improve upon your services such as your app would greatly improve customer service
App needs to be updated. Can never order my products because the page freezes on the donation page when your trying to check out. It’s like y’all forcing people to donate or they can’t order. Can y’all please fix this issue. It does the same thing if you try and order without using the app too!! Fix the Herbalife Nutrition Foundation page before checkout!!!!
They have placed a donation page that overlays the checkout and will not move unless you donate. This is very bad business and it should be removed. I have used you for a year and have been very satisfied with the results. But unless this donation blockage is removed you will lose a customer over a ridiculous company decision. If you find it necessary to force us to donate to purchase your product you have made a huge mistake.
You can see the products fine and read about them(that’s the reason for 2 stars) ; however , when it comes time to actually purchase the checkout page is all distorted as if it’s loading improperly. I’ll have to stick to using a computer to purchase which kind of stinks because mobile devices are easier to use and if I find another competitive product I might just change.
I can’t seem to see the menu bar on the home page. It will appear when I first open the app. But then a message comes up about shipping taking longer then usual and blocks it and doesn’t close or go away. It’s sooo frustrating. I removed the app. And re-downloaded the app. but still doesn’t work properly.
This is by far one of the worst apps out there. It’s so extremely slow, links to new Screens take forever and even then they only work at beat 50% of the time. Error messages galore and continues messages of “Unable to view order details” With the time it takes to get from screen to Screen, add items to your cart and checkout you could drive to the next counties public library and complete your order on a 1995 PC with dial up Internet faster!
We use this app at our nutrition club. It’s so perfect and the features are more than I ever could have imagined! Simple and smooth transition between operators and customers makes the operation seamless! The only hiccup is the Bluetooth PayPal reader not connecting, model PayPal 625
I think the app overall is fine and easy to use; the reason for 3 stars is it uses Face ID but still asks for a text confirmation, even after selecting “remember me” which I find to be very annoying.
This app consistently has lag on every use. Many of its features won’t load at all any time I have tried to use them. 2 factor authentication is required with every sign in even when you ask it to “remember me”. This app times out incredibly fast. If you have 5 minutes of inactivity it automatically signs you out. Then you have to 2 factor authenticate again. The search feature doesn’t track key works well and will often put the “top seller” items at the bottom of your search list.
Please add ability to take partial cash payment and balance on credit card. I find I have to attempt to split the ticket into two transactions.... the math doesn’t always work.
Very frustrating that I cannot check out without entering a donation. The button to opt out of making a donation is covered by the bottom menu bar so it cannot be seen or clicked. Very clever “mistake” on the developers part.
This app needs some serious work. It’s extremely slow to load anything on it and it almost always crashes whenever I’m attempting to place an order which makes the app entirely useless.
This app is so slow. You tap on something like the back button and it literally takes forever to do anything. It freezes on you constantly and I have literally saved hundreds of dollars by closing out of the app and simply not purchase anything.

The app has always been slow to load, but I can deal with that. What I can’t deal with is for the past several days I can’t even open the app. I pull it up, sign in, and CRASH. The app closes itself. Please please please fix this ASAP! The app is so convenient when it works!
I like the products but the app is extremely slow. Getting all the products into your cart feels like a hassle. Discourages me from even wanting to shop. They need to upgrade it asap
It’s definitely better to go online then to use the app. You would think the app is more convenient but you have to go back and forth just to utilize it. Please fix.
This app constantly fails to load. Also the magnify view to see nutritional facts is poorly designed. You have to hold your finger over the area of the product to see the facts assuming your finger isn’t now blocking the view. Not user friendly.
Works well, easy to use, but the print and download on the receipt don't work. No print button after you hit the print icon, shows the receipt, same with the download, but nothing. Overall pretty good app.
This app is perfect! I can help so many people from my phone. This new shared economy concept is great. I get my results from my product usage and share that with others. It's fantastic how that works. Thank you Herbalife.
Nice product idea, but operates slow and sluggish when starting, moving from screen to screen and processing payments. Cash payments seem to work more smoothly than cc payments. App needs to move quicker to avoid frustration by people waiting to check out at the club.
